Goals: Rayu's most constant and ever-present goal is to become a strong warrior and martial artist like his grandfather was in his prime. To that end he wants to compete in the World Martial Arts Tournament and become the World Champion. He also possesses a strong desire to collect all of the Dragon Balls on earth and use them to uncover the secrets of the greatest warriors in history.
