More foul gas filled the air, sending a few of the officers with cracked helmets or broken seals into coughing fits. Another duo were caught in the deployed electrical net, screaming in pain as the crackling volts discharged into them. They fell onto of a building below, flopping and struggling like fish out of water. Null's fist smashed into the gut one of of Patrolmen who got too close, doubling him over. Spittle flew from his lips, eyes bulging with burst blood vessels. The round house sent another flying back, a stream of blood flowing from a caved in nose. Laughter echoed out over the sky of the Bio-Dome as Yama became the embodiment of chaos and destruction. Dense clouds had begun to gather around the top of the dome as his storm power altered the density and flow of the controlled atmosphere, overriding the system's efforts. A concussive burst rippled away from him, like a massive bomb had gone off in the center of the port district. The densely packed building in the surrounding area were obliterated in an instant, duracrete blocks and metal bursting into tiny pebbles and shards. This pressure wave came with ring of dust and loose rubble, that flooded into the other nearby districts, choking the air and coating everything. The Imperial Patrolmen realized in that moment just how outgunned they were. Sergent Bert lifted a large section of wall off of him and heaved it to the side. A piece of rebar had lodged itself in his left shoulder, leaving his arm limp and useless. He gazed up at the armored Saiyan juggernaut, slack jawed as more lightning and power was called forth from the heavens above. "No!" He flew into ground zero, right into the path of the annihilation. He had to stop it, his body moving without thought--despite the danger. More innocent lives were at stake and he couldn't stand idle. So much death had descended upon Tech Tech already in the moments after the the provocation. It wasn't just a little street scuffle, but all at war brought to a neutral planet. The veteran Patrolmen had sworn an oath to protect the innocent of the galaxy against terrible monsters like Yama. And, here he was fulfilling that duty, to the point of his inevitable demise. He under the hammer when it fell. Lightning cascaded out in all directions on impact. Bert's howl of terror was cut off when the head of the weapon crumpled him. It was grotesque, his body folding and snapping like it were some sort of piece of meat. The collision sprayed blood and viscera in all directions. The already battered ground sundered with on the second swing, deep fissures spreading in all directions. The entire dome rumbled as shearing lines opened up, miles deeps under the crust. Lava boiled forth and with came the crimson glow of the apocalypse. The buildings clinging to the edges of the new openings fell inward from their weight, riling up a bubbling caldera of super-heated rock. Great earthquakes could be felt all over the contained metropolis. People hid and sheltered themselves. Countless thousands died regardless. To an onlooker it would seem as though some sort of meteor had fallen from high orbit and struck the heart of the sprawling city. Yet, the dome above still remained intact, a strange anomaly. Half of the patrolmen were down now, including their fearless leader. Bert had died a hero, but the rest realized that such efforts were futile. They fled the scene, using the lingering smoke and clouds of dust as their cover. As they did, they called for back up. The message was transmitted across the Galactic Hypernet. Any Imperials ships in nearby sectors would see an alert within the hour and come to the scene. PATROL SQUAD EPSILON - BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY

Stone was caught off guard by a rugged looking Saiyan approaching him about The Cryptomancer as well. It had only been earlier that day that he had his unfortunate interaction with the enigmatic hacker. And he was about to respond to both of them when everything went to hell. The earth shook violently, almost knocking him off his feet. The windows blew inward, dust and debris rushing through the openings. The shelves behind the bar all collapsed, shattering bottles of liquor everywhere. Buffeting winds pressed through the cracks, sending tables and patrons sprawling. Stone braced himself against a support strut. Lord Fridga stood resilient against the wave of destruction, his sharp metallic talons for feet keeping him grounded and unmoved. His organic brow furrowed and his lips peeled back, revealing gritting teeth. Stone's cybernetic scouter blared warnings about a nearby threat. The power level was quite huge. After it all ended, silence fell over the the Pile. Thick clouds of dust hung in the air. People coughed, groaned, and cried in pain. Stone released his grip on the strut and stumbled out the front door. The pond that had once resided next to Hagar's Pile was pouring into a great chasm, the water hissing aloud as it turned into steam. Sirens wailed in the distance, part of the ambient chorus of destruction. The tiny fighting ring itself and most of the spectators had all slid into the collapse, probably dead the instant they touched the lava. "What the fuck?" Stone said. Lord Fridga narrowed both of his golden eyes at Okata and stepped through the door as well, his tail swishing in the air behind him. "This is a nuisance." "Someone is attacking the Bio-Dome," Stone said. "Looks like they hit the spaceport first. Fuck--that means my ship-" Pooka leaped out of the boiling trench of lava, bellowing in pain. The lava had embedded to his doughy flesh, hardening and cooling in blackened clumps. Still on fire, he rolled across the ground to put out the flames and stopped to linger there, whimpering as smoke poured off of him. "Stop messing around Pooka," Lord Fridga said. He turned to Stone. "This invader is strong. I can feel their presence. But, it's nothing I can't handle. I'll escort you to see if your ship is safe, if you promise to deliver me to the Cryptomancer." Stone nodded. He had almost lost his life once against powerful ki wielders. Sure, he had his new armor, but he learned never to underestimate them as an enemy. "Fine sounds good. Hey--Saiyan. If you want in on this too, tag along. Your kind love fighting anyway, right?"

