Taking a gander at all of the people around who were also couples reminded Cipher about how little she cared about them. The only purpose it served was to educate her in some of the customs they engaged with their significant other. While she didn’t mirror other people’s actions too much, it looked like it was a good way of expressing her feelings towards Audrey. Since it was something she was normally bad at, she made an exception and noted that down in her mind for the time being. Before she could do it on her own accord, Audrey reached for her hand. It surprised her a little that they had the same line of thought, but she eagerly gripped the android’s hand in response while they continued their tryst. “Let the commoners turn green with envy at our superiority and languish their own mediocrity.” She said in response to them being overdressed for the part. Though, there was a point at hand. When, not if, they put their pictures on a desk or somewhere else, it would look more like they were attending a marriage or some other significant ceremony rather than prancing around Space Vegas looking for fun activities to do. Well, maybe down the line they would find something that would be more appropriate for the garbs they donned. For now, Cipher was content showing off curves and beauty to people who would never be able to claim it for their own. Finally, the people ahead of them were done taking pictures. Hand in hand, both women walked forward with the firm intention to enter the booth. Now that they were there, Cipher could spend a few moments wondering about the configuration and how these were normally done. There was no doubt in her mind that she would look good for the picture; it was more what kind of pose she should take and how she should time it to not be blinking when the picture was ultimately snapped. To be honest, Cipher could count on her hands the few amount of times she formally had a picture taken in her life. Her experiences were limited to what transpired a few minutes ago in the restaurant. Cipher, as her namesake implied, was probably the most tech savvy individual in her family. Before she could devote any thoughts towards her inner considerations, Audrey pulled her closer and secured an arm around her. Not showing any signs of abashment for the gesture, the warrior leaned into the embrace and faced the camera alongside Audrey. She smiled, and as always her smile was a smirk-smile hybrid. It wasn’t that she was trying to be malicious, it just seemed to be the natural way the expression formed for her. After that, she waited unblinking for the bright flash to envelope the two of them and their image to be etched into film to be cherished for an eternity. ”Cheese.” Audrey | 488/7878 words

The camera flashed flashed slightly before their pictures appeared on the screen. A classic pose witht the two of them huddled together, smiling in front of the camera. Well smile being the operative word here, her lover looked more like she was half smirking to it. There was an option to print or erase...she supposed the latter are for when they messed up while taking the pictures. "Easy enough to figure out. Now then, free style~"When did the android first hear those word? She couldn't quite remember...but she did know that such words means to pose in any manner of their liking. In this cases, the android went for the peace gesture as she posed and even bringing up heart shape props with cheesy words like best couple or forever in love or some sort. Then there were the goofy pictures...well the android was never too good in pulling those off. Making silly faces were never exactly her thing and attempting anything remotely similar only result in awkward smile...or a killer or a slaher's smile. Which coincidentally matches her lover's. She was pretty sure this was not what people had in mind for "silly faces." One of the final pictures she had taken was the one where she mustered the courage of capturing her significant other's lips...this one was definitely a keeper. When she had printed that out she immediately slip a copy of it into her wallet, so that she can gaze upon it as soon as she open it up. While normally one would use their mobile's wallpaper...(which was certainly an option here, one just have to hook their mobile to the equipment and download the pix) personally the android find physical ones to be much more valuable. As the android take out her wallet to pay for the pictures, she turned towards her lover with a content smile on her face. "Well, that was fun. Any other places you want to check out dear?" she asked, Cipher had indulge her whims so far but she didn't want to make her feel like she's dragging her around. Cipher | 350 words.(8113 words)

