Papaya Island was host to quite the plethora of tournaments, the arena brawl matches proving to make up quite the revenue for the host dojos. Typically in arenas such as this, the dojo that hosted typically pushed ahead their own warriors as a method of testing their prowess against warriors from across Earth. The same rang true for this tournament, a small time tournament ran by the Black Light Company, a small business that made its' revenue from running martial arts tournaments all day long, everyday, providing a constant center for people to challenge other fighters, as well as spectators to watch and enjoy the brawls and tests of strength. Attracting martial artists from across Earth, the Black Light tournaments were one of the biggest martial arts tournaments in the quadrant.
And today, it had attracted the attention of one Majin Khoshai. Normally, the nine year old wouldn't be interested in something like this, given that he would much rather run around in some field for hours, or buy everything in a candy store and eat that for breakfast. But that was just it. He didn't have money, and apparently money got you...pretty much everything. And if he didn't have money, how could he go to that really fun amusement park? The one that he couldn't afford! Or...how could he get that really tool action figure set? There was so many things that he could get! But, only if he won the tournament of course.
His eyes flitting back and forth nervously between some of the more massive martial artists, most notably the animal-type Earthlings, who simply looked threatening, even if their combat ability didn't back it up. He was scared by the big burly looks of the people around him, but like Big Brother Tora said, tournaments like this were basically just like the fighting games that he and Tora usually did on Tiger Island, but just in a different place. And Khoshai liked those, so maybe this would be fun!
"ON ONE SIDE WE HAVE A MYSTERIOUS PINK SKINNED FIGHTER FROM THE FAR EAST! MAJIN KHOSHAI!" The announcer bellowed
That was him! With a skip in his step, the child Majin bounded down to the hallway before flipping up to the platform, grinning from ear to ear as the crowd cheered his name. He even waved a bit as people admired how adorable he looked.
"AND ON THE OTHER SIDE WE HAVE ANOTHER MYSTERIOUS FIGHTER FROM A PLANET FAR OFF! LO AND BEHOLD, DAIN SINCARA!"
His opponent.
His grin sustained, Khoshai turned to face his opponent. As he approached, he even offered the Saiyan Warrior a small wave.
"Hey Mister! You seem really strong! Do you wanna play with me for awhile? My name's Majin Khoshai, and lookie, I'm strong too!" He said, before he spread his arms out, his body suddenly enveloped in a ferocious pink, sparkling aura. It was near dazzling in it's mystical looking, majestic magenta color. And with such a burst of energy came a dramatic exponential increase in strength, with Khoshai's own power level bursting past what was believed to be his past limitations, throwing out powerful gusts of wind into the crowd. However, the Majin's Ki Signature was rather...peculiar. It was constantly ebbing and shifting, like a running current. His power level, if one were to reach out and sense him, would shift between highs and lows. One moment he would be dramatically powerful, the next his energy level would plummet to below one hundred thousand. It was...strange, and hard to determine how powerful he was. But, one thing was clear.

