MOTIVATIONS:
What Okata wants most is the immergence of the Saiyans as the one and true galactic superpower. He is inspired by the tales of legendary Saiyans such as Prince Vegeta or Kakarot, who continued his race's great legacy and took revenge upon their race's foes. In order to do this, he seeks to join the Saiyan Dominion, through which the Saiyans shall gain true dominance of the galaxy. He highly respects the Dominion and wants nothing more than its success. Until then however, he will train and prepare for the many battles to come.
QUIRKS:
Okata is strangely able to articulate words better than most of his race, a lucky gene perhaps. It can get him into trouble some times, as the other Saiyans can see him as "Smart mouthing" them. But other then that, he is a Saiyan warrior to the core. He kills for fun, eats everything, and trains until near death. He is quick to anger, and will not tolerate threats without action. If you insult his Saiyan pride, he will attack. This has led to many situations in which he has “Had his ass handed to him”. If he is angry, he has to punch something. Okata does not care about Defeat, believing a battle itself is boon enough. Though he is more or less a typical Saiyan, he does hold some qualities that other Saiyans could find to be weaknesses. First off, he has never killed a child before. Though he says "They are much too weak for his power!" He truly is just not able to bring himself to it. He has a bad tolerance for alcohol, Okata cant't even handle a normal beer without getting crunked. Finally, he cannot handle bladed weapons. Hand to hand combat is one thing, but getting sliced by a blade and possible getting gored just spooks him. He hates these qualities, and tries to suppess when he can, but they do come through, and more often then he cares to admit. These qualities combined with his vernacular lead him to stay quiet when he can, only getting excitable and talkative during a battle. He even has a constant scowl in an attempt to look more intimidating. But when he does enter battle, all bets are off. He becomes prideful, over confident, and gives that good old fashioned Raditz grin.

Kazabada Kavra Character
A demon who helped Okata escape from Earth as well as offering the Saiyan a ship to reside. Kavra is a vile creature, as well as highly decadent and self-centered. But he serves as the only means by which the Saiyan can travel. They met each other in a nightclub as Okata sought out captains willing to haul him off the planet.
Onyia
A wholly unexpected little accident. Before leaving Earth with Kavra, Okata got a package. Within was a child and note that said "I don't want it". Okata does not hate his daughter, but he is very distant. Onyia, on the otherhand, is clingy and rather ferocious to anyone other than Okata. She can usually be found hiding behind Okata's should or tangled in his hair. Okata brings her with him as often as he can, as he does not trust Kavra or his goons to not try to eat the child.
BACKSTORY:
Okata for a large portion of his life, led a meaningless existence. He jumped from jobs and had no real higher purpose. That was until he met another Saiyan named Potat. Both had been hired to kill a group of pirates terrorizing a wealthy business owners property. Once they reached the pirates base, they began to argue over who would get to kill the pirates. To settle the argument they settled on a fight. The fight lasted for three days and completely obliterated the pirates in it's crossfire. After that, Okata and Potat became best friends. Potat had convinced Okata of the greatness of the Saiyans as they adventured throughout the galaxy, taking odd jobs and such to survive. Potat sadly perished during one of these odd jobs. During a botched bounty mission, Potat knocked Okata out after seeing how powerful their target was. Then, using all the Ki he could gather, Potat flew into the target, grabbing him and entering orbit. Both him and the target died in the vacuum of space. Okata is still regretful of this and will not talk about the subject. Potat only had one wish, to join the Dominion and to see the Saiyans dominate the galaxy. Okata took this request to heart and has made it his own.
CALL TO ACTION:
The death of Potat was what drove Okata to his higher purpose, wishing to honor his only friend’s desire.
