A nuclear weapon. An armament of brute force that unleashes the power of a star upon a helpless populace. The Rangers' report stated that this city was the victim of a nuclear detonation around a year ago due to a suspicious incident surrounding the now missing former Regent of this planet. Which explained why most of the people here were wearing some form of radiation shielding. Apparently, the dominant force in this city was a Tek Guild known as Capsule Corporation.
They were the ones selling these radiation protections to the populace. Everything from personal barriers to a dubious 'Nukescreen lotion', an ointment that was claimed to protect one's body from the fallout.
So what was the Suzerain doing in this city? The Rangers reported that Lord Frieza met his doom on this planet. Twice, apparently. Which must have been a great embarrassment for the Sovereign. The details were sketchy, but corroboration of accounts indicated that Lord Frieza was slain by what is known to the wider galaxy as a 'Super Saiyan', a rare form of the local warrior race endemic to the Twin Universes 6 and 7. Though her research also indicated Saiyans rampaging in Universe 2...
And that was her next bump, really: upon arriving on Earth, there was no publicly available information about Super Saiyans that they hadn't learned from the galactic news network. Instead, Earth's greatest champion was a legendary warrior named Mr. Satan, who destroyed an entity known as Cell, and drove away the God of Destruction 'Beavis'.
Beavis? Well, it wasn't surprising. The Gods mostly stayed away from mortal affairs. It would only be natural for the Earthlings to forget Lord Beerus' name over the centuries.
Understandably, a religious sect had even risen since his time, hailing him as the Savior of Earth, who would one day return. Now, Mynia truly was interested... Was this Mr. Satan the Super Saiyan who vanquished the mighty Lord Frieza, and apparently drove off Beavis (Beerus?) the Destroyer?
It was as good a question as any, and she would have to find out. The Suzerain crossed a street and began to look for... Well, anything she could use to start her investigation. She was no Ranger, but she knew a thing or two about snooping around.
