The message had been sent.
Weeks prior a beacon advertisement made its way to every spaceport screen and HoloNet capable device in the greater galaxy.
A plea for those willing and wanting to spread good energy and teamwork between most of the major factions and races in the various quadrants. Though short and sweet, its instructions were clear: Pass an initial physical exam, meet at the designated Scarlet Summer Game's meeting place. Then finally, participate with others for the sake of building relations and easing tensions between some parties who, may not be 'on the best terms'.
Today was the finally the day. It was currently morning where the Saiyan sat. Her honey colored orbs met the several suns that constantly rotated around the tropical paradise planet. There was only night here for a few hours, though---even that was a beautiful sight. Couples, families, and friends enjoyed strolls on the beach in both states of the day.
Dozens of boardwalks and spaceports rose from the azure waters. They all connected and intermingled. One could easily feel the energy and movement upon arrival here. Be people here on vacation, or perhaps even a few bodies to line the stadium for Cassava's plan? To be honest, the Lieutenant found it hard to believe herself. She had completely made a 360 to accomplish such a charitable act, but with so much backing from the community, she had to. Her inbox, mobile, and various other means of communications had been off the hook since word got out.
Her success in planning was measured by the amount of people her advertisement reached and wanted to donate to the cause. Tremendous numbers of Zeni had found its way to the Saiyan's bank account. Cassava wouldn't be greedy however. A sly grin played upon her lips as she figured out how to reward the participants of her challenging games.
Though, being a part of such a moment seemed thank you enough, right?
Cassava reeled back in her chair. Of course, she was already there. Oceaol was a wonderful planet. Why not take an extra day off from the grueling diplomatic work to come a few days early?
In a moment however, she would have her guests. The woman clad in katchin boots, scanty clothing, and scowl that seemed to scare away most, made her way towards the main spaceport of Oceaol. This was where she told her guests to come, wherever it was that they hailed from. All would enjoy a beautiful introduction to the azure marble.
As each participant arrived upon Oceaol, the tropical foliage and island vibes certainly would be apparent.
Vendors filled the streets. All of them sold fruit, handmade collectibles, souvenirs. They marketed towards the tourists that kept their lives plentiful and rich. The locals though, they all were passionate and active, everyone worked for their own here. They all worked to build up a flourishing society in a way that suited them.
Cassava wouldn't mind modeling the rest of the galaxy after such a people. Free with their traditions, but willing to be open to the rest of the living world to expand trade and commerce. It also would help if they weren't constantly at war as well.
The woman with raven tresses of hair stood patiently, her arms were neatly folded over her chest as she waited for each arrival by ship or whatever means. You never knew who could randomly teleport these days. . .

Flashback (two days Prior to the Scarlet Summer Games): Duke Satan sat on his living room couch with a spoon in his hand eating a tub of rockyroad icecream, watching his stories on television. One particular favorite of his was a soap opera called "Did he? or did he not?" and this week they were going to reveal who Rachel had been cheating on mark with! The anticipation was killing him! "It better not be George that dirty dog!" the television would promptly respond with "We'll be back after these messages." The champ would let out a sigh of disappointment, but his face would soon light up at the commercial that would come on. "Do you have what it takes to enter the Scarlet summer games? Soon, the galactic sporting event of the year will take place on Oceaol, get your tickets now! All Participants are welcome so long as basic physical requirements are met!" This ad peaked Mr. Satan's interest. This was a shot at even more publicity, outside of just earth at that. Imagine the ratings he would rake in, and the adoring fans he would make across the galaxy! Most of all, he would be able to put those darn Ki users to shame! Their dirty tricks could not stop him from achieving victory, Oh yeah! "Look's like I have a call to make..." Duke would pull himself off of his couch and slowly walk toward his home phone. Picking it up and dialing a number, he would try to reach an old friend of his for college. His name was Walter Mcwalter, a capsule corp. scientist and engineer. "Hey Walter! It's Duke, remember from college! Look you've done great work on the battle suit so far, but I need some more work done. I can pay as usual..." Walter on the other line would respond "Ok, I'm willing to make a few tweaks for you, for ten thousand zeni. What needs doing?" "Well... Can you make the battle suit completely invisible?" "Complete invisibility? trying to hide the fact your a weakling from a crowd I see..." "What! No! I! Uh-- just..." Walter would chuckle a bit before explaining "Just drop it off at my place later today, and I'll have it ready in two days..." Present Day (On the Planet Oceaol): In the atmosphere of the peaceful and tropical world a medium-sized crimson space shuttle would appear. It would be obnoxiously decorated, with the word "Satan" written across both sides of the vessel. The earth-type ship would then land on the surface of the planet, and the side doors would soon open. As they did open, Duke Satan would narcissistically walk out of the shuttle loudly proclaiming "The Champ has Arrived!!! OOOHHHH YEAAAAHHHH!!" After this shout, dozens of fans and reporters would exit the shuttle the earthling had just walked out of. There was also a crew of half a dozen cheerleaders who followed Duke outside too. Duke would take the opportunity to strike various poses with the gorgeous Oceaol landscapes in the background. As he did this, multiple camera flashes would go off and teenager girls would scream. Duke made a cocky grin as he loudly spoke "I, Duke Satan, have come to the Scarlet Summer Games to represent the might of the common earthlings! We may not have all that fancy Ki stuff, but we're strong in our own way! And I'll prove that today by winning these games and taking these Ki users down AHHHH YEEEAAAAAHHHH!!" Loud cheers would then be heard from Mr. Satan entourage...

