Tiger Island, Earth
When it came to dealing with children, you sometimes had to expect that they won't do everything you say. As much as parents may try and discipline them to behave otherwise, some leeway is expected, and it is simply part of growing up. The relationship between Majin Khoshai and Tora no Seishin was one of mutual learning. Majin Khoshai was being taught martial arts by one of the greatest martial artists of this generation, and was also being raised by the legendary man himself, with Khoshai looking up to Tora as almost a surrogate father figure...given Kho's own father kind of...well, wasn't the best person to look up. Nevertheless, in turn, Tora learned how to successfully train and raise a child who had the potential to scar the planet itself if he chose to release enough of his dormant power to truly raise a threat.
Nevertheless, when Khoshai had first started staying with Tora, the Earthling, aware of the Majin's playfulness and mischievousness, set down the ground rules early. At the time, the elementary aged boy, eager to please, agreed to these ground rules. And one of those rules forbid him from exploring a certain sector of the island, known as "Demon King Rock". But, if anyone knows anything about children, telling them that they can't explore a part of a relatively new place, only made their curiosity regarding that specific place grow, prompting questions such as: "What could possibly be there that [Insert Caregiver Name Here] not want me knowing about?"
So what does Khoshai do? He waits until he was fully accustomed to living with "Big Brother Tora", and decided to explore that part of the island. Waiting until Tora left the island temporarily, Khoshai went off on his grand journey, the boy proudly marching throughout the island to find this so called rock. It didn't take necessarily long, given Tora made absolute sure that Khoshai knew the exact boundaries of where he was NOT supposed to go. So, Khoshai stored that information away so he could be sneaky later. Giggling at the excitement and adrenaline associated with doing something he knew he wasn't supposed to, Khoshai wandered to the so called "Demon King Rock". Little did he know...he wasn't alone.
A lone figure stood in front of him, dressed in a simple combat gi. An amazingly tall, green Namekian, with his back poised away from Majin Khoshai. Who was he? A green man? When had he seen one of those before? Um....
Oh, I know! The child thought to himself.
That one time, on Planet Vegeta, a really nice, red haired woman, by the name of Ipomea, gathered a team of really strong people to help her defeat these really evil beet monsters that invaded her farm, along with this really big plant flytrap thingy. Anyway, Khoshai met a really big Namekian named Faller there. So what did Khoshai do? He automatically assumed that Lute was that Namekian.
"It's Mister Faller! Hi Mr. Faller!" Khoshai called out as he ran over to Lute/Faller, running to stand in front of the towering Namekian, who Khoshai had to be at least 3.5 to 4 feet smaller than.
"It's me, Majin Khoshai! From that scary plant adventure with Miss Ipomea! You were the really angry green guy who looked all dark and moody the entire time! Hey, wanna play a game with me? It'll be fun!" Khoshai shot out, his statements spilling out of his mouth with the speed of a machine gun, going from one topic to another in the span of only a few seconds. And the entire time, he mistook Lute for some other Namekian, because they all looked the same to the child.

Lute hated to admit it, but he needed an outsider to assist with Absolut's (Emperor Absolut ) tutelage. He could show the kid how to be strong, independent and even deadly. But, being a hero--doing the right thing. Those were things Lute never was good at. He had a very skewed look on the world. Even though he had devoted himself to a new path, one less destructive and vile--it didn't mean he had completely changed. No, there were certain aspects about a person that were immutable. Lute would always probably see more of a benefit from killing a nuisance than trying to seek justice.
Not that his own personal feelings could steer him away from reality. No, he knew the important principals a hero. He knew how important they were t reputation. The notion was something he could set his ego aside for, something he needed help to teach Absolut about. Not that the kid needed too much assistance there, he already had a good heart. He just needed to see realistic and practical examples of doing the right thing, even when it was hard.
There was a part of Lute that was still Horn after-all, one he had been trying to suppress for years, but failed in the end to do. It had backfired pretty badly, actually. Lute had been to some degree, avoiding a third of the ki equation. Also there was another fact he realized, a bit too late. Fusion was the joining of bodies and minds. Meaning, he was hiding from a part of himself, the entire time. An entire HALF of himself. Such a mindset proved unhealthy had barred him from his potential. To achieve real power, Lute would need to strike a balance between himself and Horn. It would take a long time to recover the power level he had cheated to acquire. But, once he did--he would be leagues stronger than the first time around, much like Tora No Seishin had proven.
To some degree, Lute now let the former Warrior Clansmen drive a little more these days. Horn wasn't nearly as prideful and insecure as Lute.
Because of that, he was able to show up on Tiger Island. Lute still didn't know where he stood with Tora No Seishin. In fact, Lute had done a lot more harm than good in their battle. Still, he hoped to forge a bond with the human, the only one who had ever been able to free him from the darkness.
The first thing Lute intended to do was apologize and ask for help.
Yeah, he had changed. A lot.
Instead of being greeted by Tora, a short majin child with white hair approached him. Was this one of Tora's students? It had to be--
The kid immediately mistook him for another Namekian. They were all brothers after all, and it was hard to tell their features apart. Lute didn't know Faller, but the other name mentioned made him perk a curious eyebrow.
"How does a brat like you know Ipomea? She's one of the strongest warriors in this galaxy. Also, where is Tora No Seishin. I need to speak with him. Go fetch him for me, child."
Lute noticed the boy's immense aura. He thought of Pleez, another of the species that he considered a friend. She too had been very strong, violent as all hell, and pretty smart. But, that was an exception. Most he met were joyful and a bit... slow. Like they had a mental handicapped. He hoped this kid was smart enough to listen though.

