Netto was setting up the shop for the morning, setting up displays and organizing products. Netto owned a nice little shop in East City, nearby was Audrey's Gym where he trained many a days with Asuka his young disciple a girl he met in a small remote village. Asuka was a kind girl who even owned a cute little dog who had slowly become the shops mascot Shin'yu was his name. He went around the shop giving an almost smile at anyone passing the shop window, some people stopped to look at him, but most just waved or smiled at him while still walking. He hadn't heard from Zam in a while either, he wondered if she was still up stairs. Zam was Netto's adoptive majian daughter, he took great joy in raising her and trying his best to protect her to the best of his ability. He walked over to the stairs inside the store, his apartment was the whole floor above the shop, and called out to Zam "Hey Zam you still up there, I haven't heard from ya in a while, unless you went out without let me know" Netto waited patiently for an answer in case she was actually up there. After finishing a rather rigorous training session of running laps around the town Asuka stops in front of the shop rather winded as she kneels over to catch her breath and take a drink of water. “Hoo…I think I did just the right amount of training today from 500 to 600 laps, feels good!” “Ruff! Ruff!” goes Shin’yu as he runs up excitedly towards his master. “Hey boy! How ya doing!” She says as she rubs behind the small pups ears much to his excitement. “Ruff! Ruff!” the small Shiba goes as begins to circle around her. Asuka amused as her pets enthusiasm as pets him on the head once she reaches the front door. “You be good okay boy!” she says as enters inside of the shop. “Hey, Netto sensei I'm back! Are we still on for training today!? If so do you mind if I get a head start to our training spot beforehand?" " She calls out, however after a moment of getting no answer she shrugs and heads to the linen closet to grab a towel. "Wel if your fine with it, just let me know okay leave a note on my door or just knock on the bathroom door, I'll be in the shower okay?" After a moment she heads inside the bathroom where the squeak of a faucet can be heard along with the sounds of running water from the shower head.

As Netto’s words echoed upstairs, silence was the only answer he got. Even Asuka’s return got no reaction whatsoever. In Zam room, the bed had already been empty for a good while with the blanket sloppily tossed onto the floor. The window was wide open and the curtains fluttered in the breeze. "Wheeee~hehehehee~!" The wind carried the jubilant laughter far across the streets. It didn’t take a master detective to deduce where the adventurous girl had gone.
High above the city a pink bundle of power danced between the drifting clouds. Leaving a glowing streak in her wake, she zipped around in wild, dizzying patterns. She rocketed upwards at immense speeds before letting the gravity drag her back down. Mere heartbeats before plummeting into the pavement, she turned her aura to full blaze and soared again. It was her very own roller coaster. Unlike the more disciplined members of the adoptive family, the chaotic Majin had no interest towards actual, real training. She had tried it, but got bored of it about a dozen reps into the set, or whatever Mister Netto and Miss Asuka had tried to explain about the thing. A crackling rift in space-time opened up in a forested glade outside of East City and from it stepped forth the newly anointed Demon King. Through the tear, one could see the Teleportation Chamber inside of Hollow. The Aetherguard were attending to the portal, their staves leveled at granite blocks suspended in some sort of elaborate metal machination. In each block had a rune had specific rune scored into the surface. Lute glance back, giving his subordinates a nod to close the portal. As quick as it came, the rift folded back in on itself and the Namekian was left in the peace and quiet of the forest. Birds chirped among the trees, fluttering and flitting about. Tiny dinos and mammals scurried about the underbrush. Lute, clad in his crimson cape, stood amidst the harmony and took a moment to appreciate it. He loved nature, for what it was. For its natural state. All the living things strove to survive, embroiled in the dance of kill or be killed since time immemorial. If a creature was weak or diseased, it would die--giving room for new life to surge forth. It was the sentient beings that he found irksome, especially those who thought themselves against the true purpose of life. They lived without the thought of strength, of survival, or of overcoming the odds. This weakness of theirs, this complacency was all enabled by the gods. The very gods that took their souls after death, sorting, nurturing, and punishing. All arbitrary, all a malignant cancer on creation. One he would purge with demonic fire. He walked through the forest, slipping between trees and stepping over trickling streams. Before long, he recognized the layout of the wood and stumbled upon the little mushroom hut. He couldn't sense any presence inside, but presences were easily