Masque stands tall and rather lanky, dressed in the usual ornate robes of the Shinjin race. However, his tend to be a mix of black and crimson in terms of coloring. He appears more humanoid than most, with a mess of reddish brown hair atop his head. He occasionally wears it slicked back, depending on the occasion. His eyes are red, marking himself a bit more sinister than his brethren. His most striking feature, however, is the metallic mask that covers the lower half of his face; from his nose to beneath his jaw. It is engraved with fangs, and has several black tubes that run down the sides and back of his neck and underneath his clothing.
MOTIVATIONS:
With the world in the chaotic state it is, Masque simply wishes to restore the universe to a state of peace. However, he wishes to do so on his own terms, which includes direct (possibly violent) intervention on his part; instead of the “observation and guidance” his kind are known for.
QUIRKS:
Believes himself to be “above” other races and talks down to most others; even mocks other Shinjin. Has a relatively short temper and a habit of not taking it easy on anyone who crosses him; going from zero to a hundred quite quickly.
BONDS:
Though Masque has yet to truly interact with the various races of the universe, he holds a slight disliking for Saiyans. He also possesses the shinjin’s disposition towards demons; though he isn’t as opposed to them as he ought to be.
Mychius - A lesser shinjin who has both guided Masque in his youth, as well as simply followed the masked man about the heavens as a sort of assistant. Masque holds a grudge against the shinjin, however, as he knows the being is actually around to “keep an eye on him.”
BACKSTORY:
Born of a golden kaiju fruit, Masque was destined for greatness far beyond the understanding of most mortals. But becoming a Supreme Kai takes time; mostly just waiting for one of the current holders of said position to step down or die. Unfortunately, death was something that rarely visited his race unless it was forced upon them. And stepping down from the position? It was almost unheard of. As such, other than being instructed on the basic tenets that his people upheld (protecting life, maintaining order, opposing demons, etc), Masque was left to his own devices.
As he spent his years “observing” the universe, Masque felt that he and his kind should take a more active role in how things played out. For the Shinjin to promote the preservation of life, they sure did seem to just let the creatures of the universe kill each other as they pleased. Sure, there was the occasional interference; usually when demons or demonic magics were involved. But for the most part, the Kais just sat back and watched. Masque felt this was inadequate and hypocritical, especially as the universe constantly plunged in and out of chaos.
After centuries of “observing,” Masque decided it was time to intervene on behalf of his kind; whether they wanted it or not. Things weren’t getting better and, by the looks of it, seemed only to be getting worse. The Shinjin were known to watch and, on occasion, offer some assistance. But Masque was planning on getting his hands dirty. He knew that life was supposed to be preserved and that order was to be kept, but the universe was full of life that thrives on chaos. In order to save lives, in order to maintain order, perhaps the universe needed someone to force it upon them?
CALL TO ACTION:
Having watched the universe be consumed in chaos from the Planet of the Kais, Masque felt something needed to be done; something direct, instead of just watching from afar.

Ranks. Rank 2 the Telekinetic Attack damage tier now only 1 ranks lower. Rank 3 the Telekinetic Attack now adds 10 accuracy instead.