Unfortunately, it seemed like Lute's name was Faller now. Not to mention that like Faller's initial response to Khoshai, Lute's behavior towards the child was rather hostile, which caused the boy to frown slightly. He associated the behavior with that of Faller, since the Namekian was much of the same way when they first met. A brooding, mean old Namekian man who wasn't nice to kids. But, was it enough to deter the child? Absolutely not. Crossing his arms and pouting, Khoshai responded to Lute," " I'm not a brat...my name is Majin Khoshai! And Big Brother Tora isn't here so there!" Khoshai pointed out to the Namekian, sticking his tongue out at him in his own juvenile way of getting back at the man for being mean. But there was one thing about Faller/Lute that stuck out. Why was he so confused about how he knew Ipomea? They all met her! It was Khoshai, Faller, Okarot and that really nice human girl named Asuka! They traveled to Planet Vegeta and beat up those nasty beet people! Didn't Faller remember? Or maybe...maybe he got beat up so hard that he forgot? Looking back on it, Faller didn't do so well against the beet people, and found himself on the losing end of the fight since....well...since he nearly collapsed after using that Wrath Cannon, or whatever it was that he liked to yell. "And Miss Ipomea wanted me to help her on this planet called Vegeta! Don't you remember, Mr. Faller? Or maybe you got hit too hard? But don't you remember me? It was me, Asuka and that other guy!" Khoshai said, momentarily not being able to remember Okarot's name. Cocking his head to one side, Khoshai stared at Faller with an innocent smile on his face, as if Lute was the fool, even though it never crossed the boy's mind that perhaps this wasn't the same Namekian. But did that matter? Nope! "And because Big Brother Tora isn't here, you have to play with me while you wait for him! Okay? It's gonna be really fun, you're gonna love it, I promise!" The child said, practically bouncing off the wall with excitement. But could you blame him? He loved meeting new people, yet all his time training with Tora kept him from getting into his old hijinks, and thus it was't often that he got to meet new people that willingly came to the island. Without waiting to hear whether or not Lute agreed to play the game, Khoshai began to explain the rules. "This is a game I call Tiger Tag! Because we're on Tiger Island....and we're playing tag!" Khoshai said, before dissolving into giggles, as if it was the absolute best idea he had come up with all day, and the absolute epitome of creativity. After his period of self satisfaction had concluded, he went on to explain the rules. "We can run and fly all around the island, but we can't go past the island! If you do you're out of bounds and you lose! You have to touch the other person to tag them, so you can't use big blasts...cuz Big Brother Tora gets mad when I use big blasts on his island..." Khoshai muttered as an afterthought, as if he had gotten in trouble multiple times in the past for such an offense, and the child had created such a rule in order to avoid further scoldings. "And the winner of the game is when the other person says that they give up! Oh! Oh! And you can punch and kick too! You can do it as hard as you want to too! I promise I won't get hurt..." Khoshai said before an intense fuchsia colored aura enveloped him, the buzzsaw bordered energy wrapping around him like a blanket, sparkling specks of light exuding off his body, giving the appearance of some otherworldly form of energy, or magic. Grinning, he pointed at Lute. "You can go first!"Post Count: 2 | LuteBATTLE TRACKER

Well Tora No Seishin wasn't here, on his own island. Lute grunted in frustration.
"Tiger Tag..."
The majin youth also seemed to think still that Lute was someone he knew. He thought about correcting him, but it seemed pointless. Without Tora around this entire visit was moot. Not that Lute didn't have some other business to attend to on Earth. His goal here was to secure resources and aide in training Absolut. There were plenty of other warriors who were more than capable of helping. Earth always seemed to be a hotbed. He didn't know what about the world that led to so many powerful beings coming from it.
He guessed that there was some mathematical rule somewhere that could explain it. In moments like these, he still wished that Kaijin was around. The android had good reasons for stepping away from the Leviathans and from the Empire. Lute couldn't blame him. In some ways, he had done the same--abandoning his original goals of domination and god-slaying, going for a more realistic and plausible approach.
He still didn't agree with the gods and their ways. But, there were other ways to combat that.
""No offense kid, but I don't have time to play games."
Lute turned and started walking in the opposite direction. He would walk to the other edge of Demon Rock. Hopefully by then he would be able to formulate a plan.

No time for games? What person could have no time for games? Khoshai crossed his arms and pouted as Lute turned away from him, practically dismissing the child in favor of going to the other side of Demon Rock, so he could brood and stare at the water, acting like he was cool or something. What did he have better to do? He came here for Big Brother Tora, right? And it seemed as if he had every intent to wait for the man's return? So why not just play with him? At least for a little bit...
Why did Faller have to be such a jerk?
Oh....that's a great idea.
In essence, Khoshai was a sweet kid. In recent times, he had grown extremely affectionate and had dialed back considerably on his antics of old, giving up on his rather dangerous pranks in favor of training with Tora and behaving to please his master and caretaker. But, old habits die hard. And Khoshai knew of the perfect way to entertain himself, and teach Lute to stop being such a meanie. How, one may ask? By starting the game anyway, and surprising the Namekian and make him play until Tora arrived. Of course, when he did, he would no doubt be scolded by the man...but Khoshai hadn't considered that part. He just found the whole concept hilarious. Imagine the look on Faller's face!
Khoshai waited until the perfect moment, right until Lute stopped moving, with his back to the little Majin child. Floating just above the ground, Khoshai's elastic body would begin to bend backwards, and after a few moments, Khoshai wrapped himself into a ball in a fantastic example of athleticism and flexibility.
After folding his body into a ball, Khoshai propelled himself forward with Ki, his body gaining a pink glow about him as he moved to smash full force into Lute, his body holding about equivalent impact force to a truck hitting a civilian. Regardless of whether that blow hit or not, Khoshai would zoom straight on, before turning and repeating for round two, then three. Eventually, after three rounds of being an organic bowling ball trying to hit the Namekian pin, Khoshai would uncurl himself and burst into uncontrollable laughter.

