A job as a manager for a fighter was never easy. One need to look after their food intake, supervise their workout, came up with the regimen suitable for the fighter. For the most part, Audrey find her partner to be easy to manage....except when it comes to her appetite for eating. Thank god for the Saiyan unnatural metabolism, had she been a mere earthling the woman would probably have bulk up with how much she ate. Not just her manager, Audrey also acted as Cipher's cutwoman for tournament fights. Treating her injuries and making sure she didn't hide any that could hamper her abilities...another thing which the android find it difficult to work with sometimes. The stubborn Saiyan pride of hers tend to get in the way for Audrey to identify which injury to work on before releasing her back to the ring for the next round. Finally, she also picked up the task of style trainer to teach Cipher to minimize her weakness as well as capitalize on her strength. Audrey's preference when it came to combat mostly lay on not getting hit but without a specialized trainer who can teach her how to tank hits she had taken training and upgrades of her own so she can mimic Cipher's fighting style and perhaps discovered something that could help her out in the field. And thus here they were in her sparring gym once more, ready to trade blows with each other. The android had make sure to take precautions of setting up power dampener to lessen the impact of their strikes even if they go all out. The last thing she wanted was to have one or the other spending the whole day in the infirmary nursing their wounds. "Alright, time to see how much you improved since last time dear. Remember the aim in this spar isn't to win but to see if you are able to react accordingly to what is thrown at you." Audrey rapped her knuckles together as she practiced her shadowboxing. While Audrey practiced her shadowboxing, Cipher was warming up, too. Nonchalant as ever, her warm up mostly included stretches instead of practicing her striking. She started out with an exercise that resembled leg sweeps somewhat, a few repetitions with each leg, before she rested her foot over top one of the ropes and hyperextended it enough to stretch every tendon and muscle contained within. The same thing was done with both legs, before she moved onto stretching her arms and eventually her back itself. Tilting her head to the side and stretching her neck, she turned around and shook her arms, both robotic and normal, to loosen up her muscles even more. Her eyes were fixed on Audrey, her sparring partner for the day. Good. When she was put up against other opponents, they often crumbled too fast under the pressure she exerted. Cipher was starting to reach a level where decent competition grew scarce, which meant a lot more hands on work with Audrey herself. As lucrative as that was, she did have mixed feelings about it. She enjoyed fighting a lot; contests of strength were her lifeblood. However, punching the person she was in love with also stirred some unwanted feelings, but she had since trained herself to silence her emotions and subdue her inner protests. In terms of attire, her outfit wasn’t too different than the android’s. Shorts, for one thing, but instead of a tank top she shore a simple grey shirt. On her feet, the footwear was not dissimilar. The distinction may have been in the material; the clothing Cipher wore was, as usual, impossibly heavy in order to amplify her training. Before they would start, she lowered down to a crouch, a gesture reminiscent of the likes of Anderson Silva or Jon Jones. “Understood. Audrey paused mid-punch as she eyed her lover doing her stretches. The android had always enjoyed looking at the view of the Saiyan going through the motion. When asked on the rules of the condition of the upcoming spar, she dropped her fist entirely to turn towards her. "We'll start with basics first to warm-up before we'll get a bit more serious. The power dampeners ought to reduce our strength by quite a bit so feel free to come at me with everything you have." Ever since that fateful battle, Audrey had called in Atreus to look into and practice various training equipments from other quadrants. The dampeners will be akin to putting heavier and thicker boxing gloves for sparring. Difficult as it was to even think of striking her beloved in any manner, at the very least she can rest assured that her strike won't deal as much damage as it normally would. "Like last time there won't be any referee to intervene so if one of us overdid it, we'll stop whatever we're doing immediately. There also won't be limitations of any sort of techniques so if you wish to throw energy blast or similar technique, that would be fine too. The Energy dome would catch them if they missed." All of this was quite obvious to them both but the android always felt putting them into words would actually make them prepared for the worst situation. "If you have any further questions, you should ask them now. If not, we'll start as soon as we bump our knuckles with each other." Audrey hopped on her feet slightly as she adjusted her stance so as to practice her kicks now. Fighting in her current manner would be quite new to her so in that way, Cipher would have an advantage on her. Audrey just hoped that her experience would be enough to give her an edge, disadvantaged as she was right now. Cipher | 320 words.

