On a bright afternoon in the winter season, the grand town of Satan City was abuzz with a local martial arts tournament that had just drawn to it's end. A massive crowd of paparazzi, news reporters, and wild fans stood outside the entrance of the Satan City Arena's doors with great anticipation. All the men, women, and children would excitedly speak to one another wondering who the new champion might be. Usually a tournament was nothing out of the ordinary, but this year a new challenger approached, and entered into the ring. That new challenger gained the attention of not only locals, but of martial arts fans and historians across the world. This new challenger was none other than the newly discovered descendant of the Satan family line, Duke Satan! Everyone who heard of his arrival wanted tickets to the fight, and only the most rich and powerful managed to get seats before the more common fans, meaning the average fans had to wait outside dying to hear the results.
Soon, all the muttering of the crowds outside the arena would be broken, as the doors would slightly crack open. People would gasp, and their eyes would widen, as the new champion would triumphantly walk out of the arena. Holding his left arm into the air, he would raise two fingers signifying his victory. Could it be? No? Wait a minute yes! It was none other than Duke Satan! "Look it's him!" a reporter would shout causing a series of camera flashes to go off. Members of the mob would let out defining cheers as their champion began to flex his biceps for the cameras. "OOOOOOHHHH YEEEAAAHHHH! I Duke Satan am the new champ! No one is safe from my might! No one I tell you!"
The small army of news casters and fans would suddenly swarm Duke, but luckily he would have a small security team there to fend some of the people off. "Woah, Woah. One at a time now, one at a time." he would say with a smile. This was what Duke had trained for, the cheers of adoring fans, million zeni pay checks, and attractive female fans, oh yeah! He would live his life in true Satan fashion. He sure was lucky his opponent had tripped over a broken floor tile during the final round, otherwise this would be a very different story. The first person to approach him would be an attractive female reporter with blonde hair and a bright red jacket, "Mr. Satan, oh my Kami! I am such a fan! I'm Nina Rose, a reporter for the Satan Times. Please, tell us how you did it! How did you become as strong, if not stronger than your famous ancestor Hurcule Satan?!" Duke knew he would have to make this response good, it was his first public address after all. He couldn't afford to ruin all this by saying something stupid. "Well Nina, my ancestor Hercule Satan didn't just defeat cell over night! It took him years of training and hard work to reach cell's level, and he did it all without that ki hogwash too! The Satan training regimen is not one to be taken lightly, only the strongest of wills can pull it off. Its starts with umm...uhh.. oh yeah! 1000 push-ups, 1000 crunches, 1000 Squats, and a 20 kilometer run every day!" the audience would all gasp as the new champ relieved his secret workout strategy. "You see good people of Satan City! Anyone can become stronger than those ki using bozos if they train their bodies hard enough! I proved that today when I won this here tournament!"
The audience began muttering some of them asking each other questions like "Really, he did that without ki? Wow" and "Woah, maybe ki isn't that great after all..." several hands in the crowd would raise to the sky and Duke would point out the first one he saw. "uhhh, oh! yes, you there!" he would point out a skinny brown haired man. He would swallow hard before a smile came on his face "Me! Really! Wow! Okay Mr. Satan! You've won the Satan City tournament, so what do you plan to do next!?" Duke would chuckle a bit, thinking to himself how cleaver and amazing he was before replying "After winning this tournament, I've had gained a new goal in life!" the audience would gasp yet again as he continued "My new goal is to challenge every last ki user to one on one combat, to prove that their smoke and mirror tricks don't fool anyone! You hear that you second rate martial artists, anywhere any time! AHHHHH YEAHHH!"
Following this a mother, and her young son would approach Duke. "Mr.Satan would you please sign my son's boxing glove, he's your biggest fan!" Duke would stroke his chin for a moment before promptly responding "Well, I guess I cou--" before he could finished his sentence, a line at least a half mile long would form behind the woman and her son, it was full of people looking to get autographs from the new champ. "Well, guess my job as champ is never done heh heh heh!

