The sun shone high over the city as Earth’s military continued their patrols. Today was a great day for Earth. The entire government was gathered to hear the king speak before a historic vote on the future of the planet’s defenses. Today would decide whether Earth would remain an undefended planet that stood alone, or whether they would be able to defend themselves from the great empires that spanned the stars. It would decide if they would remain a spectator in the events that took place, or if they would be able to intervene and defend those that needed it. Today’s vote would decide Earth’s place in the stars. It was because of this vote that Warrant Officer O'Brien was so concerned about security. He’d called in MP battalions that were barely out of recruitment to buff up the defenses, and put all of the king’s guard on high alert. The presence was enough to ward off most people, but the man was still concerned nonetheless. Earth had never been a major power when it came to ki users, and while they could make up for it with technology there were still certain levels beyond what even they could reach. To compensate there had been contracts offered to many powerful fighters, pro-Earth or not. As long as they did their job here today then the King was happy to pay a large sum of zeni. All they had to do was defend Earth’s parliament. Any attacks on the parliament or even the king could jeopardize this important session of government. An attack was likely, O'Brien knew that, but hopefully the combination of Earth’s soldiers and the powerful warriors brought in from the outside would be enough to stop any attackers from hurting the politics of the day. The fighters had already arrived as far as he was aware, in their positions around the building in the middle of Satan City. They would be alerted to any hostile presences in the area if they were discovered, although hopefully they would be able to sense them before the alert would be given. Earth was already acquainted with Emperor Carambolis and his forces--a part of his fleet had docked on Earth seemingly from nowhere. Cam had stopped a hurricane from striking East city, before letting his ships land first at East city, then at North city to trade and deal in and advance technology in return for food supplies, fuel, and crops. Earth was an exporter of culture, Kabocha was an exporter of technology, more than a few people of earth had guard robots and scouters, hydroponics, shield generators, the list went on for what Earth could buy. Cam had been trying to get the attention of King Ches himself, he wanted to meet with the man. He had more than a few words to say to the ruler of Earth, though Cam knew of the dragon balls and what they could do. He knew Ches was lying, and he wanted to call him on it, to his face. Earth deserved better, his friends on earth deserved better. Of course, none of that would happen if Earth or Ches were under threat from others. He had sent his fleet into high orbit, and now had brought a pair of gunships, stocked and filled to the brim with a platoon of his soldiers as well as himself and his Saiyan bodyguard Duria, stepping off the gunships, Cam gave the order form them to circle the perimeter and scout for any potential threats, if nothing else they had eyes in the sky, and that made it that much easier to see potential threats before they could reach the king of Earth. Approaching the warrant officer, Cam would toss his cape to one side, "Warrant officer. I brought myself and my personal retinue to aid in the security of this location. As your people have learned, Kabocha is fond of Earth and its people. We're here to help, you merely need to tell us how as we shall make it so," his words dripping with as much sincerity as he could generate, the Emperor did seem genuinely pleased to be included in this operation. Perhaps if they did well it would only increase his chances of bring Earth into the galactic fold of things. Earth could make great friends or brutal enemies out of the Emperor's forces, the choice would ultimately be his, but he had to get an audience with the king before such talks could be had. Pressing a button on the side of his scouter, he took a sweep of the various other forces and machinations that Earth had to secure its king. He knew that to outside forces, they were likely to crumble, luckily for Earth, Cam brought the promise of more advancements for their species if they played their cards right.

