It didn’t matter much how it happened, but somehow Kuueru managed. The brown boots upon her feet dredged through the seemingly endless sand. She had materialized a disguise today to help her blend in, but staking a claim on a warring planet was never a good idea. Hopefully, she would be in and out and no one would bat an eye.
It wasn’t that Kuueru thought she could take on the entire race defending it’s resources, it was more that she doubted it would happen. If they sent their strongest warrior or the emperor himself would she worry then? Probably not, if all the demon had to fear was death then... that was no fear at all. The woman had lived out her years mostly in the demon realm, and despite the age she appeared in her disguise--she was not some twenty year old bimbo Earthling.
Today, she found herself on Kabocha. Hachi the magician had sent her on a quest for his own personal gain, of course he offered the girl a lesson or two if she aided him. By completing this task and bringing a certain amulet and grimoire to her mentor she knew she would selfishly get something in return. The risk was worth the reward in this case, for the writing contained ancient demon secrets on how to continually unlock potential. She had to attain a higher level, it wasn’t a question.
Since Lute had earlier unleashed the girl’s potential; her cravings for strength had grown exponentially. The urge became a necessity and she consistently had been training both her body and soul throughout the entire process. Kuueru had gotten significantly stronger since entering the mortal realm, despite it lacking the natural energy-filled environment the demon one carried. Almost any mere fool could spend a day in the realm of the demons and learn to fire a simple energy blast. If they lived.
There wasn’t much to stop the girl from finding what she sought. There were hardly any demons in this realm that she knew of. They would be one of the only people interested in such treasures.
Luckily it seemed she was the first to enter this tomb of valuables. Laid out before her was a room decorated in gold and sparkling jewels. She ignored the shiny doodads and locked eyes with the podium across the room. It held the duo of trinkets. Quickly she went over and snatched them before making her way back outside.
The pink-haired woman waltzed out of the mouth of the cave. She flicked the sunglasses upon her head down onto the bridge of her nose for a bit of protection. Blinding UV rays could be harsh on Kabocha, the flying bits of sand weren’t aiding her vision either. She was so entranced by the book in her hands, that she neglected the thoughts about bumping into anyone---being in the middle of the desert sated her anxieties as well. Who would be out here to even find her? It was miserable.

Under most circumstances Kuueru would have little to worry about, their were salvors and vultures that roamed the desert all the time. Either to pick clean the derelict cities of a still recovering ancient species, or to pluck the internal organs from the crashed ships all over the planet. Their were ships of every make and model, many fleets had lit the skies aflame on Kabocha and many more fleets had been shot down in the process of trying. Though the blockade of the planet made movement of any cargo these days slow, Saiyan and Imperial influences had to be kept out so that Cam could thoroughly make sure his rule was peacefully installed. Unfortunately part of that process was taking every lost and stolen item of legitimacy to his claim for Emperor back. If you asked around about Kabochan history, there's few verifiable answers as the planet has been decimated many times over. Even so, if one looked they would find the telltale signs of demonic intervention. Strife was a near constant for Kabochan people, lack of resources and a need for aid also just as constant, but also dark cabals were a constant. Cam had fought demons before. A demon he presumed to be dead or back in his realm named Alexander, and a pink skinned demon named Eris. She had taken some influence over the Crusher Corp though Cam had bought out her shares, as he had with many other shares of the company when he became Emperor. Broadcasts of Cam could be seen on Good morning Earth, an interview with an earthling TV host where Cam appealed to the Galaxy for aid and explained just what was going on. Despite such outcry, no aid ever came, and so the warlord became an Emperor. He found the ancient battle-site on earth and pulled free Prince Diaz amulet, the Emperor's blood amulet. A red jewel he reset into the chain he wore now as a symbol of his status. Kabocha reveled in delight at having a Monarch. A definitive leader that wasn't a criminal or a gangster, but a defector from this evil, and upon winning two decisive victories against the Saiyan Dominion, he was even more loved now, especially by Kabochan nationalists, though Cam was quick to clarify that he did not care to start a race war. It was a matter of removing outsiders who were trying to control a culture and people that they did not know and didn't belong to them. Once the Dominion removed it's grasp Kabocha would calm down and he would calm down. Yet still outsiders came in to pick at the bones, and so had Cam. His search had lead him to a catacomb of buried kings and queens. A squad of Crusher Corp. soldiers with him, though though Cam could see in the dark most of these troops could not, some were even using high tech energy weaponry rather than ki blasts. Light and noise that gave them away as they moved through the Catacomb, scouters would suddenly pick up murmurings of a power level, though down here it wasn't one they could see or locate easily. "Who's there?" A lizard-like humanoid sergeant would yell into the darkness, leveling an arm into the darkness a lavender colored ki appearing at his webbed palms. Cam watched as he gave the order, "Move in," and his troops, eight in total would rush to see just who was trying to grave rob on Kabocha. A smirk suddenly formed, what if he had found another cabal of demon worshippers? He would capture them this time if they hadn't already conjured a demon--if they had, well Cam would deal with it while his squad dealt with the cultists. A soldier chattered into his come, "Rubar here," an xeno of appule's race murmured, "Think I got something, send some people my way," and indeed Kuureu might see flashlights cutting through the tunnels of darkness, searching for her and getting closer. She would have to tread or handle this carefully.

