Many people scoff and doubt the existence of there being an afterlife in the first place. Considering there isn’t any proof at all of there being a soul and much less what happens to someone when they die it is usually believed that that’s it for someone and there is nothing more to it. That when one’s body stopped functioning that the mind would shut off as well and then after that, nothing. And all bodies would just decompose and rot in their coffins, if they are lucky enough to have not been vaporized that is from an energy beam.
And of course, a scientist like Dr. Nikolas Grey was very skeptical of the existence of Hell as well. Well that viewpoint has long since changed as he recently became a resident of it. How long has it been since his soul was sent here, while it has been a little over two months Dr. Grey wouldn’t be able to know or tell anyone that. Since people here are supposed to be here for eternity, or at the very least until they can be reincarnated into a new being entirely, there isn't much need for clocks. Much to his dismay apparently Dr. Gero was here long ago but has long past been reincarnated which is a shame cause he hoped to meet him in person, although the thought of himself being the reincarnation of Dr. Gero did cross his mind which he dismissed as whoever or whatever Dr. Gero reincarnated to would have been an entirely different person or even an animal.
You think someone like Grey would be suffering extreme punishment for the atrocities he committed while alive, and well that is partially true. He does deserve to be in Hell, but he has done a lot of good things in the past even while working with Capsule Corp his eighty-six years of life. Although that doesn’t excuse for all the playing god experiments, he created in the name of science. So, the great King Yemma decided to send his soul to roam around Hell with the other souls too bad to go to Heaven but not too evil to be sent to eternal torture. Most likely he would also be one of the ones to get his soul cleansed and reincarnated quicker then the ones that would be spending a much longer time suffering and perhaps for eternity depending on if they refuse to have any regrets for what they done or not.
To Dr. Grey though this is still the worst punishment to be given to him. Not only does he have no knowledge of what’s happening in the living world he can barely be able to learn anymore from the clods that have been sent to Hell with him. The Oni’s are not much to have conversations with, and all the souls look alike so he can barely be able to hold a conversation because he can never tell them apart except their voice. While it is mind blowing to learn that there is indeed an afterlife and that the Supreme Kai he heard about and the God of Destruction are most likely real too, and magic as well considering the circumstances he is in and of course Lady Lilith, but he is unable to learn anything more past that. And that is the greatest punishment you can give to a man who craves knowledge.
The most horrifying thought during this of course is that he would no longer remember his past life when reincarnated. For all he would know he could be reincarnated as a wild animal or even worse as an unintelligent human with no drive or ambition to learn. Everything he worked for and was grasping for now out of reach, all that research for waste, and all because a raccoon man shot him in the head while he was unconscious. He refuses to have it end this way though, especially to die in such a ridiculous manner. One way or another he is going to use his ingenious mind, which is basically the only thing he has left at this point besides his soul and find a way out of Hell and back to the world of the living so he can get back to doing what he does best.

"So's... King Yenma says this guy isn't allowed any information at all?" The big blue oni seemed confused. He scratched at his chin, watching the small form of Dr. Grey wander about the realm of Hell in an aimless fashion. "S'what the boss man says," replied his red oni companion, index finger jammed halfway up his nose. Grog grunted, hefting his massive wooden club onto his huge shoulder. It was unusual to get such specific orders from Yenma. It was normal for them to bash, stomp, grind, and punish the denizens of Hell as they saw fit. No such orders were given about this particular doctor, despite the rumors that he had been quite a controversial figure in life. "I dunno," said Grog. "I don't like the look of this fella. I say we smash 'em anyway." "Your funeral. You know how King Yenma gets." "Yeah, yeah..." He didn't want to get into trouble again. Even Hell had its proper hierarchy. Grog frowned. He didn't like the look of Dr. Grey. Not one bit. As if he were just waiting to stir up unnecessary trouble. Nutropeks did not mourn the death of Dr. Grey. Not in the sense one would mourn a friend or a loved one. Dr. Grey was neither. Just one of many insignificant specks amidst the myriad of such lower life forms inhabiting the current cosmos the Outsiders resided in. There was nothing particularly special about the doctor, either—no noteworthy feat to warrant another thought from the great eldritch being floating in the dark expanse of the ether. It was pure circumstance that a piece of Nutropeks' carapace got into the hands of the doctor, imbuing him with his energy. Changing him, molding and shaping him into something more than his natural potential would ever have allowed. Now, the good doctor was of utmost interest to the great being. Perhaps he would even dare to suspect Dr. Grey held a vital importance. For the great and terrible being had plans for this Universe. And Dr. Grey was at the center of it all. Something so trivial as natural death could not stand in the way of such plans. His great consciousness surged forth, his power tearing through the veil of that parallel realm it inhabited. It flooded into Other World, particularly into Hell, homing onto Dr. Grey's ki signature. Once he was located, Nutropeks' consciousness flooded into the nearest pliable being—that being the great blue oni guard, Grog. Grog began to shake and jerk violently, as if caught in some erratic spasm.
