Doctor Kaijin Vex Kuueru had thought long and hard about not only the mission on Kabocha and its execution, but how to prepare for this upcoming tournament that Lute mentioned that he was joining. She felt it odd that the Namekian was joining alongside some other mystery opponent and not herself, in fact, she felt quite envious. Perhaps it was this very envy that the woman sought out her own teammate and entered the tournament in an attempt to not only best her companion the Demon King, but to beat him and prove her superiority. Shit, if it weren't for her antics, the green baldy would still be chained to a rock in the Demon Realm for all she knew.
"Kaijin, would you like to----prepare a bit?" Kuueru whispered into the communication device in which she carried at all times. Since their meeting on Tech Tech, Kaijin had become quite the member of the Leviathans. In fact, he had already been working alongside Lute. Kuueru however, had plans as well. She aimed to build a working relationship with the android, hence why she was standing in the middle of one of Hollow's most pristine training dojos right now. It was Katchin enforced and provided enough space for a few superhumans to tussle in, hopefully the Doctor answered her call from earlier and chose to test his capabilities. It had been quite a while since the woman fought, the last time was ironically against the late Polaris in a training match to prepare himself.

He happened to love Hollow. Who would've thought? Most of the time, the Android's experiences with things of mystical origin had proved...less than satisfactory. Look at Amatricina, for example. Apparently to her, being angry gave good cause to destroy several city blocks on Arcose. But Hollow was different. First, the planet couldn't talk, so that already made it better. The second was that Kaijin didn't know anything about it. Few things in this universe stood outside Kaijin's insatiable curiosity and desire to learn, but he knew nothing of Hollow. He had been reading history textbooks near nonstop since his arrival, until Kuueru called him, of course. In his time with the Leviathans, he had grown rather fond of the two, as much as their personalities differed. Kuueru and her rather laid back, silly nature had rubbed off on the usually stoic Android, and he had considered asking Lute for training at some point, given the Namekian's rather powerful form when they had fought. That also, was part of the reason Kaijin had decided to enter the tournament with Kuueru. Less out of a desire for scientific advancement and more out of a desire to improve upon his own battle capabilities. Fighting Lute had been more or less a rude awakening for the Android, who up until that fight had been on quite the winning streak in the few battles he had been in with others. However, his form, while effective, depended too much on his own resilience. If that failed, then he would fail. He needed something...a bit more effective. Perhaps Kuueru, and this tournament could help him figure that out. Pushing open the door to the rather lavish and most definitely expensive training dojo. Closing the door behind him, he made his way to it's center, his red eyes raising to meet Kuueru's. Offering a small smile, he spoke. "Good morning, dear. Doctor Kaijin Vex Kuueru was intrigued by the android, it was like they were both bitter opposites that were finally exploring a new realm with each other. Him with his lack of experience in things mystical and the anomalies it presented alongside the cold reality he held so dear. Kuueru with her lack of knowledge on machine and mortals alike. Kaijin was so realistically designed after the mortals, she wouldn't be able to tell if not for his eerie mannerisms and lack of energy. She felt it would be best to explore this type of person, if only to strengthen her relationship with a new teammate.
"Mornin', I 'spose we could just go through the realms of getting to know one another, our fighting styles, and how we can mesh them together to best any opponent who comes our way."
It was rather logical for the demoness who pretended to be ignorant most of the times. She was quite the contrary however, inside her head were several ticking gears that were both cunning and clever. She could think her way out of most situations with ease, she wondered if she could outsmart Kaijin though, he was both a doctor and a machination of man.
"I've heard from Lute you're quite the opponent, so I won't worry about holding back. Same goes for you. Say, how do you even fight? Do you fire bullet or something?" Kuueru chuckled and rubbed her eyes sheepishly. She had yet to fight in her second transformation, to be frank she was eager---that much could be felt in the violent fluctuation of her power level. So she wanted to fight him too?