The caverns ran deep, carving a perilous and uncertain path before anyone who entered. One wrong movement of the earth surrounding them could easily collapse the intricate tunnels. Kuueru’s eyes warily fixated on the ceilings which seemed to drop random bits of rubble and sand onto her head. Still, the demon pushed on, the scent of victory still fresh and in sight.
She could be certain she wasn’t the only person scavenging the planet’s surface—but she had no need for spaceship parts or the other valuable scrap that mortal vulture’s dug through. No, her rewards and treasures contained a much more refreshing reward. A possibility to ascend to her next level and complete her true form… now that was motivation.
She had only recently unlocked the first layer of the unending power that loomed inside. She could lie and say that it didn’t drive her wild, but that sadly wasn’t the case. It was almost as if the woman had a taste and reverted back into her demonhood slightly. Becoming almost savage only would cause problems for Kuueru. She had to keep a straight head, no matter what secrets Hachi the magician told her about her new processions.
However, it seemed she wasn’t alone.
“Who’s there?” A voice echoed.
The amulet in her hand tingled with a metal sound. Kuueru dug her teeth into her lip and quickly shoved the jewelry down the front of her shirt. The book however, was way too massive to conceal.
Now Kuueru was faced with a few problems, keep moving and face whatever lights were surveying at the entrance of the tunnel, or hide. Obviously they already knew she was here—so confrontation was imminent. Would it end in bloodshed? That was a different question.
She woman tucked the book beneath her arm, perhaps she could play off the fact that she was here on innocent business?
“Hello?” A friendly and youthful voice echoed towards the soldiers who seemed uncertain about the dark corridors and power level before them. She answered before walking towards the cluster of people.
“I mean no harm.” Kuueru smirked before pushing through the darkness. Immediately the light of the flashlights focused on her body. She wore a brightly colored tunic, some simple shorts upon her legs. She looked pretty normal, way too normal to just be on a warring planet. Her hands were both in the air, as a sign of peace. Cam

The sound of triggers clicking and safeties unlocking, the fizzling and clicking of ki energy as it was manifested and pointed at Kuueru. Scouters all chirping a power level much higher than any of the soldiers, "One hundred and twenty seven thousand!" a soldier shouted. and change Cam thought, but that was Kuueru's power level as it was naturally. Not boosted and certainly not your average creature, "Don't move a muscle," the Sergeant ordered, Cam would step forward to join the rest of his squad, looking over at Kuueru. An eyebrow ticking upwards, she appeared to be human. His nose wrinkled, this didn't add up, but Cam wasn't quick to jump on Kuueru though, "Ah... Another salvor. Seems many of you are getting in our way these days," he pressed a hand to his chest, guns still pointed at Kuueru. "I'm Emperor Carambolis. The ruler of this planet but you can call me Cam." He gestured towards Kuueru, "And you are? Boys, you can lower your weapons. Seems we're dealing now." The men lowering their weapons Cam stepped forward, pressing the button on his scouter, "My my. Another strangely powerful human. Your species in producing a lot of prodigy's these days, it's quite remarkable. Though few come to my planet for obvious reasons I should think, the air is pretty toxic for them in the long run," Cam explained. He looked towards what Kuureu had in her hands, "I'll make this very easy for you. It's illegal to salvage without a license, I'll assume you're not a legal salvor because I see no equipment or crew, so why don't you just hand over what you've tried to claim and we'll let you go on your way. I understand people have to make money and eat, but what you're taking is likely something we have need of." He didn't come to fight, truly, and made no motion to threaten Kuureu, were she a normal earthling chances are she would be intimidated by the squad of troopers all armed to the teeth. She had been given her options, and while they were limiting Cam certainly provided an even tempered, cordial and civil dialogue towards the disguised demon, for now.

