NAME: Thast Rowens

Earthlings have been known to have very keen survival instincts, able to push past their limits to keep themselves and others alive.

APPEARANCE: Thast is a slim (yet quite muscular) young man with relatively long hair that compliments his piercing brown eyes. His skin is neither pale, nor especially tan, but does have a couple distinctive marks. The skin of Thast's left hand is covered with a milk white mark that spirals up his arm. Additionally, Thast's right hand and arm are covered in a similar black mark. He can usually be seen wearing a black and white martial arts style garb while training or fighting, but wears common clothes on occasion.
MOTIVATIONS:
Patriotism. Thast grew up on the planet earth, and lived in the thriving Satan City all his young life. He would hear news of his planet's recent successes at becoming involved in the galactic economy, and all the benefits his people were reaping from it. Thast truly loved his planet, and respected the jobs that all earthlings did, even the simple ones like farming, and delivering mail. As soon as he grew to age twelve, he knew he wanted to join earth's military forces so he too could help defend this beautiful blue world.
Mastery. Thast wishes to truly master the new powers of light and dark that he had been gifted. He figures that if he can learn the secrets of Yin and Yang's Ki he too will become one of the strongest warriors in the universe, and be able to protect his precious homeworld from any threat.
QUIRKS:
Though he means well, when dealing with threats to the innocents of earth Thast tends to throw caution to the wind. Though he may not always have a plan at first while doing this, he is typically capable of coming up with something when situations get dire.
BONDS:
Though Thast once had many friends and family members, he seemingly left his life behind when he went to serve in earth's military. He is not exactly on speaking terms with his mother, and his old army buddies most likely see him as a traitor or coward. This was only his old life however. Thast is now part of the Red Ribbon Alliance, and has made a few new friends there since.
CPU: CPU is a female android who abandoned the original Red Ribbon Army. She left because one of her commanding officers gave her an order to kill her brother for only making a sarcastic comment. CPU was not designed for fighting, and tends to act as mission control for the Army's new operations. While she has not spend much time around Thast, she views him as essential for the groups operations.
Dinamo: Dinamo is a male android, and the mentioned brother of CPU. He left due to one officer commanding his own sister to kill him, lucky for him she didn't. Dinamo isn't much of a fighter either, but has an incredible knowledge of technology and alien species. He makes and designs the weapons used by the Red Ribbon Alliance for their various operations. He seems very acceptive of Thast, and looks forward to seeing what he can do.
General Thorn: General thorn is a male human in his late 40s, and is the current leader of the Red Ribbon Alliance. He decided the Red Ribbon Army was hellbent on word domination, rather than bring law and order to it, and decided to leave. He acts as the groups primary decision maker, and personally requested that Thast join him in his fight to defend earth from the inside and out. He believes Thast has a lot of potential, but still has a long way to go.