Shallot would quietly take her stroll through satan city holo pad in hand as she reviewed her report on the earth , so far so good in her opinion. She had listed every possible type of vegetation weather it was poisonous or not , what climates they grew best in , which ones would be best to harvest for seeds to terraform a dead planetoid or begin making a current one more habitable. The saiyan captain had come to earth for off the docket personal mission as she felt earth’s plant life would serve her purpose very well , she had just come from the mountains where she recently handled some “business” but other than that things seem to be running smoothly. She would take time to sit down on a street bench and start reading her report thoroughly as other reports began pouring in from her other soldiers across the globe , she was rather pleased until her trained ears picked up a gruff loud obnoxious voice in the distance. ‘Oh god what is that! Who is that!’ she’d think internally as she closed her holo pad collapsing it and placing it away tucked away in her bosom , as she got up to find the source of that god awful noise. When shallot reached her destination she would see the man responsible for all this damned noise , it was a scruffy man with a decent body build for a human no doubt a martial artist she was about to turn and leave until he opened his blow hole again. The man was speaking with such pride "My new goal is to challenge every last ki user to one on one combat, to prove that their smoke and mirror tricks don't fool anyone! You hear that you second rate martial artists, anywhere any time! AHHHHH YEAHHH!" when he finished shallot couldnt help but check this guy out with her scouter there was no way in a blood soaked nonexistent hell this human had the balls to proclaim that in a universe where people that used ki can destroy planets. Shallot would wait for a few seconds and frown at the “53” flashing on her scouter “ok time to make an example out of this one” she would mutter as she reached down picking up a small rock no bigger than a pebble. She would go and mix into the crowd passing by before she made her move and threw the rock with all her might aiming for the mans genatalia , if he somehow dodged that tiny rock coming at such a vast speed she would be impressed and get at the very end of the line and wait her turn to talk to this man. If he didn’t she would still do that but laugh a little on the side lines now knowing that he was a huge fraud as he should've seen it coming if he was as great as he said he was. The massive line of fans would slowly, but surly began to grow smaller. It turned out that Duke was actually pretty quick at signing autographs, if only he trained as much as he practiced his signature. All sorts of people would get their chance to meet the new champ. An elderly couple would comment "I remember seeing videos of your great great uncle Hercule fighting, such an impressive man. And to think he did it all without ki! You Satans sure are something else." Duke would blush while scratching the side of his head, he would let out a hardy laugh "Ha ha ha! And don't you two forget it!" most of the other crowd members consisted of younger children and their parents. For years the Satan family had inspired the future of young martial artists, so this was to be expected, but the sheer amount of people was still staggering considering it was only a local tournament. 'At this rate, I'll be the most famous fighter on the planet! Someday I may surpass old uncle Hercule himself!' Duke would pridefully think to himself. As the champ would continue to sign autographs, a black limousine would pull up a few meters from where he stood. The crowd started to mumble questions softly, "Whoa, is that Mr.Satan's ride?" "I wonder who's car that is?" The passenger side door of the black vehicle would pop open, and an overweight man in a black suit with a cowboy hat would walk out. He would look around the surrounding area, seemingly searching for someone, until he finally saw Duke. The man would excitedly run over to the champ, skipping all the way to the front of the line. Mr.Satan's security team would try to stop him, but he was strangely quick considering his size. "Oh my! Your him! Duke Satan! It's so nice to meet you. My name is Bill Balouski, owner and CEO of Balouski's boxing. I've come to say, that my company would like to be the first to endorse your crusade against ki users! We would like to form a sponsorship, as long as you would agree to be documented that is." The larger than life fellow would present a brief case that contained a large contract. While a sponsorship did interest Duke, he felt it may slow him down a bit, but on the other hand he would make him even more famous. Stroking his chin for a moment, the champ would pick up a pen and begin to sign the contract. "Mr. Balouski, you've got yourself a deal! OOOHHH YEAAHHHH!!"Before Duke could finish signing the documents however, a rock that seemingly came out of no where was shot directly toward the champ's crouch! Usually, this would be really bad for an earthling with a power level like his, but unbeknown to the audience and others around him he was wearing a protective battle suit under his Gi. In truth, the man had very little martial arts skill compared to a ki user at least. The battle armor he hid under his clothing allowed him to compensate for his weakness, and it was all thanks to an old friend of his who worked for capsule corp. The rock would impact, but shatter against his guard there. it did still hurt a bit, but not noticeably. Duke would still give a look of shock though, the rock was thrown pretty hard. The entire crowd would gasp as they saw the rock impact, and then shatter. One man would point toward the champ and shout "Woah! Everyone Mr.Satan has balls of steel!" there would be silence for a moment, but then a massive cheer would come over the crowd. The thrown rock had only made Duke look even more powerful and badass than before. He would give a massive grin responding to his audience "That's Satan genetics for ya! And that's why I am the champ! AHHHHHH YEEEAAAAHHHH!!!" Duke would then finish signing the sponsorship deal. The business man Bill would give him a bow, "You won't regret this Mr.Satan. Our camera crew will be at you home first thing in the morning, so be ready." Bill would then return to his limousine and leave the area. Duke would simple turn back to the start of the line and continue to sign autographs, "All right folks, who's next hahaha!"

