MARK I strode through the destruction he'd caused. Entire city blocks had been leveled in his wake, dozens upon Dozens of people laid eviscerated on the streets and in their cars. The town hadn't stood a chance. Before landing here he shot the area with a powerful electrical magnetic pulse, knocking out all communications as he careened towards it at speeds surpassing the speed of sound. There was a chance they managed to get a message out but that did not matter.
Today he would test the isolated human towns and small cities. He had collected data on Space Vegas culture that he found to be interesting. He had a run in with another android in space the information still fresh in his head as he sifted through the data. It had been a productive and fruitful day and now he would share some of his knowledge with humanity. Ten percent. That is the amount of population he would allow to survive this encounter.

As he moved through the city his sensors picked up a massive power level, on par with even Ethons and immediately he came to a stop. Better yet the man came to him.
Lifting his feet an inch off the ground and hovering over he looked down at the man, his towering eighteen foot body easily dwarfing him. MARK I analyzed him, listened to his words and with a cold indifference he waited in silence for five minutes. As he did he played a tune from within his body, elevator music began to play along with a countdown timer while the man smoked his cigar. As the tiny plumes of smoke billowed MARK I's body began to morph. It was a subtle transformation. His outermost layer of skin shifting silently to match his opponents perceived fighting style. His skin hardening against bladed weapons in anticipation of a sword slash or volley.

The second the timer went off and the music ended MARK I's body moved in a blur, his massive knee aimed into the Warriors chest with the force of an eighteen wheeler behind it. regardless of whether or not he connected he would follow the move with series of right and left crosses, upper cuts and over head blows to his opponent within that same second a hundred punches would be thrown before MARK I came to a complete stop to evaluate the situation.

The assault had been a rapid flurry of exchanges between the two fighters trading shot after shot. To any outside observer it would have occurred as an anomaly. The two now moving faster than the human eye could track. To MARK I responded in fractions of a second as he landed a series of left and right crosses to the man's body. The initial attacks he took had done nothing to deter him, nothing to slow MARK I down.

When the man went super saiyan MARK I could not resist but take pleasure in it. His sensors detected the power rising from within his opponent well before he consciously choose to activate them. With perfect, inhuman timing MARK I mentally reached into the deepest pits of VE-e3's soul and summoned his rage. The hatred that laid within Jonathan's heart for saiyans would come in handy. Bunny aided in keeping the spirit in check as a violent torrent of pressure and force erupted from MARK I in tandem with the Saiyans golden glow. The ground beneath them both tore away from their power as the two continued their short exchange.

MARK I came to a dead stop as a blow landed on his shoulder seem. He let this happen. He wanted to see the man's reaction to it. Analyze his neurochemical responses. MARK I allowed this moment to last for a few, long seconds before he decided to make BUNNY respond to the man's earlier questions.

"…. …" Mark one commanded bunny in his strange language and so she did.

A feminine, soothing voice came from MARK's almost featureless face.

"Master is known as MARK I. That is what you may call him and he request to know if this is the best you can do?"

MARK I did not waste any time in his next assault. Scarcely waiting even a moment for bunny to finish he rushed into the mans with a thunderous shoulder tackle. The pace at which he flew would immediately break the sound barrier as he would attempt to crash the man's body into the side of a nearby cliff side some 1 or two miles away. Hit or miss MARK I would later raise both his hands over his head and clasping them together he would bring them down towards the man's head in a rather malicious looking arch with murderous intent. Should his first attack land MARK I would attempt to continue to slam his fist into the man's chest or body. Burying him into the Cliff side itself dead or alive.

By all accounts the energy slashes were in fact formidable. Strong enough to cut through mountainside, level towns, and perhaps even split apart diamonds but to MARK I they were minor in convinces at the moment as the android skin was now adapting to his opponents strikes. In V3's own memory banks he'd found a swordsmen by the name of @tanucc2 with similar attacks and thus was able to adjust the texture and composition of his armored skin to better withstand the blows.

The android raised a single hand to block them as he steadied his free arm for his next assault, pointing it skyward and at the Saiyan when suddenly *chink *Crack!

One of MARK I's plate cracked at a small seem, it was slight, nearly microscopic and invisible to the naked eye . The pain that followed was not so much the crack itself but the transfer of energy that reverberated through his system as the slashing energy raced across his body.

MARK I tilted his head at this and lowered his arm. He began to analyze the composition of these energy blades. Began to play the scenes of Dain's attacks over and over again in his head.

"Impressive" Bunny replied. "My master is impressed with you. Very good. You may yet be allowed to survive."

