Standing only a bit over 6 feet tall, Riko is, compared to most other Namekians, rather short. Being a Dragon Clan member, he is noticeably less well built than just about any Warrior Clan members. Despite his relatively small size, Riko has a very demanding presence wherever he goes. He always stands proudly and has a very focused expression, his black pupil small and seemingly staring through whatever passes in front of his gaze. At most times, he can be found a typical emerald green Dragon Clan combat garb, with a yellow cape draped over his shoulders.
MOTIVATIONS.
Riko has an unshakable drive in his work as a Patrolman. Above all else, he wishes for the Universe to be at peace, and with other factions constantly grasping for chances at power, such as the Saiyan Dominion and the Frieza Force, he sees his work as the only way he can take steps towards bringing peace. Even as a child, due to his studies as a member of the Dragon Clan, he came to learn of how much suffering his people have endured, and it just stuck with him to this day and caused his obsession with the pursuit of peace.
QUIRKS.
While he is not incapable of friendly conversations and banter, Riko will not let them distract him from whatever it is he's doing. So long as he has a task he must complete, it becomes his focus until its completion. Outside of this, he has a very bland and blunt way of speaking. If there is something he wishes to comment on, he will not hesitate with what he says, though he can just as easily refrain from saying something obviously dangerous in a given situation. His knowledge over magic is also noteworthy, even making some of the most devout of the Dragon Clan seem amateurish in comparison. While he is far more physical than most of the caste, his true power lies in his ability to manipulate and explain the arcane.
BONDS.
As a Namekian, he feels a deep kinship with most of his kind, especially those of the village he was born and raised in. However, after having left for the Galactic Patrol when it was still called such, he would rarely have the time to come visit. After the invasion of Trombone, Riko took time off of his job to help with the repairs and converse with his people, though after that point, and especially after the transition to the Galactic Empire, he has had little time for conversing with his brothers.
Aside from those from his home, Riko has not grown particularly close to anybody in the Patrol or Empire.

This lofty ambition seemed realistic, as well, as before long Riko even surpassed his teacher's magical capabilities. Summoning creatures, invoking the elements themselves, even using his natural healing capabilities for entirely new effects, and more beyond that became simple to the youth, and as he felt that he reached his full potential, he began training as a warrior, as well. In that, he also excelled, not due to his natural strength, though due to his magic making him able to stand up to even elite Warrior Clan Namekians. One Elder who overlooked his progress even likened him to Piccolo, a so-called Super Namekian from a story many Namekians are told of.
Letting it get to his head, Riko decided to research into this "Piccolo" person, and stumbled upon many books detailing the past of the Namekian people. In this, he discovered the tragedies that befell his people. A natural disaster, wiping out all but 2 Namekians, one of which fled to Earth and the other single handedly saved their race. Then the genocide committed by Frieza, all in the name of greed, which left their planet destroyed. This interested young Riko, making him worry if such horrible events could befall his people again, so he looked into the history of other planets. Earth, the old home of the Saiyans known as Vegeta, the worlds that the Frieza Force ruled over. All created through the races of those planets being too weak to defend themselves from invaders or other causes. For that which he couldn't find in books, he honed his abilities in divination, being able to see clearly into the past and discovering it all.
The years of research into these topics brought about a change in Riko. He didn't care about being the Grand Elder any longer. No, he wanted to be a hero, a Super Namekian, like Piccolo was, in order to stop such tragedies from happening to anybody in the future. Peace was his goal, and in his ventures to learning about the past, he also learned of the Galactic Patrol's eternal goal for making the universe safe. Immediately, he left his village and joined the Patrol, quickly rising up in power and becoming well renown in his own right. Not many people have incredible healing, regeneration, and combative capabilities while being as strong as him, after all. He'd hone his magic more and more as he completed more and more missions, gaining access to twisted and wondrous abilities.
In the age 1352, while away on a mission, an old Namekian by the name of Trombone attacked Namek and decimated Port Briefs, taking many lives and only being stopped thanks to two Saiyans and a Human, or so Riko had heard. Taking a temporary leave from the Patrol to help rebuild, he assisted in the repairs, conversing with his people. While he still felt a bond with them, he noticed how differently he was viewed now. His new arcane abilities he showcased to them, rather than impressing them, left them wary and cautious. It didn't shock Riko, he knew that he had grown apart from them long ago during his time of research. Still, he knew that, had they been more powerful, Trombone would have not been able to commit this tragedy. Even more evidence for him to try and bring peace to the universe, and it brought him to seeking the ability to see the future, as well, though it had limited success.
That same year, the Galactic Patrol's leader had died, and another famous member rose to lead them. That person was Polaris, and immediately he had reformed the Galactic Patrol into the Galactic Empire. Riko had foreseen some of these events transpiring, though only in small fragments. Still, while he was able to tell that the man had less than honest intentions, he recognized their power and desire to abolish other major factions in the universe, particularly the Saiyan Dominion. In order to have peace, these factions cannot all exist at the same time, so while he could do nothing to change it, he was content with Polaris' position, and would easily transition as an Imperial Soldier. Now, he merely works as a tool for the Empire, honing his unnatural powers so that he can bring peace to the galaxy.
CALL TO ACTION.
Wanting to prevent needless conflict that has destroyed so much in the past, Riko is driven to be the weapon that will cause peace, no matter how much must be lost in the process.
