25
GENDER.

HEIGHT/WEIGHT.
6'8", 280lbs
APPEARANCE.
MOTIVATIONS.
In stark contrast to most of her race, Mizuri fights for a singular goal- galactic peace! This carries the secondary goal of overthrowing the Empire, but she does not actively seek out fights with Imperial soldiers unless they're the ones causing a ruckus. Otherwise she's willing to let sleeping dogs lie... for now.
QUIRKS.
Mizuri loves meat dishes, even those that are so... 'exotic' that most would grow ill simply from the scent alone. At some point she managed to develop an iron stomach as a result of her eating habits, to the point where she is able to eat almost anything without negative effects- even food tainted with otherwise debilitating poison.
BONDS.
The Galactic Patrol! - Even after the organization was commandeered by the Empire, Mizuri still feels loyal to them. Former Patrolmen are always welcome in her home, especially those that keep fighting the good fight.
The mysterious Shinjin - The man that set Mizuri straight and set her on the path to herodom with his teachings. She hopes to meet him again in order to show him the woman that she's become.
BACKSTORY.
Few would suspect it, but in her youth Mizuri was an average Saiyan punk. Her parents weren't the best of role models, encouraging her to use her strength to take what she wanted and damn the rest. They were proud of their daughter's frequent run-ins with the law. During her childhood she took part in all manner of uncivil activities, from thieving to brawling. The girl sought only two things- a good fight and a hearty meal, and she found both in ample supply after joining up with a gang of pirates.
But it wasn't to be. While raiding a merchant's ship, the pirates encountered an unorthodox passenger. A badly injured Shinjin that had paid the merchant to ferry him to the nearest civilized planet for medical treatment. Thinking the weakened man to be an easy mark, the pirates attacked the Shinjin... only to be easily defeated. Even Mizuri herself, who had been able to defeat fully grown adults as a child, was no match for this wisp of a man. She demanded to know where his strength came from, but he simply told her that he was as strong as he needed to be to protect what was important to him, nothing more.
She thought he was bullshitting her, so she severed ties with the pirates in order to follow after him, demanding that he properly explain where his power came from, but he simply repeated the same line every time she asked. But during her time with him, she realized that his words had weight. Whenever innocents were in trouble he would leap to their defense, and no matter how dire the situation or how powerful the foe, he would always win in the end.
Ultimately, the Shinjin's morals rubbed off on the Saiyan and she mellowed with time. But it wasn't until one day they were walking through a spaceport when alarms suddenly began to ring out. A criminal was rampaging through the district, firing ki blasts with abandon. A few of the blasts struck near the top of a skyscraper and caused large chunks of the frame to fall down towards the heavily populated street. The Shinjin grabbed as many civilians as he could to get them out of the way, but he couldn't save them all. But Mizuri took a different approach. She flew up to meet the debris and smashed through it with a single punch, using a ki blast of her own in order to incinerate any fragments large enough to threaten the crowd below. And together, her and the Shinjin incapacitated the criminal for the authorities.
That day was a turning point. The Shinjin agreed to take her on as an apprentice. And so they went, traveling from planet to planet to help those in need. But all good things come to an end eventually. The Shinjin told Mizuri that he would have to travel somewhere that she could not follow. She insisted, but he turned her down, saying that she had a greater calling here before handing her the coordinates of the Galactic Patrol's main HQ and vanishing in a pillar of light.
With few options available to her, Mizuri joined the Galactic Patrol on the final advice of her teacher. But that, too, could not last. The Empire seized the organization's assets and restructured it to become part of the First Galactic Empire. Mizuri, however, was undeterred. She refused the order to return to HQ for a new designation. Officially she's listed as MIA, but continues to wear their colors, fighting for justice just the same as she always has, even if it seemed like the entire galaxy stood against her.
CALL TO ACTION.
Returning from a mission that took place at the far reaches of the galaxy. Weird how much things change when you're incognito for a few years!