One day soon, a spark would ignite inside of him. He would see an advertisement for earth's military forces. Thast watched as the valiant protectors of his planet marched across a street, and on the screen a man in a suit would appear saying "don't just sit on the couch, your planet wants you for it's military forces!" With that commercial, Thast's life had taken a drastic turn. He would no longer play like he once did, but he would train. He would train so he could one day defend his planet from any sort of galactic tyrant that would threaten it.
By the time Thast had reached the age of twenty he would be in peak physical condition for a human who could not use Ki. He would enter his towns military recruitment center, and proceed to join the military forces of earth. After his first three weeks of basic training however, he would one day be approached by a man in a black trench coat and sunglasses. The man would tell Thast that he had been selected to join a special training program, one that would make him a truly powerful warrior...
The shadowy figure would reappear the next day to take Thast to an underground facility. The only thing in the facility appeared to be a metal chair with various wires, tubes, and a pair of beakers containing strange liquids. Thast would turn to ask the man what this place was, but before he could he would find himself knocked unconscious. When he next woke, he would be strapped into the metal chair he had seen previously. He would try to get loose, but the bands would be far too tight. The shadowy man from before would flip a light switch, showing much more technology that filled the room, as well as a large crew of scientists. The shadowy man would explain "Don't worry dear boy, you have been chosen as the test subject for the waters of Yin and Yang. You will help us create super soldiers with your sacrifice! You would be willing to die for your world, wouldn't you!?"
A scientist would give a thumbs up from across the room indicating it was time to get the show on the road. Pitch black ooze began to drain from a beaker, into a tube, and then into Thast's right arm. It would cause unbearable pain, and would leave a black spiral scar. The man would again comment "My, this one is holding up well! Now that Yang has been inserted, Insert Yin as well." Thast would say with a look of rage on his face "What are you doing to my body!" The man would bend over and explain:
"An ancient story tells of two twins, a brother named Yang, and a sister named Yin. 2000 years ago they were the greatest martial artists to have ever lived. They kept earth safe, until one faithful night where Yang grew angry, jealous of his sister's power. They say after that , the two of them fought for a full year straight without rest. Their fight ended in a tie. The two then came to an agreement, Yin would fly to one side of the world, and yang to the other. Each of them would bathe in a pool of water, and release all of their Ki, passing away. The legend says whoever drinks the water of Yin will be healed, while those who drink the water of yang grow stronger, but when drunken together the key to infinite power is given..."
Thast would laugh, "You'd really experiment on me because of some stupid legend!? what kind of psychos are you!" with that the beaker would fill with a milk white liquid, followed by the tubes, and then Thast's left arm just as his right arm had. The shadowy man would look on in awe "I can't believe it! you actually survived!" just as he did however; one of the rooms walls would collapse in a firry explosion. A crew of soldiers wearing red bandanas would come running into the room shooting down scientists left and right. One of the soldiers would run over to Thast and free him, after this Thast would loose consciousness.
The next morning Thast would wake up in a bed room, not unlike his own from back home. He would find the new marks to be on his arms, and a strange feeling in his stomach. Leaving this room he would find he is in a small underground facility somewhere in the desert. Various soldiers with the same red bandanas from before would be marching around carrying rifles. He would then be approached by General Thorn who would explain he had been tricked by a Red Ribbon Army scientist. He had accidently abandoned earth's military. Thast was disappointed, but knew he could somehow redeem himself. Thorn would explain "The Red Ribbon Army is doing stuff like this to innocent people all the time. If you want to do some real good, help us snuff them out." With that Thast would join the Red Ribbon Alliance, and undergo several months of martial arts training. During this training he would discover he could now use Ki, and the power of Yin and Yang had been transferred to him...
CALL TO ACTION:
After being tricked into undergoing Red Ribbon Army experiments, Thast Rowens has taken an oath to rid the world of this dark organization, and generally make the world a better place. He is quite hostile in regards towards any who would threaten the peace and prosperity of earth.

Yin Yang Attack - (Area/Piercing/Cost: 15 Ki +2 Ki per extra) - A white orb of radiant and pure energy surrounds Thast's left hand (Yin), and a back orb of darkness and dread surrounds his righ hand (yang). From each hand fires a beam of energy that is same color of each orb. The beams then spiral around each other until they are a massive bolt of swirling black and white energy. Upon impact is a massive expolsion capable of hitting multiple targets.
Yin Yang Combination - (Single/Charging/Wound/Cost: 15 Ki) - The black and white spiral marks on Thast's arms begin to emit auras of spectral light and darkness. Following this, Thatst lunges at his opponent attempting to deliver a left hook to the jaw, followed by strait right punch to the mouth, and finished with an uppercut to the opponents chin. After this combination has been completed, the auras subside.
Sonic Sway - (Defense/Bonus action-reactive/ 15 Ki) As a bonus action you avoid damage from all damage dice that roll a natural 8 or lower during your turn. If you take zero damage from an attack this way, it counts as fully avoided. Considered a Movement technique