As bunny spoke the avalanche now poured over MARK I, he seemed small as the tress around him of similar height buckled and bent at the force of the avalanche itself. MARK I did neither. Intensifying his aura the ground around him shook and the snow by his feet melted in an instance as the air surrounding him heated up as if his body had become a pillar of flame. A small twister of air and force developed around him as he stared up at the Saiyan.

Opening his face plate one could see, should their eyes be keen enough the face of a men with dead eyes underneath it all. Staring up at the Saiyan those same eyes ignited with passion, rage, and hell fire itself as they filled the air in between the two combatants with pillars of radiant energy and power.

Beams of energy crackled towards the sky as MARK I assaulted his foe with a torrent of unrelenting power with enough force to smash through a small moon.

Unsure of the damage his attacks would do and attempting to compensate for his opponents superior speed MARK I diverted power from his face to his leg thrusters. His face plates closed in an instant as he rocketed upwards like an intercontinental ballistic missile.

Tracing a line of thunderous rage across the sky MARK I finally made It to his opponent, he might not be able to hit him but he would not need to so long as the force of his punches could reach him.

Pummeling the air in-between them MARK shattered the barrier of sound within the space between them with such a force that the air itself ignited with heat and power.
His chase would be relentless now as he chased or rushed forward towards his opponent, continuously applying pressure to his enemy in the form of punches, kicks, at times beams of energy.

MARK I amused by the fight and finding it a worthy test of his combat capabilities was finding it difficult to not enjoy himself. As V3's rage and hate surged through him he felt the rush of raw power and strength. Something similar to adrenaline had taken hold of him as the Saiyan's blade careened towards him again. Bracing himself for the impact MARK I grasped the blade with both hands as it managed to dig itself into a piece of his body, making a noticeable tear by his side as energy from the golden blade streamed through his body he watched as his own skin began to adapt and morph, changing in color and texture to better withstand his foes attacks. His evolution was know mostly complete. MARK I was now more dangerous than he had been a mere seconds earlier, infact while his speedy opponent seemed to be struggling despite his impressive performance MARK I was only getting stronger despite his injuries. His system had begun to feel the effects of the battle but as far as MARK I was concerned they were just getting started. If he could manage to hit his opponent it might be over any moment now. The thought of that made MARK angry. The thought of the Saiyans death however that made V3 froth at the mouth. A sickening sense of rage and satisfaction washed over him as he commanded Bunny to laugh out loud for him.

As he Grasped Sin's blade he began to channel his power into the sword itself. Waves of violent energy and unstable power reverberated through the sword down to the very handle and pummel. Even holding the blade would prove dangerous to any put the most savvy of fighters. As the surges of energy rattled the blade of energy back and forth MARK I shattered a piece of the blade and then lunged to thrust it into the man's chest. The blade piece evaporated soon and as it did he reached out, extended his already long arms in case his opponent decided to try to dodge away in an attempt to grasp the man and then slam him into the mountain side

The battle raged on. Not just in their exchanges but in all the valleys around them around them. They raged through the rivers. They pounded through the hillsides. They shattered mountain peaks as they bashed into each other. Blow after blow the land would never be the same. The entire mountain range seemed to be at war with itself. From the outside looking in it would be hard to describe all the blinding sights and the deafening sounds that were occurring. Flashes of bright light and thunderous eruptions emerged from the distance as the two fighters flew across the battlefield, MARK I in chase and Dain weaving between his attacks, side steeping and dodging the Machines devastating blows. The land itself began to mold around their battle. Trees laid shattered over themselves, animals scurried chaotically as fast as they could, the skies themselves seemed as if they were about to tear themselves apart. It was a battle no one saw. A fight unlike any other since the days of legends before them. A fight worthy of a gods attention between a newly made Titan, MARK I, not even a day old and still testing the limits of his new found strength, and a super saiyan, a legendary warrior capable of reaching the divine themselves one day, should that day ever come, should he live to see it.

The sun began to set on them as they continued. A thunderstorm began to roll over their arena, sporadically lighting the area for miles around them. The red orange skies begging to drown in the darkness of the clouds. The darkness giving ground to them wherever they flew as the Saiyan's golden glow pierced the heaven's themselves, a fiery beacon of glory and battle that could be seen for miles.

Lightning seemed to dance around them as they fought. The storm winds seemed to retreat from their presence as they danced across the skies. Every punch, kick, and blast had a consequence. Every move they made seemed to ignite the air around them with energy and power as they raced along the skyline of a nearby city, now miles away from their original place of meeting. While the Saiyan danced and moved with effortless grace and style away from MARK I's attacks the Machine pummeled straight through buildings and any obstacles that got in his way.

