The Los Lobos began as a motley crew of preteens and young teenage adolescents when they discovered each other in the slums, badlands, even simple shady alleyways. Coming from all sorts of ways of life, some have gone from riches to rags, some have always been in rags until the team picked up in future years, etc. Starting out as simple bandits they spent much of their time in Earth's Badlands, much akin to Ookami's ancestor Yamcha did in his own youth. From there an accidental killing lead to the lack of fear or guilt in murdering opposition, a snowball growing in diameter as it went down a hill, evolving into bounty hunters, guns for hire, and more mature things as they grew older.

Once they made enough money and had a steady flow of work Los Lobos has since purchased and customized a moderately sized starship, using it to become pirates of the galaxy, space being their endless ocean.

When it comes to how they work together it is very much a pack like system, Ookami having become the Alpha and running his family with a laid back, but firm hand. Goof balls and goons they're a myriad of differing designs, brutes and assassins, to the jacks of all trades like the Great White Wolf himself.