It was as if hell itself opened its maw and began to swallow the Bio-Dome in its entirety. Whole buildings fractured and crumbled, their structural integrity compromised by the intense power of the mighty Saiyan, Yama. Hot magma sent searing bursts of gas rushing into the air, burning through the filtered oxygen and replacing it with dangerous carbon and sulfur gases. Glass and other debris littered the broken streets, vaporized the minute it fell between the cracks and into the magma.
The heat was far too intense, the gases making his lungs feel heavy. Null stumbled along the fractured streets, his battered body adorned in searing burns and bleeding scratches. Nothing seemed broken, yet each step sent stabs of pain lancing through his pummeled body. His lungs fought to expel the dangerous gases, coughing up gobs of phlegm and blood which he spat onto the ground.
Null managed to find a patrolmen crawling along the ground. Two of his four limbs were shattered, twisted at odd angles as he dragged himself along. Null staggered over to him, stomping hard on his already damaged leg. The patrolman whimpered feebly, unable to protest as Null reached down and grabbed his helmet. He ripped off the mask and held the filter to his mouth, allowing himself to breath some much needed fresh oxygen.
His thoughts became less muddled, and he could think far more clearly. Taking the man's scouter, Null attached it to his right ear and pressed a button on the side to activate it. It went haywire, attempting to calculate the level of damages, warnings and messages flashing across the small screen. But there was something else—a transmission of sorts blaring through the ear piece.
Null's eyes widened as he flew over to where Yama stood upon the ruins of the building his hammer had turned into pure rubble.
"You're one scary son of a bitch, ya know that? Though we don't have the luxury of gloating. This place is falling apart by the minute, and worse yet, more Imperial forces are coming. They'll be here any moment now. You think the others have found the Cryptomancer? Maybe we should go and find them."

Etohn Andrew C. Creed @null Lute
Smoke filtered through the air. Debris landed around him, sometimes as huge chunks of building material and other times as small as a railing or a grate. Yama stood in the epicenter of it all, the ground around him shattered. Looking down from above, it might look like someone struck a pane of glass, but not enough to break it fully. Just enough to leave shatter marks that ran outwards in jagged lines. He was breathing heavily, taking deep breaths in and out. He still held onto his hammer as it was firmly planted into the ground, still unmoved from when he had slammed it down earlier. Inside his helmet, his good eye was somewhat glazed over as if he was in a trance. Then his breathing stuttered and he blinked a few times. His helmet retracted back into the armor to reveal his aged faced. He had sweat rolling down his forehead. He looked around at the chaos that resulted from his fight with the patrolmen. A large armored glove rose up and he rubbed his head, looking somewhat distressed. The armored Saiyan took a few deep breaths and gathered himself up once more. He had let himself be consumed by the battle. However that wasn't the right word. A slaughter would be the best way to describe it. The carnage he had unleashed on this unsuspecting dome would cause him no end of sleepless nights in the weeks to come. At that time, the younger Sayain, Null arrived. "You're one scary son of a bitch, ya know that? Though we don't have the luxury of gloating. This place is falling apart by the minute, and worse yet, more Imperial forces are coming. They'll be here any moment now. You think the others have found the Cryptomancer? Maybe we should go and find them."Yama's helmet snapped back into place, covering his head once more. He hoisted his hammer up onto his shoulder and then pointed back to the docks. "I think we've caused enough trouble. We should probably retreat to our transport and prepare to leave. If it is even still waiting for us."

Etohn was calmly twiddling his thumbs as he waited for the Frost Demon to leave so that way he could regroup with Okata. He didn't distrust the Saiyan, but he just wanted to get them back on track to find the Cryptomancer rather than speaking with these random bar goers. Well, that chance would never come, it seems, what with Hell itself opening up beneath them. Whatever it was Null and Yama were doing, it was overkill. Cracks were forming in the ground. The bar's structure was groaning and squealing as it begins to strain and break under the pressure of whatever was assailing the planet. Screaming could be heard coming from the outside as air rushed into the building. "God dammit...Why did they have to ignore me?" He grumbles as he brings his right hand upwards. Pressing his middle and index finger to his head, Etohn would vanish amongst the chaos of the Hagger's Pile. Just outside, in the crevice opened up below the fighting arena, Etohn reappeared. Immediately, he noticed a large group of people all falling around him. Without another moment to waste, he zips all around, catching the all of the pedestrians before they could die to the lava bubbling up beneath them all. Pressing his fingers back to his forehead, he searches out for a far off location on the planet that holds a great number of powers. Something of the sort would likely be another dome, after all. Finding such a location on a far-off part of the planet, Etohn once again utilizes Instant Transmission, taking the entire bundle of people he was holding with him. Suddenly finding himself in the middle of a busy street way, he places down the group on a nearby sidewalk, garnering the rightfully confused gazes of the people just going about their day there. "Yo, I'm gonna keep bringing some people here. Things have gone really badly in another dome, so I'll get as many people here to safety as I can," Etohn says to nobody in particular, immediately following up by teleporting away. Etohn would pop back into the destroyed dome, vanishing between different groups of people to try and find people in danger. Once he does, he scoops them all up and transmits them back to the dome from earlier, and he'd just continue this process, over and over. By the dozenth pile of scared people, his breath was already beginning to catch in his throat, though he persists. He was the Captain of this mission, and though it was not his fault that the people under his command decided to destroy everything in a petty attempt at getting back at somebody who insulted them, he just wouldn't feel right doing nothing in the situation. Sometimes, he was already too late to stop the energies he transmitted himself to from dying. Sometimes, there was just too many people inside of a collapsing building so he simply couldn't grab them all. Sometimes, the people were already doomed as he brought them back, the noxious gases killing them in his arms. Still, all he could do was keep trying. Words: 522 Lute| Van|@null| Andrew C. Creed

PLEASE WORK! PLEA- Holy shit it actually worked. Okata turned just in time to notice Etohn walk in. Even better! This plan was going as great as it- The explosion shook what seemed the entire planet. Yama couldn’t of… No, he wouldn’t jeopardize the mission, would he? Glasses crashed to the floor as the large rumbling finally stopped. Okata would turn back to where he last saw Etohn. It might be FUBAR out there, but Okata was sure with the help of Etoh- OH COME ON! Where the powerful Half Saiyan once stood was empty. Etohn was long gone judging by how far his power seemed. Okata closed his eyes and sighed. "Fine sounds good. Hey--Saiyan. If you want in on this too, tag along. Your kind love fighting anyway, right?" Okata turned quickly to meet Stone. “Yes, of course, killing and everything. But I’m not too sure staying around here is a great idea. If the invader attacks this Dome, pollution is going to seep in. And unlike our Frost Demon friend here, we can’t breath toxic fumes. I think getting to the ship should be our top priority” Okata hoped to the Kais above that they would just avoid Yama altogether. At this point, that was the only thing that could screw this mission any further than it already had been. 223 Etohn Lute Van @null