So far Dain had been a bit bored. If he had to be honest it was to be expected. He had been hired by some rich guy to extend his influence by taking part in some martial arts tournament under his name. The fact that it was a local Earth tournament contributed nothing to the scenario, but the man had a Ruby Dain had been dying to get his hands on. So reluctantly he had agreed to participate in the tournament. It had taken all day, getting through several preliminary rounds. In all fairness the contestants were not all bad. Most of them actually had been well trained and some even registered a PL above two thousand. That was a lot more then the world martial arts tournaments a long time ago. In the last preliminaries there was even a bald, muscular woman that registered a PL of almost ten thousand. Had he not sensed her power ahead of time, she might actually have caught him of guard and thrown him out of the right. Luckily the Saiya-Jin had power to spare and could raise his own power rather easily. He had been doing so the entire tournament, raising his strength each time it was required, just so that it was a fair fight. This way it was more about technique and he could even consider it a bit of actual training. The evening was finally heating up though and with the first real match to go, Dain was feeling a bit exited for the first time. His opponent was something different. He had watched the kids fights with great interest and he was on a whole different level. As he entered the arena, under loud cheering from the crowd, he did something he had not done before. With a grin on his face he clenched his fist and actually powered up. Instantly the crowd went silent as a breeze rose in the building and black KI well up from Dain like a nitrogen mist. “Forgive me for being bold, but I am not to hold back. From what I´ve seen you are far superior to the fighters, so I am going to enjoy this.” He said with a big grin on his face, as he watched his opponent enter the ring. He had to admit the boy seemed to be having fun and Dain would love to comply and join in the fun. It caused his tail to wiggle for a moment. He noticed the kids peculiar power level though and realized it’s potential, even if it was very difficult to read. “Oh wow… you are of the charts aren’t you. Let me get serious then!” He said as the grin on his face grew even wider and he clenched his fists, digging his nails even deeper into the skin and summoned even more power. A hurricane of golden lightning shot outward from him as he reached deeper inside and unleashed the dormant power. As he gathering his power a ripple shot through the room, expelling the clouds for a moment. A deep growl escaped his lips, his fangs showing, as golden lightning began to thunder down around him. With a loud yell he let his more primitive side take over. A crater formed around him as his hair blond hair turned bright yellow, his azure eyes began to shine and the lightning wrapped itself tighter around him like a skin tight armor. This time though he delved deeper, the howl continuing as he searched for the part he had lost. He could feel the lightning in the air, the static and friction around him. Dain could even feel the electric signals run through his body, as his brain send instructions to his limbs and received feedback. “That is better…!” He growled, baring his fangs, as his energy expanded once more, his eyes turning completely white, except for the occasional lightning arcing through them. Dain could feel it, the warm comfortable sensation in his entire body. It was so familiar that he did not even have to look to confirm it. What he had lost over the centuries, he was already regaining within months under her tutelage. I´ll prove her I am worth it. He thought to himself, determined to the core, as he instinctively clenched his fist, causing electricity to arc around his arm. Where his right arm before had been flesh and blood, it had been transformed into pure golden lightning. Now along with his entire body. It was the true form of the lightning Saiya-Jin, a trick he had picked up from his parents and now the form was complete. “Sorry that took so long, I seriously only just reacquired the technique.” Dain said with a grin as he stood before the kid. As soon as the bell rang Dain burst into action. From his golden KI a perfect clone sprung too life and he raised his hand into the air. Golden lightning shot upwards, formed a black thunder cloud and released a thunder bolt towards his foe. “By the way, my name is Dain Sincara, let’s play a bit.” He said with a smile, yet his eyes spoke seriousness as he lowered his hand and snapped his fingers, signaling his clone to attack. Without any delay the clone shot forward, throwing in quick succession two attacks towards it´s target. From his left he threw a black KI-Blast, crackling with lighting, while from the right he shot a bolt of pure Lightning towards her. Comon, show me what you got. Dain thought to himself as he watched, anticipating a fun fight.

Whoa! Was this another one of those golden people? Interestingly enough, Super Saiyans in this day in age were a rarity. Out of an entire race of people, the so called "Super Saiyans" in total could be counted on your fingers. However, there was something that had to be said about a nine year old child that had met not one, but two of these so called Super Saiyans in only a manner of weeks. Null was the first one, and Dain was the second. Although Dain was much stronger than the power Null had pumped out. And then he did something else that was rather peculiar. In a matter of moments, Dain's energy fluctuated, and he managed to create a clone of himself! Such a feat was enough to widen the Majin's heterochromatic eyes, staring at Dain in awe and pointing at him. "Whoa! There's two of you now! How did you do that?!" Khoshai asked, bewildered by this sudden turn of events. However, he hardly had the time to even wait for an answer before the Super Saiyan turned up the heat, a lightning bolt blowing a hole through the Majin's stomach. A moment later the two added Ki blasts from the clone's offensive added insult to injury, enveloping the Majin child in a cloud of dust as he was obliterated by the devastating Ki blast. However, when it came to Majins, was the battle ever truly over? Not quite it seemed. Pink pieces of rubbery flesh began to coalesce at a single focal point, merging together and folding within itself as it began to take form into a more solid form, before popping back into place, revealing Majin Khoshai once more, who immediately cheered at his restored form. "Yaaaaaaay!" Khoshai cheered in midair, his body floating ever so passively. "You're strong, mister! Really strong! Also, teach me how to make two of me! That's really cool!" The child proclaimed before going on the offensive. At a moment's notice, the child vanished from sight, appearing behind Dain in the blink of an eye. His magenta colored tail reaching back, the boy moved to wrap the tail tightly around Dain's neck, constricting his breathing. Dain let out a chuckle as he could not help but smile about the child’s joyful nature. “It is difficult to explain…” He said with a grin, only to have it wiped of his face as the lightning bolt tore a hole through the small boy, only to have it’s body obliterated by his KI blasts. That was not what he had intended. Sure he was not holding back, but there was a no killing rule in the tournament and… surprisingly he did not want the kid to die. There was something about the boy Dain liked, so he was pleasantly surprised when he reformed, without any scratch on him. It was a weird sight, but he was too old to be truly surprised. Granted he had never seen regeneration to this extend and with such speed, but he had seen similar things. “You are special aren’t you?” He said with a grin, hiding his surprise. Not only had the boy regenerated, he acted as if nothing had happened. Seeming to be even more cheerful. Somehow Dain could not help it, but be affected by the boys youthful happiness. “Fine, I can teach you. If you manage to beat me that is.” He said with a grin, truly excited to see what this kid could do. He hoped the massive power would not be an empty show and that there was skill behind it. It seemed like the kid did not need any extra motivation, as it tore into Dain without any reservations. Had the Saiya-Jin not have energy to spare which he could burn, the attacks would potentially have done a massive amount of damage. Instead he merely slid back a few feet, his grin still on his face, as he spat out some blood. “Ok that was impressive. Let me show you how it is done though, Koshai!” He said with a grin as his clone appeared behind the boy, aiming to slam into his back with both fist, while trying to wrap it’s tail around the boys neck, aiming to return the favor. Regardless of whether it worked, Dain vanished in a moments notice, only to appear right in front of his opponent. His energy spiked as lightning wrapped itself around his hands and bit began to arc around them, as he began pummeling the boy with a furious combo of punches. Not pulling back a single blow. “Still having fun Koshai?” The Saiya-Jin mercenary asked with a face wide grin as he jumped back a few feet, giving his opponent some space.