Dammit...
The kid was hell bent on playing. Lute could feel just how strong he was, even if his energy signature was a bit wacky due to the strange magical nature of being a majin. Also, majins were simple minded, focused on what they wanted usually, and nothing else.
Lute wasn't going to get off this island peacefully.
Fine. The boy barreled at him with astounding speed, only to hit empty air. Lute drifted back, having used his precise aura control to launch himself to the side at the last second. The amethyst ki rippled around his body. No longer was it the blanketing malicious and hungry aura of the Demon King. This aura was natural, was his own. Even still, he had been grazed, his arm stinging with pain. Such speed. It reminded him of Kamui, to a degree. Round two went much the same, except Lute kicked the kid in the side, sending him careening away. Not that it stopped him, as he returned with for a violent third pass. Lute had practiced magic his whole life. He closed his eyes, reaching out to the energy inside of the boy. He whispered ancient and powerful Namekian words under his breath, casting the spell. It was a dispel, actually. Used to break apart and dismiss magic. It was probably impossible to take the primordial magic from a majin, but it would at least cause a great deal of discomfort. Lute waited for him to arrive on the third pass, before lashing out. Even though he was a blob of amorphous goo, in the shape of a person, he still had very unique chakra points. They could shift, move, and even resize depending on the creature's current appearance. But, it didn't matter. Lute needed only strike the point and all hell would break loose. He did so with a single finger jab. Had Tora No Seishin taught the boy to control his own aura? Maybe. This would be the ultimate test as within seconds his ki would start to go erratic inside of him. One chakra point was probably blocked, and the others surrounding it swelling with backed up pressure. There would be pain, if majin could feel such a thing. And lots of it. I said no. Huh, I missed?
Majin Khoshai had fully expected to taken the Namekian by surprise, not factoring in the fact that Lute had been a warrior for more years than the child had been alive, and thus his reflexes were honed to the finest degree, a degree that Khoshai had no clue how to obtain as of yet. Hell, most of his talent in fighting came from natural talent. He just flailed his limbs around and blasted stuff, and half the time people just fell before him. Tora no Seishin was teaching him how to refine his fighting style, yet Tora could testify for himself, that Khoshai was no easy student. Old habits died hard.
Thus, even though Khoshai was surprised by Lute's ability to dodge, he really had no right to be. The ball attack, while fast and fierce, was sloppy, and the attack path too predictable, as proven upon Lute's counterattacks. Khoshai felt the kick careen him to one side as he completed his second pass, although the child's rubbery skin all but absorbed it. As Lute probably suspected, the magical incantation to strip the Majin of his natural, primordial magic had failed as the child continued on his assault relatively unaffected. However, as Khoshai turned around for his third pass, Lute's finger jab to the rubbery skin of the child brought about disastrous results. The child immediately unfurled himself, screaming in pain and discomfort. It was a pain that he had never experienced before, something that regeneration could not mend...at least not quickly. To be struck in the pressure point, an exposed chakra point, which immediately began bleeding and disrupting his natural Ki flow.
Khoshai cried out as he rubbed his side, trying to soothe the pain, his body writhing about. As Lute had perhaps expected, Tora had attempted to teach the boy the finer points of Ki Control, but alas, teachers were hardly effective if the child wasn't bound to listen, and thus his reckless nature proved to be his downfall. As Khoshai summoned up his aura once more, it would loose quite a bit of its' fervor, enveloping the boy in erratic pink colored energy.
"That hurt! That really hurt!" Majin Khoshai complained before glaring at Lute. He wasn't mad, necessarily. How could he be? He was the one who started the game, it was just his competitive nature getting the best of him now. Now, the game was solidified in stone. Lute had hit him, which meant he was it. And not only that, but Lute had hit him hard. So, he couldn't back out now!
"You're not quitting now just because you made me "It"! And plus, manners are stupid!" The child spoke vehemently, poking out his tongue at Lute before charging forward, his body fading out of view as he closed the gap between him in the Namekian in a manner of moments. Appearing before Lute, Khoshai's tail would flash across Lute's vision, the fuchsia colored appendage moving to tighten itself around Lute's neck, hoisting him aloft, the tail extended so that it would be effectively strangling the Namekian while holding him suspended, and thus at Khoshai's mercy. Regardless of whether the tail successfully constrained Lute or not, Khoshai would press onwards with his attack, bounding forward with both fists clenched, before simply pounding away at the Namek, his fists rocking back and forth continuously as he pelted the man with blows. "I'll take that as a no. Looks like he didn't teach you manners. Well, I guess I'll have to give the lesson on his behalf," Lute said and folded his arms.
Lute flinched as he vanished. It was hard to to track the kids moveements. Lute had gotten a lot slower and it wasn't something easy to get used to. Even so, the tail wrapped around his heck and he grimaced, shoving his forearm between the appendage and his throat. It didn't stop the constriction, but it did act as a buffer and allowed him to continue breathing.
Breathing was good.
The blows rained in. The kid was savage, had little form or technique. Using his strange anatomy and power to pulverize him. Lute was able to get his knees up and in the way, blocking a decent portion of the punishment.
He continued to weave his spell. It didn't work the way he wanted the first time, but he had felt the magic in there. It was just a matter of uncoiling like the right strand.
With a pulse of his own ki, he ripped away and flew straight up, vaulting over the kid. Behind him and upside down, he wasted little time, unleashing a blazing fast series of fingerjabs up and down his back.
They would further disrupt his ki and cause even more pain.
He wasn't going to beat a majin physically, but if he could dismantle the spirit--that was the real way to win.

