It'sa me! Zygo!
Are we GM Assistants allowed to run multiple events? (Current rules say you can only be in one at a time, so it is worth checking).
For what it is worth, I think we should, on the basis that this would mean I could say to people 'I will run events in Other World for you' as well as keep running events for the rest of the site.
Love and Kisses,
Zygo!

Is there a rule somewhere about that? I sometimes forget the shit I write.
I'm OK with people running more. I'm technically running two at the moment myself.

Yeah, someone like you who can post promptly and consistently I doubt that would even be an issue.

1. How does travel work? If I want to get from space (Sub forum) to earth (Sub forum) do I need a get the space cruiser item or can you travel between planets freely? Does it take time to get from one planet to the next?
2. To unlock the T1 transformation, do you need to have a base power-level of 100,000 or a total power-level of 100,000. Meaning that if I have an item that gives me 50% boost to power-level, will I be able to access the transformation once I get to a base power-level of about 70,000 (As this will place my total power-level at 105,000) or do I need to wait till my base power-level is at 100,000?
3. Can the legendary technique 'Kaio-Ken' be used when transformed? If so, how much would that raise my power-level? Lets say I have exactly 100,000 power-level and transform, then use Kaio-Ken x20 (Lets say I have it at rank 3) a turn later. Would my power-level be 390,000 (100,000 X 100% = 200,000 X 95% = 390,000) or 295,000 (100,000 X 100% = 200,000, 100,000 X 95% = 95,000; 200,000 + 95,000 = 295,000).
I know that I am a loooooooong way off from that sort of power, but I guess what I am truly asking is if power-up techniques can be used together and if so, can do they each build off the buffed power-level or are they all calculated from the pre-buffed power-level (Base + boost).
4. What is the official in character currency that is used? Zenni? Credits? Does each planet use its own kind of currency or is there a galactic currency that is used?
This is purely for rp knowledge.
That's all for now, thanks.

So let's say your PL is 100,000 and becomes 200,000 via transformation. Kaio-Ken raises it on top of that transformed power. 4. Trading with Earth is zeni. Other planets probably have their own currencies.

For question 4, I've mentioned the use of the Galactic Credit. *Shrug* Thought I'd point it out

For question 4, I've mentioned the use of the Galactic Credit. *Shrug* Thought I'd point it out That may be a thing. Although, that reminds me of Star Wars which has a far more unified galactic culture and government. I see this galaxy as hugely divided and diverse. It may even be that people trade with each other, or use currencies that are tied to certain financial institutions, like the USA did before it introduced a federal currency.

A pan-Galactic organization like the GP would likely have a hard time functioning with multiple currencies. But given its size, it's possible the GP has its own currency that it uses internally. It's also possible that there are 4 dominant currencies, one for each quadrant, which the GP uses locally.

Eh, I don't see the GP having issues with multiple currencies.
Big companies seem to do quite well with multiple currencies IRL. They might have a 'preferred' currency but playing the money markets is a profitable sideline for companies like Nintendo.
This is probably getting too deep into the fiscal realities for the purposes of the game, though.

Its another Question from Vadka!
If you have two weapon items equipped, can you activate them both to augment your strikes in the same round?
This doesn't do much with two swords, but if you have a sword and a staff, for instance, can you get the improved crit rate, wound chance and ki drain?
If you have multiple staffs, can you use two (or three, or four) at once in order to stack the ki drain higher and higher?
(To me, it seems like common sense says you should only be able to use one 'weapon' at a time, but there's nothing directly prohibiting it right now that I can see)

PepaAs of right now you can activate multiple weapons in the same turn. But, you just can't have the same exact weapon equipped more than once. So technically you could do Bo Staff, Flexmetal Bo Staff, Guardian Staff, and Katchin Sword all in the same turn. Whether or not that changes in the future, we'll see.

Question. If I wanted Ruta to investigate what happened to the Turtle School, is that reserved for a specific event?
Is Korrin still around? I know Dende is still the Guardian.
Basically I want Ruta to climb Korrin's tower and start following her heritage.

Basically I want Ruta to climb Korrin's tower and start following her heritage. 1) She would find that after the Z-Fighters and Master Roshi died or disappeared, there were no more Turtle School students. 2) Korrin is dead, probably. Honestly, I haven't fully decided. I'm leaving it nebulous for now in my mind.

1. In a spar or battle (Basically any fight that uses the dice mechanics) can you choose to let an attack hit you if the opponent's attack roll didn't reach your reflex score?
2. Can you lower your stats during a fight like you can your power-level?

1. ICly take the attack? Yeah. Take damage from it? I guess that'd be up to you, but it wouldn't make sense really.
2. Nope, just PL, but again I guess it's up to you.
3. To summarize, what you're wanting to do sounds more fitting for an Adventure where stats and such don't really matter and you can freely do what you want in a fight with an NPC or another Player Character.

Just like in real life you can throw crappy punches or stand there and get hit.

I am talking mechanism wise.
Lets say I have the retaliation trait and want to take damage to increase my damage next turn for a big finisher attack but both of my opponent's attacks missed. I have enough health so I decide I want my character to stay in place while he takes the damage, even though according to the dice it missed, in order to get the extra damage to my attack (ICly reason could be that my character is focusing on charging the attack and doesn't want to move but channels the rage of getting hit into the attack). Can I do that?
Lets say I am sparring a much weaker opponent and want to test him. Lowering my power-level won't be enough if I still have 100 reflex and 50 energy control and he just joined a week ago and has 60 reflex and 15 energy control. What if I want to lower my reflex to 60 as well, ICly reason being that I don't really put much efforts into dodging his attacks. Would that be possible?
Please ignore, didn't see Kosen's post before starting my reply.

Here's a question.
In Battle and Spar situations, what set of stats are used: The stats every participant had at the beginning of the thread, or when they first post their stats?
In an actual example, Xell and I have yet to post our stats, and the thread was made on the 28th. My stats have changed since then. Do I have to use the stats from the 28th, or the stats that are current when we post them (presumably at the start of actual fighting)?

Your battle stats will need to be displayed at that point and they become locked for the remainder of the fight.