He would teach him, he would teach him! Yahoooo! This man was much more interesting then the blond fighter he fought last time he went to a tournament! Besides, Null couldn't make two of him! But this one did, and agreed that he would teach him how...but only if he won the battle. Which only seemed to motivate him to win it more, because if he lost, he wouldn't know how to make a clone!
"Okay Mr. Dain!" Khoshai agreed, as Dain moved onto the offensive. Dain was a faster fighter, moving in quickly and closing the distance with lightning fast movement, the Super Saiyan appearing directly behind Khoshai and repeating the same rush that he had inflicted on Dain, albeit without the constriction, given Khoshai's tail was much to wily for Dain to grasp onto. Regardless, Khoshai was savagely beat upon by the Super Saiyan, his fists burrowing into the Majin's rubbery flesh, knocking him across the field. It was only when Dain leapt back did Khoshai stop moving, and simply stood there, twitching. His body was deformed in all sense of the words, every punch that Dain inflicted upon him had left an imprint, his own face caved in as a result of the blows. However, a moment later Khoshai grunted, his pores opening and steam pouring outwards, as his body began to regenerate, the imprints and damage repairing themselves.
"This is fun, this is fun!" Khoshai cheered as he hopped around slightly. The child let out a glee-filled giggle before sending his right foot crashing into the tiled flooring. The immense strength behind his Ki empowered foot caused the ground to cave in underneath his boot, his foot stretching as it traveled underground. A moment later, the foot would appear again, bursting out of the ground before Dain, the elongated boot moving to smash directly into the Saiyan's jaw. He would repeat it a few times, his boots kicking out of various parts of the arena floor, twisting and turning to smash into Dain's body.

“I am glad you are having fun Koshai!” Dain said with a grin, enjoying himself as well. There was something infectious about the kids enthusiasm and he wondered what kind of crazy thing Koshai would pull out of it’s hat. So far it’s body had been a wonderful too and again he did not disappoint. When the kid stamped on the ground, it was only natural that Dain did not expect a foot to come shooting through the ground. “Y-you are amazing! Dain said with a bloody grin as he jumped back on his feet. He could still feel the places where he had been hit and he was pretty sure Koshai bruised a few of his ribs, but he was enjoying himself too much to let himself be slowed down. Instead he already knew what he wanted to show the kid next. “Now let me show you a cool technique I created.” Dain said as he spread both his legs and let out a howl as he summoned the max of his power. Dain’s aura spiked and the whole arena trembled as he extended both hands into the air as if he was summoning the legendary technique called the spirit bomb. Instead though he released a rather large amount of golden lightning into the air and immediately dark clouds formed and began to expand till they covered the entire arena. It was in a way his ultimate technique, capable of erasing entire armies at the same time and although not best suited for 1 vs 1 combat, the technique should keep his foe on his toes. “If you like my clone attack, perhaps you will find this one interesting as well.!” He said with a grin as he released another huge bolt of lightning into the dark clouds, which immediately began to rumble and grumble. Before releasing it´s payload. In a moment hundreds of lightning bolts began to rain down upon the arena, pelting the area with powerful bolts. None directly aimed at Koshai, but numerous enough that anything in the area was in danger. He made sure though that the cloud did not expand too far, so it could not hurt and of the contestants. Only him and Koshai, where he was protected by his own lightning form.

