The Saiyan and Tuffle war ended in a tie with the governments fusing into one new government the "Saiyan-Tuffle Alliance". Earth has only just now reached the beginning of the "Saiyan Saga" and Raditz has yet to even arrive! Now is the time to begin your own story whether as a canon from the series or as a brand new original character!