hidden by the capable. A seven feet of him hunkering, he knocked on the door--twice. No answer. So, he waited with arms folded. Where are you Lilith?He had good news to share with the wicked witch. He also intended to keep his promise to her. A twig snapped. His keen ears caught it, even from hundreds of feet away. Followed by a chorus of whirring sounds, the surging of a blasters with their safeties off. Clad in battle armor and chrome cybernetics, a dozen or so xenos stepped out of the trees, leveling their weapons and strutting forward. "Where's the witch?" one said through a half-mask, his voice thrumming with digitization. "We're here to collect the bounty. Don't stand in our way, Namekian." "You made a mistake coming here," Lute said. A fanged smirk crossed his lips. "The witch is not here. You've found the Demon King instead.""Demon who?" Lute's aura seeped out of his pores like tendrils of amethyst smoke. Tufts of grass around his feet wilted at its corrupting touch. The scouters of the bounty hunters went wild as his power level skyrocketed. Lute raised a finger, firing a sizzling beam of ki through the chest of an unprepared hunter to his right. The unfortunate bastard was dead before he touched the ground. The lot of them fell back, but he lent chase, moving at uncanny speeds through the forest. Birds cawed and fled. The forest was charged with his insipid ki, trees shattering to splinters with each blow delivered. It didn't take him but a few moments to fell the lot of the hunters. Only one was left, bolting headlong into a small town outside of East City at a break neck pace. Did he think civilization would equal saftey? He sorely underestimated Lute. The Demon King caught him by the nape. Frenzied by dark power, he then shoved the hunter up against the back wall of some supermarket. The force of the impact leveled half of the building, sending cinder-blocks tumbling and sheet metal fluttering. Inside shelves were bowled over in one massive shove and shoppers sent sprawling. Alarms blared, people cried out in agony. It was like a warhead had gone off. The impact had knocked the hunter out, but Lute wasn't done. He flipped him over and tossed him on the ground, lying face up. Placing a foot on chest, Lute lowered and ripped the mask from his face. It came with a pop and a hiss. The man beneath was of some near-human xeno race, the lower part of his face covered in vicious looking scars and stubble. Such wounds were no doubt a result of a hard and violent life, as such with most bounty hunters. His consciousness returned a few seconds later. Immediately he started snarling and pushing aginst Lute's immovable foot. "Who put a bounty on Lady Nevermore?""Fuck. You." The hunter spat, spittle landing on the bridge of Lute's nose. The Demon King wiped it away and held his hand out. "That was a mistake." Half of the town erupted in blinding purple light. BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY

Netto was getting bored due to the amount of customers having slowed down for the day. "Man its boring without Zam and Asuka around, I might just go get some food." Netto got up and left the store walking down the street toward a nearby food stand that sells an assortment of foods from takoyaki, ramen and even dumplings. Unbeknownst to him Asuka returned from her training moments after he left and rounded the nearby corner. Netto waited in line for a bit until it was his turn, he ordered a plated of takoyaki, balls of octopus and tempura that are covered in batter and cooked in a molded pan to grill them into the ball shape. After a few minutes Netto was handed his food and he quickly began to devour it when the ground suddenly started to shake almost making him drop it. He turned around to see a large purple energy destroying the nearby forest and part of the town. That energy was familiar to Netto there was no mistaking it, " LUTE!" He yelled out, dropping his half eaten food as he quickly flew off toward the source of the energy. On the way Netto covered his body in a coat of energy designed to reduce incoming damage. Asuka had gotten out of the shower and prepared to head into the mountains, her gi primped and ready for action. However just as she stepped out the door she felt a rumble in the ground just as her foot touched the surface of the concrete. “I’m going to need backup ASAP.” She overhears her master call out to her. Asuka hearing the distress call is now aware of something being amiss but only one problem where was she supposed to go? “And how am I supposed to know where you are Netto Sen—” “PWHOOM” Suddenly a cloud of dust peaked into the air creating what looked to be a mushroom cloud. “Nani!?” she cried. “That must be what Netto sensei had warned me about…what…what was that?” She looks around the area trying to spot her Majin companion but to no avail. "No time to look for Zam I'm sure she got the message..." Asuka then got into a ready stance as if she was about to sprint a marathon and after her shutting her eyes for a moment and re-opening them her dark brown eyes were replaced with a white glow, she gritted her teeth and then vanished from sight as she sprinted onto