"Whoa...." Khoshai watched in awe as Dain summoned one of his ultimate techniques. A thunderstorm of epic proportions, amplified by the man's Ki coalesced above them in an instant. The ferocity of the attack, and the dangerous beauty to it was....captivating. Khoshai's heterochromatic eyes couldn't help but widen at the dazzling display. As the lightning rolled forth, Khoshai tried as he did to dodge the blows, but the lightning strikes were much too fast. Even though none of them were precisely aimed to hone in on him, the area of effect damage was enough to send the boy tumbling over and over again, the splash energy damage obliterating his left arm in the first strike. Before long, the entire arena would simply be bathed in white light as lightning dominated the arena, the influx of wild energy devastating the room. Smoke and lightning covered the arena. But, like clockwork, pink pieces of rubbery flesh began to coalesce at a single focal point, merging together and folding within itself as it began to take form into a more solid form, before popping back into place, revealing Majin Khoshai once more. "Whoa, that was really cool! Really really cool! I couldn't even move, and it was so bright!" The child cheered as he levitated in midair. "My turn, my turn!" Khoshai exclaimed, excitingly. Then he raised his head to the sky and let out a shrill scream, the likes of which echoed in air. His magenta colored aura exploded around him, sending shockwaves of wind through the masses. His energy signature was as insane as it was strange. Dain would even be able to feel his own energy levels being sapped away as Khoshai's grew, his own Ki being added to the Majin child's reserves through some strange magical force. Landing upon the ground, Khoshai immediately put his hands over his head, beginning to grunt with effort as his arms wobbled. From his palms, a small orb of pink energy spawned forth, levitating above the palms, before growing exponentially, until it was larger than the child himself, and crackling with hot pink electricity. Had Dain been any less the experienced bounty hunter he was, he probably would have trembled in place and soiled himself as he watched the boys attack grow. There was no way he could directly take a blast like this. It was just too powerful to even contemplate and worse, he felt his own KI being sapped. “You are just too much…” Dain said with a grin, as he slid back through the arena, simly being pushed back by the energy and wind coming from Koshai and it’s attack. He was truly having a fantastic time fighting this kid and he was not about to let it end though. “I think you forgot something though.” The Saiya-Jin said as his grin turned into a friendly smile, snapped his finger and instantly a bolt of thunder struck, just in front of the devastating attack. With it came the clone. It’s arms spread widely it let out a loud grunt as the attack struck him and exploded, completely engulfing the clone. And the rest of the arena… had it not been for the energy shield protecting the crowd, everyone here would probably have instantly been vaporized. “Wow… you are really too much!” Dain said as he appeared from the smoke unharmed, yet at the very edge of the arena, half a foot over the edge and his arms in the shape of an X in front of his face. His clone had blocked the attack, yet he still was almost thrown out of the arena. “Koshai! You are amazing! Where did you learn to fight like that?” Dain asked with a true grin on his face as he vanished as appeared in front of the kid. He could not help but love this fight. Both had thrown their ultimate attacks at each other it seemed, yet they were both still standing. His blood was boiling with anticipation and he went onto the offensive. From the palm of his hand he threw a tiny orb of pulsating energy directly towards Koshai. If touched it would explode with quite a devastating force and Dain hoped it would scatter the boys body again as he had prepared a technique. “CHAIN LIGHTNING!” He shouted loudly, releasing a beam of electricity from the palm of his hand. If done correctly it would jump between all the scattered parts of Koshai and zap them.

"Huh?" Khoshai exclaimed, confused as he saw a flash of light right before his giant energy ball prematurely detonated as Dain's close sacrificed itself, the massive explosion bathing the entire arena in pink ambient light.
However, he immediately started pouting when Dain showed up amongst the smoke unharmed. Now, don't get the kid wrong. He didn't want his new friend to get hurt. Hell, he almost started crying when he thought he had killed Sly in their previous bout. But, he was competitive and being graced with what he thought was a near victory, only to find it to be a false alarm was like almost winning a video game level, only to be beaten by the big boss seconds before depleting his remaining health bar.
"That's cheating! I don't have a clone to defend blasts for me!" Khoshai said, pouting and crossing his arms. However, his mood changed when Dain praised his actions, in which the child immediately began to giggle at the prospect of being asked where he learned to fight.
"I dunno! I just fight, and stuff happens!" He explained, which was technically the truth. He had never received any formal training besides the basics that he had received from his mom when he was younger. However, he was simply born with an abnormally high power level, which only continued to grow naturally as the child grew up, even without active training. It was a marvel that few could understand, even Khoshai. Hell, even he didn't know how strong he was. Whenever he thought he had reached his limit, he was able to access even more power. His active power fluctuated so much that his max power output would change almost every battle. It was...peculiar.
As always, the Majin made no attempt to truly get out of the way, allowing himself to be blown up by the very large and very powerful electrical discharge, the chain lightning running across the scattered bits of the boy's body. However, as always, the Majin's body began to coalesce once more, before reforming into Khoshai. He immediately greeted his opponent with a happy grin, followed by sticking his tongue out, wagging it about for a few second while also pulling down on the skin below his eye. A taunt of sorts.
Whipping his body forward, Khoshai's tail would extend forward towards Dain, at what seemed to be terrifying speeds. If it successfully reached him, the magenta colored tail would wrap around his foe's neck before tightening, cutting off the flow of oxygen. If successful, Khoshai's pink, mystical aura would burst around his body once more, before he sent torrents of electrical energy flowing through the headtail, and coursing into Dain's body, moving to shock him with thousands of volts of electricity, in an attempt to mimic the man's electrical based attacks.Post Count: 5 | Dain Sincara BATTLE TRACKER

