RAIN OVER ARCOSE

The Frieza Force and the PTO have fallen. Of course, their passing meant that Arcose fell into an anarchy ridden war-zone. The fighting goes on day and night. The planet hasn't seen days this bad since Lord Frieza captured it hundreds of years ago.

Captain Cousco was once a well known and highly regarded field commander in the Third Division. He was hand picked by Lord Snow and led Cousco Force--an elite fighting unit. He thinks Arcose is going to be his, now that there's no one to stop him and his goons. But, us Arcosian citizens have been shackled by these warlords for too long. We want freedom.

My name is Kelpo Baas and I'm looking to hire mercenaries to help take down Captain Cousco and his ambitions. I used to lead the Union of Shipwrights, before the PTO squashed us and enslaved half of our work force. We just wanted to be paid handsomely for our skills, be treated with respect, and earn benefits for our families. Now that the PTO is gone, we won't be slaves again. We aren't going to sit idly as they put the boot to our throat. We can pay you handsomely. Just--take him out.