Well, then he did indeed have good reason to come. He had met many demons in his time, but he had to admit he had never fought one in close combat before, with the closest to one being Lute. Why not change that? Plus, if they were to be working together in the tournament coming soon, it would only benefit the both of them if they had a basis for each other's strength, and then build off of that into viable strategies that would complement the both of them.
Kaijin allowed himself a soft smile as Kuueru proceeded to guess as to just how Kaijin fought. The prospect of him shooting bullets wasn't that far off, considering that he did have arm cannons concealed by his detachable forearms, of course. But, that wasn't the basis of his fighting style.
Slowly, both of his hands shifted to the pockets of his rather long white labcoat, his hands disappearing inside of them as the Android adopted a rather casual stance...that wasn't exactly a stance at all. In fact, if one didn't know better, Kaijin could pass for either bored or just really sleepy, given that his eyes drooped suddenly, adopting a half closed, groggy look. But, this was merely an illusion put on to draw even more mystery around himself, given that this way nothing could be derived from the Android based on his combat stance. His half closed red eyes scanned his opponent, setting Kaijin's systems into a battle ready mode. As customary with most Androids, Kaijin possessed artificial energy systems, stemming from a limitless energy core, not the natural organic Ki that most organic beings possessed. To this effect, Kaijin exhibited no aura, no Ki signature at all.
"Trust me, I don't believe I can hold back against foes such as you and Lute. Lute's detected combat potential was more than four times my own full power. Will you prove similar?"

Kuueru sighed eagerly. She was indeed ready to test the limits of something otherworldly versus a machine crafted by the hands of a mortal. From what she had gathered in her conversations with Lute, Kaijin was formidable, and he certainly would be an asset to the team. Still, to truly understand how the pair would work together against and enemy, they had to pick each other apart.
"I'm flattered to hear you won't hold back, I'll do you the honor of giving you my all as well. Comparing to Lute, I would say he's certainly not one to take me lightly in battle, that's all I can say."
She couldn't tell that the man had powered up, but something about him proved he was preparing to make a move. Her own body shifted, the impressing three hundred something thousand power level she had six times the power. Her body had erupted into a block of ice, which quickly shattered and revealed a strange looking woman.
Her skin was the hue of cyan, her gaze icy and cold. Her former locks of pink hair were replaced with long locks of blue with various trinkets and blades intertwined. Her very presence was cold and calculating. Still, she looked ready for a fight, ready for him to make the first move.

Kaijin merely nodded. He figured that Lute was assessing Kaijin's capabilities in their first bout, and that Kuu's subsequent challenge was to test this ability. Apparently, Lute was to be participating in the tournament coming as well, although to who he was going to partner with, Kaijin had no idea. Nonetheless, the threat of competition against the strongest individual Kaijin had met up to date would be quite intimidating to a lesser man. Kaijin was barely a man, but even he was not intimidated. In fact, he longed for a rematch against the Namekian warrior, but under different terms. By that point, he hoped Project Ambience would be complete and he could imbue that technology into his own systems, which could very well change the nature of the game, if the good doctor had anything to do about it.
Alas, this is off topic.
"Then I assume I will be making the first move." Kaijin spoke aloud to his training partner as she proceeded to change and transform before his very eyes. His HUD was ablaze with various numerals as he detected her new power level, which, like Lute was considerably higher than Kaijin's. It was near fitting, that the scientist would prove to be the weakest of them. Albeit, new territory given Kaijin was not used to having his own level of power so easily eclipsed. But, that didn't mean that victory for the demoness was assured. In fact, the battle had already begun. Through tiny "pores" laden throughout Kaijin's artificial skin, the Android was releasing an artificial pheromone expected to act almost like a form of poison in other species, if inhaled. While small in size, they weren't overly invisible, exhibiting a light shimmer as it traveled through air. However, one would have to explicitly focus in order to determine its' presence.
