Well, Thast had been part of the Ravagers for some time now, and it was about time he visited the planet of New Sadla. This master Dain was from the place after all, or was he? That didn't matter now though, Thast was here for the things Saiyans do best. He was here for a good brawl, something to help further his training. If he was looking for a brutal fight, a place thriving was saiyans was the way to go. Their people loved fighting more than anything really, not many understood their passion. This earthling did however. He knew the rush of combat better than most, and the sinister addiction that it can form. Thast himself would drop into illegal underground tournaments on earth sometimes, just to get in a decent match. These saiyans wouldn't fight like humans though, they could be much more savage and powerful. He knew this first hand from watching Dain fight. Several miles outside the saiyan's capital city, Thast's massive warcrusher would land. He was surprised that he actually had the right credentials to dock the hulking spaceship there. Not that he minded of course. Earlier that day, he had signed himself up to compete in a classic saiyan arena fight on New Sadla. From what the organizer told him, he would be fighting the captain of the royal guard there. If that didn't sound like a tough opponent, he didn't know who was! Someone like that must have years of military experience, and would probably outclass Thast many times over. Walking out of his ship, he would give a quick wave to his crew and then begin walking into the city. The place was interesting to say the least, architecture he had never thought possible was all around him. Saiyans littered the street, some were selling products in an open market, others were just walking around business as usual. Near the left part of town however, would be the grand arena. That must have been the place! Thast would walk into the arena and would be greeted by a skinny, elderly saiyan. "Greetings young man. Do you have a fight today?" Thast would slightly nod "I believe my fight was scheduled for noon today. It should be under the name Thast Rowens. I'm sure I'm on the list..." The old man would pick up a small book and begin flipping through pages, eventually his finger would stop on Thast's name. "Oh yes, right here it says your fighting... Oh dear! Shallot! Sir I'm very sorry, we'll make sure to reserve you a room at the best hospital in the town!" Thast would chuckle at the old man's claims, but was he serious? Was this Shallot really that strong? After a few moments of getting ready for the battle to come, Thast would walk into a Colosseum-like arena with a full crowd. In the middle of the arena would be a middle aged announcer, holding a microphone. "Alright folks, welcome to the all-day brawl-o-thon! All of our proceeds today will be going towards the local orphanage, so please do spend some zeni! Anyway, Allow me to introduce our fighters! First all the way from the planet earth, and champion of the "Black Glove" fighting syndicate, we have Thast Rowens! For his opponent, you all know her! Many of you love her, she's the captain of the guard and breaker of necks! Shallot!"

Shallot would be back in the locker room removing what little makeup she had on being her lipstick , it was a common mistake for most to assume the captain wore a mountain of make up but once youve touched her face you can confirm that its all natural beauty. Shallot would examine herself in the mirror for a moment the only thing really standing out was the large red cloth that was tied around her waist , she would reach down pulling the cloth to cover her nose and mouth the smell of lemons and strawberries would flood her system. The scent was a deep confort for the soldier , one of the last remaining attachments to her long since deceased mother “mom you know i finally became worth one shred of the woman you were…” she would pause as she undid the large cloth folding it and placing it upon the locker room bench. “Ok lets get this over with , for the orphans” she would sigh out as she headed for the exit , the roaring crowd growing louder and loader as she grew closer to the arena. Shallot would close her eyes as she walked out into the blinding light of the arena taking a deep breath before opening her eyes where she now stood in the middle of the arena , thousands of saiyans cheering and calling out her name it was something one could never get used to. She would then turn to her worthy foe today. Shallot would perform a quick shallow bow before the man , a showing of respect “lets give the kindom a good show” she would say getting into the traditional saiyan battle stance , before rushing at him attempting a swift punch to his nose and then a knee to his gut. Thast stood in the arena just wondering what the head of that Saiyan guard would look like. From what he knew about the saiyans, and Dain, he expected some beast of a woman to walk through the doors of the arena. He was quite