It's no surprise Will was here since he was able to rescue the king AND his daughter during the recent incident in Central City. But Will also called Netto White of the Z Force along to help join in helping defend the king. But what was a surprise was that Cam was here. While he certainly looks different now Will recognized that power level and that he and him fought long ago for dinosaur meat, long story. But he didn't seem to be evil and even spared Will and left him some food. If he wasn't Will well he wouldn't be here now now would he? "Ah Officer O'Brien, Will O. Wisp of the Turtle School is here to protect the king as well." Will said. He was standing next to Cam and detected his thoughts and while reading them he noticed that not only is he aware of the Dragon Balls and that King Ches is a liar but that he was also really not happy with the king for doing so. Will then began speaking telepathically to Cam. He then sends theses thoughts into Will's mind. I hope you don't mind if I am speaking to you through your mind right now. It's me Will O. Wisp, we thought once. I was the cat martial artist. Anyway I sense your unease about the king's lies about his resurrection but I can assure you not only is he not as happy about it as you are he had no choice. The Dragon Balls needed to be kept secret from the public so that more threats won't come to Earth searching for them. They could even cause in fighting on Earth and many foolish people might get themselves killed trying to get them. Also I see you have gotten very much stronger since the last I saw you. And you certainly made a name of yourself with the Crusher Corps. Although I am not entirely sure if I can trust your group or the Saiyan Dominion yet. While I am sure that the Galactic Empire is corrupt, after all I fought alongside two very evil individuals working on their behalf. I do not entirely condone the militant style of your two factions. Granted the Saiyan Dominion mostly took care of Freeza Force planets and also let planets join them without conflict they are some planets they took over that were neutral through conflict instead of a peaceful solution from what I understand. Although these days I can't tell if that's just history or Galactic Empire propaganda. And your group is not without it's stains as well. Some of you allied with the Galactic Empire as mercenaries from what I understand and this one raccoon friend of yours held people hostage just go someone could fight him cause he was bored and I fought him and he was ruthless. So if you want to convince me that you are here on good terms and want to unite Earth, the Saiyan Dominion, and your planets then you have to prove yourself through your actions.

Netto was walking back to his shop with a good 20 bags of groceries on his person, some over his shoulders, others around every inch of his arms. He had to make sure there was enough food in the house to take care of Zam his adoptive daughter and to keep her well fed for the week, she was a Majian after all, they can eat a whole house if they felt like it. Once he got home and was stocking the fridge his communicator went off with a message from Will. Apparently the king of earth needed help and Will volunteered himself and me to help. " I'm not opposed to it but I wish I was given more warning" Netto said to himself before he finished putting the groceries away. Once that was all done he left a note letting Zam know he was gonna be gone for a bit and took off toward Satan city. Once he arrived to the designated spot, he spotted Will standing next to a man he's never met before as well as a military officer. Netto landed and walked over to them, " Hey sorry I'm a little late had to make sure the house had enough food and stuff for my daughter to take care of herself while I'm gone. Will its good to see you again..." He held his hand out to the stranger " Hello I haven't met you before, my name is Netto White, second in command of the Z-force." As introductions were made and warriors arrived, the Warrant Officer ordered the last of Earth's local military into their positions throughout the city. Now that these three were here there was more of a chance that today would go well. He hoped it was all worth it, Earth needed this. "I'm glad you're all here. Be on your guard for the whole of today, I have no idea what's going to happen but you three are potentially the only ones that will be able to deal with a lot of threats. Thank you for answering our call for help." While the Earth military dealt with its new arrivals, a dark figure moved through the streets of the city nearby. With its power suppressed and its body covered with a pitch black cloak it was able to move silently and undetected, using back streets to avoid military checkpoints and slowly making its way towards the parliament building near the center. It had sensed some sort of arrival before, and knew it would not be able to enter the building entirely undetected, but making it as far as possible was still beneficial. This dark figure had a single mission. To disrupt today's proceedings so that the Earth would be too scared to try anything close to this again. A few hundred dead politicians ought to do the trick, and if the King was one of them then that was just an added bonus. Although those that hired him did say they'd be very happy with the death of the King, the figure was still unsure whether it wanted the reputation of regicide following it around for eternity. It had kept a low profile so far in its life, but that would ruin everything. As the figure neared the arrival zone what it saw spooked it. Although