the battlefield finding nothing but ruin and a sole namekian who carried with him a venomous aura as he stood amidst the chaos. “I’m not sure who he is…but I’m not getting any good vibes from this guy. His power it’s frightening…I’m no match for him.” Asuka fearful of this adversary takes a moment to think about her next action. “Easy Asuka…focus…remember, you’ve been training you have to at least do something maybe I’ll gauge his defenses!” Seeing a chance to attack as her enemy had their back turned to her. Asuka used this time to leap into action leaping over her foe and throwing out a solid palm strike to the chin of her opponent, which if successful would launch him into the air. She the would then leap into the air. “Tetsudo style: Shi hōsō-jutsu! Death wrapping technique!” Upon appearing behind her airborne opponent Asuka’s wrist wrappings would burst apart constricting her opponent from head to toe in bandages, she would then infuse them with Ki and latch herself onto the Namekian driving him downward in a spiraling motion, nosediving straight into the ground her body creating an aura of white lighting ki around her as she reached terminal velocity. With her adversary firmly in her grasp the duo crash into the ground below with the mass and outpouring of ki from Asuka resulting in a powerful explosion of energy upon impact. Sinister power permeated the air. Most creatures would be utterly overwhelmed, writhing in agony, slowly dying from mere exposure to the toxic energy... The Majin, however, didn’t even notice. Her supernatural regeneration was more than enough to handle this. In fact, she was just idly wondering if the village looked a bit different today. Had there always been a dusty crater around here? Yep, the curious creature had already gotten to the scene, even before Netto’s words echoed through her head. Sure, sure, she would go to him in a moment, buuut first... Her antennae twitched. She had been following this weird bunch of tingly feelings here, but now there was just one of them left...
Finally scatterbrained girl’s attention was drawn to the burst of chaos below. Miss Asuka was playing with someone? Ooh, and there was the tingly thing! Big... Green... Sharp ears and wiggly things on head... There was this one time when she, Mister Cub and Mister Touma had fought a big, green man who looked kinda like that. Mister Touma had called him a... uh... something. What was it? Closing her eyes, she cocked her head while trying to roll the thoughts into place. Her brow furrowed. The weird word was on the tip of her tongue. There were... two A’s in it and uh... hm... Oh, now she remembered!
When a suitable pause presented itself, Zam drew dangerously close to the alien. Then again, when it came to this man, anywhere on the same planet could be considered dangerously close... She flashed a bright smile and flailed her arms excitedly, demanding his undivided attention. "Hey, Big Mister! Hey, listen!" Only when she got it, she would chime a cheery question. Lute stood in a massive crater, surrounded by swirling smoke and drifting embers. His dark aura slithered off of his frame, rippling and bubbling. Chest heaving up and down, both of his eyes were bright scarlet with demonic energy. The blood-lust had taken control. The raw power coursing through his veins had been too much for even him to control. This was the first time had had ever lost himself during a fight. Lute had spent most of his life working as an assassin. Control was everything. He was always measured and precise. Yet, here he had acted like a reckless savage. The bounty hunter was gone. A large portion of the forest and the town with him. I'm a fool.A ki presence caught him off guard and he snapped to attention, shaking off the fog of rage. The scarlet faded from his eyes. Just in time to enveloped by wrappings. Lute's arm exploded out of them before they were taught and he gripped hold of those over his face with sharp fingernails. He managed to free himself by ripping and shredding. It was just in for him to pivot and block the incoming spiraling attack with a forearm. Raw ki laced the air and exploded onto him. Lute stood among center burst and when the dust and smoke cleared, he lingered there with a scowl etched into his features. His assailant was a young girl dressed in a martial arts gi. She was stronger than most, there was no denying that. But, a fool that had bitten off far more than she could chew. "You've come to face the Demon King Lute alone, little runt?"He began to summon his aura, when another contender arrived, as if to mock what he had just said. This fighter had a stronger presence, but was also a bit peculiar. Also female, as far as he could tell but bright pink from head to to toe. The entirety was unsettling. She reminded Lute of more of a clay-doll than a real person. The cheerfulness in her eyes and her oblivious expression insulted the gravity of the situation. Either she was dumb, or goading him. She then proceeded to ask him if he were a bastard. Goading me indeed. Fine."No. I knew my father. Now begone!"To punctuate the word, his aura rippled out in a massive concussive burst. It rolled