Damn i miss this game MARK I •	Post by MARK I on Nov 5, 2018 0:57:27 GMT -5 Kamui's Blow struck true as all MARK I could do was brace himself as bits and pieces of his hard outer armor began to fall apart, exposing tendrils of spiritual energy within him that served to hold something back. His Kai weights, made by himself could be seen. They contained a power within him, a man within him, something he did not want anyone to see or know about. MARK I clasped his side in an attempt to hide it from the world, by the time his hand brushed across his abdomen the wound was healed into a scare as his skin struggled to make the repairs, though considerable damage had been done. MARK I furrowed his brow in frustration as the psychic energy wrecked havoc from within again. It seemed as if he was distracted now. The psychic energy bounced off of him as if it were a sonar and if Kamui choose to pay attention, he would be able to sense another, living mind, within MARK I, a human mind. Desperate to be freed. Fighting for life, but not that of MARK's MARK I clasped his hands together and a wave of energy emitted across the field, like an atomic explosion now. He sought to destroy everything and everyone nearby, the planet itself was now at risk as his power shook everything around them. A wave of force headed towards Kamui, ripping trees, and rocks straight out of the ground and flinging them into the skies, and in some cases completely incinerating them. MARK I followed this assault with a devastating shoulder rush that would force Kamui into a cliff side, pinning him in between MARK and the cliff, should MARK succeed. Next The titan would proceed to slam his fist into Kamui or into the cliff side, attempting to keep his opponent's attention on just him while an rock slide skidded towards them from behind Kamui. Kamui's loss was one of circumstance, and his ultimate plan to suppress Mark I having failed. The chips didn't land in a place that he liked. Kamui had prepared a plan with little holes, the likes of which would have meant sure victory. However, Kamui was dealing with an alien Android who had advanced systems and energy levels beyond the mortal levels. It was hard to compete, especially when he was facing an opponent capable of terminating his Ki infections before they truly rooted themselves in an enemy. Even as he felt himself rocketing across the sands, scraps of metal falling from his body, his mind couldn't help but reflect on what he saw right before his body was hit almost directly with an energy blast with the force of an atomic explosion. The only reason Kamui wasn't almost obliterated was the Changeling's automatic erection of a Psychic Barrier, a reflex activated by his emergency reflex systems that took control of his body forcefully in a desperate effort to self preserve. The barrier, due to being hastily created, only served as a premier buffer against the blast, and ultimately saved him from the first wave, only for everything else to hit him full on. Even as he slowly tumbled to a stop, Kamui couldn't help but reflect on what he saw. The Android....is the host. This thing.....this thing is something else... Something else that was going to kill him if he wasn't careful. Everything hurt, and his body was malfunctioning in half a dozen places. His HUD was going haywire and his body was refusing to to cooperate. Out of one eye he could see Mark I rushing towards him, intent to finish this fight and kill the Changeling. However, he refused to let this be like last time. He refused to be helpless before an enemy once again. If he was truly to lose here, he would make his enemy pay for it. "Lethal...Infestation!" Kamui choked out. Like a fast spreading virus, the Ki Infestation that Mark I tried so hard to eradicate spread across his systems like wildfire, seeking not to take him down, for the Ki Virus was too weak at this stage to do that. But whatever it could corrupt, it would. Whatever equilibrium it could disrupt, it would. Whatever balance Mark I held, Kamui sought to disrupt it. He couldn't stop Mark I from destroying him. But, he could make sure that the Android suffered the after effects for a long time afterwards. But, that was it. With a sigh, his hand dropped and his power level dropped back down to his standard level. He was at the mercy of his enemy. For a second his massive hand clutched his chest and his legs came to a dead stop as he ceased all movement. The battle was over, it was obvious now by his opponent's power level dropping massively. MARK I was impressed, though the Titan could not technically "feel" any physical pain, the man within him absolutely could. V3's bones and tissue fried from within as MARK I's system fought to maintain him, it didn't matter what shape he was in, so long as he lived, and his ki could be harnessed. In fact MARK I enjoyed the suffering being brought upon him, not that by his