So here they were again. For their weekly training together. It was slowly starting to become routine for the two. To meet frequently and hone their abilities. Plus it was a way for them to seemingly come up with new ways to insult each other. “Hey Sly, I met Ala the other day and she told me to tell you; you smell bad.” He shouted as he was standing above the ocean they had decided to dual on. It was a random planet they had chosen, along the path of the Atrioch as they were on the way to their goal. It seemed to have been mostly ocean, breathable atmosphere and no sentient life. Perfect for when two beings like the two of them wanted to have a go at each other. “So let us commence!” Dain said with a grin as he spread his legs, crossed his arms in front of his face and began to growl. Instantly the entire area began to tremble, sand and water floating into the air, as his black KI exploded around him like a hurricane and washed over the area like a tidal wave. In the next moment a crater appeared under his feet as he delved deeper and his black KI turned golden, causing his energy to sky rocket. He was far from done though and his growl turned deeper as he reached for the next state. Blue lightning began to arc from him and a massive tidal wave was formed as he pushed into his second form. For a moment his energy expanded wildly around him, forcing the water away so he could see the bottom of the ocean beneath his feet. Even in this state he could tell he was stronger than Ala, but he was not done yet. “Sly, check out my new power. It is over nine million! KAIO KEN TIMES FIVE!” He bellowed and then for a moment all light seemed to vanish as everything seemed to be drawn into Dain´s body as he gathered the energy. The light, the clouds, everything seemed to be gone, until he finally unleashed. The entire planet was trembling when he finally relaxed a bit a looked up, covered in a golden and red KI-field he smiled upon the raccoon. “Let´s play Sly and this time, don´t aim to pull left.” He said friendly as he snapped his fingers and a clone sprung forward and it quickly rushed into action, firing two potent KI-blasts towards the towering Ala, as Dain formed an energy shield around him.

The small raccoon couldn't help but let out a sigh as he felt the power increase from Dain Sincara. It seemed as every time the duo collided Dain nearly tripled in strength. He loved fighting his friend because it pushed him to the limits and tested him on every level. But in the same breath he hated it, because he knew how sore he would be for the next week after the two collided. "Impressive, lets see how long I can keep up in the form before I need to transform. I am not gonna take it easy on ya this time."The battle commenced and Sly was able to dodge some of the incoming blasts. However, one broke through his guard and caught him along the bicep. Burnt fur could be smelt as it scorched down to his muscle, a wince of pain left Sly's snout. With a shake of the head he jumped back to the offensive, he wasn't going to let a little nick slow him down. His revolvers were drawn and aim was taken at Dain. Damnit, the raccoon was getting better and better it seemed. Dain had to use every bit of speed in his new form to weave, bob, dodge and deflect. All he was, was a blur of golden and red energy, surrounded by lightning and yet Sly still managed to hit him. “I see your aim got better.” Dain replied with a grin as he watched the smoldering hole in his gray robe that was quickly expanding. Perhaps it was time to start wearing fire retardant robes or start wearing his combat armor again. It was time to change appearance again anyway. Too many people were familiar with his face now. That was a concern for later though. With a grin Dain ripped off the remains of his robe. A bit of blood trickled from the wound were Sly had just hit him, but luckily the blast cauterized most of the wound. Still it smarted like hell and it was a good reminder of how strong the raccoon really was. “However I can do that too!” Dain said with a grin as both him and his clone extended their hands and released a litany of red blasts back at his friend.