Seeing her own picture felt weird. It always did. She could never place her finger on why that was, but it was a feeling she was positive others shared. In this case, she was happy with the result. Seeing herself and Audrey smiling side by side warmed her heart. That was a feat that, months ago where all she had was one arm and a wish for vengeance, she never thought would happen. There was an option of erasing the picture if they didn’t like it, but the thought didn’t even cross her mind. It was perfect. Freestyle now, eh? If she understood correctly, that meant they could do whatever they wanted outside of the regular posing curriculum. Cipher did whatever came to mind. First, she struck a pose where she made a ring with her forefinger and thumb and framed it around her right eye while she held her remaining three fingers up. Her usual borderline unhinged grin split her face as she faced the camera. Each bold pose she struck really made the cheesy words Audrey captioned the pictures with ironic. With her lover sharing the same malicious expressions as herself at times, it made for some pictures she really enjoyed. After all, there was a tailed weirdo in the booth whose heart beat faster upon seeing such looks exhibited. Of course, the best picture taken involved their locked lips being captured in a photograph forever. For that one, she dutifully reciprocated the gesture as best as she could in order to make it a good one. Plus, ever since they confirmed their relationship, she yearned for that more and more. Had she not been occupied with wanting to explore a bit more, she may have asked for them to call it a day and just rest with one another back on Audrey’s ship. But, they had some more exploring to do. With more significance placed on this encounter now, she wanted to make sure their activity tally was a lengthy one to match. Following that, she also slipped a copy of the picture into her own wallet. It was undeniably endearing that they shared the same photograph. Besides, it was something to take a look at to remember what she now fought for. When Audrey asked her about places she wanted to check out, she tilted her head to the side and perched her chin atop her hand. It was a good question to say the least. After a few moments of contemplation, she spoke. “How about some kind of fancy club? Makes sense to have at least one dance before this night is over.” Audrey | 438/8316

The android smiled slightly at the suggestion, glancing at the cheap but fancy looking wristwatch she had on her hand. The accessory in question was more for show than serving any actual practical use...a knockoff of a certain famous brand, she never could find the justification of buying a branded luxury watch for herself. "I suppose I don't mind but..." the android started as she look back towards her lover. Of course she wanted to dance with her, in fact she had been thinking all over it. However, there was one problem...the android doesn't know how to dance. Unless one can call moshing a dance. Which she was absolutely sure that no one would call it that. Should she tell her? Should she try to watch and look up videos on how to dance? Just how much information could she cram while doing it? Looking at her lover's expectant face she realized that she didn't want to hide anything from her. "...I don't know how to dance. Except moshing." Having never been the type to socialize herself with others before, the android didn't find that knowledge to be of particular importance. Even that knowledge she gained from indulging her fondness of heavy metal music. The android didn't want that as an excuse to end the night there however so she poured in her charm as she maintain her gaze on her lover. "Will you teach me how dear?" Audrey asked, with a slightly hushed tone. Her cheek was slightly flushed with embarassment. Cipher | 254 words (8367 words)

Audrey started by saying that she didn’t mind, but trailed off. Arousing suspicion, Cipher tilted her head to the side while she looked at the android with a neutral expression. A tinge of concern spread across her fair features. Maybe she reserved a distaste for dancing. She then revealed the truth. With the exception of moshing, Audrey didn’t know how to dance. Cipher enjoyed moshing, but Space Vegas lacked a concert to mosh at. The revelation failed to surprise her; Cipher learned a few things when it came to dancing only because her master insisted on it. Following the revelation, she asked Cipher if she could teach her how to dance. The idea made her nervous, causing her to hesitate. Placing her hand under her chin, a tentative nod followed. Having to teach another person a skill she herself harboured a small amount of proficiency in placed a heavy weight on her shoulders. “I can, but I can’t make any promises about being able to do a good job at it. The only practice I received with the art was when my master taught me. He said it was a must because it would help with my footwork while in the ring. That it would keep me light on my feet and allow me to cut off my opponent’s angles better.” Cipher said, rubbing her hand through her black locks. People continued to trickle in and out of the buildings around them, but she paid little attention to them. Flashing lights dominated the streets despite night maturing. Most of them were drunk, some of them wailed loudly about their casino losses, and more of them were a mix of both. “If you don’t mind me not knowing a lot about it either, then I can teach you how. Only issue I see at hand is finding a good spot to do it at.” Audrey | 312/8628 words