Creed slowly flipped through various files which Kaijin had put together with regards to their previous meetings. The android had quite a few ideas, many ambitious. But he had managed to fulfill promises that were just as ambitious before. Hopefully the conversion to an organic form went well for him, he’d hate to see the kid die in such a way… Er, because he’d lose an important asset! He’d raise his eyes from the papers as Rine entered with a small holoprojector in hand and an excited smile on her face. She would set it on the desk as it lit up with an ad for… “No” “Yes” “No…” Rine would slide it closer to him “Yes” “Rine, I can name at least twenty different reasons why we will not be attending this”
Rine quickly ran out of the sleek transport vessel with Creed in tow behind her. Both would be dressed in their best vacationing attire, Creed regretfully so. She would stop as a massing crowd of people surrounded a large incoming, and quite annoying looking vessel. Rine’s focus still seemed to be straight forward, however, on the Saiyan woman who would appear to be their hostess for this event. Rine’s eyes would widen in excitement. “Andrew!” She’d whisper shout. “Andrew! That’s Cassava!” “Who?” Creed would ask, distracted by the large crowd around the ship. “She’s one of the strongest fighters in the Dominion and the inspiration for the Saya-Jin Autum line of clothing from the Cellarus catalogue!” “Mhm, that’s great dear…” Rine would roll her eyes and continue to look at Cassava with awe and excitement. Creed continued to stare over at the large ship which now began to open. An obnoxious doofus bolted out shouting about champions or something along those lines. Creed didn’t care about that. He would close his right eye as the light green cybernetic eye flashed slightly. The fool’s power level was a 54, but there was something strange about it… Sensors detected a high level of reflection from the exterior, nothing noticeable by the naked eye, but it left a sort of strange glow of heat around the man. On closer inspect, Creed began to notice something strange...Encryption? Capsule Corp Encryption? It took five seconds to break through it. Now this was interesting… It would seem he was wearing some sort of suit, nothing close to Creed’s suit. In fact this one would make Creed laugh if not for being furious that CC was attempting to one up him AT YET another thing… Then, he finally recognized who the fool was, how could he forget? The stupid mustache was a dead give away. Duke Satan, the last remaining descendant of Hercule Satan. It seems he was hoping to wear this suit in an attempt to outshine the rest of the players. How...scandalous. Duke Satan was the type of person that he absolutely despised, but everyone else adored. Perhaps he could blackmail him into sponsoring Creed Cybernetics for free whilst outing Capsule Corp. He’d record the information gathered. For now, he’d make sure the little man regretted his actions. “Hey, Rine, you see that guy over there?” “Hm? Oh, yeah that’s Duke Satan. Why do you ask?”
“When the games begin, make sure to aim for him as often as possible and as hard as you can” “Er...Why?” “Testing a hypothesis. And besides, wouldn’t it be funny if you managed to beat him while pregnant?” Rine would blush before quickly looking around and whispering to Creed “Don’t say that out loud you idiot! I’m not showing yet, but if they find that out they might take me out of the game!” Creed shrugged before pulling out a cigarette and lighting it up. This was going to be quite the interesting game… Word Count: 633 Android B "Moxie" Queen Kuueru Legume Majin Zam

Fate had a strange sense of humor. The invitation to Scarlet Summer Games had reached far. Further than one might even imagine. By pure chance, the plea had stirred a mythical creature from its eternal slumber. Well, from its afternoon nap at least. Mesmerized by the message, the chaotic being had nearly forced its way onto the planet all too soon. Heavenly powers had to intervene, to ensure the instructions were followed. The entity had to prove its worth. Had to pinky promise not to cause any trouble too.
And so on the destined day...
Shortly after the other fresh faces arrived, an odd phenomenon manifested in their vicinity. Bright flashes and cheery crackles surprised the bystanders. It was like someone had set off tiny fireworks. Glimmering sparks started dancing in the air. Twirling. Swirling. Quickly they formed a ring with a shimmering image of a distant realm in the center. A gleeful giggle echoed and the surface rippled. Suddenly something burst through.
"Yay, it worked~!"
With a jubilant yell, a tomboyish girl bounced into the spaceport. Even for the popular tourist planet, this visitor may have been an exotic sight. There weren’t very many like her, nope. The bubblegum pink body set her apart from Earthlings and Saiyans. Golden eyes shined in black pools. Pale antennae sat on top of short, messy hair. Small holes lined her arms and chest. Dressed in baggy white pants and black bandeau with detached sleeves to match, she sort of resembled a genie from an ancient fairy tale. For once her odd attire was in line with the weather. Fashion may have been a whole different matter though... Buuut maybe some styles were timeless?
Taking a deep breath the little Majin streeetched and enjoyed the tropical atmosphere. The portal behind her faded away. She rose to float above the heads of the crowd. Gaze glimmering with curiosity and wonder, she marveled at the colorful sights and cute outfits. Ooh, so this was Ocelot. Ocelol. Oce... So this was the place! So much to see! Her sensitive nose twitched eagerly. And so much to eat! Luckily, the wise words of certain elder were still fresh in her mind. Be on your best behavior, the stern echo reminded her. So instead of simply zooming towards the nearest fruit stall, she turned her focus back to scanning the surrounding people. Hm hm, first she needed to find this Cass person...
Unfortunately the sensible train of thought was abandoned the moment something special caught Zam’s eye. In her defense though, the flashing and shouting was kind of an attention getter. Curiously cocking her head, she watched the loud Earthling. A huge smile appeared on her features. Ooh, was that...? Gotta ask! She zipped over to the posing performer and floated around him. "Hey! Listen! Hey, big mister!" Eyes positively twinkling, the starstruck little fan gleefully ignored personal space. "You look just like Mister Satan! Are you the real Mister Satan?" Of course the cartoon connoisseur knew the old legend. She loved Mister Satan’s Totally Real Adventures! Her favorite was the episode where he defended Earth from the evil destroyer.
On the bright side, the distraction was keeping the energetic girl occupied. Stopping her from wandering off. Not an easy task by any means. Majins were fickle and mischief was in their nature. The other attendees of the Scarlet Summer Games would learn that sooner or later. Words: 572 [Total = 572] Queen Kuueru - Android B "Moxie" - Andrew C. Creed - Emperor Absolut

The Symbol of Peace... One Day The last of the spaceships awaited in the landing pods of Oceaol was a relatively small and inconspicuous vessel, somewhat resembling a fighter jet, the Imperial insignia which its wings had once held sloppily ripped off, a few pieces of paper still latched onto the steel casing. Out of the cockpit, right after turning off the autopilot which had guided him to this distant planet, a young Frost Demon in a shining armored suit leapt out, landing on the ground nearby and immediately taking a glance across the panorama. The only person on this planet who knew that the person behind the armored mask was Absolut I, the Emperor of the First Galactic Empire, was Cassava herself - after receiving the invitation and immediately being told that he will not have either the time nor the safety to head there, Absolut pleaded to be able to attend behind a secret alias, while the Frost Demon himself made his craziest move of the year and sneaked out of Mitra in a prototype suit of armor which had been designed for him during the months since his assumption of the throne. 1-CE called it the Cosmic Suit - and speaking of her, how did she not notice his escape?.. For everyone else on the planet, he was Colonel Frost, the Frost Demon of Steel, a up and coming superhero operating in the Northern Quadrant. Believe it. Sure, nobody has heard of such a superhero before, but... he's gotta start somewhere, right? And as Absolut has learned, and pretty painfully so, is that he will have to mask himself and separate himself from his acts of good if he wants to express himself that way... as disappointing as that was. There was some commotion in the spaceport already. One of the participants who landed in the port before him, an Earthling with a rich dark moustache, was introducing himself to the public, attracting everyone's attention and drawing "Colonel Frost's" eyes away from the stands and vendors lined up all around which were all trying to attract the boy. Cameras flashed, people cheered, a Majin suddenly ran past the armored and confused Frost Demon and spoke to the Earthling directly, calling him 'Mr. Satan'. Mr. Satan? Like... Like Satan? The term Earthlings use for the lord of Hell? " W-who is Mister Satan?" "Colonel Frost" spoke up, his voice distorted and sounding strangely mechanical thanks to the machinations of his Cosmic Suit. " And who are you?" (420 words)