Why was he being so mean?To Khoshai, he wasn't doing anything wrong. Well, maybe saying manners are stupid was a bit rude, but mainly, he was just acting out because he was bored, and his lack of parental guidance (hard to have parental guidance when your father was a genocidal maniac who ate the remainder of your family), made it so that the child didn't really have the social graces to go about it properly, and coupled with Lute's rather dismissive attitude, made the child angry about being ignored and dismissed, which led to such outbursts and actions. It was of no excuse for the kid's behavior, of course, but it was at least an explanation. As Majin Khoshai's tail vaulted forward to wrap around Lute's neck, the Namekian's arm immediately moved to intercept, at least in part, keeping the child from having full dominion over Lute's upper body. As Khoshai proceeded into just straight on pummeling the Namekian warrior, Lute countered by raising his legs to block quite his fair share of the blows, nullifying them with his enhanced reflexes, before somersaulting over the boy, and moving back on the offensive. There was only one problem this time. Majin Khoshai was ready. Reflexively, as Lute moved to strike Khoshai, the Majin's body began to lose shape, morphing from a solid, albeit putty-like material to a gooey, semi-solid/semi-liquid form, causing Lute's pressure point attacks to simply plunge into Khoshai's skin. However, when he tried to extract his hands, he would find his hands bound by the dramatic increase in Khoshai's skin's viscosity. Even though the child reflected little to no finesse in terms of his fighting style, Majin Khoshai's prowess in his strange bodily anatomy made for a rather unreal fighting experience. His gooey body shifting to face Lute, the child grinned evily before making his arms solidify back into their natural state, bringing both arms down in a Double Axe Handle to crash down on Lute's head, before moving to pummel him once more, Khoshai's arms a blur of movement as he struck the trapped Namekian again and again. "You hurt me before! So now, I hurt you!" Post Count: 5 | LuteBATTLE TRACKER

The Fallen King TAGS: Doctor Kaijin Vex
The double axe handle strike smashed Lute directly in the face. His head snapped back and spittle flew from his lips. But, he would then snap his head forward and stare directly into Kho's eyes, no humor on his face, just a sinister expression. The kid was asking for it. Lute was a patient man. Being an assassin had required him to learn the trait. But, for some reason he was feeling less than forgiving and patient. Maybe because of the blatant disrespect and disobedience this little snot was giving him.
The blows rained down shortly after. He managed to bob and weave around a few, but one cracked him in the sternum with resounding force. It drove the air from his lungs and for a moment he went slacked jawed from the pain.
"Big mistake."
His hands were trapped, inside of the majin. That meant he didn't even have to land his attack. His amethyst aura flared up around him and he simply loosed an an enormous ki burst from his hands. It the waves of pressure ripping out of his palms would shear and shred through the doughy like substance of Kho's body.
Lute would then retreated backward and recover, before his counter attack. Sizzling purple rays shot from his pupils, cutting lines across the sky. He would attempt to incinerate little errant clumps and pieces of the majin before he was able to regenerate them.

Pain.
A flash of light was all he could register, before pain overtook all of his senses. But it was a different type of pain. Khoshai was no stranger to the sensation. One could never be a warrior, even a young one such as the Majin, and not be aware of what pain felt like. It was just that his body was used to it, to where Khoshai was used to feeling a bright hot flash of pain, followed by the soothing sensation of regeneration that, in most cases, blinked that pain away to nothingness. However, this was different. He had never felt his very soul being distorted, his spiritual essence being toyed with and prodded by this Namekian. It was a very different experience.
It was lasting pain. And Khoshai didn't know how to deal with that. As his abdomen burst open, the Majin let out a shrill scream, his voice distorted in agony as the amethyst colored Ki ripped the child to shreds, leaving deformed globs of fuchsia in its' stead. Globs that were soon reduced to smaller, burnt globs as the Namekian's purple eye rays ripped across open air, slicing and dicing the remaining parts. However, in the midst of Lute's offensive, a loud sound resounded from the conglomerate of Majin parts, the sound akin to a train horn. In tandem, each glob of flesh released a rather generous amount of pink colored steam from their pores, the puffy clouds enveloping the pieces, shrouding them near completely from Lute's field of vision.
The shroud of smoke served almost as a magical cocoon, meant to speed up the regeneration process when a Majin felt as if they had suffered much more damage than they should have. The smoke cloud acted as a barrier and as a reactant, keeping Lute out, while the magical juices soaked and rejuvenated the child's skin as he molded himself together into a defined shape. When the smoke eventually cleared and the spell ended, Majin Khoshai was once more whole, and increasingly more annoyed. When the fuchsia colored light of his Ki aura once more enveloped him, it buffeted outwards unlike ever before, his power skyrocketing past what he had expressed before. Khoshai was, in layman's terms, a sore loser. He didn't like losing, and he especially didn't like losing to mean old guys like Lute.
"Why do you have to be so mean?! 'I'll have to give the lesson on his behalf' and 'I said no'. You guys are never any fun, and just want me to go away. I hate that!" Khoshai fumed, mimicking the dark and brooding voice of the former Demon King. As the child voiced his frustrations, his energy grew more wild and unkept, sparking up erratically. Finally, Majin Khoshai finished in a rather loud and shrill scream, channeling his Ki to leave in powerful bursts out of his throat, amplifying the sonic waves and air waves tenfold, so that when they smacked into Lute, the impact force would be akin to being hit by a car. The Vice Shout, a technique that the boy had picked up from his "Big Sister", Majin Ala. The ability to amplify one's vocal projection to the point where one could rip open dimensional holes. While this one wasn't powerful enough to bring about such an effect, it still packed quite the wallop.Post Count: 6 | LuteBATTLE TRACKER