Revealing her lack of dancing skills was not how the android meant to find similarities between them...yet she did. In fact, it can be said that she find such discoveries much more enjoyable than actively questioning her on what she may or may not like. At the very least Cipher knew some dancing skills compared to her so it's not a case of blind leading another. It was interesting that Cipher learned her dancing techniques from her teacher...Audrey did remember there was an ancient philosophy about a warrior's capability to dance and fight though back then she paid little attention to it. Regret filled her slightly as she realized she had miss an opportunity to impress her lover...well, she could always learn to pick them up later. When Cipher told her that she wouldn't mind teaching her despite her own lack of proficiency in dancing skills, she let out a weak chuckle. "Mmm, I don't mind as long as you're the one teaching me. As for the venue...well, let's find a club first before we decide on that." It wasn't like they're trying to join a dance competition or anything so she didn't really mind. Given their pension of avoiding or ignoring the crowds of people around them, she was worried about reservation...they were in Space Vegas afterall. She can only imagine the amount of cash they had to flash for not getting earlier reservation and even more to have their process expedited. "So what kind of fancy club we're looking for?" Interlinking her arm around hers once more, the android started to guide Cipher away from the casino areas, her eyes glowed slightly as she looked up the augmented reality advertisement of nearby music clubs. From dress codes, types of music and simply the overall theme the android wanted to find something that's just right for them both. Cipher| 310 words. Total words: 8677.

Audrey didn’t mind, and they needed to find a club. Cipher nodded her head in response, honey coloured irises fixed on the android with an infrangible grasp. She had her soft lips curled into a fragile smile, the auburn hairs on her prehensile tail standing on end alongside the rest of the imperceptible strands across her fair skin. Unease ran rampant through her chest, but at the same time, excitement lingered inside of the concoction of emotions her heart struggled to contain. Despite her claims, she waited, her exquisitely garbed body remaining rigid and still, for Audrey to make a move before she would become animate once again. "So what kind of fancy club we're looking for?"She felt Audrey intertwine her pale arm with her own and enjoyed the subtle heat that seeped into her lithe frame from the physical contact. Leaning into her side while resting her red-tinged cheek against her shoulder, she turned her golden gaze upwards while her brow raised in quiet contemplation. After a few moments, her lips parted once more to liberate the mussed thoughts she gathered. ”I’m not too picky about it. It just needs to be one we’re eligible for. Strict dress codes and reservations are automatic no’s. That might lower the quality but, well, whatever.”Cipher was used to not frequenting the most high class areas. Growing up, she spent a lot of time with less reputable crowds. In turn, this would not be her first questionable rodeo if she ended up having to go to a sketchy place. However, she was painfully aware of how overdressed she would be for such n ambiguous venue if they had to resort to it. The glossy heels she wore clapped sharply against the rough concrete while they advanced deeper into Space Vegas, a constant reminder of how ill-suited her gothic garb was for a plethora of the attractions in the excessively lit hunk of space rock. ”So, wherever you want to hang at, I’m cool with it. As long as you’re there, anything is fine.”Cipher lacked the resources to ascertain the best location without taking a look around the area. She took a look around and saw much of the same scene she witnessed earlier. Lines of people from different folds of life flooding into and out of various venues, neon lights flashing through the streets from signs bearing exquisite calligraphy, and a surplus of ambiguously titled buildings she didn’t know the purpose of. The most blatant structures bordering the road were vibrant casinos, which they agreed to shy away from. Residing within the corners of the streets were less boldly lit buildings, with single front entrances comprised of durable steel and further fortified by burly bouncers. The first one she saw had the whole stereotypical get-up; shades, hairy crossed arms, a shaved head and a build of a power lifter. He even had a brown goatee hanging from the round curvature of his chin. She surmised those were most likely the clubs, the pubs, the bars and the like. It sure smelled like that. The stale scent of alcohol wafted heavily through the air, providing evidence of their proximity to their mark. One quick look at Audrey and she saw she was up to something, her similarly coloured eyes adopting a dull luminescence. Instead of asking about it, she kept quiet and waited. She assumed whatever her intentions were aligned with their current aspirations of finding somewhere decent to have a little more fun at before the night closes. Audrey | 588/9216 words