As the cities alarm systems and radio towers began to call for Aid the Machine released a powerful electro-magnetic pulse that bathed the city with a violent frequency. Entire sections and towers blacked out for a moment and as the hospitals, emergency centers, and certain animal hospitals activated their emergency generators MARK I released a secondary pulse. It was devastating. Almost instantly, if the Saiyan cared to reach out with his sense he would begin to feel the elderly, those on life support, anyone undergoing surgery, and even small animals needed equipment fade out as they died prematurely without the aid of medical equipment.

The citizens here were shocked, not knowing what could have possibly have happened as none of them could make out Dain who flew across and through the skies above them or MARK I, who must have appeared, to the naked eye, as a bolt of lightning that shattered through building across the skyline in his wake. First hundreds then thousand, and soon hundreds of thousands began to panic, evacuating the city or attempting to take shelter in the confusion.

Dain Sincara attacks seemed to do nothing as they impacted the machines body. Nothing seemed to be slowing him down at this point. Explosions and attacks washing off of him like a soft gentle breeze across the hull of a might warship. MARK I's skin morphing and changing to match his opponents attacks in perfect contrast. At an atomic level, the very molecules themselves seemed to shape and rebuked Dain's attacks

V3 cried out in pain and frustration within MARK I as the events unfolded. It fueled the machine with a sense of pride and joy and at the time of V3's greatest struggle to break free from within the death machine MARK I came to a complete stop again. A dead stop. Halting abruptly mid combat to enjoy these sensations of pain, horror, sorrow, and sickening hatred he felt from within him, from V3.

The machine stood there motionless at an awkward angle as he hovered hundreds of feet above the ground. A thought occurred to him as another one of Dain's attacks washed over him, despite the attack itself carrying with it enough force and power to level a building

He wondered if the Saiyan cared about anything other than this battle. Dain was a mercenary, of course, but as he reached across his memory files he noticed that the three of them, V3, Bunny, and himself actually had very little experience with Saiyan's, and here they were confronted by a legend. A super Saiyan in the flesh and blood.

Dain was as they would have expected Saiyans to be at least he seemed to be. Belligerent, reckless, battle hungry, and powerful, but why was he fighting. Sure he was a mercenary, a damn good one it seemed, but was that really all he was?

MARK I ordered bunny to reach out into space. Hacking the nearest satellite by their position. Using facial recognition and the Spacenet he would find out more about Dain. Who he was, what he'd done, what's known about him. Within minutes he would have access to even galactic patrol records, military files, C.I.A, F.B.I, Space B.I, and more. He was intrigued by Dain now. The only other Saiyan they had ever met was Andrew C. Creed  (Okata)but that was so long ago it seemed and V3's battle with him never actually came to a conclusion. It was an unreliable source of information.

MARK I began to adjust himself in the air, hovering towards his opponent in an upright position.

"Congratulations!" Bunny spoke out. "Dain SinCara. My master has decided that there will be a 50% chance of letting you live, based on your answers to the following questions. Please answer truthfully and directly as your jokes will make it harder to classify you as worthy of the life you've been given. This is not a cry for help. I am trying to help you." The air between them grew cold as the northern winds rolled down the mountains on over them. The rolling night sky finally beginning to quiet down a bit, aside from the thunderstorm around them.

"Question one: Are you a full blooded Saiyan? Question: If yes are you also a super saiyan. Question Question three: Would you consider yourself above most members of your race, in terms of power, or would you consider yourself average, or below average. Question four: How would you like to die, should you fail this line of questioning,"

Bunny's voice was melodic and soothing against the backdrop of rain and thunder which parted around them. The air around MARK I was still hot and searing to the touch as his sightless, odorless, and senseless power swelled around him, warping the very fabric of reality around him slightly.

They allowed him to answer and as he, Dain, finished whatever remarks he would make MARK I would raise a single hand and ignite a swollen ball of Ki within his ball, amining it at a children's hospital. He fired the first ball directly at it before instantly adjusting his arm slightly by a factor of degrees to the right before unleashing yet another Ki blast, this one aimed at a pet boarding place. His intent was to test a long standing theory V3 had, more of a biased assumption really, a strand of racism that steamed from the Trauma of Johnathan's "death" at the hands of a band of Saiyans years ago.