Kaijin waited until his sensors indicated that the particles had sufficiently spread throughout the field, before going on the offensive in a direct charge. His body a blur of movement, Kaijin would seek to close the distance between him and his opponent. Raising his right arm midway through his charge, he pointed his fist at Kuueru, and suddenly with a burst of energy his entire right forearm detached from his elbow, the fist shooting through air to smash into Kuueru's face.
Whether it successfully hit or not, the propulsion system that powered the fist would allow the detached forearm to shoot out of harm's way as Kaijin stopped in his tracks. At the stump where his forearm was mere seconds ago was a seemingly high powered cannon.
"Rerouting power in three...two..one....S.S. Spark Cannon!" The Android yelled.
With a sudden jerk of movement, Kaijin discharged a massive beam of energy from his arm cannon, a sky blue flash of light bathing the dojo as the energy wave shot forward, the mere shockwaves of the blast shaking the very ground. Approaching Kuueru at frightening speeds, the blast threatened to envelop the young demoness whole.

"Go for it doctor, the floors all yours," Kuueru mumbled and agreed that it was not his turn to take flight and attack. Though, she had a strong feeling she would regret those words. Still, the icy demoness prepared herself, her energy reaching out to act as trigger hairs and predict his moments. Since she couldn't sense his own energy, she would have to wait for his physical body to push through her invisible triggers.
Kuueru certainly could detect something odd in the area, and with this turn of events she shut off her senses and resisted their infectious hold. Still, if he did this again, she wasn't sure she could avoid his grasp.
There was no time to think, the man's forearm had detached and was propelling towards her at a tremendous speed. It nailed her straight in the gut, the air being forced out of her body accordingly. Luckily, she had enforced her skin with ice to dull the blow. Still, taking too many of the man's hits wasn't going to fair well for the demoness.
"Ugh, that was unpleasant. That was going to be my second guess of your attacks, behind the bullets. Rocket arms, damn."
Kuueru mumbled and focused her ki into her extremities, she had to be ready to dodge whatever this metal man through her way. Speed had to be her ally, for she couldn't many more devastating hits. Speaking of, a massive beam of energy was now hurling towards her and illuminating the entirety of the dojo as it did. Her body shifted from view as she ran and flanked the room, she barely avoided the concussive blasts from his attack, but as soon as she was close, she was now on the offensive.
"I shouldn't have let you go first doctor!" She yelled as the light dimmed in the room from his attack. He would notice a mist encasing his frame. From it shards of ki infused glass formed and hurled at him from all sides. Though, she wondered if ice could really piece his carapace.

"How fascinating..." Kaijin mused as Kuueru defended herself against his onslaught. She proved fast enough to be capable of dodging her attacks, and seemed to have an indirect method of attacking back. While the woman did not draw close to attack him herself, he did notice the shift in temperature flashing across his HUD, along with the swiftly growing ice encroaching across his body. And to be make matters worse, the demoness had also deemed it fit to seek to pierce the Android with a wonderful variety of sparkly ice shards.
However, Kaijin wouldn't be himself if he didn't make any attempt to defeat him as difficult as humanly possible. As the ice shards converged upon the Android, a few broke past his defense and embedded themselves in his arms and upper body, but the vast majority dissolved into harmless water as it shot across air to hit him, with Kaijin erecting a transparent barrier capable of absorbing the Ki out of anything that comes into contact with it, the extracted Ki then being converted to usable energy for the Android. Even the frost layer that was beginning to encase Kaijin began to melt when the Ki that formed it was being forcibly extracted and fed to the Android.
"Indirect attacks, attempting to capitalize on stealth over outright force, or to cripple the opponent and capitalize on potential weaknesses. Your methods mirror my own. I will show you once more." Kaijin said before taking a deep inhale.
Harnessing his energy into a focal point in the center of his forehead, Kamui breathed in slowly, before exhaling. Suddenly an invisible force was sent from his forehead. A transparent missile of undetectable Ki shot through air, homing in on his target.