The Fallen King TAGS: Doctor Kaijin Vex
Lute pressed both hands to his the side of his head when the majiin boy started to scream. The sound tore at his sensitive ears and he grimaced, almost stuffing his fingers into the holes up to the knuckles to prevent the drums from bursting. Having acute hearing was more often than not a huge advantage compared to most species. But, in moments like this Lute hated that he couldn't just turn off the ability.
It wasn't just blasts of sound, but also pressure waves of ki. They rolled into him with resounding force. His aura warded against most of the punishment, but it drove the breath from his lungs. This boy was rather powerful, so much that it was troublesome. He far surpassed Pleez, even after the demonic ritual that had awakened her terrible primal state.
"Maybe people would want you around if you listened. Maybe they would respect you if you didn't act like a petulant little brat. You need to learn self control, discipline. Only then will people take you seriously."
Harsh words. Yes. Were they false?
Not even a little bit.
Lute really just wanted to get out of this situation. But, to do so he needed to be clever. He would set the trap and maybe the majin boy would fall into it.
Truth was, he was tired. His body still hadn't recovered from expelling all of his demonic ki. It would take a long time for him to build himself back up.
He vanished from sight, leaving being an identical clone made out of pure ki. It would remain there, floating with its arms crossed. Soon as the boy attempted to engage with it, or move on, it would make its way into his line of sight and explode with a blinding flash.
The real Lute would swoop down in that same moment. Grabbing large chunks of earth with his telekinetic powers and hurling them into the air. They would close in on the boy from all sides and slam into him all at once, entombing him.
Channeling his lingering strength further, he would create great rippling coils of purple ki and slip them around rock tomb like rubber band, shrinking them down tight. The ki bands would pin and crush the amorphous creature, attempting to trap him.
Lute was awaare that it wasn't a perfect solution. Majins could be as big as they needed to be. But, he only needed to keep the kid that way for a few seconds, long enough to buy time and get away from Tiger Island.