As the assault from Dain began, the raccoon Sly simply closed his eyes and began to focus his energy. Right before the blasts would collide with the small frame of Sly, he would simply blink out of existence. For a moment, the raccoon was between dimensions. Once the assault came to a conclusion, he reappeared on the battle ground. "Well, looks like you missed me completely. Sucks to suck huh."He chuckled slightly as both of his revolvers were calmly retrieved from their holsters. With a quick spin of both guns, he took aim towards Dain Sincara. A couple more trigger pulls and a complete form of hell was unleashed from them. A massive amount of orange energy rounds raced across the batte field and towards Dain. This was turning to be a great workout. As much as Dain wanted to, he kept being blasted backwards. Luckily he could negate some of the damage, but it felt like being pelted by a shotgun. “Nice accuracy, but wait until I start dodging.” Dain said with a red grin as he spat out some blood. There were some scorch marks on his chest and he could feel several bruised rips. Suddenly he remembered something as he watched the explosions all around him, quickly turning the entire ocean into a boiling puddle and making things difficult to see. “Hey did you hear about captain Sghoaz? I heard he ran into some difficulty during a rescue mission. Ever since the last report, I have not heard a trace. Perhaps he is stuck as well? I was thinking either sending Arcane or going ourselves. What do you think?” Dain said as he appeared above Sly and fired thousands of smaller energy blasts towards his friend, most of them missing though. “By the way, did I ever introduce you to Arcane just yet? Newest member of the Ravagers. Picked the cyborg up on Earth. Could be something special.” Dain said with a grin as if he had purchased an incredible gift just the other day. “Oh and by the way… I was actually missing on purpose! Hellzone Grenade!” He said as he clenched both fist and all the thousands of tiny blasts suddenly began to home in onto the raccoon at once, hoping to ruffle his fur!

"No, I haven't met arcane yet. Hopefully, he will be an asset"Just as he finished speaking a barrage of attacks came down towards him. Sly bent down and put himself into a ball in an effort to mitigate the damage as much as possible. The blasts collided violently against his back and scored his skin and fur. His back was letting off smoke as he slowly straightened his body back. "Not bad, let's see if I can end this."Once again he let out an assault towards Dain. Multiple rounds of energy raced from his revolvers and tore the ground as they raced to Dain. His sidekick was was summoned and fired several rounds towards his Dain Sincara as well. “So do I.” He replied with a grin, hoping Sly would like his recruit. If anything he would at the very least have gained a good warship. To his annoyance Dain then saw Sly shake of his attacks as if it was nothing. By curling up into a ball, he seemed to have increased his defenses somehow. Albeit scorched and smoldering a bit, his friend was mostly unharmed. In one way that was good, but at the same time it was annoying from good. As the next wave of attacks came his way, Dain barely had the time to move and was once more hammered by the many attacks. “Nah I am just about done with the warm-up.” He replied with a grin as he emerged from the smoke. A bit worse for wear. Over his entire body he was covered with wounds that were bleeding rather badly and his left arm was broken, hanging limb besides his body. “Eat This!” He said just after spitting out some blood and raising his good right arm towards Sly. Another assault was hurled towards the small raccoon and yet again majority of the attacks managed to collide against his body. He concentrated his energy as much as he could manage and was able to mitigate the damage some, but still it nearly took him out of the battle completely. Once the assault was over Sly could be seen standing shakily across the battle field, "Not bad, not bad at all. Let's see if I can give you some more to deal with for now at least." He jumped into the air and two large orange revolvers were manifested from his remaining energy. Aim was quickly taken at Dain and absolute hell was unleashed from the muzzles of the revolver. For once Dain was at a complete loss. He saw the two massive attacks coming, but there was simply nothing he could do to stop the onslaught that was coming his way now. “DAMNIT SLY, OVERKIIIII…” He screamed in a state similar to panic as he raised his knees up and his arms in an X in front, hunkering down to protect himself the best he could. Still as the blasts hit, he already knew it was futile. The blasts completely engulfed him and he felt the hairs on his arm get blow off, before sustaining more severe wounds. Luckily he was not conscious to feel the damage done to his body for much longer and a moment later his burning body was propelled across the landscape like a cannonball. “Okay kids, session is over I guess.” The booming voice of Petey appearing across the battlefield, like the voice from a god. A moment later Dain´s lifeless body vanished and appeared directly inside a healing pod on the Atrioch. The next moment Sly was transported into the main dining room, where a bottle of victory booze was already awaiting the man. 52 VS 52… guess they are tied again. An internal counter said, talking to itself -as that was it´s only function in life, so might as well talk to itself about the score- as it updated the counter.