"Uh, Grog? You okay?" The red Oni seemed concerned at the sudden epileptic seizures of his friend. Grog remained on his feet, though slumped forward, his club dragging on the ground. It was almost as if the jerking had stopped and he'd simply fallen asleep standing up. It wouldn't be the first time. The red Oni reached out, placing a hand on his shoulder. Only to cry out in pain and confusion as Grog grabbed his wrist, crushing it in the blue Oni's mighty grip. "Aarrgh! What do you think yer—" He was silenced as the heavy club swung and smashed him in the face, shattering both his orbital and nasal bones from the mighty blow. A gush of purple blood spurted out of his nose as he fell over, hitting the ground with a heavy thud. He was either unconscious or dead. Grog stared blankly at him for a moment before hoisting his club up onto his shoulder. He began to walk toward Dr. Grey. It wasn't the clumsy gait the Oni possessed before, but he walked tall and with purpose. His beady gaze held an unfamiliar scrutiny to it. Upon reaching the soul of Dr. Grey, the blue Oni lowered his club, towering over the much smaller scientist. "Your genius is wasted in this vile place. You are far too important to leave in this destitute place. It is my will that you return, to fulfill all I have planned for you. Not even the gods of the dead can stop that." It was no longer Grog, but Grey's eldritch master, himself. "Take possession of this form. We have work to do, and so very little time to do it." doctorgreyword count: 709 / 709

You think being a free roaming soul that can feel no pain, can’t eat, sleep, breath, or the need of any other functions of the mortal body would be an interesting life. But in Hell it is quite mundane as there is nothing that can be done with such abilities. In fact, Hell is a lot less interesting then he imagined, or at least from what he heard about the depictions of Hell or at the very least what people thought it was like. Instead of fire and brimstone and hordes of demons torturing the souls of sinners instead there are muscle bound oni’s that all seem to share one brain cell, a mountain of spikes and needles, and a boiling pond of blood which Dr. Grey admits is interesting although also very tacky. Honestly if he ever somehow finds a way out of here, he would love to tell everyone what Hell is really like just to prove a lot of people wrong. If he wouldn’t be looked as psychotic, or at least more psychotic then people already see him as and would call him out for having no proof as well as it would probably be the best to not say he was in Hell and that he came back.
It was then he noticed one of the oni’s acting rather strange, although knowing these Neanderthals he is probably having a cold stimulus headache or sphenopalatine ganglioneuralgia as it is known in the fields of medical science. And then he saw as the red oni smacks the blue oni across the head and knocks them out. As it speaks to Dr. Grey in a voice Dr. Grey finds all too familiar. The voice that he heard from his dream on Black Star. Either this means that his ticket out of Hell has came or he is not dead and in a coma dream either way he is glad to be finally be done with this as his wispy flame like soul flies it’s way into the blue oni’s body through his face as it possesses the oni’s body.
It was then Grey woke up and found himself in the blue brute’s body as he looked at his hands and felt around to find that he in fact can be able to feel things again. He did a quick pinch on the body’s cheek to check to see if he can feel pain still and sure enough, he does. He is not dreaming, so that throws the coma theory out the window. Although while he is glad, he still has his intellect he would rather be back in his old body then the one of someone who spends too much time in the gym and oil wrestling. He then turned to Nutropeks who is currently controlling the red oni.