stealth had still been somewhat considered, it was completely out of the question know it saw who it was up against. Two members of the Z Force as well as the emperor who's fleet had been stationed on Earth appeared to be on the same side as the Earth's military NCO conversing with them. That could be an issue, but the figure was also excited. It never got a chance to unleash its true power. Maybe these three would be enough to push it to its limit. Just a hundred meters away from the arrivals the figure floated up into the air, its black cloak still concealing its body from being seen. Once it was sufficiently high it unleashed its power, alerting them to its presence. Its energy shot out in all directions in a black and purple aura as it readied itself for whatever these three could throw at it. The parliament building was in sight now, but it was too risky to attack it without first dealing with these three. At least the figure didn't have to deal with being surprise attacked. Once these three were dealt with, the figure could move on to wipe out the parliament and complete its ultimate mission. A mysterious cloaked figure unleashes its power, hoping to wipe out the three arrivals in the way of its mission

The Emperor did indeed remember Will, the strange cat-man whom he had fought on Earth once upon a time. He had proven then to be a less than challenging fight, though he could sense now the earthling's power had risen exponentially, perhaps even enough to prove a challenge to the Emperor, he could respect that kind of prowess and tenacity, though he couldn't help but be annoyed when the cat-man's voice breached the forefront of his mind, "You do yourself a favor and stay out of my dome. Next time I'll be sure to think some pretty vulgar thoughts," Cam replied back telepathically. He mused on how best to reply for a moment before more words would be pressed into Will's mind, unlike the curious Earthling Cam wouldn't ever press deeper than needed, he didn't care to do more than have a conversation in the cat's mind, "I don't think I need to prove anything to you if I remember our last encounter correctly," he shot Will a knowing smirk as his voice continued to project in the martial artist's mind, "If I was here on malicious terms you'd know. I have a fleet in high orbit over this planet, it could glass the entire thing in a matter of minutes if I wished it so," He paused, considering his next choice of telepathic words. "I am not here to threaten or intimidate, I am here for selfish reasons and I'll make no effort to hide that from you. Of course I would benefit if the Earth came into the fold, they've always been a strictly neutral force, but it's made your planet lacking in technology and powerful entities. I will soon be marrying a commander of the Saiyan Dominion, I already have an alliance with them. Our forces will become one, the Galactic Empire will crumple and a new era of security, peace and freedom will reign, for a time. War will come again though. If you knew what I knew, you'd see the only chance the earth has--or this galaxy for that matter, is to be unified and fight as one when the next war comes. Anything less will result in obliteration of everything we know and love--I know that sounds dramatic, but it's true. I've seen it. I'm not here to give the Earth a raw deal, I'm here to save it. I could have come to simply kill Ches and take the planet by force, but that's not how I wish for this to play out." All those words silently exchanged between minds as Netto approached, the Emperor could tell this "Z-fighter" was indeed a capable force as well, both his ability to sense ki as well as his scouter confirmed that for him. He looked back towards the Warrant officer, inclining his head politely as he wore that ever charismatic and knowing smile, "Happy to be of assistance Warrant officer, I have friends on Earth. When this is all over I'd like to have a chat with king Ches, one world leader to another. The Earth has more than few problems that I think we could help solve," he would have continued that conversation if his scouter didn't chirp to him then, warning that a danger was approaching, "Unidentified high energy level, coming our way," he cautioned. He could sense it now, darkened, malevolent ki, meant to shroud as much it was to intimidate, "Lock it down," The Emperor ordered before he reached up to press a button on his scouter, "Coca, you seeing this?" "I am, shall I prepare a salvo?" The Emperor's Lieutenant asked, high above Earth the Lieutenant was acting as captain aboard the Omnipotence, "No. Give the order for our gunships to engage, we'll soften him up before he can approach, I don't want to take any chances, have Scald deploy the platoon to guard the king's palace, they can keep the perimeter tighter. We don't know if this guy is acting alone." "Of course, relaying orders now," Coca replied, "I'm going loud," Cam cautioned. His own power level spiked, though he didn't activate his transformation, he wagered he may not need it quite yet and as far as the rest of the galaxy was concerned, Cam didn't have a battle transformation, "I'm not gonna wait around here, I'll kick that guys ass and hand him over to you Earthlings. I assume you have something to contain that kind of strength," lifting off the ground the Emperor powered up, speeding towards his target in question, the pair of gunships that were circling on high quickly fell in line alongside the Emperor, they fired first, several clusters of anti-material shells and missiles fired at the even higher unknown power level before breaking off, Cam kept right