Cipher nodded in response to Audrey’s response pertaining to their pacing for the fight. Should the dampeners do their job, it would reduce the strikes’ impact on her conscience. She had to wonder how strong these dampeners were, whether or not they would be able to brace for the full power to two incredibly strong individuals, but she supposed technology had advanced to such a point. Her arm, resilient as she, was a testament to that fact. Additionally, Cipher didn’t like putting a leash on her efforts in the first place. If she was training, she didn’t mind if something was softening the blows as long as she could throw said attacks as if she were serious. It would be impossible at her level to improve without continuously testing her limits. After all, she already mastered the basics and was ridiculously well-versed in every imaginable martial art. Now, it was a matter of stretching her power. Cipher didn’t react much after she heard that energy attacks were legal. She just didn’t really intend to throw explosive energy bombs at her girlfriend. Additionally, she was trying to adopt a style that emphasized her striking and infusing it as much as possible to her advantage. She was going back to her roots, so to say. Granted, she didn’t really care if she threw energy blasts at her in turn. Cipher was positive she had the means to deal with them now, at least for a window of time. “No more questions.” Cipher said as she continued her own stretching. This time she simply did torso twists, her arms raised a little lower than shoulder level while she rotated from left to right. Even though she seemed nonchalant, she wasn’t nearly as cocky as she was the last time. Cipher was laser-focused on the task ahead of her, purely concentrating on excelling instead of tomfoolery. Her expression was relaxed, but her eyes never left Audrey. As expected, Cipher didn't have any questions to ask of her. Granted, they've been doing this with multiple other opponents so unless Cipher came up with something new for their sparring Audrey didn't think there would be any. Still Cipher looked more focus than usual. There was not a shade of arrogance on her face like the previous battle, only a calm and relaxed look. Nodding in approval, the android approached Cipher as well at the halfway mark before she touched knuckles with her. Once they do, the android stepped back a bit before planting herself squarely on the ground. Unlike before where she would have stary by quickly shuffling her feet as she seek for means to catch her opponent off-guard, her fists was now raised closed to her face as if to shield them. Her foot approach was slow and steady, her eyes fully focused on the Saiyan before her. The android didn't have to throw jabs to measure distance, she knew Cipher well enough to know the difference between their reach by heart. The woman was slowly but surely closing the distance between them, eyes attentive to the other movement. A slugger. That's her current style, one that required less striking combination and more on the raw power of each strike dealt. Of course, since they were just starting with basics that would mean she would have to save for the big gun later. For now, she would lead in with basic combination of two jabs followed by a vicious left hook to the Saiyan's rib. Audrey pulled back, anticipating retaliation of sorts by covering up her face before she continued the same attack as earlier but this time switching the hook with a straight. Where before, the impact of such light attacks would have wrecked a normal vehicle easily, the dampener kick in which reduce the blow to one expected more of a martial artist without using ki. From the moment combat began, Cipher started to watch Audrey’s every movement. She took note of the difference in her tactics this time around. Instead of being light on her feet and looking for openings, her guard was high as though she intended to focus on blocking attacks more than avoiding them. Additionally, being more flat-footed would allow her to generate more power with her blows. Cipher would assume a similar stance, although from southpaw. If Audrey intended to run with this slower, heavy-handed approach, then Cipher would simply adapt to the style and evolve. Since her guard was already up, when a series of jabs were launched towards her it was not difficult to mitigate the damage using her own hands. Some of the impact bled through, but it was significantly reduced. Having her hands high did open up shots to her body, but when she felt the repeated assaults against her ribs she clenched her teeth and started with her own series of attacks. Cipher started the sequence with a simple one-two. She kept on the pressure, repeating the same combo before transitioning smoothly into a kick, launching a roundhouse to the ribs. As a predominant striker, she was able to throw in large volume without it exhausting her stamina. Her attacks too would have easily demolished large vehicles and buildings should they have connected, but the dampeners in place reduced them to relatively normal levels. Her intention was to answer the slugfest with continued pressure. One would be able to note that Cipher always pressed forward instead of moving back, as though she were attempting to corner them into a less than ideal position. Audrey BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY

The android's basic combination was blocked, reduced to a level where it barely phased her lover. A satisfied smile ghosted her lips at the perfectly executed blocking technique which absorb most of the impact. Instead of pressuring her with ruthless attacks like she did previously, she concentrated mostly on her defense. As expected, Cipher decided to pile the pressure her on her immediately. The android manage to check the simple one-two with her palms at first but continued pressure allow one to slip through her guard and manage to hit her squarely in the face. The android barely recover from that when she was struck by a roundhouse kick causing wave of pain courses through her body. Her legs felt like it had turned to lead all of a sudden, unable to move as much as she wanted to. "Hn... not bad. Full point for that one." The android smirked slightly. What a paradox...the android dislike pain which was why she had adopted an evasive fighting style in first place. In fact it was the lack of a style manager that force her to fight in this way. Yet, the more pain inflicted on her the more joy she felt. No it wasn't pain that she enjoyed...but the reason behind it. It would mean that none of their time training together were in vain. Even by simply checking her power level she could see her beloved power level had climb. Not as fast as Atreus did but they'll never reach anywhere if they keep comparing themselves to another. With her legs agility reduced, the android decided to stand her ground to meet Cipher's pressure. Bracing herself for the upcoming impact, the android's body was covered in a slight sheen as she veiled herself in skin tight variant of energy shield. The android then retaliate with her own one-two before unleashing a powerful straight towards Cipher's head. However even that was a feint as she followed it up with what appeared to be a cross but was instead revealed to be an uppercut straight towards her torso. Shots to the body were arguably worse than ones to the face. A solid strike to the head could shake the brain around and possibly induce a loss of consciousness, but strikes to the body beat up internal organs and made the whole body freeze up for a moment. Even though it did not result in a knockdown, Cipher knew that for a few valuable moments Audrey would be much less mobile than before. That would give her an opportunity to find purchase with many more strikes than before, and hopefully get the advantage in terms of pressure. Still, her temporary opponent wore the damage well and continued on with her advance. The sheen of energy didn’t go unnoticed, which momentarily caused Cipher’s brow to crease. Putting two and two together, she assumed that was part of the new strategy Audrey adopted. Instead of being as evasive as she was formerly, she was putting more focus on mitigation, much akin to herself. Partially distracted by that realization, she felt a sudden shock of pain against her cheek as she was tagged by another strike. However, it woke her up and allowed her to prepare for the next one. Powerful as it was, Cipher lowered her guard to be level with her abdomen in order to mitigate the uppercut to her body. The impact still quaked her arms, but she was able to bite harder down on her molars and show immense resolve through any pain she experienced. There was a glimmer in Cipher’s eye for a moment. A sheen of translucent white overtook her own body right before she dove in and went for a change of tactics. Dipping into her wrestling background, she attempted to shoot for Audrey’s legs with her arms and hoist her up. If successful, she would slam her down onto her back with force. Following that moment, she would start by throwing a slashing elbow from top mount position. Hit or miss, she would then reel her hand back and allow her fist to take on a prominent gold glow. It was not as flashy as the technique could be, nor would it hit as hard because of the dampeners, but she would still bring it down with enough power that would have flattened three mountains if it weren’t for the restraining technology, attempting to crash her fist into Audrey’s stomach. Maybe that was a little repayment for the knees to the gut she received from the previous fight. Audrey nodded in quiet approval as Cipher blocked her strike. Against an uncautious fighter, that uppercut would have been enough to lift them off the mat and sent them sprawling back but Cipher had responded in a proper manner. Which was good in her book as she wanted her fighter to be able to defend herself well instead of being overreliant on the toughness of her body. When Cipher aimed to shoot for a takedown, the android lowered her body close to the ground before she grabbed upon Cipher's shoulder. As she couldn't evade the Saiyan with her feet, she relied more on arm strength to push back the woman's charge. Had she not known Cipher's background in wrestling she would certainly have been caught off-guard but that knowledge allow her to be keep an eye out for potential takedown. As that failed, Cipher continued to attack her with an elbow strike one which struck her own cheek in response before she had to pulled crossblock against her glowing fist strike. "Damn, that stings." the android muttered as she rubbed her arm in response. Suddenly, she dropped