“So what are we going to have to do first to get me out of here?” Dr. Grey asked.

“Quiet you fool, we must continue talking through our thoughts instead of through our orifices from now on. Now follow me to our destination as I will explain on the way what we have to before we bring you back to the mortal plane.” Nutropeks explained.
Before he can be brought back? Perhaps there is some hurdles that must be jumped over before he is able to be brought back to life. Makes sense of course coming back to life wouldn’t be that easy. And that whoever runs this universe would make sure that the dead stay dead. Nutropeks reads the thoughts Grey is having right now and silently chuckles to himself. Because of how foolish the mortal man is and that there is still so much he does not know about. Of course, though Dr. Grey has heard of the Dragon Balls and the legend about them while he was temporarily working for the Neo Red Ribbon Army before his career direction with the First Galactic Empire, he thought they were just blindly following an asinine fairy tale in hopes for an easy way for world domination. He didn’t believe they granted any wishes, and thus never bothered to find any himself despite owning a Dragon Radar that he bought because he thought it was a quaint little souvenir based on the legend and nothing more. Nutropeks on the other knows full well about the Dragon Balls and how abusable they are when it comes to messing with the reality that the Gods decided to make. Although considering he’s in Hell now he’s starting to think twice on if that legend was truly a legend or not. Nutropeks doesn’t have the patience to go possessing someone’s body to gather all seven of them to bring the doctor back to life though, besides this way is much easier.
“As you know I have been observing this universe before most were developing in their primordial ooze. And during that time, I watched the many magic users who have found many ways to use said powers to affect reality and one of them has made a very powerful spell. A spell that can be able to bring someone back to life by restoring the body and reuniting soul and body. While most mortals are not as powerful to be able to use said magic I on the other hand can do it without even using a fraction of my power. Although there is something we need to be doing first.” Nutropeks said.
Wait, it’s that easy?! All Nutropeks must do is say spell and he’s alive again? Are the Gods really that dense to let this spell be made? Wait calm down, he did say he was something that needed to be done first so perhaps there needs to be ingredients or something they need to collect, he shouldn’t doubt the all powerful being that is trying to bring him back to life. And he Grey then remembered that Nutropeks can read his thoughts and probably heard everything he said in his head.
And then Grey looks to see that Nutropeks is glaring angrily at him before turning their head forward.
“You see the Other World as it is called has a sort of bureaucracy. A giant oni called King Yemma judges the souls of each mortal that dies and decides whether to send them to Heaven or Hell. While above him are the Shinjin’s who act as nothing more then cowardly watchmen who watch from afar and do nothing but rest on their laurels without a care in the world from the safety of their planet in Other World while creating new planets where life would be born from and develop on now and then. If King Yemma were to notice that suddenly one soul was missing, especially when not brought back to life with the Dragon Balls or one of those chosen by that childish Omni King like Emperor Carambolis was, he would have something done about and make sure you come back and perhaps with even greater punishment then before. Which is why before we can revive you there is something we need to do first to act as a distraction before I use my powers to revive you.” Nutropeks explained.
It seems that this King Yemma does more of a job then these actual Shinjins from how Nutropeks puts it. Also, he mentioned something about an Omni King, is he the one that oversees all the gods perhaps. Speaking of gods, he mentioned something about Gods of Destruction last time they talked. Due to their name he is willing to bet that their job is to destroy planets to make room for more or when species overdevelop or become problematic since these Shinjins seems to be about creation. Creation and destruction, both are equally important things to mortals as well as the gods it seems, after all something must be rid of in order to make something new in its place.
Nutropeks studied how Dr. Grey was taking in all this information and not only using sound logic to figure out the rest by himself, he also seems to develop his mindset as well. Nutropeks couldn’t care less what the mortals do with the universes after they have evolved enough to overthrow the gods. If they no longer try to vanquish him and his brethren, then they could be able to inherit the universe for he could care. He doesn’t want to rule the universe or to take the gods place or anything. If the ones who pretend to be gods get killed by their own creations with some added improvements on his behalf, he will be satisfied with the outcome.
Speaking of his brethren it’s time to tell Dr. Grey how exactly they are going to distract King Yemma.