Her ears perked up as she heard the group steady their weapons. They were locked, loaded and fixated on her figure. Since being in the mortal realm, this was the first fight that someone had tried to use something other than pure energy.
“One hundred and twenty-seven thousand!” She man’s voice replied, a bit of fear looming within it.
Kuueru continued to stand still, she was a bit perplexed by Cam’s arrival into the conversation. He stepped forward, a haughty gait in his step. The demoness could clearly point out he was the leader, but what could he require from her…other than to punish her petty theft…
The Kabochan spoke up, introducing himself before motioning towards her while inquiring her name. Initially the emperor appeared to be kind despite the harsh first impressions. Still, he soon gave her the ultimatum. Leave the valuables and walk away, or---something worse?
“Dealing? I wouldn’t think it much of a deal.” Kuueru pursed her lips with the snide comment. Her purple eyes that were once calm had transitioned to a much more intense crimson.
“Sadly, me leaving here isn’t an option. C’mon now, you weren’t even using this old thing. You wouldn’t even miss it!~” Kuueru chuckled before blowing a bit of dust from the cover of the grimoire. Upon it’s cover various old runes and archaic languages were carved.
“So—I guess the easy ‘way’ you suggest isn’t really an option. Before you waste your men—maybe they should step aside?”
The woman mumbled her demands, half-filled with intent, half hoping that the man would just let her go on carrying some book he probably never realized he had. She moved forward a few steps; a grin still ever-present on her peach colored lips. “I mean---what’s the worst that could happen? You kill me? What do you have to lose?” Cam

Threats. He had offered her a free get of jail card and she threatened him. What in the hell did she eat for breakfast? Cam broke into a fit of laughter, getting to the point where he has to wipe at one of his eyes, "Oof, you have some serious guts. I would let you just walk out of here, but you instead try to intimidate me and my men?" Cam tisked, shaking his head, "Not smart. Don't say I didn't warn you, light her up! Try and take her alive if you can!" "YYYYYEAAAAAAAAHHHH!!! LETS DO THIS!" The reptilian sergeant shouted his men shouting in a warcry as they all opened fire. These of course weren't normal guns, but meant to emulate overcharged ki blasts, a beam blasting forward and ki orbs being thrown by hand, all of it raining down on Kuueru mercilessly, it was unlikely with such a high power level that she would get killed from such an onslaught of attacks and Cam was aware of that, but if her power level was truly reflective of her capabilities, than these men were in danger, "Sergeant! Fall back! Cover the exit of this place and make sure no one gets out! Go now!" Cam's troops pulling back but still firing on Kuueru for a few more seconds as they did. Dust and debris was kicked up everywhere and Cam would move forward, wading into the smoke and dust from blasts, the Kabochan loved fog of war. He knew how to use it and use it well, his scouter locked on to Kuueru he closed in, power spiking rapidly as a change happened in a flash. This would be the first time he used such a form in battle. His iridescent black hair that was pulled back into a ponytail switched colors, becoming a shining opal white as a golden aura flared around Cam's form. He had learned to make his body a conduit for all the ambient ki of those things around him, much like making a spirit bomb, the runes that started creeping over Cam's body acted as a magnet to the ki that naturally flowed throughout the universe, allowing Cam to dip into a reservoir of power far beyond what any normal Kabochan could reach--or could they? After all, nearly every Kabochan alive was the ancestor to those who once worshiped demons, the power of a pact soaked deep into the blood. His cloak fluttered as Cam casted to solid ki orbs out, his mind gripping the orbs and sending them whirling all around Kuueru, before he unloaded a flurry of fists and had the hardened ki orbs all strike at Kuueru from many different angles. Each and every attack was coming in packed with psychic ki behind it, making Cam's strikes intensely precise, it would take some masterful reflexes to get out of all of this unscathed and Cam knew that, already pressing his advantage by having a squad to attack with him. Kuueru shifted her weight to her other leg while the self proclaimed emperor seemed to think she told a joke. A sigh pressed from her lips as she pondered of the quickest and easiest way to sneak past him and off of the planet. She had what she needed, there was no need for bloodshed today. Why couldn’t this man be reasonable?
“See, you wooooould have let me walk out of here---but not without my treasure. Therefore, there’s no other options according to you Mister Cam.” Kuueru shot a wild grin at the raven-haired Kabochan. The blood within her veins began to boil with excitement. She wasn’t the type to go slinging their name around the galaxy, so she neglected to return the gesture.