on charging though, "Lets see you defend against this!" Bringing his psychic powers to bear, Cam swung an fist at the shrouded figure, it didn't need to truly connect to do damage, only get close. The Emperor had learned how to condense his psychic energy into a kinetic field around his body, able to use it both a shield and to amp up the force and speed of his melee strikes. He opened with a crashing elbow jab, hoping to bury his elbow into the gut of his foe, though he didn't stop to see the kind of effect it would have, instead opting to swing a leg high, trying to drive an augmented roundhouse into the side of his foes head before a left hook would swing to punch his foe in the side, finally he clasped both his hands together, swinging them down in a sledgehammer, trying to pound his foe into the ground via a giant psychic-augmented strike, this in turn, would give him and his allies the aerial advantage, "Lets get this over with, shall we?!" He called back to the others, Earth was under the Emperor's watch, no one would dare lay a finger on it while that was the case. Summary: Cam leaps into the fray! He knows an enemy when he sees one. Will listened what Cam had to say and he made a lot of good points. If he could he could've launched an invasion but chose not to and instead brought all of these soldiers here just to support security. And he definitely had the power to do it by himself to or at least do most of the work. But here is, helping defend the king from any possible threats to the Earthly crown. And he did like the idea of unifying the galaxy. Not to mention he could tell that Cam didn't try pressing further into Will's mind which is a real nice gesture especially since he keeps the really private and embarrassing thoughts in the back. But one thing Cam mentioned worried Will. He said that another war would happen after the Galactic Empire would fall. It's not wrong to assume another war would come one day, but the fact that he seems so absolutely sure worries Will. He knows something that WIll doesn't. But Will is not gonna intrude into his thoughts to learn those secrets. Instead he stops the link and says with his mouth. "Okay, I trust you." And as they were talking Will felt the malicious aura directed towards them. If it were the old novice Will he would be frozen for a few moments before mustering the courage to fight this threat head on. But this Will instinctively flew up to the direction of this mysterious masked man. After Cam did his attacks Will telekinetically told the others. I will direct him away from the city and bring this fight to an uninhabited area. After I do so follow me to where I'll send him Cam let your troops stay here in case the man brought any accomplices.After giving that order Will then uses his psychic powers to push the cloaked man very far away. Netto was listening to Officer O'Brien when he felt an aura of pure evil appear behind him, before he had time to react Cam launched a bombardments of attacks and Will grabbed the man with his psychic powers carrying the man away from the city. Netto quickly flew after them activating his draconic powers as he turning into a bolt of crimson electricity to triple his speed. Once he was caught up to Will and the man Netto landed and began charging up all the power in his body. He slammed his hands down and circles of pure electricity pulse up his arms. Crimson wings made of thunder and electricity pop from his back and a large ring of electricity formed in front of him. Netto was planning on ending the fight before the man even had a chance to harm anyone. Netto screamed "get out of the way Will" before opening his mouth and launching a large beam of pure electricity and plasma which expanded to the size of the ring that was in front of him. The beam was so electrically charge even being grazed by it would paralyze even the strongest person, not to mention the shockwave it created as it passed through the air. Joshua Cam Will O. The figure had been expecting the three to attack. It'd hoped for it. But the fact that two ships had just joined the fray wasn't quite what it had expected. As the blasts from the ships found their mark the figure lost its focus for a moment, allowing it to be caught in a flurry of attacks from the emperor. The figure had known Cam was on the planet but hadn't expected to have to face him here. The presence of Cam's fleet was a concern to the figure's masters, but their bigger concern right now was the King. Following the first assault it decided it would not let its guard down again, sensing Will's psychic attack before it landed and dropping out of the sky at the last second. Part of the blast had found its mark but the figure had escaped just in time and was still in sight of Earth's government. It responded with its own ki blast, firing a narrow beam of purple energy at the Earthling who had attacked him. The Z force and martial arts schools were another concern, holding too many of Earth's ki warriors for its master's liking. With distractions racing through its head it didn't even have time to register Netto's blast, taking the hit dead on. It'd transformed immediately, sending powerful energy straight into the figure. It was clear these three were capable warriors, and trying to take them all at once probably wouldn't work. Instead it gathered all its energy in a protective shell over the body, and fired a second beam of energy from its blue fingertip, this one towards Cam. If it could take down the emperor perhaps the other two would waver. Luckily its cloak had survived the blasts. For now at least its identity was safe.