“I have mentioned before about one of my fellow Outsiders who died on Zalt correct? Well apparently, there was another in the depths, I am not sure if it has always been there as well or is merely of an offspring of the other who died. You see when Outsiders die our souls do not necessarily leave our bodies, instead our energy takes its own form in a state that is not alive but not exactly dead either. It’s like your Schroedinger’s Cat from Earth. And the Shinjins decide to take and contain these energy forms right here in Hell. We are going to let loose the one that died recently at Zalt, not the first one as apparently they had their energy absorbed by another being when they were devoured unfortunately, so that they can be able to cause enough destruction in Hell to distract King Yemma and his pathetic oni long enough for us to get out so I can revive you.” Nutropeks explained.
So, they are releasing another one of his kind to have it cause enough chaos so they can slip under the god’s radar? It is indeed a sound plan; however, it also sounds very dangerous and cruel. Grey is unsure whether he would not be attacked by this creature’s energy form while it is free, and also, they might destroy some of the souls here during its rampage. Of course, why should Dr. Grey care about a bunch of damned souls in freaking Hell when he could be getting brought back to life, continue doing science with his martian assistant, and improving the universe step by step. Grey has already made major risks in his life that he believed would be for the betterment of everyone. It’s not just about being alive again and continuing to learn everything, the universe NEEDS him.
“Alright then, I am in. You say the word and I’ll do whatever I need so that we can get this done.” Dr. Grey said.
Nutropeks grinned as he turned as they continued to walk towards where the Second Zalt Outsider was held. Perhaps all this time watching mortals develop and grow they rubbed off on him and he managed to think more like one. Or perhaps he feels sorry for them due to be under the control of powerful beings who are a disgrace to the titles they were given. Whatever the reason is Nutropeks is glad to hear Grey’s reaction and thoughts on what they must do. He is already growing more then Nutropeks first anticipated.

As they continued walking Grey noticed quite an odd landmark, or at least odd for one to be in Hell. An amusement park right next to the other side of the bloody pond. Why would there be amusement parks, a place where go to entertain themselves, be in Hell? Then again it could be a bad one that’s supposed to torture the souls here. Overpriced food and beverages, long lines to mediocre rides that are horribly built and endanger the lives of those who get on it, and terrible service. Come to think of its what Dr. Grey just described in his head fits Satan Land to a t, ironic.
After what seemed like hours of walking Nutropeks stops Grey at the edge of a hill to point towards the container. It was a large black hexagon shaped container that appeared to be made from onyx or obsidian with what looked like several strange markings and symbols etched into it as well as six pegs in the ground holding down the many chains that wrap around the large box. Of course, it could be made from Katchin the strongest and densest metal in the universe, but up from here it’s hard to tell and he wouldn’t know for sure unless he got an up-close look at it, but they would probably use Katchin to make a container to hold such a powerful being. There are several large oni guards surrounding the container and patrolling the area around it carrying big metallic spiked clubs. They looked to be much stronger than that of the Oni bodies Nutropeks and Grey are borrowing.
Dr. Grey waited for Nutropeks to relay the plan until he finally spoke, or at the very least thought to Dr. Grey what they needed to do telepathically,
“That container and the chains holding it are made of Katchin, we wouldn’t be able to break it. However, we don’t need to do something as crude as break it. See those markings? Those are godly symbols made with Shinjin magic that enact a spell to keep them sealed in no different then a technique some people from Earth used long ago. All we must do is cover those symbols with something and the speak will begin to wane and their energy form would be able to break free from the container on its own. See those guards, we’ll cover those symbols with their blood.” Nutropeks explained.
Well that certainly was not what Dr. Grey expected the plan to be. He was expecting something that required more of his intellect rather then using brute force. Although considering there is not much to use in Hell to cover up those symbols, using the guard’s blood to do so is the best they would be able to do especially since it would be able to show up on the Katchin. There is the Blood Pond, but nothing they could use to carry the blood with them considering it’s boiling hot. Got to make do with they have on hand which in this case is barely anything.