Cipher had been quiet the whole time Audrey was looking up the augmented reality, which for a second puzzled the android slightly. It was then she realized that unlike herself, her significant other was not blessed with eye implants which allowed her to pick up such things. Clearing her throat slightly, Audrey took a moment to consider her choice of words before explaining to her. "So Space Vegas use augmented reality advertisement...basically, think of it as a hologram which you can only see when you have smart lens on. It's convenient as they update these much faster than the website of personal terminal of your choice, ya can tell if a famous Dee Jay came to that particular club or if there was a specific theme they're going for just by looking up the ads for instance."Not all Earth cities possess such method of advertisement, despite the advance of technology so Audrey would not be surprised if this was the first time for Cipher to hear it. In fact, one could judge how prosperous a city simply by looking at their Augmented Reality and Space Vegas was definitely one of, if not the most prosperous city within the North Quadrant. "Here, allow me to show you."Explanation with words can only carry one so far and it was far too late to buy smart glasses or lens for her to just check on augmented reality ads. So instead she resorted to telepathic techniques to expand on her explanation. Often used as a way to transmit her words, the android had find a way to share sensory links which allowed her to view the world through the android's eyes. Cipher would feel a slight tingle before she could see such advertisement emerged before her very eyes. Luxurious nightclubs and casino would possess colourful and interactive holographic advertisement, which would explain towards Cipher why some of the people around them would stop halfway throught the street to look into an empty space when they were actually looking at the display and pondering whether to enter such establishment or not. Of course, with requirements such as no strict dress code or reservation they would be moving to a less fancier part of the city and through the android's vision be able to tell from their simpler advertisement. Still that does not mean that such clubs were of questionable quality, only that they were less vibrant than the main attractions in the center of the city. There were also fewer people as well...but it does mean they can simply enter one and paid for the fee without having to book a reservation. "That one has a rock theme going on dear...seems pretty lax on dress codes too. Shall we go for it?" Audrey suggested, her eyes scrutinize at the floating advertisement near one of the nightclubs. Audrey explained to her all about the so-called augmented reality advertisements. Having grown up on Earth, she had no idea what these were prior to the detailed explanation. Apparently, they were holograms only perceptible to those in possession of a specific kind of lens. Cipher assumed that was something akin to a contact lens worn on the eye, or something only accessible to someone with a specialized implant. All relevant information from certain important figures showing up at the venue or the designated theme were available to those who had a smart lens on. It sounded pretty useful, even if she had a hard time imagining it. While Audrey talked, her attention travelled from their environment to studying the android’s unblemished face. Cipher’s own fair visage was an open book. A neutral expression and a partial tilt of her head conveyed her curiosity. Alas, it did prevent her from paying too much attention to the copious stragglers walking the dingy streets alongside them. She could sense the energy of those around her, however, and managed to deftly swerve out of the way before she could bump into anyone and draw their ire. Other than that, she relied on Audrey’s awareness to their surroundings since she tightly clung to her arm. Her muscles were not tense, her footsteps were light, and anybody could see how relaxed she was while in her lover’s company. "Here, allow me to show you."By way of telepathy, Audrey abruptly extended her vision to her. Even before she harboured any opinionated thoughts about the new environment, she inwardly acknowledged how affectionate it was to see the world through the eyes of someone she cared about. Coral pink dusted her pale cheeks while she indulged the telepathic link. She barely reacted to the tingle she felt, if at all. However, once she could see the once bustling area in even more vivid, luminescent decor, she was taken aback. Her golden eyes widened and had she not been attached to Audrey, she may have taken a step back. The titanic surge of information quickly infiltrated her brain without even first engaging whatever occipital receptors she sported. Holograms ranging from teals, reds, purples, greens, and every other conceivable colour on the spectrum appeared before her eyes. Pedestrian’s inexplicable tendency to look into empty spaces, which she originally chalked up to them being drunk, high, or some combination of the two, was explained through their gazes being directed towards these once unseen images. “Well shit...” Cipher uttered, almost in a stupor while she heeded things that, moments ago, didn’t exist to her. Their detour into a less upper class district of Space Vegas nearly went unnoticed. Thankfully, they didn’t have to spoil their evening by going to the worst part. The outfits of those around them may have downgraded to casual garbs consisting of jeans and plaid shirts, making the two of them stick out like twin sore thumbs, but at least they didn’t have to worry about any specific criteria for entering. Once they got there, she ended up eyeballing the same nightclubbed Audrey pointed out to her. “That sounds perfect.” She said, stretching her grin while she turned an enthusiastic eye towards Audrey. Audrey let out a small chuckle upon seeing Cipher's astounded reaction to the holographic ads. Normally she