-Ship Surival- 50% Chance Lord Fridga's Cruiser - SHy3lY681d100Stone's Freighter - 1d100Saiyan Freighter - 1d100
The Bio-Domes of Tech Tech were highly regulated and precisely controlled environments. So, they didn't do well with chaos. Already the upper parts of the dome were filling with noxious gas from the tear in the crust. The filtration systems on the atmospheric generators were pushed to the extremes. Many had been saved from the calamity by Etohn's efforts, but not nearly enough. Such was the haunting realization of any hero. Etohn could only save those he could reach. The sirens still howled. Emergency robots swarmed the skies overhead. Much like the valiant Saiyan cleaning up the mess of his comrades, they too swept down to rescue those people they could find. They also went to work putting out fires and sealing off lava flows. They used jets of compressed air to rapidly cool the liquefied rock, building great dams in the middle of the streets and intersections. The port district had been ground zero in Yama's apocalypse. The great tears in the crust started there and thus were more concentrated. Few buildings survived. The space docks themselves were clinging to the edge of one particularly large fissure. A majority of the ships had fallen in the bubbling caldera below, now reduced to molten slag. Lord Fridga's massive Arcosian cruiser was an exception. The bulbous disc of it could be seen from above, bristling with bubble windows and rows of plasma cannons. The Saiyan Freighter teetered on the edge of the chasm, if not lifted and placed on stable ground--it too would fall, leaving the Saiyans stranded unless they got a new ship.
"Let's move," Stone said. Reaching to his cybernetic arm, he tapped a small button there. A capsule pinged as it shot out of a launcher, landing in the dusty rubble. It popped and revealed a suit of mechanized armor shaped like a winged monster. Stone strode forward, the suit opening up to swallow him. A moment later, after he adjusted, it activated--eyes glowing crimson. Stone had crafted the M1 Devil Jacket himself. The machine was based on his much lighter SWORD armor model. All of its improvements were meant to deal with ki users in the most violent and horrible way possible. Stone was wanted now, across the galaxy. Meaning, he needed to be ready for all sorts of headhunters. "You Earthlings are so dramatic sometimes," Lord Fridga said. The cybernetic Frieza Clansmen took to the sky first, floating up. Pooka--still covered in clumps of cooling lava followed after him. The sharp metal wings on the armor expanded out and Stone floated with the aide of repuslor engines. It only took them a few minutes for the group to travel via air to the space dock, although it was filled with dodging emergency robots and swerving around hover skiffs. The Tech Tech moved quickly in their recovery efforts. "Gods dammit," Stone muttered as he stared down at the yawning chasm where his craft had once been parked. "Your ship is lost," Lord Fridga said. "Now what?" I really have no way to pay the Crytpomancer back now, that's for sure.Stone was teetering in that moment. If he both betrayed the Cryptomancer by giving out his contact method and also couldn't make the money to pay him back, he was in big trouble. The spooky bastard wasn't the type you wanted to mess with. Especially if you were going to visit any major space-faring civilization at any point. "Give me ten million zeni and a ride off this rock. I'll tell you where he is." "So very mercenary of you. I wonder if you paid that much to contact him," Lord Fridga said. "I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures, no?" Stone's armored helmet didn't betray the sheer look of panic and fright etched into his features. Lord Fridga then floated over until he was about nose to nose with Okata. Well, it would have been if Lord Fridga wasn't a good head shorter than the big Saiyan. Despite the gulf in size, the look in Fridga's eyes was purely that of a reptilian predator studying a piece of raw meat, hungry. "What do you say Saiyan? You want to know about the Cryptomancer too. So, why don't we split this fee?" 1d100·1d100·1d100

Yama was right. Enough chaos had been sewn for one day. Perhaps getting back to the ship and awaiting their captain and Okata was the best course of action for now. Not to mention, Null was pretty banged up. He doubted he'd be anymore use to anyone.
Taking the lead, his aura flashed to life around him, though it did not hold the usual wild flare of white energy. It was more subdued than before, a brief flicker of stirring energy before dissipating altogether. Null doubled over, hands clutched to his knees as he fought to suck in oxygen.
That battle had taken quite a bit out of him. It would be a slow trip getting back to the hangar.
Rising to his full height, one arm hugged protectively to his bruised ribs, Null lifted off from the ground and began to fly in the direction of the space port they had entered this particular Bio-Dome from. Higher up, piercing alarms mingled with the buzz and chatter of repair droids as they zipped back and forth, trying to mitigate the damage as best as they could.
Bodies were flung everywhere. Some were still breathing, receiving medical attention from the bots. Others weren't moving, the loved ones of the deceased crowding around, mourning the tragedy of loss in grief-addled voices. He averted his gaze, unable to stomach the sight of it.
In most of the battles Null had fought, he was long gone from the planet when the sick reality of the aftermath settled. But here, amidst the broken and twisted refuge of the dome, it wasn't as easy to shove his thoughts away and focus on their task.
"...you think we did the right thing, big guy?" Null asked Yama, whom he assumed flew just a few feet behind him. "I mean, they attacked us first, didn't they? That should count for something..."
Null was grateful when the space port came into view, though it was but a brief reprieve. Half of the port was gone, having suffered the wrath of ensuing concussive quakes created by Yama's powerful assault. What remained was a hollow shell, piles of broken crates and spilled drums containing fuel pouring out into the yawning cavern below. Their ship seemed to teeter at the edge of this giant fissure, the damaged metal hull groaning as the outcrop of stone beneath it began to shift and crumble.
IF they lost their ship, it would all be over.
Paying little attention to the group of men that floated there, observing the damage as well—for he had not taken a close enough look to recognize the big, brutish form of his comrade Okata—Null zipped around the ship and hovered beneath it. Forcing out more latent power, his aura flared in size as Null slammed into the bottom of the teetering ship.
He pressed with both hands, a mighty yell escaping him as he fought to steady the ship before it plundered into the depths below.