out, crushing houses with gale force winds and shattering windows. The duo before him would be lashed by it, and anyone else close by (including Netto, who Lute hadn't seen yet.) The Demon King then then focused all his vile ire upon the human girl, both of his dark eyes leveling as he bent both knees and prepared to strike. His arm unfurled like a ribbon, aiming to crash into her stomach. He then leaped, landing in front of her with enough force to shatter the ground beneath him into tiny motes of dust. Netto arrived on the scene to his surprise late, Asuka had already struck at Lute and Zam had said something to him, as he was about to fly in and attack Lute's aura flared knocking him back. By the time he recovered and stabilized he saw Lute grab and attack at Asuka with a blast of violet energy. This infuriated Netto, he quickly landed in front of Lute. "LUTE! Your fight is with me. I will not sit idly by and let you harm my student or my daughter any further. I am far different then the last time we fought." Netto started walking circling Lute while continuing "With the help of an archeologist friend of mine we discovered ancient Namekian Demon Clan temple, deep inside was a shadow dragon bound by chain, this dragon refused to work with your ancestors so they locked him up to rot away. I freed him in exchange of fixing my ill gotten curse, I am no longer a vile half demon, but I was also forced to give up my own humanity for it to work." Netto stopped walking his aura flared and crimson lightning began to flare from his body singeing the ground around him as the very air became charged with plasma and a pair of dragon horns grew from Netto's head. "I have become a shadow dragon, the very being your ancestor sought power from." Netto quickly flew toward Lute at a bolt of energy, slashing at him twice with his metal gauntlets once he reached him. He then struck the air with an open palm creating a massive shockwave of booming thunder, so loud that at point blank range if it hit, even the strongest of people would become disoriented and their ear drums shatter. With Asuka’s attack barely dealing any damage the young girl manages to leap out just before the impact of the crash. As she slides to safety she notices tatters of her bandages fluttering in the wind. She then extends out her hands and shuts her eyes in order to collect the many ribbons of tape as they dance about the battlefield. However during her moment of concentration she felt a pain in her gut it was coarse and hard, it also burned searing a hole in her gi, leaving a red burn mark on her abdomen, however due to her training her hardened muscles should prove difficult to pierce and may just leave her opponents hand somewhat sore from having hit it. But even still, by this point the Earthling was rather rattled her opponents ki and menacing aura overwhelmed the youth but before she had time to catch her breath her adversary leaped into the air and attempt to grab her, there was a struggled as she did her best to ward off the attempt but could feel the tug on her shirt and the wind in her stomach as she was tossed into the air. However as she noticed his beam attack coming directly toward her she managed to maneuver her body ever so slightly out of the way in order to avoid being struck by the beam the purple flash whipping past her face. As she descends to the ground she manages to land on her feet with the tape on her arms having now completely reformed, she'd taken a beating but managed to come out in one piece, upon regathering herself however she sees Netto enter the fray. “Netto Sensei!” she cries out! “You made it!” As he enters the battle Asuka shields her eyes from his massive expulsion of Ki. “Kuuh, whoa…” she says in awe of his power! “Just in the knick of time Netto Sensei!" As her foe is knocked back Asuka sees this as her opening to initiate a follow-up attack "Now’s my chance!” Asuka then charges forwards as her opponent stumbles about the battlefield, pulling back her hand and executing a swift palm strike to the chin of her opponent much like last time, however this time rather than follow up with a secret technique Asuka instead focuses her muscles on one specific point putting all of her weight and power behind this single blow pure strength, “Tetsudo Style: Tetsu shōtei! Iron Palm Strike!” this strike should it land would leave the foul Namekian quite disoriented as he's launched sky high leaving him open to a follow up by Zam and be potentially left with a strong ringing sensation in his ears. Much to the little Majin’s confusion, the big green man got angry from the question. And like all angry adults, he told her to go away. Before she could protest, she was blown backwards by the rippling aura. Even her regeneration couldn’t handle the surge entirely. She twirled like a pink ball before managing to come to a stop in midair. With an annoyed huff she placed her hands on her hips. "Well that’s not very nice." She had just asked a question, but busy adults were always so rude... At first she thought Miss Asuka had started fighting the big green man for funsies, but now she was starting to think he was just a big meanie.