Only the massive, fiery magenta colored explosion would serve as indication. And perhaps the displacement of air if one was perceptive enough to catch the heat the missile gave off as it shot through the air.
However, the assault did not end there. Immediately after releasing the missile of energy, Kaijin was on it's heels, outstretching his right hand as his detached arm shot through air, rocketing back to Kaijin, allowing the Android to catch the hand and reattach it, fastening it back onto his body. After the inevitable blast (whether it hit Kuueru or not), Kaijin would close in on Kuueru's position, his right hand thrust out to clamp across the woman's throat. If contact was established, the woman would immediately feel her energy being siphoned from her into the Android, as he hoisted her above him.
"Your energy is mine..." The Android muttered as his eyes began to glow red before he shot a pair of eye lasers from his eyes, the thin blades of energy seeking to pierce right through the demoness's icy skin.

Oh no.
Kuueru watched in astonishment as her attack seemed to have been minimally effective against her new comrade. Luckily, for the time being he was still on her side. She gritted her teeth and tried to brace for the unknown attacks that she felt coming, the first of which was some sort of energy exploded from his forehead. She raised her forearms to try and block the blunt of the blast, still—her knees buckled before she was hurled back into one of the hard katchin walls of the dojo.
"This…was a bad idea," Kuueru mumbled as she managed to pry her body from the wall. Still, there was no time to think. The pale man moved forward, his hand now bracing against her thin neck. Her icy gaze met his own as she felt the repercussions of his attack. The life was draining from her, and immediately she had noticed his own strength had quantified to match hers.
Then came the worst of it, friggin eye lasers. The hot beams bore into her head and sent her flying, yet again across the room. The demoness huffed in annoyance. If there was a robot specifically designed to defeat her fighting style, it would have been Doctor Kaijin Vex.
"Y'know…" She gasped for air while trying to wobble to her feet. All the while, between her words she wove a quick magical incantation that managed to bring some vitality back to her bones.
"If I had to say, it's like you were meant to kill me," Kuueru huffed, bright blue blood spraying from her mouth and decorating the floor. "This is fun as hell, even if I lose to ya. Next time I'll be sure to bring the right tools."
With that, the woman was gone. Her body and energy had vanished from the radar for a split second. Then, in a flash she reappeared right on the man's rear. A leg had illuminated with her icy cold aura and prepared to roundhouse the android to the spine. Then, she reappeared on his side, and icy blade of ki now formed on her right arm. She jabbed the blade dozens of times towards his torso and ribs.

So much energy!
Kaijin loved every second of it. Lute and Kuueru both presented enormous stores of power within them, the likes of which eclipsed Kaijin's own in nearly every way, that the only way he could catch up was through this method. Their demonic energy was practically delicious and it gorged Kaijin's energy systems in ways few could understand. He felt stronger, faster, and more resilient. Like he could take on an army, and come out on top.
Even Kuueru felt the brunt of his newfound power, being forced into a corner so quickly. It would only take a little longer before...
What?
She was gone! Kaijin's red eyes flicked back and forth as he tried to detect her energy. For a split second, he felt nothing. Then his detection system kicked back into high gear as she appeared behind him. Kaijin barely had time to turn around before a savage kick sent him tumbling across the arena, his body not even slowing down as it shot across the arena, before crashing into the katchin walls. The attack didn't hurt, of course, for the Android couldn't feel pain. Yet, he was getting malfunction readings across his vision, his body systems not expecting such savage blows so quickly. And not to mention the fact that she wasn't done yet. Kaijin swiftly crossed his arms over his upper body in an 'X' formation as Kuueru assaulted his upper body with a series of blade thrusts with her icy dagger. The Android found his artificial skin shredding away at each jab.
Until Kaijin eventually managed to intercept one of her blows, his right hand clamped over her hand, stopping the dagger mid-thrust.