Etohn Andrew C. Creed @null Lute
As they headed back to the port, the elder Saiyan kept his thoughts to himself and retreated inward. When Null asked about the consequences of their actions, he just looked away and continued to fly. Yama didn't want to say what was on his mind because it would just make an already bad situation worse. When they arrived, the space port was in no different shape than the rest of the dome. Yama sighed, his sudden exhale fogging up the screens inside his helm for a second before they cleared back up. Did his attacks really reach this far? In the moment, he was excited and not terribly concerned with the surroundings. He thought he had held back, but from the look of the surrounding damage as they flew back to the port... it was clear he had not held back enough or even at all. The thought made him furrow his brow and wrinkle up his nose as his lips turned into a snarl. He had been careless and let the battle make him a slave to the fight. Suddenly Null blasted off towards their ship. Yama snapped out of his despairing thoughts and rushed over. The transport was teetering on a fractured cliff where the dock used to be. The huge ship was on the verge of tipping over into the molten lava spewing from the fissure. The armored Saiyan watched as Null flew up under the ship and used all of his strength to try and push it back up. Yama huffed and flew towards the top of the transport. He hovered above it, looking for something to grab hold of... something that wouldn't break loose if he tried to pull the ship back up. He didn't have time to check the rigidity of each piece of the structure. Quickly the frustrated Saiyan scanned the area. He spotted a crane with a broken coil of durasteel cabling. Yama landed on the shaky ground and hoisted the coil up onto his massive shoulders. Then he flew back towards the ship and then around it in a circle, letting the cable trail behind him. He stopped at a hover above the transport once more, both ends of the cable in hand. He made sure they were secure and locked his gauntlets in place. Then he pulled up towards the dome, attempting to lift the large ship. The boosters on his armor kicked on to supplement his own power. They roared to life as he strained himself to lift the transport out of the fissure he had created in the first place.

As the Half-Saiyan continued his efforts, he began to notice more and more robotic machinations were circulating throughout the area, tending to the injured and trying to prevent further damage from befalling the city. A good thing, as well, as by this point, Etohn was drenched in sweat. He already wasn't the best at using Instant Transmission, so abusing it as much as he has in this brief period was proving to be too much for him. After returning to the crumbling city for what felt like the hundredth time, he'd glance around again, nodding to the robot carrying the nearby pile of bodies away. Breathing a sigh of relief, Etohn slumps down on a nearby pile of rubble, taking a much-needed break. He wanted to help everybody he could, but pushing himself too far would just end up adding his corpse to the pile. His breath was coming out ragged and his chest burned every time he exhaled. His vision was growing dulled, making even the nearby buildings hard to distinguish from each other. His second wind had likely already passed, and yet he still felt almost completely drained of ki. Yep, this was his limit. Etohn attempts to try and sit upright, but is quickly overwhelmed by an overwhelming sensation of vertigo. Falling back, he resigns himself to his condition. Despite the dead bodies he's seen, the grotesque injuries befalling the children and the elderly, the panic on the face of those he saved and failed to, he still couldn't help but smile. He couldn't save everyone, but he has saved many, many people. Rather than worsening the situation for those around him, such as Yama and Null have done, he's tried to do something good, to the point where he can't even really continue. "Ahh yeah...should probably check up on everyone...Guess now's a good time for that telepathic thing," he mumbles to himself, closing his eye as he focuses upon the energy signature of Okata. Surprisingly, he seemed to still be accompanying the Human and Frost Demon from the bar. It seems like he's got a plan in play, hopefully having to deal with the Cryptomancer. From out of nowhere, the other Saiyan would find a voice ringing inside of their head, as though originating from there. With an ethereal quality to it, it says, "Okata. It's Etohn. I can't really help you out with those guys, so whatever you're doing, don't slip up. I'm counting on you." With those words said, Etohn quickly begins focusing now onto his other Saiyan allies. With how much he's exerted himself, he can't speak like this for very long. Taking a small pause after communicating with Okata, he reaches out to Yama and Null's minds. "Hey you two. It's your Captain. Ya two probably already know just how badly you messed up, but I'm still gonna say this. Don't go back to New Sadla. A lot of people died, and I don't think Radia is gonna be happy about that. If you can, help Okata without messing up anything else." With those last words audibly fading as he spoke, Etohn cut off his connection. He had a lot he wanted to say to those two, and none of it was good. The two disobeyed his order and ended up actually getting innocent people killed, something he saw as absolutely despicable. Still, the mission was far more important than his frustration, and he couldn't even imagine how Radia would react to this, so it would probably be for the best if they avoided contact with the Dominion. With nothing left he can realistically accomplish here, Etohn struggles to bring his hand up to his head, and focuses his senses. Tech Tech was in the North quadrant, so after a quick search throughout space, Earth came up relatively quickly. He'd probably get arrested, or worse, if he stayed here, so he needed to just get out. Locking onto some random energy signature there, he uses up almost all of his remaining ki to teleport away from the mayhem left behind. Words: 680 Lute| Van|@null| Andrew C. Creed

Oh no. No no no, this was all going wrong. Death and destruction littered the once pristine habitation zone. Various dead Tech techs, Androids in a frantic rush to keep this zone from leaking with pollution. Okata held a hand to his head in utter disbelief. This was supposed to be a SIMPLE MISSION. Find the cryptomancer, hire him, and done. WHO THE HELL BLEW UP THE BIOSPHERE!? Okata quickly snapped back to reality as the Frost Demon addressed him. “I can pay him once I get in touch with my boss. For now we need to leave this place” Waiting for them to turn around and walk forward, Okata would think as hard as he could “Uh, Etohn, What the fuck is going on? One second I was trying to accomplish the mission and the next, The planet is blowing up. Don’t tell me Yama did this…” Okata started flying forward to keep up with the others. “Listen, This guy’s name is Stone. The Frost demon is Fridga, some guy from the Frieza clan. Stone wants 10 Million Zeni for the whereabouts of The Cryptomancer and Fridga wants to split the cost. I don’t know about you, but I’m broke right now. If you got anyway to pay this, tell me now” Why couldn’t he just be assigned to the frontlines? At least things are SUPPOSE to explode there... 231 Etohn Van @null Lute