Upon seeing Mister Netto join the fray, Zam’s confusion only grew. Lute? Was that the meanie’s name? Did they know each other? She had so many questions! But everyone was too busy to answer... Hmph! Fine! Then she would kick the meanie’s butt first and ask questions later. Majin see, Majin do. And people were setting a violent example... With a deep breath, her chest swelled and energy flared. Lute was rather surprised that Netto showed his face here. It seemed the pink dough girl and the weakling human were dear to him. The Demon King found it irksome that the odds just turned against of his favor. Even someone as strong as him would struggle three foes trained in the ki arts. As ever the valiant hero, Netto proceeded to ramble about him absorbing the powers of a Shadow Dragon to get stronger. It only made Lute smirk. "So you have gotten stronger. Good. Let's see just how strong!"Netto rushed at him and slashing with gruesome looking metal claws. Lute let the blows rake across his chest, as they barely found purchase against his aura. The shockwave did do a bit more, forcing him back across the tattered crater. Yet, Lute dug his heels in to stop his momentum. The girl was on him next with a palm strike. He blocked it with a forearm. The second palm strike he managed to tilt his shoulder, cutting off some of the force behind the impact. But he felt it none the less. And then came the mouth beam. It sideswiped Lute and he went hurtling on the end of it, through the side of the crater. Tons of dirt, rock, and debris collapsed on top of him, burying him alive. Only for a fleeting moment... The pile shifted and bucked. Lute's entire body swelled exponentially. The detritus crumbled away as he stood to full height, which was over forty feet now. The Great Namekian was a magnificent weapon, one he seldom used except for when outnumbered or laying siege. Netto and the two girls looked like tiny bugs in his line of sight. So, he did what one should always do the pesky sort--stomp them out. He angled his foot so he could get all three with his first stomp. Despite whether or not they hit, his foot crashed into the ground, cracking it and collapsing the other half of the original crater. Not wanting to waste momentum, he then sprang into up, the air displacing it with a whoosh. Coming back down, he crumpled the crust for hundreds of feet and released a enormous pressure wave that pulverized what remained into tiny specks of dust. Trees were leveled for miles in every direction. Sections of the more populated areas of East City were smashed with typhoon force winds--windows blowing out and rooftops peeling away. To punctuate his savage assault, both of Lute eyes shimmered amethyst before he unleashed twin vibrant rays, disintegrating rock, metal, and anything else their path--which he purposefully pointed towards the trio. Netto was taken aback by Lute's sudden growth into a giant he was now. "Oh shit" Netto said under breath right before Lute attempted to stomp on them, the attacked missed a direct hit but the pressure wave from the slam launched him back. Before he could regain his balance Lute slammed down with another large stomp that ended up destroying a good amount of east city and once again blasted Netto back again. Netto was then hit by one of the beams of light before he could stabilize, launching into the floor. Netto's energy barrier was nearly destroyed but was still there, he looked around for Zam and Asuka. He found Zam and she looked alright not to beat up, but Asuka was looking worse for wear, he flew over to her and grabbed her shoulder. He handed her a Senzu Bean, "here your need this more then me right now." Netto then puts both his hands together and began chanting "spirits of earth and iron I beseech thee, Chains of Imprisonment." As Asuka sees the large Namekians massive boot close in on her. She takes a leap backward in order to avoid the blow, but as the shockwave rings out, Asuka extends out her arms and using a special shielding technique, encases herself in a protective coat of bandage wrappings in order to protect her from damage. This Tetsudo Style secret technique is known as the “Hogo-tekina mīra-ka!” or protective mummification technique, this ability allows the user to create a protective barrier using the signature bandages that most users of the style adorn themselves with. Protecting them from many different forms of damage. In the right hands, it can even be impenetrable. After landing on the ground, Asuka’s bandages slowly reform back into their original form, as she stands to her feet. Leering at the massive Namekian. But before the youth could mount an attack she feels her masters hand upon her shoulder as she is handed a Senzu bean. “Sensei…” she says as she looks back at him. She then takes a step back. “Perhaps you are right. I shall rest for now…” Asuka then finds a spot in the dirt and begins to center herself. “The two of you continue fighting, I must...recuperate…” As Asuka sees her two companions before her she stops and thinks to herself. “Clearly I have much left to learn...Netto sensei is leagues above me.” She looks to her master thinking back to their first encounter how he startled her with his sheer ominous ki. She then turns her attention to Zam who still has the playful demeanor still etched on her face despite the circumstances. "And even Zam chan is superior to me in terms of raw ki, though given her origins that's to be expected.” She then turns her focus toward the one who is the source of all this grief. “...and then there’s the Namekian.” the youth darts her eyes towards her adversary who’s ravenous red aura precedes him even from afar. The childish creature cheered when her blast hit true. That had been a good blast! One of her best! Too bad the victory was short-lived. The golden gaze widened, with pure wonder actually, when the green man grew into a giant. Just like that other meanie! She was much to mesmerized to even think about dodging. Soooo she got stomped flat. The sheer force left her head spinning and nose bleeding. A high-pitched squeak rang out, like the giant had stepped on a rubber toy. The second stomp got the exact same sound, but nothing more. Her rubbery body resisted any damage, simply deforming under the massive impact. The lasers still hurt though, raining rubble down on her and leaving her buried.
