Hanzo Medjikara Done except the barrage doesn't get a minor effect. Also, I didn't subtract any zeni. The last time you respec'd it was during a free respec period. This would be your first "real" respec.

IshmaelDone--except Race. Ishmael is a human. He can't suddenly become an alien. To do that you need some sort of IC justification or a backstory open enough for it to make sense. Or you need to do a character change.