Salt stung the nares of all the new arrivals. The brilliant blue skies stretched as far as the eye could see, there were but a few alabaster clouds painting the heavens. Cassava stood at attention. Her eyes notated the time on her communication device. The number blinked at her, yes, they would soon congregate; but, why was she so nervous?
Tired eyes scanned for the first arrival. It had to be him. The crimson ship was polished and well taken care of. The owner’s name was brazenly labeled on either side of the vessel, and when it landed, Cassava was left awestruck. A decently muscled man stepped out of the hull, vines of curly black hair pooled from his head, and he also sported an iconic thick moustache. Ironically, he didn’t look too ready to participate. Instead, he blended in with the tourists of the area, though his fan club of cheerleaders was awkward.
The second to show up was actually a pair. While they both seemed distracted by Duke’s arrival, the blue-skinned woman’s eyes quickly shot to Cassava. The Saiyan nearly curled up and died as Rine’s words shot through the air.
“She’s one of the strongest fighters in the Dominion and the inspiration for the Saiya-Jin Autumn line of clothing from the Cellarus catalogue!”
What even was that?
The Lieutenant’s cheeks quickly flustered as she continued to patiently await all arrivals. There were only a few of the best in terms of athletes. While these games were small in comparison to the usual Galactic Olympics, hopefully they would serve their purpose in unifying the galaxy.
Cassava sparked to life while shifting her attention to yet another phenomenon. A swirling vortex of a portal began to manifest out of thin air. From it, a young pink creature emerged. The Lieutenant looked over this girl, her head nodding as she took a tally of her players thus far. This pink being quickly was distracted and pulled towards the first arrival, Duke Satan.
A single gauntlet covered hand reached up to rub the woman’s cheek awkwardly. She would let them get their formalities out before she introduced herself. She needn’t be rude.
THE FINAL ARRIVAL!
This time it was a small, unnoticeable, and unmarked ship. From it, a glorious looking teenage Frost Demon emerged. His reflective armor mirrored the various suns’ rays in a blinding spectacle, perhaps she would have to make him remove the wax from his body before he could participate. Really now, could you imagine playing volleyball but during you get permanent eye damage due to your opponent? Yeah, she would read the rule book on this.
“Ahem!” Cassava finally addressed the group as a single minute ticked past the meeting hour. The woman clad in her usual attire let her arms relax at her sides as she prepared what kind of pathetic introduction she had planned. Of course, a Saiyan that conveyed themselves clearly was hard to find, Cass strived to be the exception.
“Greetings Game Goers, and welcome to Oceaol. The planet has graciously allowed us to use its space as grounds for the first ever Scarlet Summer Games. Alas, you probably all know that by now. I’m Cassava, the creator of this event. My goal is to ease relations after decades and decades of war and strife. I’m not delusional, but I hope that we can make it better than it is now.” Cassava walked towards the group in an attempt to wrangle them all together despite many a distraction in other participants and just the local amenities.
“Whatever reasons you decided to step up and represent your respective people, I am sure they are all noble and well, . . . maybe.”
The woman was getting sidetracked, but soon snapped back to her focused state and waved a hand behind her to the resort areas of the planet. Various hotels with all-inclusive plans littered the area. Yet, there were some areas untouched to tourism. Unmapped coves and brilliant coral reefs decorated the planet. All in all, it was a place for everyone to relax and vacation whether you love city life, or simple life.
“Firstly, I will have to lead you to the stadium. Before I do though, are there any questions?” Cassava inquired like a teacher to a class. She waited patiently before a beaming smile took over her face.
“Very well then! This way! I’m sure you’re all eager to see what we have planned for the day,” The woman clad in crimson turned on her heel and was off. Any and all ships would be properly handled, and surely the guests weren’t too eager to leave as soon as the even was over. After all, she did work to get them a night’s stay at one of the most lavish hotels on the planet.
They walked, through many a tunnel. Most travel by foot was done through undersea tunnels and routes. Giant glass walls surrounded them as they walked to the next hub, home of the stadium, and their destination. All around one would see below the initial layers of the sea. Schools of fish darted to and from in formation, large sea mammals surfaced for air and dove back into the dark depths. There was a sting of chill in the air from being under the surface of the ocean, but the beautiful azure hues danced along the passage in a kaleidoscope of light. It was really lovely.
“I must say, I’m a bit nervous about this being televised!” Cassava threw in some points of conversation as they stepped onto a conveyor horizontal escalator. It took them quickly to and from at least. WC: 943 | 1516 Tags: Emperor Absolut , Andrew C. Creed , Majin Zam , Android B "Moxie"

This is exactly the kind of thing Duke wanted to happen. Everything was going according to plan, oh yeah! As it so happened some of the locals even recognized Duke and began taking pictures from a distance. Now it would be time to razzle dazzle the on lookers, Duke would snap his finger and address his cheer leaders "Alright ladies show everyone that cheer you all know!" the cheer leaders would then begin to break out into a rehearsed dance, all the while they would be chanting "Duke, Duke he's our man, if he can't do it nobody can!" The champ would place his hands on his hips before letting out an obnoxious laugh "Hahaha! That's right! I'm the man and don't you all forget it!"Stroking his masculine and thick mustache, the champ would then begin to size up his opponents. The first he spotted was a man and a blue alien of some kind. He wasn't worried one bit, they looked like scrawny weaklings! They needed more protein in their diets, awww yeah! New he would see a young pink girl seemingly come out of no where. He would watch as she dashed over to him. Apparently she was a fan of his families' exploits. Duke would give a hardy laugh before explaining to the girl "No, I'm not the original Hercule Satan! But, I am his great great nephew Duke Satan! After years of hard work and training, I've finally become just as powerful as my mighty ancestor who defeated cell!" Duke wanted to ham it up as much as possible. This would be the prefect chance for a photo op! "Here, since your a fan of the Satan legacy," Duke would then stand next to the majin and put his left arm around her. He would then point at one of his many photographers and direct him to take a snapshot of the champ and his biggest fan! "Say cheese my friend!" Multiple camera flashes would go off, and then Duke would approach the camera man. After a few seconds he would turn around and present Zam with a picture of the two of them together, it was even signed: "From: Duke Satan to my biggest fan! Fight like the devil out there!" After the champ had finished with the majin, he would then overhear the voice of the teenage frost demon. He wanted to know how Mr. Satan was. Well, Duke would tell him alright! "Who is Mr.Satan!? I am Mr.Satan. I'm the only remaining descendant of the Satan family line! The very family who destroyed the monster cell! And the very family who managed to convert majin buu to a hero! That is who I am! And I am here today for a charity known as Mr.Satan's home for blind orphans! All our earnings will go towards helping educate those poor blind orphans!" As strange as it sounded, the blind orphanage was an actual organization Mr. Satan planned on donating his winnings to. In truth he was only here for the publicity... As he finished his shouting he would notice Cssava appear. It seemed this would be getting started soon. Duke would simply listen and give a nod as the Saiyan gave her speech to them and the crowd that surrounding Duke. He wondered if this would be it. His opponents, one human looking fellow, one alien, one majin, and one frost demon. This would be a piece of cake for a champ like him, oh yeah! and it was all made possible by his nearly undetectable battle suit. It wouldn't really be cheating, after all the frost demon was wearing some kind of armor too... Duke and his crew of fans and cheerleaders would follow Cassava. The planet they were on was absolutely sunning, the architecture alone was leagues above what they had back on earth. Perhaps Duke would buy a summer home here! Moments later, the champ would hear the woman say she was nervous about the cameras. Duke was certainly not, he had his own reality show after all. "ah don't worry about all the flashes and lights! You get use to it after a while."

