Will O. Wisp was flying over the ocean towards the island where the Kame House once stood. It’s been a while since he visited it last time, and as he looked at it from a distance it still looks about as desolate as the last time he was here. Besides paying his respects to his old master there is another reason he decided to come here. After his brutal defeat at the hands of Sly the raccoon bounty hunter, he decided he needed to continue in relearning and perfecting the Kamehameha technique he remembered. To continue its legacy and to pass it down to other students he must make it a technique that is worthy of being taught first.
He gently descended onto the sandy beach of the small island which was just a fraction of what it was once was. Remains of Master Roshi’s house stuck out of the ground like tombstones, and the island shrunk down to the size of a sandbar. To think this was once where a legendary Martial Arts master once lived. No one still knows what happened, some people say that it was hit by a gigantic hurricane and that the old master was not as strong as he once was and was killed by it. However, nothing was found of the body and there were no records of a storm of that magnitude around the time Master Roshi’s island was found desolate. And Will is pretty sure the wounds his formerly deceased had did not came from a hurricane or typhoon. That he is sure of cause his cuts were too cleanly cut before he was stitched together.
Will thinks back to that Razor man he fought back at Little Barnab who used that so called forbidden Cornered Rat Style. He remembered the way he used Ki to make his arms into super sharp blades that can cut through things like butter. He ponders if it was a person of that martial arts style who was jealous of Master Roshi’s legendary status and killed him and his students in anger. Although there is no evidence to showcase such a murder, and if there was one then perhaps both parties were killed in the ensuing fight and there was no witness left alive. But yet the fact there was no evidence of such an event concerned him cause either someone wanted to cover the whole thing up or any evidence was lost to the ocean.
Now was not the time to ponder such things, the very first he did was put up a little memorial for the late Master Roshi while setting it up in such a way that it wouldn’t be blown away. After finishing the memorial with the picture, that he found buried in the sand here last time he was here, he offers a small prayer. That the old man is enjoying himself in heaven. After finishing his prayer, he looks up into the sky. He sways his arms and cups them together “Kame….hame….HA!” and launches a blue beam of energy from his hands up into the sky as if a column of light erupted from the ground.
He continues the process and throughout the day he keeps launching Kamehameha’s up towards the sky. He didn’t take any breaks for rest or eating during this, just launching the same attack over and over until he got the hang of it. While it wouldn’t be able to hit a planet or get to Other World the reach of the beam went far out of Earth’s atmosphere before dissipating and any onlooker from outer space can see this beam and wonder who the hell keeps firing the same beam repeatedly for as long as he is able to. To be able to get the hang of it so Will can be able to unleash it at full power and charge it up as quick as he can, he must get used to it like getting used to a pair of one size fits all pants. So that his body would be so used to launching a Kamehameha so that it would feel no different from launching a regular Ki Blast.
Hours passed by as the sun went down and the moon took its place. And Will was still firing Kamehamehas up into the sky. Little by little the power, range, and width of the blast grew after each one he fired after every so hours. He lost track of time while doing this for so long that dawn was already breaking on the next day. And Will was getting to his limit after spending so much energy on the many Kamehamehas he launched. He barely remembers how many he launched with his hands and not even which one he lost count of. His hand feels numb and are covered in blisters from firing using them to fire powerful blasts of condensed Ki so many times.
He flopped his back on the sand and was met with an uncomfortable sharp pain as he felt it fall against something hard. He rubbed his back and got up to see what it was. It just seemed to be an Electric Rice Cooker buried in the sand. Will wondered if it still worked and dug it up from the sand and looks at the inside and finds a scroll inside. He opens the scroll and here is what it reads out
This scroll contains a powerful technique.
One that was passed down from master to student.
My master Mutaito used this technique long ago against Daimao Piccolo.
And I too used it even though I was unsuccessful.
But this technique is useful to take down even evils more powerful then yourself.
It is not one of physical power as it is the ability to seal someone within something.
This technique long ago was created to seal a powerful demon, centuries before even Piccolo.
This scroll contains the knowledge of this ability, the Mafuba.
You need to know a few things about this ability before using it.
One, is that it requires a large amount of endurance and stamina. If you’re old or on death’s door you could end up killing yourself after using it.
Two, the technique requires a container that can be closed with a lid like this electric rice cooker for instance. Other containers will do like bottles if they can be corked up.
Third, the container needs to have special kanji written on it whether with a special seal tag or writing the kanji on the container itself.
Fourth, getting an opponent into the container is the hard part. It would take a lot of practice and hark work to get this part right if you have to seal a dangerous enemy.
Use this knowledge well.

Will then looked to see that the signature on the bottom stood for Master Roshi. This scroll was written and kept by Master Roshi himself. This technique was passed down from his master to him. And now Will has the means of using this technique. Perfecting the Kamehameha would have to wait. There was a reason Will was able to find this. And now he aims to spend his time learning this technique himself.