The transparisteel panels at the very peak of the Bio-Dome peeled back, revealing the ashen skies above. The noxious gases released from Yama's sundering along with great billowing clouds of dust. However, some of Tech Tech's acrid atmosphere seeped in. Anyone with a set of nostrils would be greeted the a rotten sulfuric stench, as if one giant fart had gone off across the entire city. The emergency bots continued to do their handy work, pulling people from the rubble. Even so, it was a scene of chaos. Through the vent a dozen carrier vessels entered, each one a rectangular block of matte black metal. They didn't land, but instead came to loom over the smoldering metropolis, casting ominous shadows. The tops of the cargo peeled open to reveal rows upon rows of robots. The robots were bulbous of shape in their torsos, painted midnight, with bright crimson cyclopean optical sensors attached to tiny heads. They had sharp pincer-like claws on retractable limbs for their upper appendages and single puttering repuslor engine to propel them along. Anyone tech savvy would recognize them as SLAYER-R7 class war-bots. The Tech Tech race were diminutive and curious. They much preferred inventions and sating their hunger for technological advancement than they did with war and conflict. But, they were also an independent world, one that needed to ready for to repel invaders at a moment's notice. The SLAYER-R7 war-bot was the answer to that need. They were quite a notorious for being nasty and super violent. Tech Tech sold a small number of them as private security purposes, or to planetary military forces. So, word had been drifting around about their potency and to be careful against them. In numbers they were even a threat to powerful ki-wielders. Hundreds of them spread out to comb the city in perfect formation. A large block of them locked onto the high power levels and made a beeline. Okata had just finished his statement when Lord Fridga frowned. "We should go. Now. We'll be prime suspects." Stone simply nodded behind his helmet and the duo descended to the loading ramp of the mighty Arcosian war cruiser. Alone it was bigger than most of the buildings left in the area. "Even my VIP status won't save us from the hours of interrogation," Lord Fridga added as he strode up the ramp. The ship was ready to go, its engines idling with a low whine. It had flawless crew of well groomed xenos. Many of them still wore the latest in Frieza Force military gear, but with the serial numbers and logos "filed off." As their lord passed, they snapped to attention and puffed out their chests. Lord Fridga let them stand as such until he passed, headed straight for his bridge. Pooka plodded along, bits of falling lava landing onto the deck behind him. Thunk.Thunk.Thunk.Pooka didn't visit with them, instead turning and heading down another corridor--probably to his own room. The bridge doors slid open silently. Lord Fridga's casual stroll ended as he slipped into his egg-shaped Captain's seat. Metallic claws traced the interface of the command console beside it. The bridge officers filtered in behind him, taking position in the crew pits. There they each took their designated console and went to work with final steps. "I'll drop the both of you off on Space Vegas, how does that sound? After we're clear of Tech Tech and we make the payment transaction." Being that Space Vegas was neutral ground, Stone couldn't disagree. He reached up clicked the release on his helmet, peeling it off his head with a hiss. "Fine with me." The disc-shaped ship lifted up from the wreckage around it, floating towards the gaping hole atop the Bio-Dome. The small army of SLAYER-R7's that had been approaching it parted ways, not willing to engage or harass a war vessel of its size and ferocity. The disc cut through the clouds, smooth and silent as it gained altitude. It wasn't long until the shimmering stars filled the field of central viewport. It was only second later that sirens began to blare a warning of an imminent threat. Four imperial cruisers appeared out of hyperspace in a blur of motion. They broke their wedge, lining up in a staggered blockade formation. And they sent their hailing. "Sir, the Imperials are trying requesting that we cease our transit and open our vessel up for immediate inspection." Lord Fridga groaned. "Of course the Empire would involve themselves. Give them a very polite no." The seconds ticked by as the message was relayed. The comm's officer chuckled and glanced back at Lord Fridga. "They said if we do not comply, they will disable our ship and inspect it against our will." "How good of pilots are you two?" Lord Fridga asked. "I have a few star-fighters in the hangar for a rainy day. You're welcome to one of them. Or you an help out aboard the ship. My predicament is your predicament, so choose wisely." Stone chuckled and tapped a button on his own wrist computer. The mechanized armor he wore opened up and he stepped out. It then popped with a cloud of nanite-dust as it resealed itself back in its capsule. Stone took the capsule in hand. "I'll take my chances out in the void," Stone said and turned heel, headed for the hangar. Etohn Andrew C. Creed @null Lute
The two of them had saved the transport, but their minor victory was overshadowed by the sudden arrival of the Imperial Fleet. Four cruisers arrived to orbit the planet in a blockade. Yama stared at the display screen showing the positions of the ships relative to theirs. They had just broken out of the planet's gravity hold and were approaching the blockade. The big Saiyan had left his armor in the cargo hold and equipped a vac suit as a precautionary measure. The two of them were up in the ship's bridge. He sighed and looked back over his shoulder at the young Saiyan. There was no way both of them were going to get out of this one and he already had enough blood on his hands. With a deep breath he turned to face him and put a large bear paw of a hand on his shoulder. "Take the small fighter... Get out of here. I'll hold them off."Yama offered him a weak smile and then ruffled the young Saiyan's hair before turning back to the ship's console. He plotted a course that would send the transport into the nearest enemy ship. After that, he input a few other supplementary commands and then flipped the switch to fire the engines. He gave the console a satisfied look and then turned to run back to the cargo bay. Once he was in his armor again, he opened the bay door. He made sure that Null wasn't out of the fighter or otherwise in danger before he did so. Then he simply exited the transport from the back and then flew up behind it. The autopilot kept it heading towards the enemy ships. Now whether Null heeded his words and left or stayed with him, that was up to the younger Saiyan, but Yama had no intentions of going quietly. The boosters on his armor fired up as he pushed the freighter faster and faster, hoping to give it enough momentum to do some damage. Once he was close enough, the boosters cut off on his suit and he kicked off from the back of the ship, watching as it barreled towards the fleet. Yama gave it a few moments, took a deep breath, and then charged the fleet at full power, heaving his hammer behind him. If he was going to go down, he'd go down swinging. "Shit, shit, shit!"
He could hardly see the command console for the blood that kept dripping off his chin, pooling on the interface. Null swiped the dark blood aside with a fist, his fingers flying over the command keys.
There was a strange ache in his heart, a hollow sensation that seemed to grow along with his sense of foreboding.
His scouter beeped and whirred, numbers and symbols flashing quickly across the screen, indicating the imminent danger that loomed high above their heads. Even if they could break through the amassing of hundreds of attack droids, there were still the four Imperial cruisers to consider.
"I know, goddamn it!"
He ripped the scouter from his ear. It sparked and popped, the tech crumbling as Null crushed it in his grip and tossed it aside. The interface whirred to life, the craft trembling as the repulsor engines kicked to life. Once Yama opened the bay doors, the star fighter rocketed out of the rear hatch, twirling as it escaped into the air.
Yama had made it clear he expected Null to flee.
That seemed to be the story of his short, hard life. Thirty five years of running, of hiding, of fighting. And all for what? What would it benefit him to flee? He couldn't go back to New Sadla—Captain Etohn had assured him of that.
The only path Null could see before him... was the path for redemption.
He gripped the flight controls, steering the fighter straight through the horde. Null's ship zipped past Yama, following in the wake of the freighter as it rocketed along its collision course with one of the heavy cruisers.
"I'm getting real tired of being told what to do!"
Pressing his thumbs down, his vision lit up with laser fire. Beams shot from the cannons in rapid, consecutive bursts as Null attempted to aim his fire to rip through the thick hull of one of the Imperial cruisers, with the hopes of softening it up so the freighter could deliver maximum damage.