Emperor Carambolis grunted once, "Lets finish this," when Will sent their cloaked opponent flying, Cam began to micro-manage the reserves of energy in his body. Anyone who had even the slightest ability to sense energy could tell this man was about to go on an onslaught of destructive powers. It appeared that whatever damage their enemy had tried to deal to Cam was null and void, his entropic shield around his body faded for a moment, before he redoubled his efforts, causing it to flicker into existence (Or not existence) around him. He would descend from the sky, "You're a fool if you think you'll get past us. My fleet, my men, guard the Earth. I will usher the people of this world into a golden era, but I can't do that if some maniac is trying to kill Earth's leaders can I? I give you one chance. Run. Run as fast as you can back to whatever hole you crawled from and done come back." Cam tilted his head, the soft pop-pop-pop in his neck could be heard as bones cracked into place, "But first you have to survive this!" Thrusting both hands forward, all that energy Cam had gathered was being focused on his foe. His aura flared, silvery spiritual energy, neither good nor evil in nature, flooded into him, his body acting as a conduit for all ambient energies that could be gathered. Channeling it into his hands and mouth, the biggest was an orb of white energy, held in his left palm, the energy that spat forth from the Emperor's mouth was deep crimson, and the energies that left his right hand was a brilliant golden color, his manipulation of power and ki was otherworldly, able to rival that of Polaris, perhaps even beyond, despite their power levels being world's apart. All of this energy coelesced into one beam the main body of it white while the red and yellow energies circled around the massive white beam Cam shot forth, forming a helix formation that would cut through anything in its path. An attack like this in a major city normally would have been a death sentence for said city, hell an attack like this was world ending, a few degrees downward and he could have ripped half the planet away in a single burst of energy, however, his aim was true. Aimed directly for his cloaked assailant. The light was bright enough that everyone around would likely be momentarily blinded, and when it faded away, they would be able to see the fruit's of the Emperor's labors. Had their foe survived?