her kickboxing stance and adopted a normal one, her body coated with lightning sparks. Except instead of using them to enhanced her own speed it covered her body in a defensive manner, intend to punish all foes that dare hit her carelessly. The android had pick the technique up from the Saiyan last time, remembering how it had hurt her every time she punch that woman. "Alright, that's enough warm up love. We're taking off the training gloves now." The android rapped her knuckle together before she beckoned towards the Saiyan. She could feel her feet's agility was slowly returning back to her, hopefully that would mean she can avoid that heavy attack like earlier. Cipher furrowed her brow while she looked at the familiar technique encasing Audrey’s frame. She must have picked it up after our last bout. The Saiyan thought to herself while she stood her ground. While the attack didn’t do as much damage as she would have preferred, it still made the woman go on the defensive and thus momentarily turned the tides in her favour. It didn’t look like she recovered from her shot to the body from before, which allowed Cipher a window of time to pour on the pressure. The lightning was undoubtedly a response to that predictable output. The Saiyan wasn’t daunted for a few different reasons. Not only did she have the same technique to balance it out, but she still felt like her own energy buffers were healthy and capable of sustaining whatever she received from that deterrent. The training gloves were off, as Audrey alluded, and now they were going to fight seriously for a bit more. It was still within the gym and she doubted it would reach the levels of their previous battle, but she had to act as though she intended to seize victory now. She fully intended to hit her hard while her agility was still lessened. After an affirmative nod, for a fleeting moment, black and red energy coursed up the length of her arms. This energy, if it were to be sensed, felt insidious and full of malice. Not offering much time for Audrey to dwell on it, she shot forward and unleashed a wild torrent of vicious strikes towards her. It appeared as though she had multiple arms at once from the sheer speed and volume alone. Straights to the body, hooks, uppercuts, elbows, she threw everything towards her in a wild yet precise rush before attempting to grab her and drive her knee into her midsection with force, before attempting to shove her away. Soon after the declaration that the training gloves were off, Cipher unleashed a devastating combo of vicious strikes. Were it not for her feet agility returning towards her, Audrey would have certainly be pummeled into bits. The android swerved and swayed against the Saiyan's punches, using shoulder rolls to minimize the damage as much as possible. Even as she was grabbed by the Saiyan, Audrey managed to put up her arms to reduce the knee attack by the Saiyan before she was shoved backward slightly. A slight smirk cropped up on her face as she channeled the energy into her hands which glowed with a bluish tint. Normally used with a sword, as Cipher had chosen not to use hers for this combat the android decided to limit such effects to only her hands. It's reach may be limited by the length of her arm but since they're both close combat fighters, whatever disadvantage she may have against her is quite minimal. Audrey then kicked off the ground before she unleashed her own devastating punches and kicks, each of them making a slicing motion that it would have made cutting injury against Cipher's skin. She intended to put the woman before her back in check and hopefully into defensive so that she may reverse the table against her. BATTLE TRACKER Summary Audrey use Kiai again via talented. Audrey managed to avoid her attacks by using prudent movement but was ultimately still pushed back by her conclusive physical outburst. As impressive as that was, Cipher wondered to herself how long the android would be able to keep up that evasive output before her muscles filled up with lactic acid and blood. Exhaustion was a key factor, and the Saiyan’s conditioning was top notch. In turn, she would be able to keep up her own volume and hopefully eventually win the war of attrition. What Audrey was seeing was a more mature Cipher at work, picking her shots and actions meticulously and channelling her ferocity when needed. Cipher noticed the blue tint Audrey’s hands adopted, denoting some kind of special attack was at hand. As the android was an opponent of the highest calibre, she needed to be wary of that and immediately pumped energy throughout her body in order to reinforce it for the probable impact. The Saiyan’s crimson eyes widened while she watched the woman kick off of the ground and make a beeline towards her, most likely a strong attempt to push her onto the defensive herself and gain the lead once again. Her heart accelerated as her blood burned with excitement. Much like her own tactics, she threw a myriad of different punches and kicks towards her. For the first little while, Cipher was able to weave out of the way of each strike using her natural agility. Head movement and backing up were key to eluding each of the dangerous attacks. However, eventually the sheer volume of attacks caught up with her and she was forced to use her guard to check the vicious blows thrown