The drastic change of sitting amongst a hellish landscape, the ground crumbling around you and the sparks of life fading from people within his sensing range, to that of a peaceful glade filled with bright, colorful fauna and forest creatures was baffling, to be sure. It probably was a similar change that one would experience when dying and going to heaven, except then, your lungs probably would have already stopped hurting. At least that means he's still alive. Landing on his back, Etohn's chest heaves as he begins breathing in non-deadly air again. A literal breath of fresh air. For a few minutes, that's all he does, almost motionless as he allows his body to acclimate to his non-deadly surroundings. "Uggh...I probably should do something for the others..." This would prove to be difficult, however, as just trying to sit upright offered resistance to his efforts. Was it the fumes or the abuse of his technique that made him feel so sore? Who knew. Etohn definitely didn't. Groaning, he rests his head back upon the ground. Reaching into his pocket, he slowly manages drags his communications devices in front of his face. The UI lights up as a button on the side is pressed in, and his thumb begins drifting over the emergency call button. Instantly, a call is run through to New Sadla. "Hey...We've got a problem on Tech Tech."Words: 233 Lute| Van|@null| Andrew C. Creed

Okata bolted into the ramp, looking back to see the vast array of War Drones flooding the sky. His eyes widened at the sheer mass of them. Not even Yama could contend with such a mass of Warbots, this was getting too dangerous. Okata quickly followed after Stone and Fridga, making it just in time to hear the Imperials threaten the ship with boarding. The fool wasn’t going to just let them examine the ship?! Interrogation or not, the two assailants were certainly NOT a human and a Frost Demon. This could of been an easy fix but this stubborn… Focus, he had to focus. Fridga listed off the options available to help in the defense of the ship. Hm… Okata might be able to do something here. “I’ll head to the Fighters as well. I wouldn’t want to mess up any of the flight systems” He gave a quick two finger salute and ran towards the hanger bay. He had never piloted one of these things before but he didn’t need to for long. Okata hopped into the fighter, the controls seemed fairly similar to a battle pod. Pressing a few familiar buttons he finally managed to activate the ship, flying full speed through the hanger bay and out into the depths of space. He would (luckily) find the comms button, testing to make sure it was private by shouting “Hey Fridga!” and getting no response. “Stone, once we get out of here, what will happen to you? The Imperial Patrol isn’t going to just stop hunting you and if they’ve been doing so already, they’ll double their efforts. I’ve got an even better offer for you. We take these fighters and we bail. My Boss can ensure your safety, full payment, and perhaps even more work in the future. Fridga can only guarantee 5 million Zeni and a quick trip to Vegas. Just think about it” Okata would begin to open fire on the Imperial cruiser. Word Count: 348 BATTLE INFO - Okata

