At last. With the battle of Abbayor over and the heads of this criminal hive of corruption decapitating each other, a new page in the history of the Galaxy can be turned.
My name is Almus Alvazar, and I am the leader of the Black Star.
For almost two decades, we have operated in the shadows, free from the oppressive governments in Abbayor, Arcose, Earth, New Sadla and all of the others. We are an organization of free, likeminded and liberated individuals who see the society as exactly what it is - corrupt, graft, tyrannical, uncaring for the common man, concerned only with war and enriching themselves, while millions of people across the Galaxy suffer every day barely making ends meet and witnessing their families perish in the hellfire of conflict.
Could you imagine how many innocent people perished during the endless Galactic Patrol-Frieza Force conflict, the Saiyan War, and the Dominion-Imperial Conflict? What did either of those wars achieve? Nothing, except bloodshed, loss of life, while the pockets of the men and women at the top continue to grow deeper.
And every single faction is complicit. None are without sin.
The Black Star knows the only solution to this horror and destruction. Soon, the rich, the corrupt and the tyrannical will swing on lamp posts, by the millions.
The Galactic Empire, the Saiyan Kingdom, the Kingdom of Earth, the independent nations of the Eastern Quadrant - none of you will be spared. All will succumb to the Black Star Revolution, the cancer draining the life from the Galaxy will cut out and thrown to the way's side, and the utopia we all long for in our hearts will be built at last.

With the death of their paramount leader and the lack of a universally recognized successor, the First Galactic Empire has entered a crisis a mere year after its formation - all while, shaken by the Empire's tyrannical, totalitarian, blood-sucking policies, thousands of their citizens sign up for the Black Star every day. Only a single powerful push is necessary to overthrow this dictatorial regime.
Legions and spaceships aligned to the Black Star are already starting to gather in solar systems to the north of Mitra and Abbayor. I call for any and all volunteers across the Galaxy to join us in this endeavor. We do not discriminate against anyone - man or woman, ki wielder or mundane, Saiyan, Earthling or Imperial, - as long as they pledge allegiance to our cause.

My name is 1-CE, I am the artificial intelligence responsible for the day-to-day management of the planet Mitra - and with the unfortunate death of our beloved monarch, Emperor Polaris, I, alongside the Demon King, Lute, have been responsible for the government pro tempore of the First Galactic Empire until a new Emperor rises to the throne.
The Black Star is a dangerous terrorist organization which had formed during the era of the Galactic Patrol three decades ago, in response to the perceived corruption and inefficiency of the Galactic Patrol and organizing an insurgency against any and all forms of government in the Northern and Eastern Quadrants with the goal of overthrowing them and replacing them with an anarchist form of organization.
Their goals and measures are extremist and dangerous, and there is no telling how much blood will be shed if they manage to acquire power anywhere in the Galaxy.
Recently, however, with the defeat of the traitorous movement led by Gadon the Protector, many anti-Imperial forces have merged into the Black Star as the next alternative, turning them into a powerful nationwide insurgency which has only grown in strength after the death of Emperor Polaris. It is true that the Black Star is planning to organize an attack on the capital of the First Galactic Empire, and while it is unlikely that this ragtag group of bandits will get anywhere, their presence is a threat to the stability of the Empire.
Faced with this situation and the Imperial Armed Forces being overstretched and unable to deal a final blow to the Black Star, the Empire requests help from volunteers across the entire Galaxy to eliminate this extremist threat once and for all.
