President OJ Drinman
President Drinman uses this version of the Broad Eagle as a visual placeholder for all his transmissions. It may or may not represent the Office of the President.
The mysterious leader of the Continuum, who provides her with mission briefings. She doesn't trust him, mostly because he chooses to hide behind 'audio-only' transmissions, despite the fact that video feed is no less difficult to encrypt. Anyone who needs to hide their face surely has even more things to hide.
The President is frequently heard transmitting fireside chats in areas where there is a suspected Tuffle presence, typically promising the return of Tuffle civilization. Given the purpose of the Continuum, and their understanding that the Tuffle Race is no longer genetically viable, it is likely nothing more than recruitment propaganda.
First Lieutenant Purum
Pricota's First Mate. An enthusiastic young Tuffle recruit from the Prunus Tribe in the western quadrant, Purum hopes to serve her government to the best of her ability. Technically, there is no longer a Tuffle Government, despite the Continuum's claims to the contrary, as there is no longer a Tuffle Civilization.
She serves as second in command aboard the Revenant and provides the Colonel with live updates on pertinent mission information.
Other
Aliases
Theyn Murowski - Pricota's falsified identity while she operates as a Continuum mole within the Galactic Patrol. Using its more powerful connections, the Continuum has inserted Pricota into the GP through a lengthy, convoluted plot involving an actual researcher named Theyn Murowski.
Theyn is the daughter of one Lieutenant Djakk Murowski, a veteran combat instructor originating from planet Darmen. Theyn is a prodigious technology researcher involved with the GP's Special Research Projects Department, where she tests new weapons technologies to render even standard GP grunts effective in combating high-level threats.
Theyn holds the rank of Lieutenant and has command of a covert tactical force known as Blue Unit, which utilizes the SRPD's newfangled weaponry.
A Blue Unit fireteam
Prince Cotari of Parmeja - An identity created for a specially developed body that Pricota possesses using a special device known as the Psionic Trasnducer. Prince Cotari is the Prince of the planet Parmeja. Knowing the history of the Parmejan race, which was driven away from its original homeworld after the Saiyans destroyed it - actually an allegory of the Saiyan genocide of the Tuffle Kingdom - Cotari is out to prove a point that technology, when evolved enough, is capable slugging it out with ki users and mystical powers.
He has come to Earth to join the West City Tournament. Cotari fights with a combination of graceful dance-like combat maneuvers, technological savvy, and high-powered gunplay.
The Greylings - An artificial psionic race created by the Continuum to serve as underlings for undercover reconnaissance, experimentation, and physical research. They are programmed with falsified memories and believe that they are a scientifically inclined race on a mission to explore the cosmos and discover all that they can about it. This information is beamed back to their Continuum masters, who psychically monitor their completely unaware pawns. This is meant to ensure that in the event that they are captured, they cannot reveal any information crucial. They are completely unaware of the Continuum's existence, and their role as its agents.
Their appearance and technology is highly reminiscent of the classic 'Grey' aliens popularized by the Roswell stories: little skinny bodies with big heads and completely black eyes, the use of rayguns and flying saucers, and an awkward propensity for anal probing. As a peaceful race, they speak on jovial terms with their test subjects, and even offer to provide them with amnesiac drugs should they find the medical procedures 'unpleasant'.
Greyling leaders are defined by a more reddish skin tone and a larger head with larger veins, apparently to denote greater thinking and psychic capability.
Greylings are registered under the Galactic Patrol as Species 1568, from Planet Drabb in the Deep Core.
