Current Goals

Penay's syndicate is notorious and respected but it is hardly the largest. Penay wants to expand her control over the Galactic arms market, especially as the Galaxy falls into a state of open warfare.

What is power if it doesn't reach beyond where you currently are? Penay wants power, on a galactic scale, where anyone who dares defy her authority or prowess will be dealt with without her ever having to deign to interfere with the matter herself.