towards her. Despite that, she felt fine cuts decorating her arms and legs from the technique. Pushing herself back and gaining some needed space, she spoke. “Damn, that stings.” Cipher said mechanically, reiterating Audrey’s own words from before. If she’s going with volume, then it’s time. Cipher commented inwardly. A familiar technique was exhibited while she switched to an orthodox boxing stance. Ribbons of red lightning started to wrap around her body while she drilled her gaze into the woman before her. Now, she had to pick her poison. Continue with high volume attacks and be electrocuted, or lower her offense and continue letting the Saiyan have the metaphorical lead. The choice was ultimately hers. However, Cipher’s quickness was a significant boon. She was able to initiate her aura while still mounting a considerable offense. Pushing forward once again, her hands still coated with poisonous energy, she started swinging for the fences. The punches she threw were in such volume it was impossible to discern them all. Starting her combo with a flying knee, she proceeded to launch everything from hooks, over hands, straights, uppercuts towards the body, a roundhouse kick, a question mark kick, and even more elbows as she attempted to reciprocate the violent surge of attacks. As it turned out, the android telegraphed her attack too much that Cipher manage to evade part of her blows though she can still cut her slightly through sheer volumes. Still, that barely make much of a dent in her lover's tenacious defense, causing her to weight her option a bit as she observed Cipher activated her own lightning aura to increase her defense. For the android to scale back her attack would mean letting Cipher get the drop on her and always be on defensive. However if she increased the damage, it would mean she'll be punished by the lightning aura that surrounded the Saiyan. Either way, she'll get hurt and it didn't look like she can emerge from this unscathed. Screw it, if the android starts to play caution now she'll never catch up to Cipher's momentum. The Saiyan would have won by points at this rate so she'll need to push her back regardless of the circumstances. As Cipher charged, Audrey rapped her knuckled and raise her arms against the torrent of blows. Unlike Cipher's lightning aura, the android made some slight modification to it. Not only would the electrical armor react to the power of the attack but also to the frequency of it, so even someone peppering her with hit and run tactics will still feel it's stings. The flying knee strike was met with an arm block, before she pulled her guard up against the chain of attacks that come up next. The android clenched her teeth as each blow was enough to wreck her even through her defenses. The final punch in which she unleashed a burst of energy shocked her through her defenses, forcing the android to grit her teeth even more. "Good, keep up the good work." Audrey grinned even as blood trickle down her chin. Wiping the blood with the back of her hand, she struck her own chest to activate her second wind system which regenerate her own health as well as restore her energy.After that, she threw caution to the wind as she charged towards Cipher and utilized knife hand strikes to mimic a blade with her hand as she swung it multiple times from different angle towards Cipher. "Good, keep up the good work."Gaining space from her opponent and significant other, Cipher maintained her orthodox stance. A distinct odour of burnt flesh permeated the air as a result of the lightning aura Audrey boasted. With every punch she landed, she found herself gritting her teeth harder and bearing with a sensation that was not unlike punching an electric fence. Despite the pain she felt, she showed no signs of discomfort on her face. Any fighter worth their salt would hide their pain in order to not tip their opponent off of their current condition. She wore a poker face even when she heard the compliment. As much as she loved Audrey, she knew that she needed to be tough in order to get through the training. Cipher could not allow herself to be distracted by sentiment. The blood dripping down Audrey’s chin tugged at her heartstrings, but she remained focused on the task before her. Granted, the rational part of her mind agreed that the contest should be brought to a close soon before it could no longer be considered a mere training session. Knife hand strikes came flying at her with lethal precision. Unable to react in time, she relied on the translucent veil of energy shielding her form to reduce the damage the blow inflicted. Additionally, she supercharged the aura of lightning wrapped around her body to the point where thick branches of jagged red were springing off her body faster than machine gun fire. Every time one of those knife hand strikes would land it would feel as though she stuck her hand, not into an electric fence, but the core of an electrical power plant. She blocked the attacks with he arms, hunkering down, causing wounds to be opened up on her exposed body and arms. Dashing back, she felt pain surge through her body. Tremendous pain, but she merely narrowed her eyes while expelling a laboured breath. Suddenly, a mix of a pink and red aura enveloped her form, renewing some of her lost vigor. “Well done.” Came her curt reply. Following