Magic has integrated itself into daily life in Fiacra, protected by 7 guardians and their followers. They are divided into seven factions: Lapis Lazuli, Garnet, Topaz, Jade, Amethyst, Jet and Opal. Though not all of the factions use their power for good-- the nation's largest thieves' guild and assassins' guild have got their hands on some of this power.
And now, with political unrest at the heart of Fiacra after the murder of Hiromi Imperia the previous Queen and guardian of the Lapis Lazuli power, the disappearance of her son. Suspicion is sewing itself into the royal family- will any of the factions use the confusion to throw down the monarchy? Will they take the opportunity to steal the power for themselves? You have the power to decide!