Did Dain care? About others? Were Saiyans capable of compassion? Or are they really the monsters V3 believed them to be. Of course even if Dain chose to do nothing the theory could not be confirmed nor denied as a larger sample size would be needed but if he did decide to open himself up. To allow this distraction to phase him, then It would be a major blow to that theory. V3's biases would come into question and this cognitive dissonance was what MARK I was hoping for just another round of pain and confusion for the android/ man trapped within him

To add a layer of difficulty and stress to this decision MARK I immediately moved into another wave of attacks against the Super Saiyan. This time he would attempt to overwhelm his opponents with a massive barrage of attacks from every direction he could manage. Using his Quantum Drive MARK I would warp the fabric of space and time slightly between them, as much as his limited experience with the device would allow him. His assault would seem to come from every direction. Regardless of the Saiyan's choice MARK I would aggressively chase him down again, breaking anything and everything that would get in their way.

MARK I was not only interested he was overjoyed at the events that were unfolding before him. Not only had the Saiyan proven, thus far, a formidable opponent to test out his new capabilities, but also his opponents blatant disregard for the lives of other would come in handy soon as he felt a deep sense of frustration and rage welling up from within him coming from V3. He contained the raw power he felt building up for now as his targeting systems worked furiously to figure out the saiyans defensive patterns. His opponent had proven immensely resourceful on the defense and even managed to multitask during their fight. This was unacceptable to MARK I. He would need to overhaul his entire attack matrix to compensate for this.

Bunny warned him as the massive Warship appeared in the night skies above them. It pierced through the storm clouds and unleashed a barrage of hellfire directly on top of MARK I, Dain managing to completely vanish from the area, using his impressive speed to back step his way out of the war zone.

MARK I simple stood in the line of fire as it seemed like the moon itself had begun to assault him from above. The war cruiser obliterated everything within the radius of its attack.

MARK I Strood through the shower of ashened dust and debris towards Dain. He simply walked through the rubble and dilapidated buildings in his way. The Voice of a women could be heard, somewhere, crying out for help, trapped under debris and segments of buildings as MARK I walked right past her position, shifting the stones and rubble as he moved.

Dains punch struck directly center mass. It did nothing, not because he lacked the strenght to damage him, nor the power. But because MARK I's own skin had repelled his fist with a wave of perfectly timed force as the atom's in Dain's fist themselves drew to close, completely absorbing most of the Saiyan's massive energy and sending the rest back in Dain's own hand.

MARK I lowered his head to stare at the Saiyan warrior and attempted to grasp his hand.

He began to open his face plate and from within it an inferno of power and energy raged. MARK I had been storing some of the kinetic energy from Dain's own attacks and would attempt to unleashed it here and now. As the attack came to an end he reached to his side and pulled out a re bar, roughly 8ft long and with a jagged end. Heating up the molecules in his hand the bar lit a bright yellow and orange as he then threw it as if it were a javelin towards his opponent.

Whether it struck or not Bunny's voice would speak out a list of crimes, and highly destructive events that happened recently in space Vegas, implicating that MARK I might have had something to do with them.

Vanishing from sight. Traveling faster than MARK I could track Dain's strikes began to strike true. As he did MARK I's skin reverberated, rebuking the damage until finally settling back into place. MARK I stood still, observing his skin as it regain its natural form. A hard yet flexible carapace. He analyzed it and came to the conclusion that that would be the full extent of his skins ability to nullify Dain's assaults.

"Interesting" Bunny's voice called out as the Machine stared at himself, attempting to diagnose why he could no long continue to nullify his opponents blows.

MARK stood straight and listened as Dain spoke. Recording his words and analyzing each one carefully. He allowed Dain to continue speaking as he took in the information the Saiyan spoke. They had been battling for so long that it appeared now the sun was raising, morning already? The battle must have lasted an entire night. This was a godsend to MARK I who would now have a bountiful amount of information on his own combat skills, the limits of his power, and the full extent of what he could do. The only thing left to understand, to decipher was the Quantum drive...


A series of distorted, alien sounds emanated from MARK I. An uncompressible alien language of his own design.

" …...... . …. …..... … …" MARK I spoke out to Dain, a first for him to ever address someone in the real world.

"Translation" Bunny spoke out. "My master is pleased with you. He would like to show you something."

MARK I's body began to steam as the ground beneath him began to shake. From behind the android the transparent visage of a men would appear, seemingly attached to MARK'S Back though able to extend much further and around the Machine, like an intangible tail which could phase through its host to attack or block attacks in a 360 degree radius.

"Before you die. Master would like to answer your question. Once you are dead my master will use this battle as a unit of measurement for his reconstruction of the northern quadrant. When he builds his new world anyone at your level, or equivalent utility in terms of productive capabilities will be deemed elite level citizens and allowed to rule as ambassadors of the new earthling empire as a part of a new world order he will build."