“Yeah, but I don’t have an indestructible body to take damage for me.” Dain said with a grin, growing even bigger as he saw his foe reappear again. It was almost getting to the point where it was unbelievable. No matter what he threw at his foe, it seemed that the boy was able to shrug it off, without losing much energy. “I am glad though, it’s been a long time since I had this much fun!” Dain said with a grin as his energy burned up once again. He barely managed to react to the boys next attack, yet just enough to be able to raise his hand so it got caught between him and his tail. It made not a lot of difference, as the squeeze still hurt as hell and nearly adjusted his neck, but at the very least he was not choked to death. What he did not expect though was the lightning attack. “Not bad…” He said perplexed, letting out a small cloud of black smoke from his mouth, his entire body tingling and not in a good way. “Perhaps when we spar next time we’d need a bigger space…” Dain said with a weary smile as lightning crackled around him as he began gathering his power. If smaller attacks weren’t going to work, he would have to bring out the big guns, yet he really preferred not to do that in a crowded place. At this moment he did not really care though. He was having way too much fun to hold back now. “Let me show you a technique I picked it up a long time ago!” He said with a grin as he landed on the ground and spread both arms, before gathering a huge amount of energy in each palm. The entire arena and surrounding cities trembled as Dain’s energy soared higher then ever before. He wondered if the arena could take the blast. “FFIIIINNNAAAALLLL”. Even if his entire body ached, he just had enough time to charge and as he reached his pinnacle, Dain slapped his hands together. “FLLAASSSSSHHHHHH!” He screamed a the top of his lungs, before releasing a wave of energy that quickly grew in size until it was big enough to engulf the boy.

To answer the question Dain had: Yes, the arena could handle the blast, thankfully.
In the new age of Ki users and planet busters, battle entertainment had to adjust with it. The subject of hiring the same architects who were the geniuses behind Shroomy's high tech battle arenas and facilities was one of intense debate within the conference room that housed the brains behind Black Light. However, such an expensive gesture was made with the confidence that they would save money further down the line, in not having to replace the entire facility multiple times if certain powerhouses had decided to make the Black Light arena their stomping grounds.
Thank the gods they made such an investment.
In a giant flash of golden light, Khoshai was engulfed in a blast many times his size, the likes of which rocked against the energy resistant cages that separated the fighters from the audience, which was great...since it kept the audience from being straight up obliterated on that side. The crowd gasped at such a display at power, but ultimately began cheering at the grand spectacle. Had the Saiyan Warrior won?
It certainly seemed that way. But alas, it seemed as if the one named Majin Khoshai was far from being done. Although when the smoke cleared, there was no sign of the magenta colored boy, small, burnt blobs began to float across air, smashing and merging together until it formed into a larger pink blob of flesh, before solidifying into the small boy once more. However, something was different about him.
"Owww! That really hurt!" Khoshai whined. Even though he regenerated, it obviously wasn't a complete recovery. Burn makes marked his vibrant pink frame, and he was panting heavily. It seemed that Khoshai didn't have as much of a mastery over his body as what would be considered in the beginning of the battle. His regenerative abilities seemed tied with his stamina, the more damage he took, and the more tired he was, the less....effective his regenerative abilities became. He could restore his body, sure, but he couldn't heal all of his injuries.
"Owwwwww!" The child complained again, hopping up and down in midair as he touched one of his more severe burns. He shifted about uncomfortably, before looking to Dain.
"That wasn't fair! You should've given me a warning before doing that! That was a really big one!" He complained, before moving to take a deep breath. Khoshai began to get into a stance in midair, grunting as his body struggled to amass his power, and focus it into a more offensive form. In the air around him, golden energy orbs the size of volleyballs began to take shape, floating in air around him. The energy orbs would continue to form until the orbs dotted across the ceiling of the arena like stars in the night sky.
"You're still my friend though!" Khoshai giggled as he pointed the energy orbs downwards. As if controlling the orbs, like in a video game, the energy orbs would rain down like cannonballs down upon Dain, directed by Khoshai's Ki.Post Count: 6 | Dain Sincara BATTLE TRACKER