was either composed, smirking or on a very rare occasion, blushing slightly. Had her hands not interlinked together with her beloved, she would have drew her mobile and snap a picture right there. Rock music...Audrey had remembered that her lover had shown preferences for such genre and while she wasn't as an avid fan as her, preferring the tune of the more energetic metal songs it does help her unwind slightly every now and then. With the approval given by her lover, she returned her grin with a soft smile of her own before leading her towards the club bouncers to pay for the cover fee. One of the club bouncer gave them a strange look...most likely having to do with their outfit. That or he's actually secretly checking them out and was careful enough not to show his real intent on his face. Audrey decided to think positively for now, figuring that it would be the former considering everyone else dressed rather casually. As long as he wasn't touching them directly, she couldn't care less. The money exchanged hands and the bouncer grant them entry into the club. Skull pounding music bellowed from the massive speakers hung on the ceiling and strobe light flashed and dazzled. They were met with a sea of people dancing and gyrating on the dance floor. Her eyes flicker through each one of the dancers...identifying which one of them was good. Perhaps with luck she could pick enough from them not to make a fool out of her lover in front of these people. "To the dance floor then?" Audrey asked, slightly unsure on how to proceed at this point. Of course there was an option to sit on the table instead if Cipher wanted to wait it out first...she could see a couple empty ones near them. Cipher| 320 words Total Word Count: 9467.

As they made their way towards the bouncer, her eyes travelled from Audrey to the bulky man before them. The astonished look wore before dissolved and in its place was her usual collected and vaguely insidious expression. Like most people she laid her eyes on, she looked at him as though he were prey. She wasn’t a fan of the way he was looking at either of them. However, her lips still played into a smile, menacing as it may have been. Maybe he found their way of dress uncanny for the location, but she didn’t like the idea of anyone getting too attentive with her significant other, either. Money was exchanged, and they were permitted entry. When she entered and heard the booming music and saw the flashing lights, even she was slightly taken aback. Her expression had sobered, but she turned her head partially to the side and squinted while her eyes adjusted to the lighting. At the same time, it took a moment for her ears to grow accustomed to the earth-rattling music that tore through the atmosphere. The place, even if it wasn’t as expensive as the other venues with stricter dress codes, felt electric. Cipher enjoyed the loud music and the amount of primal emotions coursing through the venue. Smirking, her eyes scanned the area and heeded all of the various dancers. Some were inebriated and making fools of themselves, and some of them were skilled. There was no shortage of drunks. As Audrey asked her whether or not they should head to the dance floor or not she kept her attention on her, before she looked ahead of her. Turning her gaze towards the ceiling as though she were racking her brain for answers, she hummed under her breath before she turned her golden eyes back towards the android she cherished. “You don’t have to rush right into it if you don’t want to, love. The Saiyan didn't immediately answered her question upon being asked which made the android threw a sideway glance towards her direction. She appeared to be thinking very deeply...was she trying to remember the dancing lessons she had with her teacher earlier? At this point the android felt a pang of regret...asking her lover to teach her in front of all this people may be somewhat unreasonable of a request. So when she finally replied, the android took a moment before she nodded mutely in response and continue to scan the crowd of dancers. It was then that Audrey realized that with their current volume of voice, it would be very hard to hear with all the loud music...before she realized she never did severe the telekinetic link between them. That would exlain why they can hold such conversation normally, the thought of words transmitted between their minds while they observe each other's lips, thus giving the impression that they "heard" each other talking. This revelation amused her slightly, causing the android to hum along as she tapped her feet according to the rhythm of the music playing at the time. Audrey didn't want to move to the tables just yet...she feared if she do so, it would have been difficult for her to summon the courage to get back to the dance floor once more. Mentally she counted five minutes...her eyes seeking for a spaces on the dance floor that was less occupied. At 300 seconds sharp, she grabbed her hand to get her attention as she turned towards her, making sure Cipher faced her directly before she speak. "Well then, shall we begin our lesson teacher?" The words were uttered with a slightly teasing tone, though there were also eagerness behind them. Should Cipher say yes, the android would then lead her to the dance floor towards the least occupied corner she spotted earlier. Cipher | 318 words Total Word Count: 9785.