Although they would have to fight those guards to do so and people would be suspicious if a fight begin to break out for no reason. Perhaps this is where Grey can use his intellect to his advantage. He remembered hearing the Blue Oni talk about a Sake Gourd Bottle he had kept in the fridge in the break room that someone else must have taken. He notes that all those guards done there seem to have one as well. All he needs to do is act the part of a brutish oaf.
“HEY YOU ASSHOLES! YEAH YOU! I’M TALKING TO YOU!” Grey yelled out in the blue oni’s body.
All the guards turn their heads in confusion as they look towards the blue oni that was yelling at them. The blue oni then began sliding down the hill with their feet and begins walking angrily towards them. A red oni follows behind the blue one. The guards didn’t recognize these guards as they seemed to be watchkeepers of the lesser damned parts of Hell. They don’t really pay attention much to the lower ranked oni as they are more focused on doing their jobs.
“One of you taken my Sake Bottle, I left it in the fridge in the break room so it would stay nice and cold. And then I found that it was gone which means someone must’ve taken it! One of those Sake Bottles you have there is mine.” Grey said through the blue oni’s body.
“Hey man one Sake is better warm, second I don’t need some scrub from the Blood Pond accusing me of stealing something.” the big guard said.
Grey then used swung the blue oni’s club right across the guard’s face causing him to be knocked into the side of the container and causing some blood from his face be smeared onto the container as the guard Oni slides down causing multiple symbols to be covered up as once and causing the container to begin shaking. As the oni that was smacked into the container got up wiping the blood of their face and glaring angrily the other guards noticed something as they point towards the lid of the container. Black tendrils of energy begin to seep through the cracks of its prison and grab the chains holding the container shut tight. The tendrils then begin to pull at the chain with great force causing the steel pegs that hold the chains to be slowly pulled from the ground. A horrifying sound was emitted from the container as everyone except Nutropeks begin to experience a small headache.
Grey did not need Nutropeks instructions to know that now was probably the time to run now as he ran back up the hill as the guard oni stayed to try to pull the chains to prevent the thing from breaking free. Nutropeks begins to run back as well as he runs ahead of Dr. Grey to lead him to where he would begin the reviving ritual. And the oni guards begin to be losing tug o’ war with the Zalt Outsider as the tendrils pull up the pegs from the ground and begins swinging the chains around with the oni still on them. The tendrils then begin to wrap around the chains and begin unwrapping them off the container.
The lid was then blown off as the energy form of the Zalt Outsider is let loose looking like a shadowy silhouette version of its old flesh body made entirely of a black inky energy. The oni guards begin to charge at the aberration to beat it back into its prison, a futile effort. The energy tendrils then shoot into the mouths of each oni and begins sucking out their energy as they become withered husks with black hollow eyes. The corpses of the guard begin to twist and mutate from being in direct contact with chaotic eldritch energy of the Outsider and start to get up and walk on them. The energy form also begins to grow a bit from the Ki it has sucked up from the guards.
But it’s not enough for it, it’s not satisfied. It hungers for more Ki, it mourns for the loss of its children, and it wants revenge on the mortals that slain it. It then begins flying through Hell and notices many of the souls that are flying away in fear of it. It detects life energy from them but is unsure if it’s Ki, it does not care at this point though as it begins grabbing souls and absorb it into it as it begins to have a blue light glowing in it from the souls it consumed. Yes, these souls would suit its pallet for now until it can be able to form a new flesh body and escape this place. Perhaps it can make one from more mortal bodies it finds.
Grey takes a breather as Nutropeks stops him near a large doorway.
“This place is known as the Furnace of Eight Divisions, it is the only magical gateway from Other World to the mortal world without the use of a portal or teleportation. I will use this gateway to be able to send your soul through it to send you back to your restored body. Your assistant martian is attending your corpse as we speak, just as I intended as I had spoken to him in a dream before I got here. Now are you ready?” Nutropeks asked.
So, Morton was alive, that was the thing Dr. Grey was hoping for the most in the back of his mind. Of course, he figured he would be since his soul wasn’t with him in the checkout line in Other World to Yemma’s Office. Yet just a confirmation that he did survive gives him relief.
“I am, thank you for everything for letting me have a second chance. Now I can get back to my research, but I am afraid I need to repay you more then just by helping to improve the universe’s people through genetic manipulation, as I already intended on doing that. Well then Master Nutropeks, need anything else for me to do?” Grey asked.