To the initiated, it would seem as though the small Imperial fleet was without escort. A foolish maneuver in most space engagements. But, as soon an it became apparent that an engagement was about to happen, the Imperials leveled their broad-sides, bristling with banks of deadly plasma cannons. From their bellies swarmed thousands upon thousands of Hunter-Killer drones. From a distance, the drones would like a moving cloud of gnats. But, anyone familiar with modern military armaments would see them for what they truly were--a dangerous threat. Yama was the first strike at the Imperials, pushing the loaner freighter towards the lead vessel in the blockade. The captain aboard the war cruiser ordered his crew to maneuver past the threat. But, there was nowhere it could go in time, the other vessels flanked tight around it. The suicidal freighter hit the cruiser's prow creating a fiery bloom of destruction punctuated only by the eerie silence of space. Null was next, his sleek Saiyan star-fighter sweeping over the already shattered vessel--quad blasters chipping and chewing up its rear armored planels. Okata followed close at hand, his own quad blasters pumping hate. The wounded cruiser broke formation, venting atmosphere in great streams and trailing chunks burning deck. It movement was more of a limp than an a full retreat. It couldn't take much more damage without being disabled fully. The Hunter-Killer drones with the help of the targeting arrays identified Yama as their prime threat. And they descended upon him in vortex of sizzling laser beams. As the drones dispersed, the Saiyan juggernaut was little more than a sitting duck floating in the void. Plasma bolts from enemy cannons, wide enough to level a city block in one fell swoop, streaked in at him as well. Yama would be lucky to get away from all their attacks unscathed. A cadre of drones chased Okata's star-fighter close by, lasers lancing out at his tail end.
"Shit," Stone said, gritting his teeth. He jammed the control stick, banking hard to roll out of the way, flaming beads of auto-fire whipping past his canopy. Just as he was lining up for a shot, Okata's message came over a private channel. Just think about it.”Stone chewed his lip as his HUD lit up with a target lock. The belly of his Arcosian fighter peeled back to reveal a single warhead. It snaked away from the tiny ship, aimed at the engine block of the next cruiser. Whipping along its spine, he also squeezed the trigger, his quad blasters spattering. His mind reeled as he checked his various instruments, making sure he wasn't about to die. The Hunter-Killers were on his six and he would need to outrun them if he wanted to live. Their destructive potential was enough to eradicate a flimsy fighter craft like his, especially if he wasn't careful. "Who is this boss of yours Saiyan?" A simple question, but ever so important.
"Oh-ho," Lord Fridga said. His chrome tail flicked behind him and he leaned forward in eager anticipation. Most interesting to him was the run-away freighter that just had pulled a kamikaze on one of the Imperial cruisers. That alone out of the ordinary. A small ship like that should have fled, not sacrificed itself. "Did you get an image on that freighter?" "Yes sir," his signal officer said. "Bring it up on screen." A hyper-zoomed and slightly blurry picture of the freighter materialized as a hologram in front of Lord Fridga. He studied it for a moment, his dark eyes scanning the curves and features of the vessel. It was rusted and outdated, an older model from bygone days. Even the best transportation companies didn't use slow and beaten ships like it. "Enhance the emblem on the hull." The pixels on the image started to correct themselves on command, forming a better and far educated version of the still. Lord Fridga clicked his tongue when he realized he was staring down a Dominion emblem. "So, the Dominion is here too? I wonder if our Saiyan friend is apart of this little hunt. That would explain his promise of wealth and interest in the Cryptomancer. Only the Queen of Saiyans could pay such an absurd amount for a point of contact on the hacker. I wonder how sad the Kabochan's will be when their coffers are emptied for this." Lord Fridga knew that his father had dealings with the Queen of Saiyans. The two had come to an agreement, something about an attack on Abbayor. Seeing as Lord Fridga had nothing but distaste for Saiyan filth, the whole situation only frustrated him. A question emerged and he couldn't help the devious smile that crossed his lips. Did he want to pull something that could jeopardize his Father's agreement? Regardless, his Arcosian War Cruiser went to work, cannon-fire beating down upon the Imperial Fleet. LORD FRIDGA'S CRUISER

Etohn Andrew C. Creed @null Lute
A bead of sweat jiggled on his forehead as he turned to look around and then detached and floated freely on the inside of his helmet. Eventually it smeared across the other side as it hit the inner lining. He watched through the screen on his visor (Think Iron Man) as the old freighter ripped into the first cruiser. The explosion sent chunks of debris flying into the other ships. Another screen on his HUD popped up to zoom in on the damage. The other ships suffered shrapnel damage but were still not disabled entirely. The first ship was then attacked by a disc-shaped cruiser and then a few star fighters, one of which was piloted by Null. Yama sighed. He was disappointed that the kid didn't listen, but impressed by the tenacity he showed. The other ships began to attack, sending out attack drones and firing off their plasma cannons. Yama used the boosters on his armor to maneuver about, doing his best to conserve his ki for his next attack. He ducked under the first pass from the drones. They flew in a tight pack, like birds or insects. A few cannon blasts were fired at him and he slipped past them as well, still heading straight at the ships. But then the drones slammed into his back. It was like standing on a beach and then suddenly getting hit by a huge wave. The drones shredded the outer layer of his armor, but none of them breached to his internal vac suit. The large booster on his back sparked a bit when he fired it up again. Then it died, but then roared back to life quickly. Yama barreled towards the next ship, ignoring the one listing aimlessly that he had attacked before. Right as he was on top of it, his aura flared out around him. Bright blue-white energy pulsed outwards as he flew. The old Saiyan heaved his hammer up over his head. The head of the weapon charged up. Electric currents ran down through it and trailed off to the side. It was an impressive explosion.
His star-fighter dipped and wove between the trailing plumes of smoke and debris as Null continued to follow in the wake of the injured cruiser. Another decisive blow, and that sucker was going down for good.
Null took advantage of the brief lapse in action to tap a few buttons on the interface. A comm link appeared on his HUD, along with a blinking indicator.
"Computer, lock onto Yama's frequency. Establish a comm link."
It beeped a few times to illustrate its compliance, before static burst through the speakers of the small fighter cabin.
"You've got some nerve telling me to—shit! Hold on!"
Null jerked the controls hard to the right. His fighter spun a full 360 degrees as he strafed to avoid a large piece of shrapnel torn from the hull of the first Imperial cruiser in the explosion.
"As I was saying—"
His vision was filled with blinding light. Null freed a hand to shade his eyes, squinting in the wake of the electrical explosion before him. Eyes wide at the carnage being wrought by his comrade, his Adam's apple bobbed at the sheer scale of Yama's destruction. If he could do that to an Imperial cruiser...
"N-Nevermind. You owe me a drink if we survive this. Over and out!"
Null cut the link and steered his ship onward. The first cruiser had taken major damage, but it was not completely out of the fight. Null aimed to fix that as he fired upon the vessel once more, looking to put the ship out of commission for good.
Maneuvering to avoid the random archs of lightning that blanketed the war zone from Yama's attack, Null tipped the nose of his fighter toward the remaining three cruisers, swarmed with drones that deftly swerved after the other attacking ships. Lifting both hands to flip his middle fingers at them, Null smashed a fist down onto the big red button.
That big red button.
A hatch on the bottom of his ship slid open, a seeker missile dipping from the obscurity of the star-fighter's hull to become a true threat in this dogfight. It launched itself into the conflict, aimed for the general space between the tight Imperial formation before exploding in a vicious blast meant to put the remainder of ships out of commission.
"And that's a big screw you, too!"