Maybe people would want you around if you listened.
Majin Khoshai pressed on with the offensive as Lute dialed back, temporarily stunned by the intense nature of the Vice Shout. Barreling forward, the boy moved to attack the Namekian Warrior, his foot swinging forward to smash into his side, yet "Lute" dodged the fierce offensive, the Namekian warrior backstepping to avoid the blow, before suddenly exploding in a flash of bright light, temporarily blinding the young boy. Screaming out in pain, Khoshai reared back, trying to rub and soothe his eyes, opening him up completely to Lute's attack.
The boy didn't even see it coming.
With a squeal, Khoshai was crushed from all sides by the incoming rock structures, the boulders closing in and crushing the elastic Majin inside, the weight of the formations bringing the combined rock structures down crashing back down to the surface, showering the surroundings in sand as a resounding BOOM could be heard. Lute's Restraining Bands slipped around the rock tomb like a rubber band, before shrinking, causing the rocks to groan, strain, and even crack slightly under the intense pressure, creating what seemed to be a rather lethal scenario for any other form of organic being. However, Lute knew who he was fighting. A simple matter of intense pressure and crushing force would not kill a Majin. Merely stop them long enough for the Namekian to escape.
And it worked. Initially.
Majin Khoshai was helpless. Rocks pinned him from every side, flattening the boy out like a pancake. It hurt so badly, the boy could feel everything hurting. This man...this Namekian, had hurt him badly. This...this wasn't a game. No, this wasn't a game. Lute's words had solidified it.
Maybe people would want you around if you listened.
The words swirled in his head like a halo, resounding within like a constant echo. The cacophony of voices in his head grew, until it was near deafening.
Maybe people would want you around if you listened.
Maybe they would respect you if you didn't act like a petulant little brat.
Petulant little brat.
Petulant little brat.
I am not...a brat....
Khoshai was angry. Lute not only rejected him, and ignored him, and treated him like a big ol' meanie, but he insulted him too, and called him a brat not just once, but twice. He hated to be called a brat. He wasn't a brat. It made him so angry...he didn't even know what to do. He hated this fight, he hated being with this man. He just wanted Tora to come back....but this man had to ruin his day. It was all his fault......!
I'm not the one to blame! HE IS! He insulted me...and now he's gonna try and kill me! I'll show him...I'll...I'll...!
Petulant little brat.
Something in the child snapped.
I'll destroy everything.
Majin Khoshai's temper was something to be feared. Spoiled was a hard word to use to define the boy, given that he did not typically get what he wanted. Tora was kind, yet firm with the boy, and made sure that he knew discipline. However, he was the first to ever do so. Khoshai's own mother was constantly away on the battlefields when Khoshai was a child, and his father's only care was satisfying his desire for destruction in small doses by taking his frustration out on Khoshai and his sister, only for it to escalate in killing the entire family, with Khoshai as the lone survivor. One could chalk it up, based on that, to a lack of discipline and parental guidance, along with an overwhelmingly strong desire for attention, even if he had to go to the extremes for it. When he was denied, it made him angry. And not only was Khoshai a Majin, but he was his father's son. His father, Majin Saharis, was a beacon of destruction within the universe, a chaotic Majin who desired nothing but to kill and ravage. Majin Khoshai was born a mutant, as were both his father and mother. Yet, his mother's genes were not the dominant.
His father's were...and Khoshai was about to bare his fangs.
"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" A loud shrill scream broke from the conglomerate of boulder formations, the scream itself carrying enough force to shake the very island. A moment later, a mini explosion rocked the shore as the restraining force, bands, rocks and all exploded in a flash of fuchsia light as Khoshai's sheer power obliterated what had previously trapped him.
Majin Khoshai had changed. Originally, the child possessed heterochromatic eyes, indicating his dual nature between good and evil. In his right eye, his sclera was the standard white, with a pinkish iris, while his left eye held the standard eye color for a Majin, black sclera with a red iris. However, when he looked upon the Lute for the first time since his breakout, both eyes matched, yet both reflected black sclera with a red iris. Khoshai's aura had morphed too, into two layers. The outer layer was a violent teal, spiking out in a pattern similar to that of a roaring flame. The inner layer was red in color, and seemed to surround the boy in a more erratic, violent version of that flame. Within the red coloration was what appeared to be visages of screaming, black colored skulls, almost as if they were souls crying out for help. The wind flowed, carrying the crying sounds of the damned across the sky. Grinning, Khoshai narrowed his eyes at Lute, the wicked smile showing his fangs. In that moment, an intense pressure was put upon Lute, as if wicked energies had enveloped him and permeated his body in waves. It would attempt to fuse with him, corrupt him, mesh with him, and ultimately ruin him. It wasn't demonic magic, but it was a form of primordial magic unlike what could be found in the darkest of grimoires. The magic was an intense projection of rage and fury, meant to strike pure fear into the heart of his opponent, so much so that they cannot help but stand in place. And from the boy came three, simple words, that carried over the howling winds.
"Me. Kill. You."
Raising his right hand, Khoshai's palm was engulfed with violent blue energy. Using his left hand as a crutch, Khoshai directed the right as one would a cannon, so that it would be level with the Namekian that was floating above him. Roaring, a frightening large wave of energy would rocket forth from Khoshai's palm, the recoil force alone disintegrating the boy's entire right arm as soon as he fired the blast. The energy wave would shoot forth like lightning being thrown back into the heavens, the sound of the discharge drowning out nearly everything else. This blast was unlike anything Khoshai had ever thrown before.
This was not simply a challenge.
This was a Prelude to Destruction.