Shallot would patiently wait in line the smile on her face growing as she got closer to to the loud human that this line was formulated for , Shallot had only seen lines this long to obtain a flying license on Sadala and at the military recruitment center this man must have some sort otherworldly reputation. Shallot would quickly remove her scouter placing it away within the folds of her uniform not wishing to scare the man off out right , she wanted to test her mettle against this so called world champion because saying he would beat all ki users and call them bozo’s as well. Shallot had learned while in the army the most harmless looking things could be the death of you , and some enemies who make themselves seem threatening are doing nothing more than intimidating you the vise versa is possible but she has learned to watch the quiet ones. When she finally was able to meet face to face with the man , the myth , the legend himself Duke Satan in all his glory she would look him up and down with an excited grin before outstretching her hand to shake. “It’s a pleasure to finally meet you sir i'm a very big fan of your work , your form and technique are astounding but it did hurt my feelings when you called me and everyone else who use’s ki a bozo” she would say with a rather sad tone in her voice as she looked at Duke , it was true that she was in her thirties but Shallot looked no older than eighteen or nineteen. While she spoke her tail would unwrap from her waist and begin to swing ever so casually behind her as she alerted to the area subtly that she was a saiyan. She would then as if struck by a great idea perk up with a big smile on her face removing her circlet which resembled a queens crown and then her bracers followed by her boots. “You can fight me and i won't use ki , and if you win” she would push all her shining armaments toward duke “you can have these , they’re worth a fortune on your planet right pretty much unbreakable” she’d say awaiting his answer with a cheerful smile now barefoot and without her circlet she looked like your average martial artist say for the tail. The glorious champ would continue signing autographs until the sun slowly began to set. The line seemed to finally grow shorter. All the people who met Duke were wild fans, and none of them wanted to leave without a picture, or autograph. This was the lifestyle of a true champion, praises and showers of joy from all who he met. Eventually, he would see a very peculiarly dress young woman reach the front of the line. The clothing she wore didn't resemble many of the current trends on earth, but she was still quite attractive none the less. He would also take notes of her figure, she was built like a fighter. This strange vide would come over him as she approached and introduced herself, but Duke couldn't afford to look weak in front of all his fans! He would hardily accept her hand and shake it vigorously, "Well it's quite nice to meet a fan little lady, but trust me ki is not the way. A warrior's true strength lies in the body and mind! AWWWW YEEEAAAAHHH!" he would then think for a moment about how incredible he was at dealing with fans, someone as awesome as himself could talk his way out of anything. Anything except for what she would suggest next. Duke would notice the tail she had, that explained it, she was one of those golden haired freaks! Did she hear about his declaration to fight all ki users! oh crap, she did hear that didn't she! Duke would back up for a moment as Shallot would up her jewelry on the line. "woah there, take it easy! You wanna fight me!? the champ!? DUKE SATAN!?" the crowd would all gasp at the woman's desire for a bout with the new local champion. People would begin to whisper "She wants to fight Mr. Satan! is she serious!" and "Woah, a ki user challenging the champ." Duke knew if the two of them were to fight right here and now without the use of ki, he would still probably be defeated. This woman had the strangest look in her eye, it made him fearful to an extent. He needed an excuse. Just so he could buy enough time to get his battle suit upgraded. Thinking for a moment he would begin to explain "Look kid, the champ is a very busy man! If you want a shot at the title, then I'll give ya a shot at the title! You and me ki user, in three days we meet back up at this tournament arena and brawl it out for all these people to see." With a nasty, devious grin Duke would stretch out his hand to shake hers, trying to come to an accord of some kind with Shallot. Members of the audience would be completely silent, then suddenly a single woman would shout "Wow! Duke is so kind, he's already giving some no name a shot at the championship!" following this the audience would start chanting "Mr. Satan, Mr. Satan, Mr. Satan!!" the champ would put his hands on his hips for a moment and give another obnoxious laugh "HAHAHAHA! It's OOOONNNN!!!" (OOC: If you want to end it after your post, we can start a Spar between the two.)