The Saiya-Jin was happy that the arena held, but more surprisingly he noticed the kid reform once again. At this point it was slowly starting to become a pain in his royal butt… until he noticed his foe actually did not seem to recover completely and even complained about him. A tinge of guild spread through Dain’s mind as he realized what he did was a bit… much. He just had been having so much fun in the fight against this phenomenal opponent, he kind of forgot what he was fighting. “My apologies Koshai, next time I will warn you.” He said with a bit of an embarrassed grin as he scratched the back of his head. Dain’s eyes widened though as countless golden orbs began to form around Koshai. Each one radiant and brimming with power. “HEY! NOW WAIT A MIN-” He exclaimed, but did not get the chance to finish as already the blasts were flying around him like rain. He had tried it, no matter how hard he did, eventually a rain drop was going to fall on him. Unless he moved faster then the rain. The Saiya-Jins aura burned brightly as he summoned every scrap of power available and vanished just before the first attack hit. For the duration, all that could be seen was explosions filling the arena and a golden flash appearing everywhere for a split second before fading out again. By the time it was done, the entire arena was filled with fire, smoke and dust, giving the filters and the shield a hard time coping. “You are my friend as well Koshai and an amazing fighter to boot.” Dain said with a grin as he suddenly walked out of the smoke, unharmed, towards his friend. He was covered in sweat and breathing heavily, yet somehow managed to make it through unscathed. This was rapidly turning into one of the best matches he had in ages. “Shall we continue playing?” He asked with a grin as he took a defensive stance and observed what Koshai was going to throw at him next.

That really hurt...Majin Khoshai didn't get hurt often. Well, he did. He got obliterated quite often, but with Majins pain was quite weird. While it hurt them when they were bisected or destroyed, it was like a quick flash of pain, followed by intense relief as their body reworked themselves. Lingering pain was not a part of the deal, and for most adult Majin, they would have to be driven to a state of complete exhaustion in order for their bodies to not regenerate perfectly. But Khoshai was not a master of his own body. At least, not yet. The more tired he became, the worse his regeneration became. The Final Flash pushed him quite far, and the boy was still feeling the after-effects. He squirmed uncomfortably as Dain weaved through the rain of golden energy blasts. It really burned! Nonetheless, he still had to fight. He wasn't ready to stop playing yet! Giggling, Khoshai's body phased from view, in a moment his body appearing at Dain's side. Rearing his fist back, he began to pummel Dain's body with a flurry of wild attacks. There was no order, or structure to his attacks. The boy was literally just flailing, wildly hitting the Saiyan. Perhaps it showed his experience or perhaps it was just Dain enjoying the fight a lot and not willing to let it end just yet. So instead of taking the offensive, Dain took another turn to prepare himself. At least if Koshai was going to give him the chance. Suddenly Koshai appeared next to him and began pummeling wildly at him. It took every bit of Dain’s experience, skill and ability to dodge and block all the attacks. Explosions could be heard through the arena and the spectators where trembling in their seat as flesh hit flesh over and over again, each time releasing a shockwave, as they kept moving through the arena at speeds mortal eyes could not even follow. “Wow… you play for keeps don’t you!” Dain said with a grin as the flurry of punches was finally over and he could barely feel his tingling arms. From his pocket he reached for a little bean that instantly recovered his energy and stamina. He was enjoying this fight way too much not to. “Okay last free turn Koshai, after this I am going back on the offensive.” Dain said with a grin as he swallowed, followed by a small aura explosion as it regained it’s previous strength and fierceness.

Last free turn?
That didn't sound good. Khoshai didn't know what this man had in store for him, and after the last really big attack, the boy had no desire to get hurt again. In fact, he wasn't even sure he could take another blow like that again. And if he did, he wasn't sure if he could just as easily reform as he had in the past. Which meant one thing...he had to give Dain all he had before then.
But, despite the danger of injury, Khoshai was having a lot of fun. Rare were the days in which he was entertained by this by someone who had no real intent to hurt him. Even with Dain blasted him with his Final Flash attack, the Saiyan man didn't laugh at him, or revel in the boy's pain. He immediately apologized, and called the boy his friend. And that meant the world to Khoshai, whose current friend list consisted of two: Big Brother Tora, and Sly. He enjoyed making friends, and although the vast majority of his friends held..questionable careers in the greater scheme of things, Khoshai didn't know about that, nor did he really care. He was a trusting, hopelessly naive, and innocent boy, who just liked people for how they portrayed themselves to him.
"Last free turn? Okay, okay! Then watch this, Mr. Dain! Watch this! This is really cool!" Khoshai exclaimed before creating distance between him and the Super Saiyan. Once sufficient distance was reached, the boy's monstrous aura once again flared, the brilliant fuschia once more enveloping the arena in ambient light. As he placed both hands together, a rather bright red and orange sphere of energy coalesced in his hand, taking shape into the size of a tennis ball. The unstable mix of red and orange then continued to grow until it was about the size of a volleyball, before Khoshai released the energy sphere in a giant wave of energy, the sphere shooting out like a cannonball, preparing to envelop the Super Saiyan in a giant red explosion that would once more rock the very foundation of the arena.

