The Black Ties is a service, not a team. Anyone can sign up to become a Black Tie - this list's purpose is to advertise who is available.
Need someone to recover an artifact you've gotten stolen? Got invaded, and need someone to help you out, before they steal that valuable item of yours? Or worse yet, kill you? The Black Ties are available for you as an option for these kind of cases, and others. Shoot them a PM or a message on Discord and get mutual benefit arranged.