It took some time, but they were able to locate a spot on the dance floor unoccupied by others. As she felt her hand grabbed, her attention quickly returned to Audrey. With her brow elevated, she regarded her with a curious expression on her face. Even before she spoke, she assumed an appropriate spot had been located. As Audrey asked her question, Cipher’s lips curled into her defining smirk. She gave her hand an approving squeeze before she started to make her way towards the designated spot alongside Audrey. Just like all of the other portions of the club, it and everything around it was illuminated periodically by flashing strobe lights. There weren’t any people on that patch of floor at the moment, which would allow them to cater to their dance without having to worry about bumping into others. Good; Cipher wanted to reenact the feeling from earlier where it felt as only the two of them existed. Once they got there, she would turn and face her partner. She waited a moment because the song playing was coming to its conclusion, and it would have been useless to start dancing to a song that was tapering off into a different one. Once it ebbed away into a different tune, she seemed a little taken aback when she heard the first few notes. When she heard those first few notes of the song, her grin grew wider and she extended her regular hand towards Audrey and waited for her to accept it. “How fitting. Are you ready?”The song booming in the background was a rock-metal hybrid cover of Phantom of the Opera. Once Audrey took her hand, she would begin to step around in a semi-circle, her golden eyes locked onto her. A sly smile ghosted her lips, but it wasn’t quite a smirk. Cipher would take the lead with the dance, and from the motions alone, it was something reminiscent of a tango. She may have been able to envision doing the dance to Por una Cabeza, but as she started to lead the dance, she made sure the pacing and tempo was higher to match the song blasting on the speakers. She tried her best to not go too fast, but at the same time, stay with the beat, rhythm, and overall tempo of the music. Cipher intended to teach her, not overwhelm her. But as it started, she felt her anxiety about the entire situation evaporate as she forgot about everything but the two of them engaging in a dance she would engrave in memory for the rest of her days. Like magic, that devious smile she wore softened as she became more and more transfixed with the beautiful woman before her. In the back of her mind, which courtesy of the telepathic link may have been conveyed to Audrey, she had a bittersweet thought. She wondered if her master, who always tried to tame her bloodlust, was smiling down upon her in that moment. If he was proud that she managed to become more than just a street rat, or a mercenary with no other goal, and had finally found something she genuinely loved and wanted to protect. Perhaps he’d be as happy as she was in that moment. Audrey | 545/10,624

"Aye, I am ready~" The android nodded in reply before she reached out and held her lover's hand. Her augmented heart beat fast, her eyes locked with her lover gaze...new as she was to this, Audrey couldn't help but worry about whether or not she could follow her lover's rhythm. The complain of pain she heard earlier from some other dancer near them who had their foot stepped on by their respective partner do not help either. However, such concern slowly drifted away as Cipher had proven herself to be not just an excellent fighter but also a good dancer and teacher. Despite her lack of experience, they somehow managed to dance according to the rhythm of the music and she did not feel at all overwhelmed in trying to keep up. However, what really made her happy was to see that smile on her lover's face....it contrasted with her usual smirk and made herself smile softly in return. An oath...one that she had made to protect the smile of the woman before her no matter what. Should any person dare lay a single finger on her, no matter how strong, she would personally arrange their meeting with the maker. Yet such thoughts were soon eclipsed by another...one that did not arise from her own mind in first place. Her eyes widen slightly as bits of it trickled into her mind and from what she had glean from it, it appeared that Cipher was wondering if her master was proud of her. As if to put her mind at ease, the android gave the most reassuring smile she could offer as she uttered the next few words. "I've never met him but I can't see why he wouldn't be proud of you." The android winked at her slightly as she continued to dance her lover. To how many songs they would dance to was up to Cipher, for the android would never tire of dancing with her. She would have freeze time itself to capture such a pristine moment...but for now she would have to be content to commit the scene to her memory. Cipher | 359 words Total Words: 10,144.