Will flew to the place he pushed the assassin to and was surprised that he managed to put so much force into this psychic push. It seems his anger led him to make an actually damaging strike rather then just one that flung him far away. After getting to the spot he listened to Netto's warning and dodged out of the way in time and watches as the attack hits and the cloaked man transforms. But even then he was still in sight of the people he wishes to kill. Will needs to finish this quickly before he gets back there. But it seems that Cam is already doing most of the work. Even so Will begins using his psychic powers to probe the assailant's mind hoping for answers before Cam's blast could well kill him. While doing so he deftly blocks the finger beam from the assailant with ease sending it into outer space where it would dissipate. Still though even if he doesn't know the answers Will does wanna know what he looks like at least and if Cam's power doesn't take him down he might also as well try. Will's aura flares up as he releases his max power and his muscles start bulging a little. He then begins summoning his helpful spirit friends and starts condensing them into a special Kamehameha he himself made he calls Blazing Blue Kamehameha. He did a similar technique at a tournament once but this one packs even more of a punch cause he is both charging up Ki into his hands like he would for a normal Kamehameha, and adding vengeful flame spirits to it that will burn whoever touches. "Kaaaaameeeee....haaaaaameeeee.....haaaaaaaa!" he yells out as he lets out the beam at the cloaked man in tandem with Cam's. Netto sat back on his butt breathing heavily that attack takes a lot out of him. He looked up to see the man retaliate against Will and Cam. They in turn returned the favor with their own set of attacks from Cam's beam of pure energy to Will's own Kamehameha. Netto watched in awe at the pure power those two were outputting. Netto sat up and began collecting energy surrounding his body with it, creating a barrier to protect his body from harm as well as activating his dragon scales that turned his skin harder then steel. Once all that was done Netto closed his hand and created a javelin of lightning which he threw into the air, it exploded into three bolts of lightning that came down on the cloaked man. The first two bolts were weaker and slower to put the man on the defensive before the third one came down with twice the force and speed, hopefully surprising him enough that it hits him with little trouble. Netto then flew up to Cam and Will "this guy really calls himself an assassin? He shows himself without even taking a surprise shot at anyone. Then when he gets a chance to fight back he takes shots at you guys instead of the president or me who were both standing still. I don't like this, this has to be a trick of some kind. It was looking like the figure had sorely underestimated its opponents. It had thought it would be strong enough to ignore two of them and simply focus on Cam, but the emperor was demonstrating a power the assassin had not dealt with in a long time. The Helix Beam was unlike anything it had felt, ripping the protective cloak to shreds and even burning into its bio armour.
As the light faded from the devastating attack that could probably have destroyed the planet, the figures body was exposed and open for anyone to see. Although he looked pretty human his body was altered, with blue and white bio armour covering his limbs and parts of his chest, fused to his genetically modified body. His face was mostly unchanged save for his mechanical eyes, allowing him to see and sense everything going on. Now his identity was revealed it was time to start getting serious.
Will's attack came next, but the assassin dived out of the way at the last second, no longer restricted by the protective cloak it had been wearing. While enjoying his newfound freedom the half earthling/half bio-android didn't notice the two lightning bolts, feeling them strike into its body. He fired a single energy beam back, straight towards Netto's chest.
"You'll pay for that." He snarled, eyes locked on Cam. Raising both arms this time with his palms splayed flat he gathered much of his energy into a single ball above his head. The crackling pink energy shot forward with incredible speed towards Cam when thrown, and would explode when in a close enough vicinity. If he was lucky he'd even catch Will and Netto in the explosion too. All he knew though was that it was unlikely he had the power to stop these three alone. If necessary he'd have to call in a couple favours.
The Mysterious Figure's cloak is destroyed, revealing a modified human warrior outmatched by its opponents.

The Emperor scoffed. Cybernetics at it again, this man looked almost like the human version of an Ikondan, it intrigued the Emperor, though right now wasn't the time to study his foe as he was preparing an energy attack, he could tell he had pissed off his foe, Cam was more than happy about that, "Alright then! Come on! Lets see what you got, it better be fast and hard hitting though! I'm used to a lot of disappointment when I fight foes like you!" Indeed, he had fought many, many opponents at this point with inflated power levels, and sure on the outset it looked intimidating. He wouldn't give his foe the good graces of underestimating them, not for a minute. So when that attack came hurtling in was when the Kabochan took action. The moment the explosion went off, he would use the debris and smoke screen to mask that he had just performed a feat not many fighters could do--he split in two. He glanced at himself, winking. Damn he looked good, and he was talented enough to be his own partner in crime. Both the original and clone version of Carambolis circled around the cloud of debris, the original striking first, a burst of psychic