Still, Cam ordered his men against her--even teasing her with the ‘take her alive’ comment. She wondered if he was the type to take captors, it was a seriously good war strategy that put pressure on the majority of leaders. She couldn’t imagine any other reason for him to not kill her, at least.
The barbaric yelling of the reptilian was the sound off before the humming of energy blasts began to fill the air. The inside of the cave lit up with the blasts, it was like the woman was at a rave of death. She danced between the blasts, but ultimately was pegged by a few of the men’s guns on their way out. She huffed, her nails digging into the charred cloth of her tunic.
“Damn. That’s unfortunate.” She waved a hand and the damaged fabric was mystically returned to normal. Of course, the pain still coursed through Kuueru’s body. She focused on the troops as they left, but still Cam stood before her. The dust would have choked her, if she needed to breathe, that is. With precision focus she sought out the man’s energy, which wasn’t hard when he transformed mere meters away. Suddenly she shifted, choosing to stare the man dead on and cast her spell of hypnotism.
Due to her catching the man’s presence and the orbs he sent. She somersaulted out of the way, coming back to her feet to notice the spheres were chasing and surrounding her from every side. Damn.
Suddenly, she remembered the technique. Her body shifted out of existence; narrowly avoided all of the energy collapsing on her. Immediately after she was behind the Kabochan... who now looked severely altered. Her eyes narrowed as she leaned in with a blade coated with maleficent energy. It stabbed at his back, instantly connecting and filling his body with shocking pain. She hastily jumped away to put some distance between them before running back towards the exit of the cavern.
She turned back, in her hand a long ‘whip’ of energy snaking towards the ground. She whipped it at the cavern wall before sending it towards the emperor. She would try and slash him in a barrage of quick whippets while slinking back step by step.

Perceptions were brutal for Cam as the demoness tried to bite back at his onslaught, her body weaving out of the way of Cam's near-super sonic attacks, his gaze met hers and he was utterly charmed, his body slowing, muscle relaxing, his energy remained flared but he watched as Kuueru produced a blade of energy. Despite being under the demon's sway he reached back and gripped the energy knife. His hand slashed open and dripping with blood, it seemed to slash to the bone. Though as he gripped he teeth grit together. The man was in immense pain at stopping a blade from driving a blade into his back. "Tricky. You'll pay for that," he remarked before he ripped the blade away, his own energy surging through the constructed ki blade and becoming Cam's own weapon now, he thrust it at Kuueru in retaliation, attempting to drive it home in her side, though when Kuueru disengaged so did Cam, he had to move quick to land that blow. Leaping backwards he thrust a hand upwards, a shield of red ki energy forming on Cam's uninjured palm, using it to swat and catch the whip that reached out for him. Kuueru was already paying for closing in, even touching Cam in this form was dangerous, painful, an electric jolt surged through his body and leaped from his frame to Kuueru's on contact, a red spark of energy biting at the demoness if she recalled the events acutely enough, she would need to be careful. He glanced down at his injured hand, Well that won't do, he thought. He was certain to have a scar there later, at least for a month if not more, but the healing tank would fade it away. Performing so quick triage with all the dust and debris about, he would pop a Senzu bean into his mouth, taking a guarded stance as his scouter fed him data, "C'mon then! Lets see what else you got!" he taunted, "That or if you're smart you'll give up that treasure! It means nothing to an earthling anyway!" Cam announced, though the chances that what he was facing was merely an earthling became more and more doubtful. He had fought earthlings before but he had never been so... Distracted by one. The healing medicine took effect quickly, his bloodstained hand sealing shut and beginning to heal rapidly as he braced for what came next. Despite the groggy, drained, and blurry feeling Cam still was putting up a fight. Hopefully Kuueru's magic would break soon, it would be a tough fight if he was this compromised for the entirety of it. He needed to end this and he needed to end it now, but he projected that confident outward shield. He couldn't let Kuueru know he held doubt or fear, he couldn't let himself know it either. Reaching out with his senses, with all that borrowed energy, meant he knew each energy source, hell this form was even borrowing some of Kuueru's ambient ki, as such he knew just how to strike, manifest two ki orbs on either side of Kuueru, he would slam his hands together, both orbs about the size of a baseball would crash together, if Kuueru didn't move out of the way she would be slammed in the middle between two attacks, though if she dodge it was likely to small explosion, energy atoms being smashed together with stunning rapidity, the ground shaking from the force of the attack. Summary: Cam turns Kuueru's knife on her and protects himself with a shield, while exacting a toll, he quickly recovers with a senzu bean. He'll need to try harder, but he still had some tricks up his sleeve. Kuueru felt a bit of fear creep up her spin as Cam reached around the grab the amethyst blade that had attempted to dig into his back. His hand was flayed open from the action, but he soon ripped the blade from her grasp. His own energy now danced along it’s surface, in which he jabbed into her torso.