The moment Cipher heard Audrey’s words, her eyes widened. In truth, she forgot that they established a telepathic link, and remembering it surprised her. Even more surprising were Audrey’s words about the matter, reassuring her that her late master lacked a good reason to not be proud of her. First thing, she felt embarrassed about that side of her being exposed. Thankfully, it was only shown to the person she loved and that was fine with her, even if she still felt immensely abashed by it. After that, her thoughts strayed more towards the actual context of the words. Her initial surprise was replaced with a thoughtful look in her eye. It was hard to place, but there was a bittersweet look about her expression as they continued their dance. She felt better about the subject after she heard Audrey speak about it, and bobbed her head in a nod while keeping her gaze fixed on the android. Even though she witnessed a lot of people die in her life that she was friends with, seeing one of the people who pulled her out of her slump perish at the hands of another student crossed the line. She was no hero, but it pained her when people tried to mess with her friends. “Yeah. Guess you got a point there.”To an extent, anyway. Maybe only now would he be proud, for she had slipped into a much darker slump after she discovered his body. A desire for vengeance towards the killer emerged and whatever ethical code she developed during her time spent with him evaporated into nothingness. Still, she wagered that if he were alive, he would have seen this as a positive development, something not coated in insidious feelings of revenge and bloodlust. After all, he was the one who taught her how to sublimate her desire for battle in a better way. She wasn’t sure if she would ever be able to get to that state again, but she was positive Audrey finding her saved her from being the worst she could be. The dance continued, but it would not be the only dance of the night. As the music changed, she would indulge her on different dances. Since it was a rock club, a lot of the dancing just gave way into moshing, and she wondered if her girlfriend appreciated the shift. Like all good things, it would come to its conclusion, ending up with her back on Audrey’s ship as originally promised. She would forever engrave that night into memory, not just for a year or two, not just an upcoming decade or two, but for the rest of her life. Not even death would get in the way of the memory she created today. Audrey | 460/11,084

"Of course I do~" The android replied in return, her smile never left her face. While she had seen traces of bloodlust and cruelty behind her lover, her actions had shown that her heart was always been in the right places. What little she knew of the past from her lover, the android find it quite incredible that the Saiyan manage to keep her head level headed. A strength that she never possessed in first place. Despite being stripped of everything valuable to her, the android had never develop such things as anger or bitterness. Just resignation to her fate and hollowness as she drifted throughout space as she sell her services in an attempt to return her strength to her former glory. When asked what would she achieve back then once she arrived at that point, she would look lost...as if stumped for an answer. Not anymore, her eyes had once more been filled with a sense of purpose. The switch from dancing to mosh was fun though it took great restraint not to make those bump and shove too close to her lover one with the wall. While she had many concerns before the date, it appeared that many of her worries were for naught. It wasn't until late at night did the android brought the Saiyan back to her private cruiser to spend the evening. An enjoyable night...an enjoyable companion...what more could she ask for? For the first time since a long while Audrey could confidently say she was quite happy. She enjoyed their tryst and inwardly hoped that this was just the first of what would likely be many.