For a moment, the pile of rubble remained still and silent. Then a shrill whistle pierced the air, like a steam vent crying in frustration. Something shined between the rocks. Power gathered into a single spot, condensing to a dangerous degree, until... Booom! Suddenly a massive burst of pink energy gushed upwards, resembling a glowing geyser. Stones were shattered and dust got sent flying. It was especially hazardous for anyone big and unfortunate enough to loom directly over it. At the very center of the violent surge was, of course, the Majin. Despite the strain of fighting, her strange power just kept rising. ...Not that it mattered one bit next to the monstrous enemy.
Zam was just about to continue her attack when something else stole her attention. A soft gasp escaped her lips. Her friend... wasn’t fighting! She quickly zipped closer. "Hey, Miss Asuka! Tiny chains erupted from the ground, snaking their way around Lute's giant legs and arms. They rattled as he struggled against them, each one straining from his size and might. Netto launched bursts of crimson thunder at the ginormous Demon King, but all he needed to do was raise a hand to nullify their force. He could feel the presence of the other two. Netto had used some sort of healing magic on the girl, the one that had first arrived to fight them. Boom!A geyser of energy erupted, scorching a huge gouge out of Lute's leg, tattering his pants. Purple blood oozed from the wound. He grimaced. That's what he got for being caught off guard. Despite his overwhelming power, Lute was outnumbered. His big size gave him an advantage, at least he could reach and hit all three of them with his sweeping attacks. He sucked back air into his giant lungs ad exhaled. It came with it a reverberating concussive burst of ki that would pulverize and an acrid mist to melt whatever remained. For miles it buffeted out, crushing trees to tiny splinters and scalding the rest. Any houses or homes that had survived his previous attacks were peeled away layer by layer, brick by brick, until they were nothing more than their stark skeletal foundations. The devastation was worse than most hurricanes and tornadoes, it all happening in a immensely loud instant. He strained against the chains, waiting to see what the trio would try next. Netto braced him self as best he could against the storm of Ki the came from Lutes mouth, his energy shield cracked and shattered launching him back into the ground a good mile or so away. Once he came to a complete stop he got up slow coughing as the energy was charged with some sort of miasma that was drain his life from him. Netto screamed out in frustration and began charging up all his energy. "Im gonna end this fight now, Crimson Storm Shockwave" He slammed his hands on the ground as electricity sparked and crackled around his body and the ground. Crimson wings of energy sprouted from his back as he ring of pure electricity and thunder formed in front of him. He let loose a draconic roar and a beam of crimson plasma and electricity spewed forth growing to the size of the ring. The beam its self was nearly as half as tall as Lute and equal lengths wide. The beam was so electrically charged just being near it could paralyze a normal person. Once Netto's shot was finished he just about collapsed from the strain it put on him to release that much energy at once. He was gonna have to sit down and start recovering energy soon or he was gonna faint.