The blast looked rather potent and Dain was not eager to find out what it could do to his body. Little known fact: Dain likes his chest hair and prefers to keep it. Luckily his experience saved him once again. As he recognized the unstable mix of energy Dain had already raised his hand and released a quick pistol ki blast straight into the volleyball as soon as it was released. Whether it hit it dead in the center between them or more to Dain’s side could be argued, but the fact was that the explosion washed over both warriors. “That… was impressive!” Dain said as the explosion faded and he exhaled a large cloud of black smoke. His robe was torn slightly and he looked down his eyes grew larger. “I swore they promised me they learned from the last incident and the shielding in the floors as well.” He said with slightly trembling eyes as he could not even see the bottom of the crater their battle had formed. Perhaps it was logical. If this had been a real battle, they would have needed a planet to move freely. The powers they were unleashing were phenomenal and Dain already found it amazing the arena could keep up. “Koshai, you need to telegraph your attacks less or make them more stable.” Dain said with a friendly smile, giving the boy some friendly advice. “Still… this is the most fun I have had in years! Keep them coming!” He said before giving the boy his biggest grin, before vanishing and appearing in front of him. The Saiya-Jin had no real plan. He just went with the flow, throwing his entire might and experience into a brutal frontal offensive, just pummeling Koshai as he tried to break through the boys defenses. No tricks, no special moves, just pure strength, speed and experience. Like a true martial artist.

Try as Khoshai did, he could not knock Dain out of the ring with his last attack. In fact, the Super Saiyan shot back with a rather simple blast, which resulted in both energy beams colliding and detonating prematurely, sending Khoshai flying backwards. With a little pause in between, Dain shot back onto the offensive, and boy, was it a fierce one. As Dain drew closer, he unleashed a savage series of blows upon the boy's frame, battering him ten times over with a flurry of punches and kicks. His body shifted and changed with each blow's impact force, his body deforming as he was struck, so that once Dain finally disengaged, Khoshai's body was a steaming lump of misshapen flesh. That just so happened to pop back into place mere seconds after Dain stopped attacking, with the boy cheering all the while, as if he had won some grand prize. The whole display raised a question.
Why was Khoshai so incapable of dodging or even defending against Dain's attacks? Well, a great deal of it could be attributed to his lack of training. While Khoshai's power was great, it was natural. Most Majins were born with immense potential for strength, but Khoshai was born with immense potential and an already intense level of power to begin with. However, he never trained a day in his life, besides the few basic things he was taught by his mother, about his physiology and certain talents, like the Transfiguration Beam. And there was also the rudimentary training that his master, Tora began putting him through, in order to help him control his power. However, the vast majority of his ability was natural.
He didn't know the first thing about fighting, and often depended on his regeneration to carry him through. However, the boy's natural instincts, as well as natural talents seemed to carry him this far at least. Khoshai's battle experience came from the heat of the moment, and his ability to adapt to an opponent, and become seemingly more powerful and focus his energy and focus his talents more while a battle was progressing.
Khoshai grinned as his body began to lose shape, the texture of his body shifting. His body became less solid, and more viscous, turning into a liquid-ish goo, increasing its' adhesive properties. Shooting forward, the gooish form of Khoshai would encircle Dain, before Khoshai's body would partially reform, the boy twisting himself around Dain's body before solidifying, ensuring that the Super Saiyan completely trapped by Khoshai's stretchy torso.

