CHARACTER SHEET.LinkCHANGES:Pull the 5 beginning stat points from resilience and put it into fighting, making my stats 15, 30, 10, 0 in descending order with respect to the state positions and after factoring in brutal's power passive. Beat You need a minimum of 30 Energy Control to use Psychic Powers. Legume Done Pepa Done. It does cost, however, so I subtracted the necessary Zeni. Also, while I added your Saiyan trait, the person approving your character change will change the race. Also, let me know what you are respeccing your legendary to in the Discord, for you no longer have the stat requirements for Damage Nullification.