that statement, Cipher shot forward like a bullet towards Audrey. The first attack she threw was a powerful kick. She pivoted on her heel and launched a turning side kick to the head, before whirling back and whipping a round-house kick with the other leg. Despite the compliment or show of pain, Cipher showed no outward expression towards her. That was a good thing in her book, as it meant that the Saiyan was quite focused on this training. Just as expected, striking Cipher was like striking the core of power plant. The android had to grit her teeth slightly so as not to let out any indication of pain from the impact. Upon hearing Cipher complimenting her, the android smile and nodded in return as she brace herself for the assault. Like a bullet fired from a gun, she closed the distance between them in an instance before unleashing a powerful kick, followed by a roundhouse kick. The android bring her arm up to guard herself against the side kick before she raised her leg to check the roundhouse kick. Still the damage was done as she felt both her arm and leg slightly numbed from the impact. The android was driven a couple steps back before shaking both her arm and leg off the numbness she had felt. The scent of burnt flesh can be smelled but this time the android try to keep her expression passive. Had this been a real battle she would have push further but getting too worked up in a spar would be a bit much, as the intention here was to teach Cipher on defending against attacks. With that thought in mind, she charged her feet with energy once more before unleashing a tornado kick as if to answer Cipher's assault earlier. As her leg collided with Audrey’s arm, Cipher felt electricity burn her flesh. The smell of her own skin burning pervaded her nostrils, but she pressed on even against the pain. Once her other leg smashed into Audrey’s leg, she felt both the pain of the kick being checked and the burning sensation of lightning crashing against her. Despite the amount of pain that caused, she was too sturdy in both mind and body to react dramatically to it. It would take a considerable amount of damage to elicit any sort of reaction from the Saiyan. When Audrey launched a tornado kick towards her, Cipher was able to bring her guard high enough to block it. The impact rattled her body and she could feel the blade-like energy sink into her flesh. She tasted blood in her mouth from grinding her molars together courtesy of the force behind the blow but did not look too worse for wear. While Audrey’s leg was still resting against her arm, Cipher pointed towards her with the index and middle finger of her other hand. Instead of using a physical attack, she fired a precise bolt of crimson energy towards her stomach. Assuming that would result in some amount of separation, she returned to her previous tactics. Running forward, she jumped and spun in the air before attempting to deliver a powerful corkscrew kick towards Audrey. After she landed, she continued on with the kick theme and feinted one kick, only to pivot and throw a two-touch spinning back kick. Hit or miss, just as she was completing her motion, she would whirl around and throw another red orb of explosive energy the android’s way. Audrey BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY

The android's kick was stopped by Cipher's timely block. A small energy blast strike her squarely in the chest but fortunately the output was too low that she could endure the damage. Perhaps the kick had affected the Saiyan more than her coutenance give away as the android leapt back to create distance between them. Once again Cipher rushed towards her with a corkscrew kick which caused her to raise her as a shield to absorb the impact. The feint was successful and made the android make take an uncertain step backward, realizing only too late that the kick did not have an intent to it. The spinning back kick landed squarely against the android's arms before it was followed up by an explosive wave of energy which enveloped her completely in red light. Even under the vigorous assault of Cipher, the lightning armor that surrounds the android didn't alter as it burnt and electrocuted the woman even more with each successive strikes. When the smoke finally disperse, the android's garbs were left in tatters and in an immodest manner. Pain signals light up all around her body but that was the least of her concern. Geez, she really needed to find one that can actually withstand a combat with another lest she would be ordering a spare change every often. The android finally raised her hands indicating to stop the match before she dropped her stance. "Good show love. That ought to be enough for now, any more and we'd be all crispy." Audrey nodded towards her before sitting on the bench where her bags are. In them, contained the medical equipments of cutmen as well as bottles of water for which they can use to gurgle and spit, one that the android used just for that. Cuts from her lip cause blood to trickle more from her and she immediately wipe that with the back of her hand. "You've improved, I'll give you that. I imagine you'll give me a bit of trouble had that carry on for a bit." The android commented as she nursed the burnt part of her body with wet towel. Every successive blow she dealt continued to bombard her body with unwanted branches of electricity. The damage from it piled up, but failed to mar Cipher’s composure. As someone who put that technique to use before, she knew that it would soon come to its conclusion. Additionally, she had the android entirely on the defensive and unable to mount anything in terms of offense besides what she induced from the aura of lightning. With that in mind, all she needed to do was continue on with a steady stream of offense as the momentum still favoured her in that moment. Just when she was about to charge forward and exploit her advantage, Audrey raised her hands and spoke. Hearing her words, the Saiyan took a step back and nodded. The tension in her body melted away like snow as she abandoned the orthodox stance she remained in. Offered respite from their bout, she made her way over to the bench bordered by medical supplies and took a seat. She did not slump or demonstrate signs of exhaustion even when she relaxed; her posture remained upright while she plunged her hands into the depths of the bags to retrieve salve for her wounds. Normally she would wear her injuries proudly, but she ran the risk of bleeding on Audrey’s belongings and compromised. When Audrey spoke again, crimson eyes focused on her before she raised her brow. “A bit? If you continued not using the full extent of your power level, it would be my victory.” Cipher felt slightly patronized with the words given how the bout was going, especially considering that even with such a boon her temporary adversary’s lack of agility in comparison to before would still be exploitable. The Saiyan had no shortage of tricks left in her arsenal to cope with her offense stylistically. Audrey BATTLE TRACKERSUMMARY

The android raised blinked slightly before she chuckled, realizing that the words she had uttered can be interpreted in such a way. Putting on her best smile, she lowered the wet towels to face her. "My mistake, that was a slip of tongue. You performed admirably and pass with flying colours. At this rate, you'll sweep the competition in Venus's tournaments." That was part of why she trained Cipher in first place, to make her strong enough to face any competition. It's a bit frustrating that despite all this training they have, she has yet to see a glimpse of Cipher's transformation but there wasn't much she can do but simply push on. "I think we'll need to hire you a style manager who specialize in brawling... All this upgrades allowed me to mimic the style closely, but as you can see from our spar my performance was less than stellar." the android commented as she continue to nurse her burns. Once their injuries had been treated, the android slowly get up. Until then, perhaps she should switch her fighting techniques a bit so as to accomodate her style shift. "In any case, good job for today. I'm going to take a shower to get rid of this sweat...want to join me Cipher?" A small smirk crept up her face as she turned towards the Saiyan. The girl could easily reject her offer to continue her training...if so, she would have respect her wishes and simply proceed on her own. The android will just have to check in later to make sure she did not overdo it. Cipher

When she listened to Audrey respond to her ambiguous qualms, the Saiyan felt a pang of regret in her gut. The feeling that she misinterpreted her words was incurred, and she thought it might have been because of how many shots she took over the last fifteen minutes. Dining on a meal of punches, kicks, bladed strikes and lightning could not be good for coherence and understanding—even for one as tenacious as she. Her gaze softened before she redirected it towards the bag of supplies, pulling out clean bandages. “My apologies, I misinterpreted you words.” The raven-haired Saiyan said as she set the bandages next to her. While her robotic arm was significantly less damaged, its organic counterpart was decorated in umpteen surgical lacerations. As her adrenaline subsided, the searing pain registered in full. Yet without wincing or showing signs of distress, Cipher poured a disinfectant over her wounds and started to wrap them. A warrior such as herself never protested in the face of pain. To her, this was nothing. And the process of dealing with her injuries was something she was used to. Her attention shot back towards Audrey when she admitted that her performance was not up to par. One look at her face would reveal her widened crimson pools awe-stricken by the android’s words. Though she did not complain about the wounds she was dealt, she did produce a protesting chain of words in response to the self-deprecating words. “Nonsense, you did well. You brought it to a clear stalemate despite being new to this style of combat.” Cipher declared in a decisive tone that left no room for disagreement. As usual, feedback directed towards her lover, even if they were her own words, made her blood seethe. “Regardless of the changes you make stylistically, you are and always will be one of the universe’s strongest.”When posed with the idea of joining her in a shower, a smirk finally emerged on her lips. Without a moment of hesitation, she nodded in response and issued her own. “What kind of fool would I be to decline that generous offer? Of course. Lead the way.”Thus, the crimson-eyed warrior proceeded alongside Audrey in pursuit of relaxation. Audrey