At the time there were two things going through Dain’s head. The first was that he was having one of the best sparring matches he ever had. Even the audience in the stadium had gone almost completely silent, lost in the show the two were putting up. Especially the hosts and organizers of the tournament were thrilled. While only a few minutes had passed in their eyes, their high tech camera’s would have caught hours upon hours of footage to show and sell later. When they had organized their tournament they had not expected two monsters to show up like that. As the fighting stopped for a moment, Dain showed a side of himself he rarely showed. Normally he grinned, pouted and all the more extreme emotions. While true, he tended to exaggerate them. At the moment though he was truly happy and a feint smile showed it, as he looked upon Koshai. He loves every minute of their spar and he loved Koshai. Dain could just not get enough of the happy kid who seemed to have endless fun. “Hey Koshai. When this is over, we should continue this at another time.” He said, already dreading the moment their spar would finally end. Albeit he could not tell yet who would win. Whether his stamina would run out first or the kids indestructible body. That actually led to the second thought in his head. He could not help himself but wonder what the kid could actually do if he had been properly trained. Because as much as Dain admired his strength and skill, he could clearly see the boys raw power was natural. There were some hints of training, but… if this kid would ever be properly trained, Dain had no doubt he could clean his clock. Properly and thoroughly. In fact the boy almost caught him off guard again. How could he predict an enemy to wrap himself around him. It was both intriguing and slightly foolish at the same time. Of course Dain was a class of his own and the wrapping might have worked on anyone with less experience or power to spare. In the nick of time though Dain had recognised or suspected what Koshai was about to do and quickly raised his arms in the shape of an X in front of him. Not only did this prevent him from being crushed and unable to breath instantly, it also allowed him to power up. A blinding light squeezed through the gaps in Koshais strangle hold as Dain build up his power, even mixing in some precious life energy, before he released all his energy at once as a devastating explosion. “Comon don’t fall apart on me! What else have you got Koshai?” Dain asked as he exhaled relieved and his aura returned to normal size as he hovered several feet above the ground.

It was almost becoming routine. Fight hard, get destroyed. Come back again. Fight hard, get destroyed. Come back again. It was a rinse and repeat in a way. However, something about this time changed the way Khoshai fought. Call it adaption to Dain's lack of regeneration and use of defensive techniques, or blame it on Khoshai's rapidly decreasing ability to reform perfectly that spurred along this change. Yet, as Dain released his exploding energy outward, Khoshai was quick to react, retracting his body and crossing his arms over his chest in an X formation. His body immediately hardened in response and as Dain released his blast, the boy rocketed backwards, but was not destroyed, minus a few parts of the body, which quickly regenerated. His body was hurting, and his regeneration was visibly slowing. Even small wounds like the ones he suffered from Dain's energy field were proving a tiresome task to consistently regenerate. If he didn't end this soon, he'd lose! And he didn't want it to end yet, especially with him losing! "I'm having lots of fun, Mr. Dain. We should definitely play again sometime!" Khoshai said, laughing before he directing his right hand outwards, oustretching his pointer and middle fingers out, with his thumb meeting in the middle. From that point of contact, a compact red energy sphere began to form, the blood red sphere crackling with volatile electricity as it charged by the fingertips. Then the moment finally came. Dain had been dreading it for a while now, hanging in there with pure technique, willpower and experience, but it was there. His body no longer was capable of fighting at the insane pace they had been going at. The Saiya-Jin simply no longer had the energy reserved to dodge or fight flashy. A weary smile played on his lips as he saw the attack coming. His breathing was labored and sweat rinsing from his forehead. It was finally time for this part. He dug his sandals into the ground, as he crossed his arms in front of his face, bracing himself for impact. When the attack was finally over, the entire stadium was still trembling. The shields were still visible as red walls around them and in an underground complex several machines were starting to smoke, pushed far beyond their original capacity. Outside the arena there was even more chaos. The people were slowly getting back up, having been shaken around like fake snow in a snow globe and the organizers were running around like headless chickens, trying to decide what to do now. Even outside the stadium, outside in the island, they felt the destruction as the island was shaken as if hit by a medium Earthquake. “Well that was rather impressive!” The voice of Dain said as he emerged from the explosion, clearing the air around him as he powered up and his golden aura exploded around him like a bright golden orb. “Koshai, I am going to use a big one again. Be careful.” He said with a grin as he extended his right arm. Even if he was grinning and having the time of his life, Dain knew he was in bad shape. His left arm was broken, his body covered in scrapes and bruises and he was running out of energy. One more attack like that and he would be finished. At this point he barely cared whether he won the tournament or not though. In fact he had almost forgotten that he was on the job and joined the tournament for a reason. All he saw was Koshai and how much fun he was having. So for once this one was for him. Whether he lost or not, he had a fantastic duel. As he raised his right hand his energy spike a final time as he poured every remaining bit of energy into his hand. His vision was slightly blurred from exhaustion, but he could sense Koshai and that was enough. Once more the entire stadium was trembling and several machines in the basement began to make alarming noises as a light began to emit from Dains´s hand. “Final Big Bang!” He said, groaning from the strain of his own attack, before releasing it to Koshai.