The Fallen King TAGS: Doctor Kaijin Vex
If anyone was intimately familiar with demonic magic and dark energy, it was Lute. The innocent, playful, boy had turned into a monster. Anyone else would have been terrified Anyone else would have shirked and fled. Lute wanted to. In fact, after his imprisonment, he had been planning on it. He wasn't in the mood for games, he had a lot to get done during his short visit on Earth. Asking Tora for help had been one of those things, but the martial artist was gone.
But, his malicious power--that changed everything.
"Dammit, kid."
Despite Lute's harsh words, despite his gruff nature. He had a soft spot for kids. Majin or not--he couldn't see this kid consumed by corruption. Not after having just recovered from it himself. That would make him the utmost hypocrite. So, he would stand his ground. He had to bring this kid back from the brink, after having driven him there.
"Me. Kill. You."
"No you won't."
The blast that the majin fired stopped dead in mid air, it quivered there. Lute held it with both arms. The heat from the damn thing burned his flesh. He gritted both of his teeth, finding resolve to hold it. Doing so wasn't easy, it his arms ached, his back felt like it wanted to bend inward and snap in two. A trickle of purple blood exited his nostril and ran down his lips. He didn't have his demonic power anymore, but that didn't mean that Lute wasn't familiar with power. Something was awakening in him. It filled the ghost of his former dark power, filled it with the purest genki he had ever encountered.
A faint blue light swarmed around him. He saw motes of it--fluttering upward from the plants and trees. Tiger Island....
Was it lending him strength? Of all people?
This energy the very opposite of demonic power, the antithesis to darkness. Light. This was pure light. He cringed at first, it felt foreign, it felt... good. He didn't deserve a gift like this. Not in a million years.
I guess this island has a mind of its own. Interesting.
Roaring, he threw the insidious rolling ball of annihilation into the air. There it discharged violently with a single concussive burst. Dark energy washed over the area. Lute's pure aura cut through it like a moonbeam through a foggy night.
"Alright. You win. FINE! I changed my mind. Looks like I'll play after all. But, but I get to make the rules of this game."
Lute gripped the boy with his telekinetic power and then pushed him hard, trying to send him flying off the island towards the open ocean. "Tag... you're it!""First one to touch the water loses."Flickering from sight, he appeared above the majin both hands cupped. Purple ki swelled into his fingertips and he fired a lance of energy straight at him. It would crash into him and attempt to drive him into the rolling waves below. The splitting image of his father. A blight upon the galaxy.
Gods of Destruction were feared and revered by the highest, and revered to be the highest and most divine form of destruction. However, there were many mortals who sat, ignorant of the existence of such gods, and rampaged about as they pleased, destroying whatever came to mind. Their minds were tethered to the simple matter of destruction and pain, and explosions. It brought them joy,a near euphoric high even. If not for their mindless drive to kill and destroy, perhaps they would've been considered Agents of Destruction for the said God who stands higher than them all. Majin Saharis, Khoshai's father, was such an individual. His chaotic nature unrivaled, his sheer power yet to be matched, the Majin took pleasure in murdering others, and the anguish of their souls quenched his thirst for blood.
And Majin Khoshai was his son. While Khoshai's demeanor and personality did not reflect his father's bloodlust, the chaos was inherent, and with enough rage and provoking, the sheer negative energy could be unlocked, provoking a bestial, overwhelming that, in many cases could be seen as bottomless. In a way, it was easy to see why Tora took Khoshai on as a student. Such overwhelming, uncontrolled power could wreak havoc upon the universe if channeled into the wrong hands. But when serving the good of the galaxy? It could just so turn the tides of fate.
But now, the fate of Tiger Island was at stake. The child was in a state of mind where he wasn't even aware of his own actions. Something else was gripping him, another consciousness that replaced Khoshai's own happy go-lucky, innocent tone. And this force wasn't interested in playing games. Majin Khoshai grinned evily as his Innocence Cannon crashed into Lute's palms, fully expecting the blast to engulf the Namekian and atomize him as a result. However, such a grin turned into a wicked scowl as Lute seemed to push the ball of destruction straight up into the air before it detonated, bathing the sky in blue light, the likes of which was visible for miles upon miles. Mini sparkles of sapphire embers rained from the sky like rain droplets. And just like that, the battle resumed. Khoshai felt his body suddenly plunge downwards, as the telekinetic force sent him falling straight into the violent ocean currents. Moments later, Lute's energy blast pierced the water, parting the ocean itself as it struck the Majin, blowing a hole straight through his abdomen, right before the waves of the ocean swept him up once more, burying him behind seas of blue.
Alas, the breather did not last long before Majin Khoshai burst from the water once more, the giant hole in his stomach already regenerating. His fierce pink aura rocketed from his body with such force that the ground of Tiger Island trembled, and the sky above the entire archipelago began to darken as storm clouds rolled in. Growling, the child spoke, his tone malicious, his voice several octaves deeper.
"How about a new game? First person to dye the water red with blood loses. The winner gets to mark their coffin." And with that, the child vanished, reappearing in front of Lute in the blink of an eye. His tail lashing out to constrict around Lute's neck, Khoshai would plow his left fist straight into the Namekian's solar plexus, while simultaneously raising his right hand to be level with the green man's face. A spark of energy would ignite in the boy's hand, before he released a rather powerful energy wave into Lute's face point blank, Khoshai giving little to no regard to his own tail, fully aware and accepting of the fact that he would be destroying the majority of his own tail if it were to connect.

The Fallen King TAGS: Doctor Kaijin Vex
Lute wrinkled his bald green brow.
"How is that a fair game, I'm the only one who bleeds? You don't even have any blood."
Kho moved in on the offensive, lashing out with a merciless tail grab. Not wanting to be grappled by the feisty little deviant, the former Demon King shifted at the last second and the arcing appendage wrapped around his forearm instead. His other arm was still free and he was able to catch the solar plexus punch in the palm of his hand. HIs rigid fingers crushed down on the gooey flesh, like a baker kneading dough.
"Come on. You wanted to play. Now you're throwing a temper tantrum. Need to make up your mind."
Light filled the gap between them and Lute knew that his foe was up to no good. He opened his mouth and loosed a dense beam of raw purple ki, which buzzed and crackled, filling the space. Kho's own beam crashed against it and the two surging tides of energy swelled and expanded, exploding in a brilliant flash.
Lute fell out of the explosion, trailing smoke and coughing. He hoped to pull the kid back from his sadistic streak, but things were looking grim. Even with the energy that Tiger Island had gifted him, he wondered if he could beat a creature like this majin, alone.