energy thrust from Cam's fist meant to discombobulate his foe, soften him up for further attacks, rushing in, the original Cam hammered on his foe with psychic fueled augmented strikes, a punch then a kick. Meanwhile that crimson orb grew brighter and bright until it didn't, going from simple light and ki to something altogether different, the orb gained an opaque shell to it, encasing the volatile energy within, Cam's clone spiked the energy orb down at his foe, the true Emperor dashing out of way at the last second, getting clear of his own blast, if the orb connected it would strike like a solid, hitting like a cannonball, the sheer force it was thrown with likely enough to send his foe flying though, in that fraction of time it would take for force to transfer, the shell around it would crack and break, all that compacted energy giving off a more volatile than usual explosion than a simple ki blast. At last, the person's cloak is destroy and it reveals....absolutely no one Will knows. In fact even if he did he probably wouldn't recognize them due to all of the bio-genetic augmentations. So he's a Bio-Android of some kind then. Will has heard of them and hasn't faced one before. So this is gonna be a new experience. But still though Will wanted to know who hired him and made him, but his mind seems to be too strong to be able to probe deep into to learn his secrets. If he is gonna learn anything then he needs to capture him with a Mafuba. But if he is going to do that his friends need to dial it back a bit so they don't kill him first. Making a telepathic link to Cam and Netto he says this. Guys I know a technique called the Mafuba. I can seal and imprison this asssassin in a object so we can turn him in the military and they can get more information out of him but he needs to be weakened more first. And by weakened I mean he needs to be very low on energy. And I wouldn't be able to use the technique if either of you guys kill him first so you two need to hold back a bit. Not power level wise just, don't use your most powerful attacks. Will told them. After relaying that message Will gets out his staff and goes to the mutant's position for melee combat. Preparing to hit him with the staff multiple times. Either he wastes more energy dodging or he misses and wastes on his next attack. Either way hopefully Will's strategy will work. Before Netto could react with him trying to talk to cam as a distraction, he took two beams of energy to the chest fortunately his draconic skin caused both of them to deflect off doing little damage, " alright I guess I deserve that one for talking, shit." Netto then put his hands together waiting for Cam and Will to finish attacking before making his move, he began chanting summoning his shamanistic powers. " Spirits of earth and iron, head my call. Chains of imprisonment" as he finished saying this chains of began popping out of the ground attempting to grab the man even if they missed they would come together making a cage. Netto then threw his hand forward and arcing lightning came from it, attracted to the chains it began to arc and dance across them. If these chains made their mark not only would the man be unable to move but he'll also be experiencing what a taser feels like as well, plus the cage they now formed would be twice as hard to escape through. The three combined had an insane level of power. If only his restrictions weren't in place the assassin would be able to fight freely, perhaps even defeat all three at the same time. When he had first been modified no warrior had been able to stop him, no cell could hold him. This form was merely a replica, a cage his masters used for his power because they feared what he'd do if he used all his power at once. But their fear would lead to his demise. As the barrage of attacks came in he felt there was nothing he could do. Cam's clone missed, but Cam himself landed some successful blows on him. Will was successful with his attacks too, and the assassin's body remained limp as these strikes and psychic attacks from the various attackers found their marks, paralyzing and crippling this weakened form. But even with these attacks, these deadly blows, the assassin was not dead. Its body was intact, and its energy buzzing, wanting desperately to be released. Though his aura had faded, black shadows began to creep their way over his body as his subconscious took over. Although his true form was restricted, he could attain a shadow of its power. Perhaps that would be enough to face these three warriors and keep him alive long enough to carry out this mission. The assassin's transformation started with a blinding eruption of light, targeted straight at Netto. The shadows erupted out from around him, sending forth a wave of familiars built from shadows alone. This swarm targeted the warriors, keeping them busy while the harrowing transformation took place. The human parts of his body grew somewhat, not a massive amount but noticeable so, while the modified armour faded from view and shadows rolled over his entire body. This new form was almost twice the size of his normal body, and was entirely covered by constantly moving, protective shadows. These shadows created two more arms, stretching out from his back round to help his fighting ability. He lashed out with his power immediately, targeting the only one of the three fighters not targeted by his shadow swarm. Netto was the first to face his Shadow Form's wrath as a long tendril shot out at the fighter, straight towards his chest. As the swarm backed down the assassin did not, firing two more shadow blasts straight towards Will. It was time to start giving these three a run for their money. "You cannot defeat me!" He roared towards them as the shadows fought for him. "I am the most powerful Earthling alive! No one can defeat Surin, the ultimate assassin!"