Rine would have stars in her eyes as she followed the Saiyan officer. Honestly Creed didn’t understand the big deal about her. Maybe it had something to do with those brain killing magazines she reads. Creed followed behind with his hands still behind his head. One of the reporters following Satan seemed to glance over at him every so often. She was a young earthling, a foolish one at that. There was a rumor that any reporter who attempted to report on the business mogul would have strange and unfortunate accidents, which would grow worse and worse as they persisted. Things ranging from minor vandalism to outright death. Creed hated reporters and journalists. Nosey idealists who cared more about getting their opinion out than proper reporting. Creed would remove the cigarette from his mouth, still staring at the reporter. The camera she was using was connected to the holonet, wonderful, a live broadcast. “Armageddon, please find me anything you can about the owner of the camera I just scanned. Search for anything they wish to keep hidden and replace their feed with it. If they lack anything then disconnect the feed” Creed would state quietly. As they entered the under sea tunnel, the reporter would begin to blush after checking her tablet, before running away, most likely in an attempt to stop the feed. What did you find Armageddon? As she left, a hole in the massive crowd of people around Satan opened up. Creed would pat Rine on the shoulder. “I’ll be right back”. He would separate and navigate his way towards the Idol as smoothly as he could. Before reaching him, he would run into one of the cheerleaders previously chanting his name. Creed would give her a charming smile and a wink as he passed by, causing her to blush. Finally he would breach the center. Trying to get the fool’s attention without making himself look the fool would be impossible, so he had a better plan. “Armageddon, take control of the armor’s servos and force them to jolt towards me, I doubt we can get full control, but that should suffice...” Hopefully that would get his attention. Creed gave the best smile he could as he held a hand out for Satan to shake. “Hello, Mr.Satan. I don’t believe we’ve had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Andrew C. Creed. I was hoping to wish you the best during this match” His smile would seem to slowly shift into a devilish grin as his left eye shined a slight emerald green. “That Gi you’re wearing is quite interesting. Very reflective of your personality. Mind telling me where you got it? Capsule Corp perhaps?” Word Count: 433 Android B "Moxie" Queen Kuueru Majin Zam Emperor Absolut

Much to the Majin’s puzzlement, the martial artist offered a very unexpected answer. Slooowly she tilted her head, as if another angle would help her thoughts roll better. A puff of steam formed a question mark above her hair. So... uh... he wasn’t Mister Satan, but he still was Mister Satan? But how could he be someone and not be them at the same time? Just thinking about it was making her head spin. The golden eyes turned into swirls. Luckily the spiral of confusion was cut short by the arm over her shoulder. She blinked and turned her gaze towards the cameras. Ooh, a photo? Right on cue, she reached to hug the burly man and flashed a bright smile. The signed present brought the twinkle back into her eyes. "Ooh, thank you~!" Humming happily, she slipped the photo into her cleavage for safekeeping. She couldn’t wait to show it to Grandpa Noudel!
The new voice drew Zam’s undivided attention. She knew that sound. It meant an adult had something important to say. That lady had scary eyes... But she seemed nice! Drawn in by the Saiyan’s natural authority, the small girl didn’t need much wrangling. She was listening closely already, nodding along. Hm hm, yup yup, she understood most of it. Totally. When the teach-erm, Cassava addressed asked if there were any questions, Zam’s hand shot up immediately. "Miss Cass, I have a question! Why do some people turn brown or red when they go to the beach?" She had always wondered about that. ...Oh, and no, she didn’t have any questions about the games.
Following the lead, the pink creature flew after the adults. Walking wasn’t her thing, not one bit. While the rest strolled in orderly fashion, more or less, she zigzagged between the walls and marveled at the wondrous sights. Everywhere she looked something new caught her eye. She had no idea that so many pretty things were hiding underwater. When another adult moved past her to approach the champ, she floated aside to give them space. Just passing by was enough to make her nose wrinkle. Bleh, he clearly liked those smokey sticks. Her antennae twitched, curiously investigating what eyes couldn’t see. It felt... weird... Like there was nothing there. For some reason she thought that if she looked away even for a second, the man would disappear. ...Hmm, nope, still there. Super strange.
Leaving the stinky man and the brawny man to talk, the excited girl found a new target to bother. Quickly she zipped over everyone’s heads and circled around the shiny person. She had never seen anyone like him. "Hey! Hey, listen!" Stopping to float at eye level, she leaned close. Goodbye personal space. "Are you a superhero?" Lips curling into a playful, cat-like smile, she cautiously reached for his head. So shiny, so smooth! "Are you... a robot superhero?" If the armored alien didn’t pick his words carefully, he might soon find himself buried under an avalanche of questions. Not to even mention all the curious poking and patting that was about to ensue. Words: 526 [Total = 1098] Queen Kuueru - Android B "Moxie" - Andrew C. Creed - Emperor Absolut