“G--Guh, you’re good mortal.” Her lips still were curved into a sinister smile, she jumped away from the blade which tore into her side. Still, Cam wasn’t finished. He defended against her powerful onslaught with a great amount of ingenuity. Perhaps this emperor was a worthy opponent yet?
He teased her, before asking her to give up the treasure which he assumed an Earthling would want nothing with. Hachi was an Earthling, and he wanted this. However, he was quite the powerful conjurer, a normal Earthling really wouldn’t want to even touch such a thing. They would fear a taboo curse by placed on them from even looking in the grimoires direction.
He quickly seemed to regain some vigor despite her curse running rampant on his body for some time more. Two ki blasts quickly approached in a pincer method of attack. She locked eyes with one of the glowing beams, her body seeming standing still. But as the smoke cleared her body was nowhere to be found. Kuueru was quickly running out of the mouth of the cave an back out onto the hot sand.
If Cam was still following her, she was steadily pumping a barrage of blue salvos randomly within the cavern’s entrance. Perhaps she would cave it in on him or at least hit him with one of her attacks. She fired off one basic blast to put the cherry on top of her metaphorical milk shake.

Cam was hot on Kuueru's trail, his scouter locked onto her power signature Cam kept on top of the demon. When he blast fired off he was ready for it, another shield of energy being raised, a bolt of ki colliding and shattering the barrier of energy, Cam's hair getting slightly singed and his armor scratched and scorched from the blasts, though it didn't seem to do much more than annoy him at present, though a small amount of that energy was deflected back at Kuueru, before Cam loosed on onslaught. Lashing a hand forward a salvo of ki bursts shot forward, four in total that whirred and whipped around, two bolos with invisible connective energy meant to slow down the Demon as she fled "You can't run forever! This ends when you want it to lady!" The hot sand in the twilight hours their surroundings now, Cam's energy bolts surged from the desert floor, a surprise attack launched at Kuueru, meant to send her flying towards Cam, if successful his elbow would be buried in her gut, a wave of psychic energy causing a crushing impact should it connect. He wasn't playing around any longer, perhaps Kuueru wouldn't either now. Though what Cam really wondered was where was this woman running to. Speaking into his scouter Cam ordered, "Sweep the desert, if she has a ship nearby I want it secured!" Kuueru watched as Cam managed yet another shield to aid against her flurry of energy attacks. The scowl upon her lips was very apparently despite the crappy lighting of frequent stirring up of dust. Cam was soon on the offensive.
The man sent a few blasts after her that were aimed to slow her down, she sensed out the energy connecting them and decided it best to avoid it. She ducked low, the blasts going overhead. As she returned to springing, the bolts from the ground rose up and tripped the demon. She stumbled but ultimately ended up with a mouthful of rather hot sand.
“G-Guh.” She pushed herself to her feet in time to avoid the flurries of elbows and even psychic attacks. Cam sure did have a lot of moves up his sleeves. Cam gave the instructions to his men to scout the surface for a ship, but even so she could still flee the planet. The stealth cruiser was neatly tucked away, perhaps his men would find it...or not.
She whipped around and came to face the man under the open sky.
“Why does it have to end?” The demon’s body rippled with power as she managed to scrape up some energy from her reserves. “We are having a good time yeah?”
Her face seemed to over-produce a look of guilt. She pouted towards him before kicking some dirt. “Unless you aren’t. Then I’m not giving you enough fun.”
Her hands outstretched and brilliant azure claws of energy sprouted from her fingertips. She moved with incredible speed, her hands sending a flurry of the energy enhanced swipes towards his face and torso.