At first Will was relieved. He thought they won and with Netto's clever thinking he managed to contain with his own powers letting Will not worrying about using the Mafuba. He was almost about to let his guard down and let out a sigh of relief. But then a vision came to him showing the horrific transformation he would let out and the damage he would do. Will then telepathically then warned Netto and Cam. He's not defeated! He's gonna transform! AND HE'S ABOUT TO STRIKE BACK!After warning the two Will manages to dodge the first shadow blast but couldn't dodged the second and managed to block it not receiving any damage as a result. Will is having an expression on his face showing great frustration towards the assassin. After they were overwhelming him at first now the tables have turned and to top it off the man who calls himself Surin is still getting stronger the longer they fight. But Will still has one ace upon his sleeve. He then calls upon an old friend. Well Dragon Soul it appears this is a fine mess I am in. Will says to his spirit guardian partner. If you need me to help you clean up your mess again, I'll be happy to help. Dragon Soul snarked back. A humanoid dragon then materialized in front of Will with his fists charged with Ki. "Alright, time to dust this bitch!" Dragon Soul said. Dragon Soul then proceeded to unleash a barrage of powerful punches over and over while yelling the word "Ryu!" with each punch. In all fairness, Carambolis had given him several warning and chances to surrender. His appeal for clemency had apparently fallen on deaf ears however, and so that meant he was allowed to go all out. When Will started screaming about transformations, Cam sighed, "Fine, fine, nail meet hammer in that case." Transformations appeared to becoming more and more pivotal as time seemed to go on. Cam didn't care to keep changing into an alternative form--their were side effects, voices, whispers at the edges of his mind for hours, it felt like opening the door to something that had the potential to overpower his mind. Still, it did feel good to embrace it, to let whatever primal being had become a part of him out, like being able to full stretch out after hours of sitting in a cramped space. His aura flared a brilliant silver, spiritual, cosmic ki energy swirling around the Emperor who had come to help the Earth, whether for personal gain or otherwise he was on the right side. His hair went from a corvid feather glossy black to a mother-of-pearl white, prismatic sheen and all, his amber eyes whited out, markings crawled over his alien skin, seeming to shift and move, looking directly at them stung the eyes, strange tribal markings cross-crossed the warriors body and face and the transformation was completed. On its own, such a change was bound to send shivers down the spine, but it wasn't just that one power level had increased by a magnitude of nearly three times, it was that their were two power levels that had gotten this strong--Cam's clone had transformed as well, unbridled power wasn't exclusive it seemed. Both launched into the fray, the time for words had long since past, both incarnations of the Emperor closed in, their hand to hand abilities augmented even further to strike their foe, the Emperor seemed to move differently now, his ability to anticipate the movements of his foe had increased, almost as if some sort of precognition ability had been gained, being up in his face also meant the chance that if his foe were to retaliate he would pay for it dearly, one thing was for certain though, their enemy was suddenly outclassed all the more, and if things continued on their current course, the man would be broken in a matter of minutes. Netto was taken aback when the man broke his cage so easily to the point his transformation actually knocked him back. Once Netto stabilized he was immediately struck by a shadow blast to the chest, while his dragons scales brushed most of the damage off, it still stung a little. Netto then took a deep breath using the time Cam, and Will created by attacking the man to regain his stamina. Once he recovered he put his hands together and began chanting the same chant from before. " Spirits of earth and iron, head my call. Chains of imprisonment." Once the chains once again began surrounding the man Netto focused and yelled " Alright, since you broke out of the first cage, I'll triple the voltage that should hold ya." Netto focused and the chains began sparking to life with pure crimson lightning before they began closing in on the man. He then yelled out to Cam and Will " Truthfully even if triple the voltage I don't know how well it will hold as I've never used these techniques on a shadow being before.