The Symbol of Peace... One Day
It's safe to say that Absolut was not the type of person to ever hear much about Earthling culture. Sure, he was well aware of the obsession with superheroes which the Earthlings held, a part of which ended up inspiring Absolut to take up this... path, as well, but when Duke began talking about the achievements and heroic acts of the so-called "Mr. Satan", the young Frost Demon was only left scratching the back of his helmet in slight confusion.
He had heard of Majin Buu - who hasn't? - and the name "Cell" was sending some signals to his mind, too, but Mr. Satan? The hero who supposedly defeated them both? What kind of name is Mr. Satan anyway, is that a some sort of stage name?..
"Is he... anything like Polaris?.." "Colonel Frost" muttered underneath his breath, his attention swiftly distracted by the Saiyan Cassava appearing in the spaceport, introducing herself as well as the Scarlet Summer Games, then offering the participants to come along with them. The perfect opportunity for Absolut to catch the faces of everyone who was travelling to the event alongside him. Two Earthlings, the aforementioned Duke Satan and an another one who looked far too serious to participate in sports... and a cute young Majin tagging along with the rest.
Absolut waited for the rest of the questions to fly and standing shyly at the side, opting to not voice his thoughts - not that he really had many questions to offer. The sea bed which the participants had to travel across inside a giant tunnel, however, instantly caught the young Frost Demon's attention. It reminded him somewhat of the underwater mission he had to do under Cam's orders a long time ago... but instead of being scary, dirty, or intimidating, the sea now looked beautiful and pristine. Absolut's eyes trailed through the corals and the swarms of fish, a long lost spark of wonder lighting itself back up in her eyes, even if hidden by his suit's mask. How come he doesn't get to see something this beautiful despite being-
"Aah!!"
The young female Majin suddenly jumping at him, staring straight into his eyes and practically shouting straight at his face, instantly frightened Absolut and almost got him to fall off balance before repositioning herself. The girl clearly had no concept of personal space - she stared him straight in the eyes, she barraged him with questions, none of whom Absolut was prepared to immediately answer.
It didn't help that he had never really had cute girls his age suddenly come up straight to him and ask him stuff so openly.
"Um, uh..." a few mutters came from the Cosmic Suit's voice distorter. As uncomfortable as it felt to do so, Absolut placed his right finger on Zam's nose, as if booping her, and gently pushed her face away to give himself a moment to breathe. Immediately, a newfound rush a surprising confidence began to flow through his veins. "Y-yes! I'm a superhero, miss! Not a robot, but I can see why you would get confused... My name is Colonel Frost, and I am the Symbol of Peace! Saving people, doing the right thing, and all for others!"
Though it was quite rich to call himself the "Symbol of Peace" when, so far, all which he had done in his Colonel Frost identity was travel to a planet with a ridiculous name and look awkward in photographs.
"Colonel Frost" slightly tilted his head in confusion. "What's your name, though?"

The moving conveyor beneath their feet soon ended, leaving them to go through another opening, another left, another right. Eventually after a mish mash of turns they would be at their destination. However, that wasn't before she caught up on all the entertaining conversation being held behind her back as she walked.
Duke Satan and his collaborative of cheerleaders were quite the bunch. Even after the Saiyan expressed her nervous feelings, he assured her that nerves would ease fast once she got comfortable. A Saiyan being the MC for a night seemed amusing, hopefully she maintained her composure.
The gentleman who smoked seemed to be on edge. Still, it didn't stop him from poking the sides of the narcissistic Duke. Cassava nearly lost her composure at the man's compliment towards Satan's attire. Perhaps it was something she hadn't noticed, but she allowed the teasing and games to continue so long as her mission of getting the games finished.
Rine however stayed at Cassava's back, she seemed enthralled and enamored with the entire process so far. Hopefully once she got a view of the stadium prepared she could wallow in the gloriousness of that.
Zam quickly piped up after the Saiyan asked everyone for questions. Cassava seemed to smile, her head nodding at the pink girl's question.
"Oh, some species' skin absorbed ultraviolet rays from suns. The build up of that radiation causes a change in the pigment of our skin." It was a rather thorough answer for them walking around in a mega structure.
Still, just as quickly as she came, Zam was off talking to the last arrival, the self-proclaimed Colonel Frost. The shiny little man quickly jumped to attention at the interrogation. So that was his alias? Cassava cleared her throat as they finally reached one of the many entrances of the main stadium for the day. As soon as one stepped into the stadium it was blinding. They were clearly back above water as the seas stretched as far as one could see.
In the center of the oval was an area set up and prepared for today's activities. Several ropes, balls, instruments, and even a crystal-clear pool was nestled in the stadium. Of course, that pool was filled with fresh sea water from the outside too. It was a nice place for everyone to observe in person. Currently the stadium was beginning to fill. Cassava was giving them a crash course and fast.
"This is Stadium Opal. The best Oceaol has to offer in fact. There will be a few events for you all to participate it. With your physical abilities you all should be able to jump in and be decent. Though, your skill sets may help you excel as some games more than others."
Cassava turned, her face now to the group.
"Now, I also mentioned some of these are team events as well. So, your teammate will be randomly drawn to be fair. Afterall, I'm not entirely sure of what you all will excel at. Though, this will all be handled during the actual games. Which begin in about an hour huh?" Cassava questioned herself while looking down at the time.
"I'll take you to the locker rooms for now. Feel free to spend the next hour getting to know one another. Trust me, that hour will pass quickly, then you will be working your tail off and having a good time!" Cassava tried her best to sound excited, but her nerves were still getting the best of her. She quickly turned and walked down the stairs of the stadium before taking a side door that led to a modernly decorated lounge. There were changing rooms for those unprepared, snacks and drinks, and of course luxurious leather couches in front of televisions with all the channels.
"Here, trust me, I'll be back in an hour. Don't talk your ears off or you'll have to continue talking on the court. Oh, by the way. The first event up---you may want to warm up your muscles," Cassava noted before turning to exit the room. She had to prepare some things before her televised appearance came. Besides, the athletes needed time to stretch and warm up. . . or not.