Shallot would put on her best fake pout face as she was shot down by the champ , she would put back on her armaments coming out of the farce back to her militaristic emotionless face , those cut cold ruby eye’s devoid of anything but the deep saiyan rage that burned within their people.Shallot planned to show this world just how powerful the saiyans could be , and terrifying. She was made aware of the random hatred of her people that was sweeping across the cosmo’s , her people where scorned , hated , seen as savage and brutes beast’s only bent on Homicide. These things appalled her somewhere deep inside she knew she had the instinct to kill but , no beast so fierce ,but knows some touch of pity...But she knew of none...and therefore she was no beast. Shallot would casually float three feet in the air eye boring into the very soul of mr.satan as if trying to read his very mind her arms crossed in a very serious manner , her tail waving slowly behind her as if she where projecting a predatory sense standing before Mr.satan. She would then close her eye’s and nod in a yes motion toward mr.satan “i will see you in the ring very soon then thank you gracing this humble soldier” she would say a small smile in place not a noticeable one though just the corners of her mouth going up. Shallot would then give a quizzical look to the woman who spoke she would slowly float over her predatory vibe still in full blast , she would attempt to try to cause the woman to stumble backwards “hello entitled no name human , i am captain shallot of the saiyan army’s extermination war spear head unit , and one of the most accomplished females of my race at the moment” she would then look down upon the human a shadow cast on her face “so tell me how many wars have you seen ? how many friends have died in front of you? Do you see the faces of thousands of rebels and invaders you had to kill every night” she would say throwing her military status out out there and everything she’s seen while in deployment as a foot soldier for queen radia. She would turn her back to the crowd “i have a name and you all better use it , im not a random brawler im a saiyan who trying to help her people but he offered a fight i couldn't refuse” she would say as she got a little higher in the air she would then crouch and then blast off into the distance leaving Satan to deal with the crowd. Mr. Satan and the crowd were all stunned by Shallot's display. It looked as though the woman had snapped. As she left people whispers and murmurers would erupt like a whirl wind. "Wow, she's part of the military! the saiyan military! can the champ really do this?" "Don't worry, I just know Mr. Satan can defeat that rude girl!" as the whispers continued to sweep over the crowd, Duke would stand there stunned. The woman turned out to not just be a ki user, and an extremely powerful ki user! If he was going to defeat her he would have to learn a few new tricks. Clearing his throat to gain the crowds attention, the champion of Satan city would announce "Well, you all heard it here people! Right here in three days time, we'll have another title fight on our hands, OOOOHHHH YEEEEAAAAAHHH! Come and watch me put the beat down on that crazy chick!" the crowd would then applause insinuating they were ready to see the upcoming fight. Mr. Satan himself would begin to walk to his signature "Satan Mobile" and leave the tournament grounds. He would profusely sweat over the thought of going up against a Saiyan, and decided it would be a good idea to make a few calls. Ring...Ring...Ring... "Hey Duke, it's been a few weeks. I heard you won the tournament man, what's up?" Duke would respond, "Ronnie thank the Kais above you answered! I need to bring the battle suit by tonight! I need some up-grades an--" he would be cut off by the man on the phone "Woah woah, some upgrades? you haven't even finished paying off the initial price! That suit is one of a kind man, it costs a fortune!" "Yeah, yeah I know! I'll pay it off, I just need some upgrades for a fight against a Saiyan! She'll pulverize me without it!" Ronnie would let out a loud sigh over the phone, "Okay fine, but you had better pay in full this time!" (Hangs up) Now that he had managed to get upgrades for his battle suit, it was time to get a few upgrades to the ring as well... Duke would dial a short number, and then pick up the phone "Hey butch, I need to call in a favor, hahaha!"
