What motivates her is the need to learn more about her surroundings. Her curiosity strikes her like a baseball to a bat. She doesn't like knowing anything, or being limited to what she knows. Azuma wants to extend her knowledge, and reach the pinnacle of knowing everything that the universe has to offer. Life has limitless amount of things, whether they have been discovered by man or not discovered at all. During the time she was activated. The first thing came to her was wanting to learn. She will generally go, and read books on various things.
QUIRKS:
Azuma can be described as a short tempered girl with zero patients for others. It's easy for her to blow a fuse, and when this fuse had been blown. There's no stopping from her instant pent up rage. It's easy for her to get mad at things, even when those things are small. She considers humans to be problematic, however she does not hate nor like them. She has a curious side to her, as she's curious of humans, and how they adapt socially. How they survive, and how they put up with others. Generally speaking, how can they put up with those they call “love ones”

BACKSTORY:
Azumas creator had been keeping himself busy with the technology he had been gathering, and the times he shut himself out of society in order to work on this project. It was rather a team effort, as it took three scientists, and a doctor to be able to finish azuma. It generally took several months to a full two years to perfect this Android. There had been trial, and error on this journey to make a complex, yet unique Android that they named azuma. Or that’s what a certain someone picked for her, as her original name was A#22 or just android #22. The A would be her name azuma. During the teams final stretch to finish azuma it was like a miracle or a disaster for the team. They were hoping that nothing bad will happen this time, because of the previous attempts they had made weren't great results. Azuma had been activated at a short notice. They wasn't sure how it happened, as she woke up a few days earlier than they had planned.
Upon activation she had gotten familiar of her surroundings, and body. She knew how to walk, and everything. Her attitude had proved problematic for the team, as they tried to control her the best way they can. There had been a time where they would have to force her to be shutdown, due to her overarching behavior, as if she was completely an uncontrollable kid that anger issues. Azuma proved that she had managed to change, only slightly. Azuma would begin exploring the human world, as she exposed herself to human nature. She began to learn much faster than an average human can, after just four years of being active. The team that created her had introduced her to books, before she ran off to go, and see things with her own eyes. Rather than seeing things that's written on paper.
CALL TO ACTION:
Learning about humans, and the way they think, speak, and behave. She wants to learn those things, and incorporate them into her system so she can blend in society much easier. She would also meet worthy opponents on her way.

Effect. As a bonus action you create 4 energy constructs. As an at-will action you can activate number of constructs to add one d4 as a bonus damage die to assigned Basic Attacks during your turn. Alternatively, as a reactive at-will action you can sacrifice constructs to negate damage from attacks that hit you during your turn. Each construct spent on an individual attack negates 2 damage, to a max of 8.
Cost. 10 ki
Limit. Once per battle.
Ranks. Rank 2 you create 6 construct. Rank 3 you create 8 constructs.
PSYCHIC POWERS
Using your ki you're able to communicate with other minds telepathically and move objects using telekinesis.
Type. Utility
Activate. At-Will / Standard Action
Prerequisite. Requires an Energy Control skill of 30.
Effect. As an at-will action you are able to communicate over vast distances using only your thoughts. Alternatively, as a standard action you can make a special Telekinetic Attack, which counts as a Basic Attack with an additional 5 accuracy. But, its damage tier is 2 ranks lower.
Ranks. Rank 2 the Telekinetic Attack damage tier now only 1 ranks lower. Rank 3 the Telekinetic Attack now adds 10 accuracy instead.