calculations the battle was over. The infection seemed to grip him for a long moment. For some time it seemed as if the battle would end in a stalemate, both opponents had come to a dead stop. The rushing sounds of a ship echoed in the distance. It's lights pierced through the thin veil of fog all around them like storm lights. The ship landed with what appeared to be about six or eight Commando's in full military uniform. Highly trained, well equipped fighters had come to Kamui's aid. They could barely understand what they were looking at when they arrived. It took them a moment to find and begin to administer aid to Kamui as some gathered near MARK I while other held a weak perimeter. "What is this?" One of the soldiers said through comm as he stared at MARK I's blacked out eyes, and featureless face. "Eyes up" Another one said. "Whatever it is it's done for. let's prepare to move" MARK I's body, for the first time, was a mess. Pieces of the machine had fallen off during the battle, his shell and skin unable to keep up with the internal damages as his nanites spread themselves to thin in their repairs. As one of the men hovered over Kamui's body an audible snap and crack could be heard from the distance, they barely stood a chance as MARK I arose. Immediately some of the men began to open fire on the juggernaut but not until he had already downed two of them in swift succession. The first men fell when MARK I raised his hand suddenly, gripping the man by the jawline of his full face helmet. MARK I applied an impossible grip and squeeze that soon forced the man's helmet to collapse in on itself, killing the man instantly before tossing him away, like a rag doll out of a moving vehicle. The screams of the next man could also be heard as MARK I moved in on him as well. His arm turning into a lance like extension of a limb, which he used to skewer straight through the man. The surprise assault, coupled with the fact that these men were half ready to leave and half left them unprepared for what came next. MARK's assault was ruthless and swift, despite being outnumbered and in this case effectively outclassed. In a straight up brawl, the remaining commandos would have taken him down, this was evident in the initial seconds when they initiated a swift counter attack that caused him to move into the air, temporarily switching up his strategy and reverting remaining power towards his stealth and camouflage features. He stalked and move around them as he picked them off, one by one until all that was left was the pilot could do little but watch as a figure appeared in front of his hovercraft. Reaching out MARK I grasped the craft and held in in place for a moment. For the Pilot everything stood still. The last thing he would see was a menacing light from MARK I's malicious eyes as they super heated the glass between them and fried the pilot from within. All was quiet again as MARK I lowered the craft safely onto the ground a distance of roughly fifty meters away from Kamui. The ki storm grew fierce as he reached into the pilots on board computer and began to analyze data. MARK I used the tech on board in combination with his own to gather minor information about this organization known as "the crusher Corps. Within moments MARK I learned about the Crusher Corps, about their fearless emperor and about the organization. This changes things. This changes many things.... With that MARK I stepped back and began to walk slowly towards Kamui. He stood over him for a few minutes as his system rebooted. As he considered what he would do until finally, breaking the silence his eyes emitted a soft glow and bunny's voice could be heard saying. "Calculating. Systems error. Max power unattainable.. operating at 76.93 percent of maximum.. Kamui Solaris, master has deemed you worthy of life, but the rest of you is unnatural. You must be cleansed." Reaching down MARK I lifted Kamui into the air and began to slowly and methodically rip pieces of the changeling off. Bit by bit, tendon by tendon. He would keep Kamui alive as he tore, unseemed, or undid all but the most vital of his mechanical functions. As he adjusted and tore apart sections of the frost demons body he began to manipulate one of the face plates, revealing circuitry and neural connections to Kamui's mind. Injecting his own consciousness into the neural network for only a moment MARK I rewrote a segment of Kamui's A.I's code so that it would leave a message for the Emperor. Weather Kamui made it back alive or not they would find this message, one way or another. It was a simple message. A list of coordinates, somewhere in the galaxy near earth, in the northern quadrant. The message displayed coordinates. it read "I will be waiting" {Emperor Cam } MARK I tossed him to the side, finally finished with the excruciating process as he began to limp away the machine turned around one final time and said.