Kuueru was starting to impress Cam, her powers were proving to be formidable enough to ward Cam's attacks off, for now. To say the Kabochan was relentless would be putting it lightly, his speed in closing in on the demoness had been remarkable, though the Demon might be more impressed at how sudden he halted his advance when she closed in for the attack. The first flurry of swipes Cam dodged entirely, and with all the grace of a dancer, he whirred around Kuueru, the two were locked in hand to hand combat now, dust and sand kicked up as Cam's energy orbs surged to him. This close though, Kuueru might notice the origins of Cam's power, her second onslaught of attacks wasn't so deftly avoided and it ripped the left breast off of Cam's armor and tore his suit beneath it open. Criss-crossing his skin were black marks that seemed to glow with a golden outline, up close she could see they were her language, demonic marks of power coated Cam's skin, though they no longer seemed to hold him in thrall. He had overpowered the demon who bound him, the marks bending it his will, becoming power sinks in his skin that allowed him to absorb huge amounts of ki from his surroundings, the technique wasn't unlike channeling a spirit bomb, however instead of a bomb the energy was fed to Cam, saturating his body with pure, raw power from the galaxy itself. Though once again, touching Cam meant a surge of small burning energy leaped from his frame to hers, lashing out erratically in the midst of his attacks. Augmented glowing white ki orbs whirred into formation as Cam gestured, "Oh I'm having the time of my life!" He taunted, a silver ki orb trying to slam into her groin before a second was aimed for her gut and the third aimed highest, for her head, were Cam's aim true they would all collide within a fraction of a second of each other. "Who are you really?" Cam asked as he refused to give ground now, "Decent enough fighter it seems. We'll see if it's enough." Though she had indeed left a mark on the Kabochan, four garish, bleeding claw marks could be seen on his exposed chest where he had been attacked, though he didn't show any sighs of pain or slowing down, yet. The demoness inhaled sharply, not that she needed to breathe the polluted air of Kabocha. No, it was a sigh much more of disdain in the young Emperor’s diligence. She stood there, her brilliant maroon tunic rippling vibrantly in the dessert’s gust. Like her clothing the light pink hair on her head broke loose of it’s neat braid. One of his attacks must have hit her without her noticing, luckily it wasn’t her actual skull that time.
This man was not one to tango with, and the longer this dances went on Kuueru could feel the pressure. Despite her speed, Cam miraculously was able to meet her step for step in their wicked dance. She brushed at the charred tunic, eventually growing tired of the ordeal of appearances. She ripped the outer coat from her body and let the desert take it where it may. Underneath decently muscular arms were finally revealed; but was it really her true body?
She began to hum a tune, the words of the song seeming to slow down with time. If her curse was effective, Cam’s curses would be renewed from earlier. She needed any handicap she could get in this battle.
She gazed at the opal accented man, her eyes looking at the wounds she had managed to land on him. He seemed to be overly full of ki despite the punches he was putting out.
Cam harnessed his ki orbs again, and taunted the woman. The first pegged into her groin, singeing at an exposed thigh. The next slammed into her gut, ripping away the corset that hugged her waist. She coughed, trying to regain her breathe before stumbling back to her feet.
“I’m Kuueru. I think that’s about all you need to know.” The woman denied his questioning, instead choosing to send a blinding burst of ki at the man’s face. She closed the gap between them, not that it was huge. Her hands were now glowing with a chilly looking aura. She attempted to slam a barrage of subzero palm strikes to his own gut. Afterwards she sent a roundhouse to his head.

A disorienting flash! Though perhaps not as disorienting as Kuueru would expect such an attack to be. Cam's species perceived things on so many other spectrums that a scrambling was an intense experience, but it was also much harder to scramble a Kabochan's senses. Moving with quick reflexes, blinded or not Cam completed dodged and countered the assault that Kuueru mustered against him. Her demonic charms were failing her now, while Cam's power remained sustainable, once against she found herself on the Emperor's business end, "Kuueru aye? You're a bold woman, I respect that," those silvery white orbs didn't halt in their attacks, rather a second salvo was driven in at the demoness. Each attack pistoned forward like a rapid fire part of a machine. Should they connect they would strike with brutal force, though at the end of it all Cam would detonate the silver orbs for maximum effect. Once more the dust was kicked up, he had to be careful with those, he didn't care to destroy the relics the demoness held in her clutches. Immolation and fire all around her in the sand would ignite, sparks of energy crackling across the desert floor as the explosion would take out a crater easily the size of a football stadium. Silica granules heating up to the point where they got a glowing orange and lost form, sticking to each other, Cam had glassed the entire immediate area, his psychic energy grabbing everything around him and vibrating it rapidly, he ignited the air against itself and used to melt the surrounding area, of course to avoid a similar fate Cam had lifted off the ground, hovering a good thirty feet over the battle zone, his scouter chirping all kinds of numbers at him from such an erratic surge in energy. Surely he hadn't finished this yet. The last woman he fought on Kabocha had been a demoness, and one that was able to take quite the punch. Drat! It appeared as if the man possessed some sort of special eyesight. Despite being blinded by her attack, he still moved with a certain fluidity around her attacks. Being this close to the Kabochan, her eyes found themselves drifting to his chest wounds. It had been some time since Kuueru had drawn the blood of another, at least, since she had beat the head off of Emperor Polaris that is. A shit-eating grin splayed on her face as she prepared a defensive stance.