Nutropeks was surprised to be referred to as his master as he would as taken aback at Grey’s request for him to give Grey to do something. There is something he can have him do.
“One day I will give you the coordinates of where I would be, or at least the asteroid I reside in is in. I will also send you schematics for a device that would be implanted in this asteroid that would be able used for me to send my energy to other worlds. You would make this out as a new energy use so that when it is used to power up everything, my energy can then begin to change and improve mortals. The schematics I have thought of should be able to filter the energy so to speak so it would be able to give the mortals safe enough doses of my energy to be able to give them more benefits then detriments. But for now, you must continue working for the Galactic Empire.” Nutropeks said.
Grey nodded as Nutropeks then begin to back up as he begins to speak in a different language. It was an ancient dialect that was used long ago by the Makaioshins, a circle filled with many symbols formed around Dr. Grey as Nutropeks continue the incantation. Then Dr. Grey’s soul was ejected from the oni he possessed and sent through the gate, off Earth, and into space. After Nutropeks was done he grabs the still unconscious oni’s body and walks off back into Hell, they manage to see that their fellow Outsider has already consumed quite a lot of souls already. He then begins to communicate with the fellow Outsider telepathically.
“I am sorry about what happened to you and your children, but rest assured not everything is bleak. I have found someone who has potential, I have had visions, that mortal is going to create something. Something that shall become the epitome of perfection made with my energy. It will grow more and more powerful until it would be strong enough to challenge the gods themselves. So, rest easy, for our revenge might be coming sooner then you think. As will your freedom.” Nutropeks stated.
“Your trust in this mortal worries me, mortals are nothing more then something to us to feed on not to play with. You can do whatever you wish with yours, I must gather more energy to be able to kill the cloaked one.” the Zalt Outsider replied.
“Ah I see, how very shortsighted, what a shame” Nutropek replied before relinquishing his control over Grog. Grog then begins to look around as he sees the giant shadowy monster above him as he cowers in fear and lets loose one last scream before he would meet his fate.
In Mitra Morton is staying in Dr. Grey’s old lab, now packed up with the equipment that was salvaged from the emergency bay of the Neo Gete Star. Even though Dain broke open the door thankfully there was an emergency shutter to close off the entrance. Morton was hiding underneath the bed the whole time and was never noticed by the three intruders as he watched Dr. Grey got shot by the raccoon one. The emergency bay was floating through space for a month before an Imperial Patrol shown up found him and brought him back to Mitra so he could explain what happened them.
Now he waits next to Dr. Grey’s coffin, which preserved his body and prevented it from rotting. As he was hoping that his dream meant something and that he was really coming back to life. Dr. Grey was the only one he knew in the Galactic Empire. He can’t do anything without him, and as if his dream was coming true a strange purple light began to form from the bullet wound in Dr. Grey’s head. The wound begins to seal up as a strange symbol briefly glows on Dr. Grey’s forehead.
Morton wouldn’t be able to see it, but Dr. Grey’s soul begins to shoot quickly into his body and his eyes open as he finds himself alive again. Morton then opens the container as Dr. Grey sits back up and begins to stare at his fingers and realizes he is back in his body. It was real all of it, Hell, Other World, Nutropeks, his resurrection, everything he thought he knew was put up the question. But that only meant more answers to look forward as he smiled and looked at Morton and said
“Good to see you again Morton, I’m back from Hell.”
“Hell?! So, there was an afterlife and you’re alive now?! But how, why, who?!” the martian asked waving his tentacles around in confused frenzy.
“I’m afraid I shouldn’t explain but it’s not important now, what’s important is I am alive now and we can resume work!” Dr. Grey said.
Morton began to cry tears of joy as he embraced Dr. Grey as the scientist pat his martian assistant’s bulbous head. He then looks around the room to notice that the cameras are no longer here, no doubt because ever since Grey moved his lab out from this room, they decided not to bother spying on him anymore.
