So I've only been here a day and I've already established a whole bunch of lore from my character. This is the list of things I've established so far: - 7 NPC characters
- The Marshal program
- A major event for the Galactic Patrol
- At least one NPC villain
And i have plans for more. So my question is...Is that OK? I've gotten in trouble for injecting lore without the OK before, but it occurred to me that I might be overstepping some boundaries, and I wanted to ask what the limits on this sort of thing were. Additionally, is there going to be some kind of repository for this kind of lore development?

By and large, you are free to establish whatever you like within a few brief parameters.
1) You can't run villains yourself outside of Adventures (where the fighting is unstated). You can of course request that one of the GMs or Assistant GMs run the villain on your behalf and give guidelines.
2) You can't go establishing that there have been big, sweeping changes to established elements of the setting (e.g - you can't say that your villain you've made up has destroyed New Namek, because ... New Namek is still there).
3) You might have to be flexible if things get referenced/changed/'soft retconned' later. We try to 'say yes' and work cooperatively to build on what people are doing, but that does bring the caveat that later it might be necessary for things to change.
As far as repositories, well, the best thing to do is probably keep the info in a section on your character roster page. I like the idea of an updating catalogue of such details, though, and might see about getting a wiki set up or something if there's broad support for it
(P.S, I'm talking like an authority but really the guy in charge is Kosen. He's the best guy to ask! I can categorically state that you won't get in trouble even if we do need to change something you've RP'd, though. We're fairly laid back here. We're not a 'get in trouble' kind of site, from what I've seen)