“Bold? That’s a new one.” She paused as his eerie white gaze focused in on her. The energy orbs began to accumulate quickly afterwards; what was a bother.
The demoness prepared herself, there was likely no way she could avoid getting out of the minefield unscathed. However, perhaps her blind did work---she was easily able to move out of their explosive path. That didn’t stop the one that caught her ankle on the way out though. It exploded on contact, the skin searing up to reveal a chilly blistered tone.
“I’d say you’re the one being bold. I respect...that.” She mocked him, stumbling back to her feet, though she tried not to press too much weight onto the damaged ankle.
Her eyes marveled at the crater he managed to make in the sand, like a bomb had went off, the entire surface was slick and transparent. “What a child, playing in a sandbox?”
A chuckle played on her lips as the woman lifted herself off the ground. She flew straight up, aiming for the upper layer of pollution of the planet. Luckily, she didn’t have to breathe the thick smog in. If Cam had followed her or not, it didn’t matter.
Her aura fluttered to life around her once more, rippling flames of blue shining like a torch to the emperor.
“We can play more…” She spoke,black electricity then rippled from her hands. She held up both palms at the target, firing the electrical beam at Cam whether he was on her tail or still stalling on the ground.

Cam's aura flared and he growled as Kuueru seemed to resist the majority of Cam's onslaught, he was quick to close in, the first beam arcing past cam, the second only making a glancing blow as Cam raised a palm to try and deflect the blow but not quite getting the leverage to do so. Kuueru could likely tell that he was tapping into the reserves of his energy while he allowed his body to take the strain for his actions. There was a series super-sonic explosions as Cam closed in on the demoness. Swinging his fists forward one after another then swinging a super sonic roundhouse, trying to lay Kuueru out on the glassy desert floor. "Your power is strong woman! You'd make an excellent sparring partner and ally if you weren't trying to steal from me! Shame that!" Newfound energy tapped into Cam got ready for his next move, a stance taken that suggested he was ready at any moment to unleash a retort to whatever Kuueru would attempt to do next. He had plenty of energy reserves to tap into now, soon he would be about to take on just about single fighter in the universe and have a chance at winning, his current fights had only made him stronger and soon, he would be taking over two other planets and establishing a Crusher Corp presence on a third allied planet. If he had Kuueru as an ally he could have likely doubled his expansion and that thought sent a shiver down Cam's spine. "What's your price Kuueru? What would it take to have you give that over to me and fight alongside my forces?" He was willing to take because he assumed such an onslaught he had just performed wouldn't be enough to take her out of the fight, though hopefully he would wound her further so he could finish this fight quickly and take what was him. Cam boasted more reserved from his never-ending well of energy. He seemed to still be filled with quite a vigor despite the wounds that plagued his frame; not to say the demon didn’t look much better at this point. They both had given each other a beating, it was Kuueru’s first in a long time.
More attacks missed. She was getting sloppy. This time she would make sure to hit her mark, at least she had hoped to.
Cam moved quickly, a huge roundhouse aiming to knock the bird from the sky. It connected, the woman felt her body cripple under the crushing blow. She fell from the sky, directly where Cam had wanted her.
The sound of the biggest plate in the kitchen cabinet followed next, however multiply it by thousands. The glass rippled around her impact, shards even plunging into her back. She cough, blue blood staining her own face as cruel gravity forced the expectorate back down. WArily, she managed to pull herself out of the ground before ripping a few bits of loose debris from her arm.
“Ow. You got me good there. I let my guard down.” She spoke to the man above her still.
“Your forces? First you threaten me over a book, now you want an allegiance? Man. This is a weird planet indeed.” Her body rushed towards Cam’s the distance between them quickly closing. Like before she fashioned the claws formed of some sort of dark energy.
“I’m always down to make more friends, so long as it’s not a conflict of interest.” Kuueru hissed before swiping wildly at the Kabochan.