“Now then all I need is an explanation for how I am back to the Galactic Empire. I could say that I am clone of the original or that the one who died in the Neo Gete Star was a clone I put in my place while I was hiding out in a secret location just in case Dain and Sly were too much for my back up. Yes, that latter explanation would do better as they would trust the original more then a copy. All I need to do now is a clone to fill in that coffin.” Dr. Grey said.
Morton then slithered to get a special Dynocap of Dr. Grey’s design containing a clone of Dr. Grey who wakes up before being shot in the head by the original. Grey then puts on gloves as to not put his finger prints on his clone’s corpse although since they both share the same DNA it wouldn’t really matter if his fingerprints were found on his corpse. Hey if you’re going to do murder might as well be thorough about not getting caught. He then picks the clone’s corpse up and places it into the coffin in the same position he was in as he closed the coffin.
“Alright then, now let’s announce my return to the galaxy.” Dr. Grey said.
Meanwhile back at Other World King Yemma is being told of what’s going on in Hell by one of his Oni.
“What?! The Outsider is free?!”
“Yes sir, and I am afraid they already devoured quite a lot of the souls there. And it seems once souls are trapped in it for too long, they get absorbed into the beast as if being digested. There’s nothing us Oni’s we can do.”
“Well what about the Supreme Kai? He made that prison so he should seal him up again!” Yemma said.
“Well I did King Yemma and they said that containing the Outsider was too good for it and that it must be destroyed for good, so he called for professional help.” The oni replied.
“A professional?! But who do they-oh of course? Him.” Yemma replied.
Back in Hell the Outsider from Zalt has already consumed 1000 souls. And it should consume 10,000 more in order to gain more power. It will consume all the souls of Hell if it would have to in order to get the revenge it desires and be in the mortal plane once more. It shall consume that cloaked metal man’s planet and all that lives in it and everyone they care about. It will consume all the mortals so that it then can move on to the gods.
“My my, how has it been since I fought one of you?” a voice said.
The aberration turns around and looks through it’s three glowing red eyes at what appears to be a hairless cat man in ornate attire next to a blue man with white hair and strange robes. These beings, their energy, it can’t sense or feel them, but it feels as it as if they have some greater power to them. They must be those wretched gods of this universe, the ones that wiped out most of their kind from the World of Void. It was filled with absolute terror, but at the same time a burning rage. It forgets what it’s revenge against the one who killed it for now and decided to use it’s anger on something much more deserving.
As the Outsider of Zalt lashes at Beerus with its tentacles he dodges them all with ease as he prepares an energy ball with rings orbiting it and kicks like a soccer ball into the beast causing an opening to be created in it leaking out all the souls it had devoured. As the form of the Outsider begins to shrink it then tries to smother the God of Destruction to absorb his energy. But then the god puts his palm forward and shouts “Hakai” as he lets out a wave energy at the creature which begins to cause it to start dissipating. What Beerus has given the Outsider would be considered an actual true death as it’s energy form and soul would be gone as not a bit of this monster’s energy remains. The abominations created from the corpses of the Outsider’s victims begin to turn to dust.
“I must say Lord Beerus it was nice of you to let those souls out first before using Hakai.” Whis says.
“I didn’t want King Yemma complaining again like when you had that Carambolis guy brought back to life on Zen-Oh’s orders. That was pathetic though, no longer a bunch of weaklings were able to beat it. Must’ve not been able to get enough sustenance through sucking up Ki and thus wasn’t able to become as strong as the Outsiders a few million years ago.” Beerus said.
“Yes, although I am afraid that they might’ve not been the only one hiding out in the universe. Should we go look for some more?” Whis asked.
“Hey if Shin wasn’t able to find them before what makes you think that we can find them now? If another shows up the mortals can handle it themselves. Unless there was one that was that would be exceptionally strong although there where was only one in the war that was like that and that one is long dead. Let them cower in wherever they are hiding. They are just too scared of us to consider actually doing anything on a grand scale.” Beerus said.
The lazy god then yawned as Whis would then bring him back to his realm. Beerus was lazy, but he did have a few points. If the Gods couldn’t find them before, how could they find them now? Plus, the Outsider Beerus thought did appear to also be afraid of him like he suggested the Outsiders would be afraid of the God of Destruction’s power because of the war. Although Whis can only hope that Beerus is right.