It was almost like being put to sleep, and having another person command your body. Majin Khoshai, the child that Lute had interacted with before, was buried beneath the layers of his own psyche, held a prisoner by a separate entity. Was it an actual separate spirit housed inside the boy? No. It was more of a split personality. The result of two different spheres of existence.
Light.
and Dark.
Majin Khoshai's general personality and happy go lucky exterior was a representation of pure innocence. Sure, he may have been a bit of a brat at some points, and had his moments, but he was a kid. A fun loving child, who viewed life as a game. This..this was different. This was another side to Khoshai, the side he inherited from his father. This was a pure monster, a killing machine brought out of slumber by emotion. An element of pure evil.
An element of pure destruction, that relished in the pain of others. That simply desired to kill. It was near psychotic. A pleasure that was near euphoric. Majin Khoshai had transformed into something else, and it was going to take more than promises of playing games to bring the real side of the boy back to the surface. As Lute released his Mouth Blast, the brilliant array of light caused Khoshai to avert his eyes, but it did not do much more than that. Breaking straight through Khoshai's own energy blast, the boy crossed his arms over his chest in an 'X' formation, allowing the purple Ki to crash into his own form, Khoshai's magical Ki buffer nullifying the greater effects of the Mouth Blast, causing it to simply dissipate in air upon proper contact.
"Not fair, is that right? Well, with such a weak offensive as that, perhaps you deserve to lose then. My mind is made up....so you will either bleed, or I will erase you to dust. The choice is yours. NOW JUST STAND THERE AND DIE!" Majin Khoshai yelled, his voice growing deeper and deeper as his energy became more erratic. Veins rippled throughout his body and his very skin seemed to be shifting, and morphing, as if desperately trying to change forms. What could possibly be going on? It was almost irrational, the level of change that was going on, if one did not understand the separation of personality between what was before Lute now, and the child before. You say no, and defend yourself from the Majin's advances, and now suddenly he wants your blood? It was simply illogical.
The entire situation was just illogical and contradictory. Which made it that more dangerous.
Twisting his right hand back, Khoshai brought it forward in a fluid, sweeping motion, releasing several baseball sized, green energy spheres which would shoot across air to collide into Lute, the explosions and impact force of each one capable of sending the Namekian flying. The Fallen King TAGS: Doctor Kaijin Vex
Lute tucked his head behind his forearms as the energy blasts rained in on him. A chain of explosions went off, filling the sky like the grand finale of some sort of malicious fireworks display. The Namekian fell out of the clouds of dust and vapor, choking and coughing. His gi was tattered and minor burns marred his arms. Still, he was in the fight and had a good deal more vitality after the little boost that Tiger Island gave him.
The kid was long gone now. Lute was starting to see his idea of trying to appeal to his original needs was failing, miserably. It was like he was talking to a completely different child, a far more evil one at that.
Words wouldn't do much. That was clear.
That was fine. Lute wasn't a talker anyway, never had been.
He used the slowly dispersing clouds of smoke as cover, flickering through them with high speed movement. He arrived in force, attempting to plant a flying kick in the center of Kho's gut.
Bringing his right arm up above his head, his fingers curled into a fist and he swung it down like a hammer, attempting to flatten the gooey youth like a pancake and send him flying into the rolling sea below them.

The pain was becoming too much. The Majin was beginning to lose power. And that part was what enraged him the most.
He was aware. Well aware that he had the power to squash him like a bug. To feel the gore and blood of the Namekian pool between his fingers. He knew that if he could just collect his true power, that nothing on this island could stand in his way of destruction. Simple, mindless carnage. But, something...whatever it was Lute had done, it was keeping him from doing so. His Ki refused to rise to his call. His power level was fluctuating and dropping erratically. He could barely summon the energy to call his magical aura around him. Lute's pressure point attacks had shut down too many of his chakra points, had sealed the pathways with which his spiritual energy could properly flow. Had inhibited him far too much, and now it was effecting him so much that he could barely move, barely throw a proper punch.
Why? How could this insect pressure him so?!
It was infuriating. And that fury filled Khoshai's dark heart. It was time...time to morph, to assume his true form. After spending so long in slumber, he was finally being awakened. As Lute vaulted forward with a flying kick, the child swiftly sidestepped such a puny attempt at an attack, a moment before he was smashed into the sea, the hammerfist flattening his head and sending him plummeting, the raging tides parting as he was slammed into the sea, before engulfing him in the violent waters.
Khoshai could feel the child within him struggling to get out, as this side of his pysche struggled to suppress him.
For too long, I have submitted to your dominance. Now, you will bow to me. It's time for me to have some fun.
Khoshai shot out of the water at the speed of a rocket, his body curled into a ball, much like he had done in the beginning of the battle. However, this time, fuchsia colored Ki blanketed his body, augmenting the impact force tenfold. The boy shot forward, seeking to smash right into Lute's frame, before coming back for another go. Then another. Then another. The battlefield would light up with the pink pinball shooting back and forth between the stormy skies. Post Count: 10 | Lute BATTLE TRACKER

The Fallen King TAGS: Doctor Kaijin Vex
Lute could only cross his arms in front of him as the infused fuschia meteor of a majin slammed into him. He softened the blow by forming a cushion of ki behind him with his telepathic powers. It was like being caught in a glove of your own aura and it slowed his descent. Gritting his teeth, he did everything he could to stop himself from hitting the water. He threw his arms and legs out wide. The waves beneath him parted and swelled outward. He was sprayed with brine, but he managed to halt himself just inches from the suface. Only to be hit again by Kho and sent zipping parallel to the waves.
And again, back the other direction. The sky rolled past him, along with it puffy white clouds and sapphire wave crests.
Just the force of the impacts were enough to cause him to growl in pain. The majin was wearing him down. Just as he expected. Their stamina and durability was beyond measure.
He focused all of his ki into a tiny spherical node inside of his central chakra and took a deep breath. He waited for Kho to make another pass, biding the few heartbeats he had to catch his breath and his sanity.
Right before impact, he exploded. His aura lashed outward in a massive lavender spherical dome of flame. Kho would be engulfed by it, scorched, and hopefully driven back.
