- While on the run from Capsule Corp, Fraction eventually came upon one of the many Freezai based planets where his first assassination attempt against a Saiyan took place. However, his unsubtle tactics revealed his intentions before the try could even take place. Along with Kayle Pota the two muscled Fraction down and would have been destroyed, if not for Lucky who took pity on a fellow Android.
While never learning to trust him yet, Fraction did override his desire to kill Ipomea when his computer clashed with his instincts and he could find no grounds to hate Ipomea, who displayed such a brilliant glory in battle. She was the first person to cause him to act human and defy his programming openly, which ended up costing him free movement.
Her existence is a form of inspiration for him, and a motivation to become something more than mechanical. He would rather abandon the group than risk betraying her, and eventually does just that.
Lucky
- The only reason that Fraction survived long enough to meet the group, Lucky stopped Kayle and Ipomea from killing Fraction; wanting to believe that there was still something human in him...and that it was worth saving. While he may not have volunteered for the position, Fraction sees him as a teacher and maybe even older brother figure.
In truth, Fraction finds it fun seeking out the loopholes that Lucky leaves in his commands, testing the waters and then trying to shift the blame back on his Android counter-part. He feels safe around him though, and hates to disappoint him in a serious way. Both of his friends are impossible to forget, and he fights hard to resist the drive to return to them, until he knows they can be safe.

- While traveling back to Earth, this pirate appeared on their ship in order to rob their cargo. After finding out they had nothing to offer, he decided to work his disappointment off by fighting Ipomea. It was this battle that made Fraction realize his blind prejudice was illogical, and as Okami drew her closer to death; he began to hate the wolf man more and more, until instinct momentarily took over and the droid simulated enough emotion to threaten him. This triggered a program that slated Okami to be punished.
In their next encounter, Fraction was willing to fight, but lacked the power to harm him in the least. While not able to feel shame, he did decide to actually put an effort into getting stronger so that he wouldn't be so useless the next time they met... and his attempt to prove that, resulted in his death at the hands of the pirate; who now has taken his entire CPU.

- While his CPU was in the process of assuming total control, a Shinjin found Fraction in the midst of leveling an entire area. In his efforts to calm him down, he used divine energy on Fraction which resulted in the entire network being shut off; however - Fraction had no brain in which to operate his body so merely passed out. Still, the sensation of that energy and Xell's presence is embedded into his memory and flesh, which often moves him into his immediate thoughts.