Our purpose will be to build a new world where the strong and the useful will be allowed to propagate and prosper for the betterment of all. A world where only the highest standard of being will be allowed to live and thrive.

Unfortunately, due to your low moral fiber and weak code of ethics it is likely that people like you will have to be exterminated. Since you have no regard for society and others thus those such as yourself will be put to a swift death. He is insane. This will be the decree of the new world."

V3's spirit raged and swelled with power as MARK I raised his hand. The spirit leaped as he assaulted Dain with an endless barrage of blows, his fist somehow carrying with them the weight of his pent up rage and frustration, enough to make even atlas shrug in discomfort. Still somehow attached to MARK I the Machine would have to maneuver itself around the Saiyan so as to allow the spirit to attack from a distance

As V3's spirit assaulted the Saiyan MARK I took the opportunity to propel himself behind the Saiyan. Using the full extent of his speed he would take a swift moment to change the texture and color of his skin, reflecting all light from his outer carapace, he would camouflage himself momentarily. Phasing behind Dain MARK I launched into his own malicious flanking assault.

MARK I blocked and and weaved around Dains attacks as the Saiyan swung at him. Some of the blows came at him only to glance off of his tough skin. MARK I continued to analyze and take in information, every second yielding him more information than any team of scientist could hope to decipher in a week.

As the Saiyan drew near him MARK I lunged forward, attempting to close the distance sooner than his opponent had anticipated. Taking a blow from the Saiyans blade and deflecting it off of the side of his arm MARK I mentally reached into himself and attempted to activate the Quantum Drive, consciously, and for the first time. Time froze in relation to his perception. Within an instant he could see the fight unfold before his eyes, then two, than three, and soon hundreds of versions of the same fight began to play out before him. This was it, the power of the drive, or at least one of them.

Breaking his connection with the drive he attempted for force one of the possibilities into reality. His body teleport around the Saiyan faster then light, reality itself began to warp and bend around them as the flow of time started to shift around them. Suddenly MARK I began to move with a speed unlike anything he should have been physically capable of as he began to test the Saiyans defense from every angles. His body shifting and phasing through demensions during each attack.

Uppercuts, hooks, and kicks came from out of nowhere as he attack the Saiyan. The power and Rage of V3's heart now in full swing, igniting MARK I's skin into a hot molten glow.
As The Quantum drives power began to exhaust itself MARK I Threw V3's Spirit at Dain in an attempt to grasp the Saiyan and hold him in place.
V3's Visage attempted to hold Dain back as MARK I ignited his thrusters and came at the saiyan full speed, his arm extended fully, fist balled up as a molten hot puncn split the air between them, super heating the molecules as it traveled towards the Saiyan.

Anything MARK I had to say was drowned out by his fascination of what just happened. The Quantum Drive, it seemed, was capable of much more than he had imagined. His Mind got to work now as he began to write several codes he would use for later. Codes to help him decipher this device. He was distracted, enthralled, and overjoyed at this accomplishment despite the Saiyans words and comments. Bunny took advantage of the Situation.

In his excitement and haste to put to together a response he never even noticed when she overrode his commands, speaking her own words.

"Dain, my name is Bunny. I am trapped here, along with a hero named V3. We are prisoners. MARK I is insane. He is a virus, from another Dimension. Please, get...* her voice began to get distorted as she spoke. Unable to hold control for long without MARK Noticing what she'd done.

"Get... My....a.... She can help..." MARK I's eyes turned to look at the Saiyan now, they had an unreadable stare to them.

MARK I's body emitted a strange noise. A gentle. soft, yet ominous laughter came out of MARK I's body as he listened to Dain's words. "You are running out of tricks Dain" Bunny's voice spoke to him. Master thanks you for surviving as you have. You will make a fine standard for those who come after you.

The mercenaries next attack made more then a dent. As MARK I stood the slashing wave of energy cut at his legs from under him. It caused one of MARK's Legs to buckle under his own weight. As he came to the ground on one knee his eyes never broke contact with his opponent. Bits and pieces of him flew off and disintegrated as he keeled.
"Excellent" Bunny's voice called out. No long did him to raise to his feet did the wounds take to heal themselves full as his body and skin made the necessary changes to mend.

MARK I sucked the spectral visage of V3 back into himself. Using the extra boost of power he made a jump through space and time appearing at an angle behind Dain. The Machine would come at the mercenary at speeds in excess of sound. He would attempt to grasp the mercenary, lift him over his head and then bring his body crashing down onto the ground. From there should he succeed he would attempt to place his foot on Dain's Chest and look down at the man as he opened his Face plate and unleashed an inferno of power he seemed to always store within himself.