Duke would continue to admire himself, and his adoring fan base until one of the female reporters would start running through the rest of his entourage. The champ would raise an eyebrow, scratch his head for a moment, and then shrug "I wonder what got into her? Stage fright?" The proud earthling would continue to strut down the hall ways behind Cassava, he made an attempt to look as cool for the paparazzi as possible. There was just one thing he had for gotten to do, it turned out he actually would need to make one other phone call before the games started. The champ would begin to reach for his phone is his back pocket, but would be interrupted by an electric jolt of some kind. The invisible neck piece of Duke's battle armor could cause him to turn his head directly at Creed. After a second, the rest of his armor would follow suit causing his entire body to face the man. From his point of view, the armor must have been short circuiting! The champ would begin sweating profusely. If his armor failed, he wouldn't look good in the games! and if he didn't look good in the games, those poor blind orphans would all go hungry! And worst of all, his reputation would be damaged! He would then notice Creed approaching, he needed to play it cool. It seemed the man's full name was 'Andrew C. Creed' it sounded familiar to him, but he couldn't put his finger on it. "Well, It's nice to meet you Mr. Creed sir! It will be an honor competing against ya, but there is no shame in dropping out if ya don't think ya can handle the champ, OH YEAAHHH!" Various camera flashes would go off, and Duke would strike multiple poses yet again. "My Gi...Capsule Corp? uhhh..." Duke would freeze for a moment. Was this guy on to him? Nah! Duke was way to clever for this simpleton! The champ would come up with a quick excuse, "Oh you must have heard the news. My appearance today was partially sponsored by capsule corp!"
Duke would take off the purplish red part of his Gi. Beneath it was not his invisible battle suit however, but a Nascar-style jacket with nearly a hundred different logos from various companies that were sponsoring Duke. In truth, beneath this jacket would be the invisible battle suit. "Actually, I've got quite a few sponsors as you can see. Yes, Capsule corp is the biggest one though!"
After he had "explained himself" to Creed, the narcissistic earthling would overhear the Majin girl talking about how that frost demon was a super hero. "A super hero huh?" the champ would whisper under his breath. This would be the prefect chance for some more publicity! If Duke endorsed a hero from the south galaxy, then perhaps he would get a reputation there as well. Duke would bolt over to Absolute, and say "Did I hear someone say super hero!? Colonel Frost was it? What do ya say to a picture with the champ? Yes? ok, it's a yes then!"
Duke would kneel down to get on shoulder level with absolute, and then give a signal to one of his camera guys. Another series of blinding flashes would go off as the picture of Mr. Satan and 'Colonel Frost' together was taken. One of the reporters from the crowd of wild fans would comment: "Woah, perfect article material! Mr. Satan endorses new hero in town!" the crowd of fans would cheer in excitement. Absolute would gain a following quickly at this rate, and those he helped would in turn hear about Mr. Satan! It was a win win in the champ's book.
Duke and his crew of followers would be shocked at the beauty of the stadium, the place was gorgeously crafted. If this was the place they would be competing, it would be easy for Duke to look good! He would then listen to the saiyan's explanation of the games, of course he planned to win all of them! He was Mr. Satan! He had no weaknesses!
After this he would then follow her to the locker rooms. he had one hour to prepare, the champ hoped it would be enough time to finish his call! "Alright everyone, the champ will be right back after a short bathroom break! Hahaha!" Duke would then walk into the men's locker room, and to the stall's there. He would sit down on one of the toilets, and then dial a number on his phone.
"Hey guys it's Duke! Look I forgot something important, and I need as much help as I can get!" Duke would begin to quietly whisper to his TV producer over the phone, to where only the two of them could hear. He needed some finishing touches made before his grand appearance. Once he had finished his call, he would walk out into the main locker room where he would begin to change clothing. Luckily, his battle suit was skin-tight so even if he changed in public he wouldn't get caught. Leaving his pants on, the champ would take off his jacket that was full of various sponsors and replace it with a T-shirt that was full of various sponsors. "AWWW YEAH! Now I'm ready!"

All it took was a brief second. Oh he certainly caught himself in doing it, but the inkling of uncertainty was evident. A small freeze, the twitch of an eyebrow, trailing off. Creed gave a smirk. Fine, if the foolish idol wished to feign ignorance, he would make him regret it. Nothing too serious. Violent? Perhaps. Creed would reach into his pocket and produce a card with his companies information written on it, holding it out to him. “Hm, I thought so. You should consider getting Creed Cybernetics as a sponsor, we’ve just recently started a joint venture with Capsule Corp. While they are leading in many fields, we currently out number their profits in Cybernetics by Fifteen million. Not a substantial gap, but it is a slowly growing. If you’re interested, feel free to contact me from there. I’m sure you’ll find we are much more accommodating than Capsule Corp. Oh. and good luck” Creed would turn and make his way through the thinning crowd back to Rine. She seemed to of finally snapped out of her starstruck stupor, though there was still the slight glint of wonder in her eyes. Even with all his fortune, the two had such little time to take vacations, especially on planets like this. While Creed preferred cities to the tropics, Rine absolutely adored them. Creed would hold out his arm, allowing her to grab it as they walked on to the locker room, a bit of a strange sight given Rine was almost a foot taller than Creed. As the group moved on, Creed couldn’t help but glance at the two remaining competitors. While Satan had a very… ”sparkling” personality, these two stuck out quite a bit. One was quite literally sparkling in the sun. Bit overdressed for beach games, but perhaps that was just Frost Demon preference. Creed would move over to the two with Rine. He grinned slightly as the Frost Demon slowly pushed back the Majin, who stood uncomfortably close. “Hope I’m not interrupting you two love birds” He’d state, hoping to get their attention. “I’m Andrew, and this is Rine. It’s nice to meet you two” He’d glance over at Satan. “Honestly you all seem pretty tough, make sure to go easy on me out there eh?” Rine would stifle a laugh at that, it wasn’t often Creed admitted being weak in anything. Her eyes would flicker about the beautiful architecture of Oceaol. “This place is just...fantastic, isn’t it?” She’d say to no one in particular. Zam didn’t mind being puuushed away. Some people were just so shy, she figured. They got all nervous, mumbling and fidgeting. She had even seen few turn almost as pink as her! And a certain part of her enjoyed those funny reactions... The dazzling introduction left her eyes twinkling like stars. A real superhero! With a super suit and all! Just like in her favorite shows! That whole kernel part was a mouthful, so she went for a nickname instead. "I’m Zam! Nice to meetcha, Frosty!" Good name? Great name! Arguing against it was useless.
Before the little trickster could bother the superhero further, other distractions came to save him. ...Save being a relative term here. Zam’s attention was drawn to Mister Andrew and Miss Rine. A mischievous grin played on the girl’s features as she shook her head. "Nyeh hee~ Silly~! Zam is not a bird, nope!" With a proud bounce she puffed her chest. "Zam is a Majin, is what Zam is!" Oblivious was also what Zam was. The tomboyish girl had a very vague notion of love and attraction. She just knew that some people made her feel all warm and fuzzy inside, sooo she was naturally drawn to them. Her touchy-feely nature didn’t exactly help.
The golden eyes shifted between the two adults. Hm, aside from the smoky stink, Mister Andrew didn’t seem like a bad person. And Miss Rine seemed okay too. Flashing a broad smile, the girl nodded excitedly. "Nice to meetcha too!" A playful giggle bounced between the walls. "Don’t worry! I promise to be super careful! Honest!" Not that it meant much coming from someone so reckless...
Cassava’s gracious intervention spared everyone from the Majin’s boundless curiosity. For a moment at least. It was a small miracle the scatterbrained creature understood the crash course, but at least she paid very close attention. Sooo... Sports stuff. And also team stuff with a random teammate. And one hour to get ready. Hm, yup yup, she was following so far. Kinda. Maybe. Eh, it would be fiiine. When they arrived to the modern lounge, her eyes zeroed in on the snacks with a predatory gleam. So many delicious things...
Zam wiped her drool away and nodded excitedly at the warm up idea. "Okay! Watch this!" Clenching her fists, she huffed with concentration. Pink wisps started dancing around her. Glimmering sparkles trailed across her skin. Slooowly she stretched her whooole body. Her power was constantly shifting without rhyme or reason, a lie told without words. Most scouters just gave up and displayed an error crackling with static. Even sophisticated scanners were dragged into an endless loop of nonsensical information. Magic and technology rarely got along... A wheeze of steam escaped from the holes in her body, mouth included. "Pheeew... All done!" With that out of the way, she zipped over to the snacks and helped herself.
Munching a huge sandwich, the energetic glutton approached the stinky man and his tall lady friend. "Hey, hey Mister Andrew! Hey, listen!" Needless to say, the sooner he acknowledged the nuisance floating circles around him, the sooner she would get to the point. Eyes glimmering innocently, she voiced a pretty blunt question. "Why do you feel like nothing?" By now it should have been obvious that the girl had no filter whatsoever. She reached up with her free hand, clearly wanting to pat his chest. If he allowed it, the insistent patting would punctuate her words. "Is like you are not there..." Pat pat pat. "But you’re still there! Super mysterious!" She did have a habit of asking too many questions. Words: 611 [Total = 1709] Queen Kuueru - Android B "Moxie" - Andrew C. Creed - Emperor Absolut