surprised to find that she appeared so cultured, and beautiful. This was not something he had expected of the saiyans, but he would still have to keep his guard up. If Shallot was anything like Dain, then this would be a tough fight. Something seemed off to him as he observed her though, her power level was a mere five thousand. That was also surprising... Thast decided to keep thing fair by lowering himself to her level. He would turn up the heat later if he needed to. It seemed the second the announcer had finished pronouncing the word fight, that Thast would suddenly be punched in the face and kneed in the stomach. Perhaps he had underestimated his opponent by lowering himself so far, he really didn't expect that. The earthling would even spit a bit of blood on the arena grounds. "You get right to the point huh? Can't say I saw that coming. My turn now." Though seconds ago he was on the defensive, Thast would disappear before the eyes of both Shallot and the crowd. He would then appear directly behind the woman with his right hand pressed against her back. "Yang now!" a black bolt of ki would explode between the palm of his hand and Shallot's back, he had only hoped that it would harm her. After this, he would follow up with a left hook directed to the back of her head. Thast had hoped his attacks would land, if not he would need to take things up a notch. Shallot would smirk lightly as she internally praised this mans skill , she didn’t have time to react or time to move with this earthling getting behind her. Shallot had no way of dodging but she did need to put on a show for the children , just as Thast would shout simotaniously firing his ki into her back she would pool ki into her upper back where his attack would impact. The result would be a catostrophic explosion the debris would fly everywhere a cloud of rocky sediments had created a haze on shallots side of the feild. The young captain had been sent foward she would be deep within the cloud crouched on one knee her eyes closed her upper back tingling , as thoughts began to swirl in her mind ‘his blast and speed dont match at all that speed was somthing that parelled everything she knew about reality , but that ki blast was far to weak to scrath her surface.’ with that shallot had come to the conclusion he was holding back. A smirk would play on her lips as she stood tall within the cloud the audiance now on the edge of their seat’s , the anouncer was fumbling to say a word as he finally began to speak , “uh um la-ladies and gentlemen im sorry to inform you but it seems our new challenger may have kille-” their where mutiple cry’s of small children being heard few in number but audiable all the same , the man didn’t get to finish his statement though as a loud clapping would eminate from it followed with a wonderfully chearful laugh. As the dust parted it would reveal a perfectly fine shallot clapping slowly and happily , she would then stop clapping and a small cute smile would grace her features. “Our fearless captain survived the outsiders devestating attack!” the annoucer would chear the cloud bursting into a roar. Shallot would cover a side of her face so only thast could see her face and roll her eyes in a comedic fashion hoping to lighten the mood. Shallot would walk over to thast an inviting smile now on her face she would make a ‘come hither’ motion with her finger. Should he come shallot would speak butr just barely above a whisper so only thast could hear so i guess you could say it was her inside voice. “That was some attack you just did , your not what i expected to see as a ravenger” she would extended her hand out for a handshake.

As Thast's attack had managed to land against Shallots back, she seemed unharmed. He should have put more power into it, but something strange would happen. Moments after his attacks had finished flying, he would hear static on the communicator in his ear. It was a strange beeping noise that he had never quite heard before. But, one that Dain had warned him of. This was a distress call, the various static signals told him that a Ravager ship not too far away was in danger, and it was Dain's ship in fact. Thast decided to cut things short, he would need to leave asap if he wanted to get to the scene in time. What he didn't expect was for Shallot to usher him forward. Thast would indeed come forth, and listen to Shallot explain that she was a Ravager too! He would accept her hand shake and respond, "So, your a ravager captain, and a member of the royal guard? Welcome to the team. Look, I need to leave so I'm giving this fight to you Shallow. Dain's in trouble, and I'm the only other Ravager strong enough to help both him and Sly. Name's Thast Rowens by the way. I'm Dain apprentice."
With explanations out of the way, Thast would throw up his left arm and shout, "I forfeit!" He would then wave goodbye to Shallot, "I promise we will fight again soon!" Before blasting off into the sky and heading for his warcrusher.