It was perhaps a mistake to surge forward at the Demoness, he was heading right into her claws. The best Cam could do was try and shield himself from such an attack, arms coming to defend himself, making sure to face his palms outwards towards Kuueru in the attack. When her darkened claw had slashed across the Emperor's armored forearms as he felt the bite of her energy through his armor he knew he only had a few options left. He needed to end this now. Adrenaline, or whatever counted as adrenaline for a Kabochan, flooded Cam's brain. The overwhelming details, the endless list of thoughts and tactics, it all faded away as two words filled Cam's mind, "Do it." His eyes widened as he surged with energy. His body glowed white, he had faced his palms towards Kuueru so that he could retort without having to change his position and telegraph his movements. Two silvery orbs of energy forming, though unlike what Kuueru had previously observed, these were not the small, hard packed, dense silver orbs Cam had accosted her with previously, these were growing bigger. While the energy remained opal or mother of pearl looking, red and gold crackles of energy that skittered across the surface. Unleashing nearly every ounce of energy Cam could funnel through his body he wanted to test how far it could go, just how much energy could he expend in a single assault on an enemy and could he make it pay off? He had never attempted such an attack but the altered state had brought about an inspiration. Firing two beams with only about ten feet of clearance, Cam would leap backwards as the pair multi-colored beams sliced through the air, though Cam gave a twist of his arms, the pair of beams helixing around each other, their was so much ambient power that as the helix formed mid-air the ambient energy would form another, thinner, slicing beam that would cut down the center of the helix, all of it aimed for Kuueru. This was the sort of attack that was meant to break worlds in half, and it was coming down on the demoness. She had better think fast. Summary: At will actions: Flow, Assault, Pummel ,Time Freeze! Her attack managed to connect, slashing against the Kabochan’s forearms. Still, he seemed to carry on with a vitality that infuriated the woman. Perhaps desperation sunk in, for it seemed Cam began to take their bout seriously. The grin on her face still hadn’t moved, she kept her gaze fixated on him wildly.
She lifted her hand, the blood of the man soaking her fingertips. Greedy eyes stared at the liquid before wiping it upon her already ruined tunic. Perhaps she could keep the clothes as a momento to the time she was forced to give it her all against the Kabochan Emperor Cam. She chuckled, bracing herself for the man’s next savage moves. She was ready this time however, more so than ever.
The two orbs hurried towards her frame in a tornado of twisted power. They kept growing, and growing be it from them getting closer to the girl or in actual size. The man was literally emptying himself on the battlefield now, a dumb and reckless act.
Another beam cut down the center of the spiraling helix, locking in his assault. As the beam began to warm her cheeks, she vanished. She was of course behind cam, her head leaning forward towards the nape of his neck. She paused, head looming before she could muster the words.
“Emperor, this was been really fun. Enlightening even. I guess I get the last move of the night?” A powerful concussive blast to the back would push his frame away, hopefully. Either way, she was ready to send another barrage out, this time one of flames. The wisps of fire floated through the air, but when they combined it was like a bomb. They all locked onto Cam, aiming to sap the rest of his vitality before she could figure out how to get off the planet.

Cam was rocked by the blast,though he remained standing, he whirred around, still standing but his reserved were more or less tapped out. His eyes grew into glowing white slits as they narrowed. He dismissed his battle transformation, "I can see this is pointless. Fine then, take your trinkets and get off my world. They'll be of little use to you though," Armor stressed and fractured, body sliced and bleeding here and there, Cam sighed he pressed the button on the side of his scouter, "Stand down. we'll let this one go," he ordered, any protest ignored it seemed as his eyes slid over towards Kuueru. "You fight well. You consider who you let employ you, I wager I can double whatever you've been offered, just remember that," he shifted to take his leave, it was better to forfeit and try to save face then let the Demoness know just how close she had come to wounding Cam past a point she could have continued to fight, though he still likely had another assault in him if he needed it. Beginning to limp off he reached a hand reaching around his side as far as he could to apply pressure to a slice where Kuueru's energy blade had taken a bite out of the Kabochan. "You ever come back to this world you can rest assured that I will challenge you again. Next time I won't hold back anything either." a bluff as he had nearly nothing to hold back now, but he would change that. He knew what techniques he had to learn and what ones here he didn't unveil, he could have generated a clone of himself with his energies, but it was always best to keep a trick or two up your sleeves for when the fight really mattered, he wasn't going to kill the Demoness or himself over some ancient Kabochan curios. "Scald, archive all scouter recordings. I want to study this fight," he murmured. He would be ready next time, he couldn't tell how close or far this fight had been, though that woman didn't seem to have a battle transformation, at least he held that advantage.