The Symbol of Peace... One Day
Everything collapsed, and quickly. And it wasn't even the fault of Majin Zam - hell, out of the three fellow competitors, she was the most reasonable in this short stretch of time. Sure, the term "personal space" was still not really in her vocabulary, and she was as much of a sugar rush girl as she always had been, but at least she seemed to limit herself to her usual ecstasy and introductions. And also calling him "Frosty". "Frosty"...
Apparently, however, Absolut and Zam standing too close to each other attracted some not necessarily wanted attention towards them both. Creed was the first to approach them, calling them "lovebirds", and though this didn't seem to have much impact on Zam, who simply laughed it off and stated that she is not a "bird" - whether Zam was actually oblivious of what the Earthling meant or whether she was hiding her real intentions behind this act was left a mystery - Absolut instantly froze in place. He could only thank the fact that the Cosmic Suit couldn't blush, else its metallic face would have turned into a rich red almost instantly.
"You... you must be mistaken, mister..." "Colonel Frost" spoke up after some difficulty. He has barely even met her, why are they already called lovebirds?! "I am... um, sorry for acting so awkward, by the way... I am Colonel Frost, and I am-"
Yet another unwanted interruption, this time from Duke Satan, who suddenly pulled the surprised Absolut in and offered a one-time chance to have a picture with the Champ himself, the fact that the Frost Demon didn't even know who he is be damned.
"Y-you must be mistaken, I'm not yet-" Absolut was going to try to explain that he has not yet started his superhero career in full, but he didn't find the time to even finish his sentence before the photoshoot began. Out of the two people in the photo, "Colonel Frost" certainly looked like the less confident and expressive one, so whether they were truly a help for a young hero start-up or instead just a way for Duke to boost his image is a big question.
And with that, having gotten embarrassed and humbled, Absolut left the underwater path and stepped straight into the massive Stadium Opal, and before he or anyone else got the time to fully admire the massive structure, to the locker rooms, to spend the next half an hour getting to know each other.
The young Frost Demon, however, had already received a... less than satisfying first experience into getting to know these people, so initially, he seemed to resign himself to just sitting down on one of the couches and staring to the ceiling, thinking to himself like he would ever so often do. Until his attention got picked up by Zam's usual antics - this time poking Andrew and asking why... he isn't there.
But he was. Which Zam herself expressed, and yet asked regardless.
"Um..." "Colonel Frost" spoke up as he stood up from his seat, walking up to the Majin and the Earthling, and gently poking the latter himself. "What do you mean, Zam? Andrew is right here, you can feel him."

Surely Opal was a beautiful sight to behold. There were enough seats there to house more than most stadiums in the known galaxy. The seating was all architecturally designed for everyone to have a decent view of the events below, be it to the competitor's advantage or not. At least, Cassava wanted these games to be more carefree and comedic than competitive. Hopefully this entire happening would go according to plan. Speaking of plans, Cassava was quickly back to her waiting station until time to grab the participants. Her honey hued eyes glanced over an illuminated screen that listed a wall of information.
It was a list of events.
Not only that, but the expected number of crowd members as well.
So far, they seemed to be ahead in sales for the limited seats they had, perhaps even sold out. Despite the large amount of room, high profile guests graced the crowd. Most of the people here tonight bought their way in with money or recognition. It didn't bother Cassava, the more profit she could rake in for her efforts the better. That's not to say she hadn't put forth a good chuck of her own fortune to get it started.
Tonight, would be a glorious night indeed, truly she was eager to see just how these super powered marvels would handle such ordinary sports.
While the usual Galactic Olympics were open to those with only the best abilities, there was the influx of ki users in the galaxy, they have had to make several different leagues in sports in this era. Some levels were for those with no ki abilities, some with minor energy control skills, though, there weren't powerhouses like this list of competitors. Cassava aimed to showcase a different level of athlete tonight as a side agenda.
The Saiyan grinned eagerly as she attempted to visualize how the night would play out scene by scene. While she was no psychic or fortuneteller, she had predicted quite the zany evening.
The first event was planned, a true might of strength between the array of participants. With the start time of the Scarlet Summer Games nearing, the crowd, lighting, and cameras started to set up and prepare. Getting the viewers hyped was the goal, not only here in person but at home would help show that different people could work cooperatively.
Even the competitors beneath the stadium would notice the shift in atmosphere. Thousands of sounds echoed from overhead. From the loud music prior to the games, to the advertisements that blared in-between. The footsteps began to pile in, a cacophony of sound managing to radiate from the stadium's center. From their view the sun was beginning to sink beyond the horizon. Wait, beach events at night? With a planet with at least one sun in view 95% of the time, Cassava sure chose and odd day to host her games.
Though, there was a nice fun party vibe to the area now. Friends drank overpriced alcohol and chanted the names of their favorite participants amongst the few she managed to pull together in a last-minute rush.
Cassava stood before the main control hub for broadcasting of the event. As soon as a good percentage of the observers filed into their seats, brilliant lights illuminated not only the way for patrons, but the glorious stage waiting for a night of fun.
Many grabbed last minute concessions, not a person wanted to be out of their seats for this. Surely some hilarity would ensure with the narcissistic Earthling, shy superhero, childish pink danger, and of course, giant blue alien woman and nicotine addicted man thing. Hand selecting these people was a tough decision, yet the Lieutenant did it with deliberation.
In a moment the Saiyan would have to go down to retrieve the main part of her show, but for now she would allow them a moment to breathe and get any conversation out of the way. All the while, the anticipation of the crowd became more and more apparent as their voices blended together to express their excitement. With that, Cassava began to make her way back to reveal what the first competition would be. WC: 696 || 2917 | Tags: Emperor Absolut Android B "Moxie" Majin Zam Andrew C. Creed