With Asuka being given a prod by her young companion while also witnessing her master stand unwaveringly against such a massive creature the youth’s resolve had returned. With the massive Namekian now wounded Astuka felt as though victory was now slightly within reach. However her wounds still plagued her the burning sensation in her stomach continued to be a source of agony as her skin began to peel and char, yet this did not deter her and the youth stood her ground, even as the mist began to approach her. She then held up two fingers in order to activate the protective mummification technique but to no avail, the poison had already made it’s way into her body. “Protective mummification--ggghk!” she cried as her technique ended in failure. Her insides stinging as she hunches over, clutching herself in a futile effort to alleviate the pain. However as she looks up from her prone state her eyes meet those of the menacing Namekian who continues to wreak havoc on the ruins of the city, she then grits her fist and stands to her feet. “I can’t quit...Not yet...” Asuka then places her hands by her side, and suddenly a spark of lightning begins to crackle in between them. “This may not end you Namekian…but I promise you will fear it’s name. the signature technique of Tetsudō Style Martial Arts. ” As lighting pulsed from her palms a swirl of ki began to emit in the space between her hands her eyes began to glow white as she slipped into focus. “Tetsu…!” as she mentally recited the word the ball of Ki would engorge itself inflating to a much larger size however she would then pull her palms apart allowing it expand even further, slowly taking the shape of a silver sphere of chaotic energy. “Ha…” suddenly like a lightning strike the ball of Ki would instantly grow in mass as Asuka’s ki crackled around her, the sheer gravity of it causing her ponytail to be blown back and the hairs on her head to sway bob about, ”Gyoorai!” with the ball of energy at it’s peak size, Asuka thrust her arms forward and launched the attack towards her foe. This technique the Tetsu-ha Gyorai, is one of the oldest signature techniques of the Tetsudo Style should the fierce ball land with its full impact, the detonation would cause insurmountable damage to her foe and the surrounding environment. The patting was cut short by a massive blast. Caught completely off-guard, the little Majin was sent twirling backwards until she splattered against a boulder. Much like a marshmallow on an open flame, her pliant body quickly melted into mere goop. Yet soon said goop stirred. It suddenly stretched and snapped into the girl’s familiar shape. Her powerful regeneration completely disregarded the the toxic effects of the attack. Even her clothes reappeared. Good as new! While her friends may have been fighting for their lives, she was having the time of her life. She really loved fighting strong people! Even when they were kinda mean and grumpy.
Eyes glimmering with wonder, Zam watched closely as Mister Netto and Miss Asuka unleashed their strongest attacks. Seeing the energy flare, spark and dance was better than any fireworks show. "Ooh, me too, me too!" Zam see, Zam do. She flew above her friends and aimed her extended hands towards the foe. Pink ki surged around her entire frame. Sheer excitement fueled her power even further. Whistles of steam ruffled her hair as she puffed her cheeks in concentration. Crackling bolts coursed along her arms and gathered into her palms. The unstable energy formed a wobbly bubble. Baseball, bowling ball, beach ball... Rapidly it swelled in size. Then came the most important part... Shouting the name of course!
"Bright Burst!"
With the cheerful shout the bubble burst, releasing a chaotic storm of tiny, twinkling bolts towards the giant. Accuracy and finesse were replaced with sheer numbers. Netto's beam was first on the Demon King's agenda. It crackled across the sky, looking to engulf most of his upper body. He jerked a big hand up and stopped it dead on in mid air. Lightning shot out in concentric circles from the epicenter of the collision and Lute tilted hard to the left, veering the beam away. It went flying off and exploded somewhere in the forest nearby, kicking up a giant fireball and raining bits of smoldering splinters everywhere. Asuka's silver sphere barreled towards him next. Lute narrowed his big eyes at it, not wanting to let the thing touch him at all. He could feel just how dangerous such a technique was and steeled himself against it, swiping his forearm to knock it aside. It careened hard and crashed into the ground beside him, exploding with violent consequence. His size was becoming an issue. He was a very big and very vulnerable target. As he began to shrink back to his normal size, he was blistered by dozens of smaller bursts as Zam unleashed her bubble barrage. Each tiny shimmering bolt battered the flesh on his arm, tattering his cape, scorched away his gi. Covered in blisters and splotches of burns, he landed on one knee--returned to normal size. He gasped for air, not sure what to make of his situation. I can't beat them all alonem, he decide.d Lute was ever the pragmatic fighter. He was confident, and held onto some pride--but not enough that he would sacrifice his plans and his goals to it. He would have to pick these gnats off one by one someday. No doubt he had stirred them up too. He had a feeling they would come for him, as all heroes tried to do. Let them come. More of Zam's blasts flickered in and Lute used them as the perfect opportunity to make his escape. He ran along the ground, ziz-zagging. Each one colliding kicked up a huge plume of dust and debris, enough that after a few seconds was able to hide his ki and slip back into the forest without being seen. He was a black and green blur darting through the trees until he reached the mystical fractured rift in space and time that had served as his gateway to Earth. He slipped through and it melded shut behind him--returning him to Hollow. Stepping through on the other side into the Teleportation Chamber, the Aetherguard gawked at him, incredulous. This had been a routine trip after all, hadn't it? Why did was Demon King battered and bloodied? "Have my servants ready me a bath and a change of clothes," Lute said. He marched past them, not saying an additional word, dripping a trail of blood in his passing. BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY
