V watched her fly away. He analyzed her flight pattern, mapped out her trajectory, even wrote her a little itinerary in his head. V3 was not capable of the standard human emotions, not really, but he was feeling something.
"Man, what a woman. Who is she?" He thought about going after her. He considered apologizing but she seemed fine. Some space might be best he decided. He did want to see her again but his systems were fried and his onboard computer was working harder, much harder, than ever before. For the first time, no. The secound time in his life he felt... Alive! It was incredible. It was amazing. This is what he had been looking for. She was amazing.
He pinged these coordinated on a map for his GPS system to keep track of. He was gonna have to tell Dr. Danny about this whole thing but tonight he was satisified. Tonight he would walk home and in his low powered mode, while he recharged, he would watch the recorded video he had in his memory bank of this over and over again. He was looking forward to that.
Gathering his pact he set off and though he ended walking three miles in the wrong direction he had learned that sometimes the journey is more important then the destination.