Duke would scratch the back of his head as Creed would suggest that he should consider a sponsorship with his organization. He had already made an agreement with capsule corp. but at the same time, creed cybernetics was part of a joint venture with them. Duke did want the money for the poor blind orphans after all. Even more so, he wanted any fame Creed Cybernetics would offer him. Rubbing his chin for a moment, the champ would begin to raise his arm for a hand shake "Mr. Creed, it sounds like we have a--" Mr. Satan would be cut off by one of his reality show producers. "Mr.Satan hold on a second!" a stout and overweight man would dart towards the champ and whisper in his ear. "Mr.Satan, you must not sponsor that man! He isn't on the networks approved list of sponsors! Also rumor has it he is a rival of Capsule corp. not a friend! you can't!" The boastful earthling would nod his head. If he turned his back on the show's producers, then he would loose ratings! The only thing worse than loosing ratings was death itself!
"Well, I hate to inform you Mr.Creed, I really do. My producer has forbid me from taking any other sponsors at this time. Perhaps another day. Besides, you have plenty of advertisement! Your here in person after all. HAHAHAH! I'll try not to embarrass you all that much!"
The moment had arrived! Soon it would be the champ's time to shine. Duke would pick up his phone one last time to ask a friend a question. "Everything in place? Hahaha! Excellent! Oh, I'm almost on stage!"

Creed was not expecting to be patted on the chest today, nor was Rine, who quickly went in to grab the Majin’s arm with an almost vice grip. She would give Majin a glare and slight hiss before Creed intervened. “It’s alright Rine, she was just curious” She would slowly remove her hand from the Majin’s arm before returning her sights back to the rest of the scenery. “Sorry about that, there are a lot of people in this galaxy who aren’t very big fans of me. You can never tell who is a friend or bioterrorist these days” He would sigh slightly. He didn’t have direct access to his suit today, so both remained on edge just to be safe. Though she may look distracted, Rine was a master at multitasking and reacting quickly to threats. “As for my lack of an energy signature, the answer is simple” Creed would close his right eye and tap on his left, letting out a ding as if tapping glass. “During a major Bioterrorist attack, I was caught in a collapsing building. Though I managed to survive quite a few of my internal organs had to be replaced. I decided to just get rid of the rest of them to be safe. Organic matter is required in order to give off an energy signature, and it seems I removed enough of it to dissolve whatever Power Level I might of have. Benefit is that I could probably take a missile to the chest and survive. Not that I’m wanting to test that theory!” He’d jest. Creed was being honest for the most part, but forgot to neglect how he lost his eye. That tussle with the one called “Legume” left him more injured than the healing pods could heal. By the time he had blown up his suit power core, his left eye was blinded and ruptured due to one Legume’s strikes. He was lucky to get away without any brain damage. Creed would glance over at the obese producer, who sought to prevent any sort of sponsorship. “Haven't you seen the news lately? We are in a joint operation to build a very useful, maybe even galaxy changing product. While Creed Cybernetics and Capsule Corp have been a little competitive as of late, I would appreciate it if you refrained from spreading rumors of us being enemies. This is the real world, Mister Producer, not a movie” He’d give a slight smirk to Satan. “I’d suggest getting more knowledgeable producers next time, Duke” Creed would return his sights back to the frost demon and majin. “It’s nice to meet you Zam and Frost. Much to the small Majin’s huge shock, her patting was denied! Wide-eyed and confused, she stared up at the stern blue lady. Her rubbery hand got squished in the grip. That really hurt... her feelings. Fortunately Mister Andrew turned out to be savvy about the situation. As the hold was released, there was a tense pause. ...Patpatpatpatpat! The girl’s bright smile returned. Curiosity rising! Overflowing! She had never met anyone like this mysterious man. Frosty’s poke was met with a gleeful giggle. "Sure he’s there, silly! But he has no tingle!" That was her word choice for it and she was sticking with it. For better or worse. "He’s all cold and empty inside!" Honest to a fault.
When Mister Andrew offered a... simple... answer, Zam of course plopped down to listen. Story time! One of her favorite times, right after snack time and play time. She listened attentively and nodded here and there. Hm hm, yup yup, she knew some of those words. The rest went waaay over her head though. By the end of the explanation, she chimed cheerfully. "Don’t worry, Mister Andrew! Zam is not a bio-thingy! Zam is a friend, is what Zam is!" Even if the stinky Earthling felt weird and his lady friend was a little scary, he seemed nice! Plus she really liked Earthlings! So that made him a friend!
Watching the adults talk more about difficult stuff didn’t hold the girl’s interest though. She stretched her arm and snatched another sandwich. It was much like stuffing something down a garbage disposal, only with more flying food crumbs. Her elastic tongue whipped around to clean up those too though. Yummy! She had no qualms about filling up before exercise. If anything, snacks just fueled her weird body further. Luckily she hadn’t gotten her hands on any sugar...
Full and happy, Zam bounced back onto her feet. Her golden gaze swept over the new friends. Humming a playful tune, she tried to imagine what sort of secrets they were hiding. Miss Cassava had said that all phyy... phisi... skills were fair game. Weeell, maybe she didn’t really say it, but she had totally meant it, right? Right! The Majin’s thoughts trailed off as her antennae wiggled, tickled by the variety of tiny tingles amassing nearby. Excited voices echoed to her ears. Unable to sit still anymore, she turned to wander around restlessly. Ooh, she couldn’t wait to see what more there was in store! Words: 422 [Total = 2131] Queen Kuueru - Android B "Moxie" - Andrew C. The Symbol of Peace... One Day
Ah, so it wasn't Andrew's actual presence which Zam was concerned with - he was there, the girl simply could not sense his presence. "Ah, that's what you mean..." the Frost Demon muttered under his breath. Right, now that she has mentioned it, Creed did not have any energy signature... Absolut had not even noticed it before, actually. His ki sensing skills were not developed to a point where he would navigate himself by them in such a manner, and his time in Kabocha and elsewhere left him already acquainted with the concept of Androids, and the fact that they did not have a ki signature to speak of.
Regardless, Andrew quickly assured on what had happened to him to leave him in such a fate. He got severely wounded during a bio terrorist attack and much of his body had to be replaced with cybernetics, which eliminated any energy signature which he still might have had. Zam took it in her usual cheerful manner - Absolut, on the other hand, had chills go down his spine upon imagining such a fate. As well as a newfound feeling of resolve upon hearing the horror which had happened to the businessman.
"Colonel Frost" clenched his fist in enthusiasm and, right after the Majin, exclaimed with enthusiasm:
"It's nice to meet you too, sir! And if such an evil ever dares to strike you again, you know who to call! I'm the Symbol of Peace for a very good reason!"
