NAME. Majin Zam
"I like many names! Zam, Zee, Pinky, Bubblegum... But if you call me Zammy, I’m gonna have to hurt you."

APPEARANCE.
At a quick glance, Zam resembles a tomboyish teenage girl with a short, messy haircut and a sporty build. She possesses all the common Majin traits, including a pliable, pink body, lighter tentacles imitating hair, black sclera, as well as sets of small holes running along her head, chest and arms. Her toned figure holds distinct feminine shapeliness along with some decent muscle. Usually her eyes are a shiny shade of gold, but they do turn red when she is especially upset.
When it comes to clothing, she loves to wear a wide variety of outfitsstolen borrowed from unattended clotheslines. Colors and style hardly matter, as long as she deems the costume comfy. As a result she often ends up wearing loose t-shirts, shorts and such. Whenever her stolen borrowed clothes get ruined or she has to extensively regenerate, she reverts back to the traditional Majin look. She dons a black tube top, black boots with yellow trimmings, matching arm sleeves, baggy white pants and a black belt decorated with the Majin symbol.
"Hm? Where do I keep my spare clothes? Nyeh hee~ Is a secret~"
MOTIVATIONS.
Zam is mainly motivated by her endless hunger for entertainment and other similarly simple desires. Eating tasty snacks, visiting pretty places and fighting strong people... She just can’t get enough of it all. Driven by selfish impulses, she is prone to doing whatever seems fun at the time, especially when said fun includes mischief and mayhem. She can’t help it really. It’s in her nature.
However, in many ways she is still a child, naive and impressionable. She wants to be acknowledged and praised almost as much as she wants to have fun. Thus she can easily be motivated and manipulated by cool authority figures, for better or worse.
"I wanna have fun! And snacks! And and... Maybe some head pats...?"
QUIRKS.
The first thing to note about Zam is that she is a bubbly chatterbox among allies and enemies alike. While her conversational skills have been steadily improving, sometimes she still gets so excited that she slips back into simplistic third person. She absolutely loves all sorts of quips, jokes and banter. Getting her to shut up is a challenge, while getting her to take something seriously is nearly impossible. Even when she is angry or hurt, the gleeful, childish chime rarely leaves her speech completely.
Like many other Majin, she has an endless appetite for sweets, fighting and all other fun stuff. Unfortunately for everyone around her, she has no sense of moderation, combined with a pretty poor sense of right and wrong. Saying that she goes dangerously overboard is putting it mildly. When she wants snacks, she has to get as much as she can eat. While fighting, she never holds back and collateral damage is guaranteed.
It certainly doesn’t help that she has a volatile, outright violent temper. Being denied something fun or delicious is a surefire way to light her fuse. Her tantrums range from annoying to devastating and usually end with her fleeing to sulk somewhere. Along the same theme, she is also an incredibly sore loser. She doesn’t care one bit whether it’s just a silly game or an actual fight, losing is just the worst. Between the bitter tears, she will let people who beat her know that they are cheaters, dummies and, worst of all, total meanies.

BONDS.
Grandpa Noudel, the mayor of a small town in the middle of nowhere, is probably Zam’s favorite person in the whole world. Sure, he is weak and sometimes grumpy, but he is also the closest thing to a father figure the lonely, little putty creature ever had.
She has a huge soft spot for all Earthlings, especially ones who can cook. Humans and animals of all shapes and sizes can find themselves on her good side with little effort. Sometimes she even feels almost sorry for how they are so weak and flimsy. Almost.
Her bond to other Majins is bit of a tricky subject. While she would love to meet more creatures like her, and fight them of course, she hasn’t had much luck in doing so. She is only vaguely aware that her kind are uncommon.
"It’s so much fun to play with earthlings, but they break kinda easy..."
BACKSTORY.
Split from another Majin roughly ten years ago, Zam holds only few early memories. She spent her time wandering wastelands at first, eventually stumbling across small and modest signs of civilization. She was wary of strangers at first, but earthlings turned out to be diverse and accepting folk. The mayor even took the young creature under his care, if only to keep her out of trouble at first.
Days, weeks, even years tended to blur together when there was so much to discover and experience. One of her most treasured memories is the day when she turned five years old and was first treated the fabled, magical food humans call instant ramen. It was love at first sight, towards both the food and the race behind it.
Over the years she acted as a sort of guardian for the aforementioned small town in the middle of nowhere. She fondly remembers beating up meanies, playing with wild beasties and helping grandpa with all sorts of super important farming stuff. As the town flourished though, she noticed that there was less stuff to do day after day. All the meanies left the town and the beasties ran away... With nothing to do aside from farming and napping, it was only a matter of time before the childish Majin got bored.
"Sometimes I miss the townsfolk... Especially grandpa... Oh, I know! I should visit sometime!"
CALL TO ACTION.
Zam’s calling wasn’t exactly a grand or noble one. Having finally seen everything there is to see in and around a small earthling town, she bid the townsfolk farewell and set off on an adventure to find something new.