"How did you do that?" Kaijin asked, his eyes still wide as he scanned her body once more, trying to determine if there was any biological reasons for the sudden disappearance. However, he reminded himself a moment later that this was a battle, and there was more than enough time for a full biological scan later. His body vaulting forward, Kaijin would release his hold on Kuueru only to flip upwards, his legs bending before lashing upwards, seeking to smash Kuueru in the chin as he executing the backflip.
His feet never hit the ground, instead taking to the air as Kaijin righted himself. Spreading his arms out in front of him, a black colored energy began to coalesce, forming and condensing into a large black ball of energy, with dark red electricity crackling along the surface. Outstretching his arms in front of him, the Android sent the large sphere of black energy spiraling towards his foe.

Kuueru may have caught the android off guard, still---her attacks felt miniscule as they hit against his metal frame. She felt the pain in her foot and ankle swell against such a resilient body. Although he went flying, there was no real way for her to determine how much she was wearing down the doctor. He didn't grunt in pain, he didn't cry, did he even bleed?
Even her follow through attempts that seemed to be ripping him to shreds seemed to be like mosquito bites. Her hand was stopped, and soon he was aiming to escape and attack her in the meantime.
The demoness ducked back out of the way of the kick to the chin.
"Graceful dance there, I guess I never took up the hobby." Kuueru whimpered, neglecting to answer the question he asked. She wasn't sure what part of it he was inquiring about anyhow. The attack, the speed, the disappearing act? All of them were skills she had obtained through the hardest of work.
Next, a black ball of energy was ripping through the air at her. She saw it coming, and while she thought she was clear out of the way of the attack, it ripped right through her left arm, searing it in the process. The woman yelped in pair, her eyes looking at the charred extremity with wide eyes. It hurt to move, it hurt to hang. This limb was rather useless for now.
"D-Damn you," Kuueru muttered under her breath. She barely had any fight left in her, but she still had to produce another offensive volley. Her unharmed arm lit up with her light blue aura. It grew, and then again. Then, once content with the energy packed into the sphere, she slung it in the android's direction. It would hit with the force of several dozen concussive blasts. Hopefully that is.

She was coming in hot. His systems were already beginning to self correct the anomalies Kuueru's attacks had forced to spring up across several sectors of his body, however Kaijin's 3D scanning was allowing the Android a great deal of information concerning the extent of Kuueru's injuries. He was not positive about the intricacies of demonic physiology (at least not yet), but he figured that with such injuries, she would not be able to continue much longer, unless her body allowed her a greater pain threshold and tolerance for injury. It was no matter, however. For the woman was still attacking. And god was she fast. With what could be godlike swiftness, the demoness swerved out of the way of his Spark Cannon, the black sphere of energy shooting upwards before detonating upon contact with the ceiling, bathing the arena in darkness, only illuminated by Kuueru's icy blue sphere that she fired at Kaijin. This was his chance! "Your energy is mine!" The good doctor yelled as he outstretched his palm, revealing the blue jewels embed in the center of his palms. As the compact sphere of energy collided with his palms, the energy almost immediately began to collapse on itself, being eagerly lapped up by the Android, who was hungry for more of the demon's near addictive energy. However...in his eagerness he underestimated the power of just what Kuueru was packing behind the energy sphere and soon felt himself being pushed back. "W-What? Imp-Impossible! Did I miscal-" The Android never got to finish the sentence before the sphere prematurely detonated, bathing the arena in icy blue light, the explosion rocking the very dojo itself. From the smoke a single figure was sent flying, his body tumbling across the arena before coming to a stop. Doctor Vex lied on the ground, his eyes staring straight up at the ceiling, unmoving. The Android's jacket and undershirt were completely disintegrated in the explosion, leaving the man's upper body bare, revealing his finely toned body, the skin as unnaturally pale as the rest of the boy's body. Smoke drifted off his body in small waves. "Well...this is what happens when I get all excited.." Kaijin