Okata flew in closer to Stone, he noticed his ship taking on quite a bit of fire. This was both good and bad. Desperation would help encourage Stone to accepting his offer. But he would serve no use if dead… Then Stone asked something he was not expecting. “Who is this boss of yours?” Okata frowned. He didn’t know much about Stone aside from what he heard in the bar. For all he knew, Stone was just as Anti-Saiyan as the rest of these fools. But if he wanted important information he would need Stone’s trust. Revealing this might just be enough to gain that trust. Okata sighed and turned to dodge some fire. “I work for a person you may of heard of. Quite popular in that Propaganda that Polaris spe-” An explosive strike seemed to tear Stone’s ship in half. Luckily he had ejected just in time. Okata quickly turned his fighter towards the wreck and reach down for a respirator. The Saiyan would open the Cockpit, a habitable shield being the only thing saving Okata from the void of space. Okata would look up at Stone, his smile hidden by his respirator. “From the looks of it you don’t have much of a choice anymore. I work for Radia, Queen of the Saiyans. I trust you know her?” Okata would fly the ship up slightly. The wreck managed to camouflage Okata just long enough to reach Stone. “We’ve got big plans, and could use both The Cryptomancers help and yours” Word Count: 253 BATTLE INFO - OkataDEFENSE PHASE.Atk 1: Miss Atk 2: Miss (Evade) OFFENSE PHASE.Bonus Action Evade PL: 18,650

Captain Tulip had served in the Galactic Patrol Navy with an illustrious career spanning forty years. He was a xeno with a wispy mustache, a veteran of dozens of encounters with the Frieza Force. He had won service medals, including one for being injured in the line of service. For ten years he taught at the academy on Kanassa before its destruction and evacuation during the Saiyan War, by the hand of the Saiyan named Sawba (@li ). He had heard rumor of ki wielding fighters that could take out a warship single-handedly, but had never seen such a thing happen first hand. He watched on the view-screen as the blurry image of this armored juggernaut approached. The same warrior had nearly sundered the Galactic King's Remembrance in one fell swoop. The Hunter-Killer drones had failed to even injure him. The Honor of Polaris couldn't fall victim, not while he still had a fight in him. "We need to move. Full speed ahead. We'll blow right past him." Tulip had been apprehensive at the inception of the Empire, despite the unanimous support that Polaris received. Maybe it was jealousy, as Polaris and other hot-shot patrolmen like Daichi Tetsuo ( Queen Kuueru ) and Lieutenant Pricota ( Colonel Pricota ) had out-shined the Navy quite a bit. His entire life he had fought for freedom and justice, for the way of the Patrol. The Empire had slowly grown on him though, enough to hold off his retirement for a few more years. Polaris's rule had proven to be decisive thus far, things were looking up. Respect and loyalty had been earned. Yet, it was all for nothing. There were creatures out there that were nasty, even terrifying. The helmsmen tried to evade the coming storm, but there was no stopping it. Yama moved too fast for them to make it clear. Despite his resolve, Tulip was powerless. Plasma shots from Lord Fridga's cruiser smashed the shields apart, shredding through the lower decks. The bridge lights flickered and turned crimson, sirens wailing about critical damage. Before the hammer struck, Tulip managed to bring up the console and send his wife one final message on the Galactic Hypernet. I love you, darling. Forever yours.Lighting surged, tearing through the Honor of Polaris's hull in a flash. Tulip clung to dear life as as the bridge peeled open and expelled its contents out into the void. The suction proved to much and his fingers slipped from the chair he gripped hold of, flinging him out with the rest of the wreckage. His final moments were nothing more than pain and suffocation. Death.
"I work for a person you may of heard of," the Saiyan finally replied. "Quite popular in that Propaganda that Polaris spe-" Stone's efforts had not been in vain. He couldn't help but watch in awe as space was filled with crackling lighting and an entire cruiser was split asunder. A huge power level was out there. The signature seemed similar to the one that had cracked open Tech Tech earlier. It appeared the perpetrator was trying to get off-world too. And doing so with violent consequence. That kind of power made him uneasy, and for once he was glad it wasn't aimed at him. The ship's systems squawked at him, warning him of an incoming enemy attack. He slammed the control stick and banked. His ship cartwheeled and twirled with massive g-forces. Pinned to his seat, he gritted his teeth as hot plasma washed past him. Gunning it, he tried to fly straight for the third war cruiser. It was better to be close to an enemy ship, rather than draw fire. They wouldn't shoot down each other for the sake of one fighter. Or, so he hoped. Until blinding white filled his line of sight and he realized he had made a miscalculation. The second cruiser had him target locked all along. And there was nowhere to go. After making sure his vac-suit and helmet were strapped on tight, he pulled the ejection lever. The canopy burst open and he was hurled into space just as his ship was incinerated below him. He could feel the blistering heat from the wall of plasma. It melted his seat, his pants, and his boots. But, he was still alive. Stone thought about summoning his new armor, but waited for a moment as he whirled through the black. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted another fighter approaching. According to the HUD in his helmet, it was piloted by the Saiyan--an ally. What a relief.Once inside the co-pilot's seat, Stone slumped back and buckled himself in. "From the looks of it you don’t have much of a choice anymore. I work for Radia, Queen of the Saiyans. I trust you know her?” the Saiyan said. Stone's greatest hopes were true then. Radia was the one seeking the Cryptomancer. That worked out very well. Stone had been afraid to approach her since his exile from Earth. The two had a past after all. But, during those days he had been the Director of Capsule Corp. He had built and sold warships to the Saiyans. He had also provided the serum used in the Oozaru Special Forces, to give them their Great Ape forms after he reviewed notes from Bulma Brief's archives. Capsule Corp had profited heavily from the venture, so he didn't really feel he had any leverage to ask for succor from the Queen of Saiyans. Until this very moment. "Take me to Radia. I'll help her get in contact with the Cryptomancer." Was he leaving Lord Fridga in the dust? Yes he was. Did he care? No. Not really. Stone hated the Frieza Force and anyone who had served with them. They could all rot in hell.
The last two imperial ships turned tail quickly, lest they face Yama's wrath. They retreated with reckless abandon, jettisoning a bunch of cargo just to accelerate faster. As soon as they managed to put a decent gap between them and the planet and punched it, streaking away into hyperspace and out of harm's way. LORD FRIDGA'S CRUISER
