Current Goals:
Create a Empire: Nasu has a plan in the works. He’s making connections with powerful individuals across the galaxy while simultaneously recruiting criminals of all status and backgrounds, as long as they work under him. He’s taking down black market competitors and creating an illegal empire large enough to wage war on any of the major factions. Once the organization reaches the size and strength he desires, Nasu will focus on the second phase of his plan. Galactic peace.
Future Goals:
Becoming More Powerful than Anyone Else: Nasu is on a power trip. He tells himself that it is just about defeating his enemies, real or imaginative, but that's only partly true. Nasu seeks to become the most powerful individual in the universe.

Friends:
If you're here to try and play nice and make friends .. you're probably in the wrong area to attempt such. Nasu isn't really about the whole 'play nice and make friends' area. There are very few whom he would trust enough to show his true self, and it'll take a very long time of dedicated effort to crack his facade. Should you wish to attempt this you're likely going to need to have the character be either very intelligent, stubborn, or determined depending on the specifics of the situation you want to introduce the pair together and so forth.
A friendly rivalry between two "manipulators" for instance could be possible. Or if character is the type to not care if someone is "evil" or "good". This ideal combined with simply being incredibly stubborn, determined, or patient could give you the end result that you're after as far as a friendship. No matter what path you choose however, this is likely the most difficult to gain any form of access to when it comes to having a relationship of any sort with Nasu.
That said it's not impossible, and if your character is willing to put up with his act, and slowly wear him down in an attempt to befriend him I'm totally open for the attempt. I just make no promises. Becoming an ally, is incredibly simple to do ,the individual fighting with him is an ally after all, he'll just not hesitate to sacrifice you for his own survival. (I mean the greater good!) If it makes you feel better, he'd probably sacrifice 99% of his friends as well if push came to shove.
Enemies:
This is a far more likely source of connection to Nasu. As a character he is certainly what most would deem as a antagonist. Whether or not he's a tragic hero, or just a tragic character in general doesn't really stop that fact. Though he often conceals himself, and by that I mean practically always his mask and acting does not mean that someone may realize what he is; but have no proof. As well even with his mask, he is still upholding the idea of a "perfect soldier" even if he plays the nice, laid back guy act. It's entirely possible someone has an issue with the "mask" he puts up and has no idea that his true nature is even worse.