muttered under his breath with a scowl before slowing moving to get up, his red eyes refocusing on Kuueru. This woman was most impressive. Both her and Lute were impressive in their own way, with Lute having an astonishing defensive capability, paired with a near inhumane physical strength. Kuueru boasted a speed unlike most beings he had met, paired with lightning fast blazes across the battlefield, making her reminiscent of a blitzkrieg. Dusting himself off, the Android wasted no time going back on the offensive. Raising a single finger, Kaijin's pointer finger lit ablaze with a teal light before he began to release it in tiny, rapid fire bullets of teal colored energy spheres. They would home in on Kuueru, intent on battering her form with the small pellet sized spheres. Individually, the pellets wouldn't deal much damage, but considering that Kaijin was unleashing them upon his opponent with the fire rate of a machine gun, the damage would tend to add up rather quickly. Kaijin would finish off the barrage with a final finger beam, his pointer finger lighting up with blood red energy, which would then grow before being released in a rather broad blast fired towards his foe. Kuueru sighed. Here she went again, slinging yet another powerful blast his way. All the while the boy stared hungrily at it, eagerly waiting to absorb the power straight from it. It was like she was giving a gift, one to be turned against her in the android's next onslaught. It was clear now that she couldn't fight this way against such an enemy, but clearly---it was much to late to worry about that now. He managed to absorb a good chuck of her icy aura, but still the power she packed still sent him flying across the battle field. Her tired eyes traced his pale body as he landed, her face visibly flustered by his current state.
"Doctor Doctor, looks like you're better than I had anticipated. You may have to bandage me up after this is all said and done, huh?" Kuueru watched as the man moved to his feet once more. He spoke of his excitement, though it didn't read on his face at all. Such was the life of a stoic looking android, though—he had been expressing a great deal of emotion around her an Lute. Perhaps it was an attempt to blend into the group?
The finger. Always dodge the finger. It lit up with a brilliant blaze of light before sending a slur of bullets her way. One hit her shoulder, of course on the arm opposite her well-cooked one. She stumbled back, and another hit her dead in the chest. One, two, no dozens slammed into her blue flesh. She grunted in pain and fell to one knee from the forceful energy. Still, the doctor wasn't finished with her exam yet.
Finally, the damn finger shifted to a deadly crimson. Once satisfied with his energy stores, it fired off. She stared wide-eyed, the beam piercing straight through her side. She writhed in agony, her eyes rolling back into her skull as she tried to ignore the pain. Fortunately, adrenaline was busy at work in her veins, numbing the burning that cauterized her insides.
"Y-Yeah, I'm…gonna….need a Band-Aid…" Kuueru mumbled before falling face flat onto the katchin floor. Her blue skin dispersed, leaving the sun-kissed surface and pink hair that has disappeared in the beginning of the fight.

"Oh dear. Perhaps I went too far..." Kaijin exclaimed as he noticed the disastrous effects of his assault on the demon woman. Apparently, his shift from flashy beams of ruinous energy to piercing beams of energy that sacrificed splash range for accuracy proved a much better challenge to the rather speedy woman. However, he misjudged his power input...severely. He had only reached such levels of power through absorption twice. Once again Lute, and in this battle. He was hardly used to such power, and his standard energy output was swiftly becoming...unreliable, as shown in this instant.
But, no matter. He had learned what he needed to for this fight. Now, to care for his comrade. Rushing over, Kaijin bent over her frame, placing his right palm over her chest, feeling around for a pulse, his eyes focusing on her frame. Life signs were still present, which meant she wasn't dead, merely injured. Kaijin moved to the pocket of his coat jacket to take out a dyno capsule, which held his medical supplies. He would patch Kuueru up a bit, then take her over to the medical center where he could work more care-
SHIT!
Kaijin's hand did not meet his jacket, however. It touched his bare, artificial skin. He had completely forgotten that his jacket had been obliterated in that last offensive. Which meant the dyno capsule was gone too.
"Oh fuck...." The Android muttered as he hoisted Kuueru over his shoulder, hurrying out of the dojo in a panic. To the closest medical center!
