Traveling around Earth is a big part of where her life has turned out, not really understanding what she can really do, without someone more experienced to teach her. There weren't too many Majins around, but lots of people, strong and not strong. She had been told before early on, not to go bothering people.
Something that had her puffing steam at first, knowing others weren't told to do the same. But going on to actually do so, she found entertainment in the things that they did. What she had noticed the most, is how better it was to keep moving from place to place, knowing there would be people doing different things.
QUIRKS:
Being a Majin, she naturally has confidence and comfort when it comes to approaching others, or speaking her mind about something. The lack of respect for personal space, isn't something she understands, thinking that they're being funny or need to breathe better. Early on in her life, she had decided to come up with answers to what others might have meant, in a more positive way than might be intended, knowing how much Earthlings liked to learn or teach. Being told not to bother anyone, only means going elsewhere for her.
BONDS:
Lady Sakurai - Her caretaker, who had tried to teach her some manners growing up, along with give her the most normal life she could. It was only unfortunate how natural it was, for a being like her to use ki.
BACKSTORY:
As early as she could remember, the face of Lady Sakurai, an auburn-haired woman, had been who she had knew and came to consider as a caretaker. Having been told she had slipped into the estate's closed gates, it had always been an option to have passed her onto someone more aware of what to do with beings like her.
But even with what puffs of steam had rose from her smaller body back then, she still had clear innocence. Was someone who could learn to be different than other beings who had power. Lady Sakurai wasn't the only one living within the estate, having staff helping to grasp the idea of living alone.
Something unnecessary for someone who had about a decade's worth of that knowledge, but could be of use for someone like her. There were a lot of things she couldn't naturally grasp, and that fact had made her refuse to really listen to what was just noise to her, going off to do something she enjoyed instead.
It was only through exhausting whatever she was doing at the moment, did those at the estate really see her learning process. But trying didn't mean actually succeeding. Only recognition here and there.
Ki was something natural to her, and what she had explored of it herself, was because of how informed she was taught to be about the world. Seeing these people brought a desire to try and copy them, which she couldn't do exactly, beyond forming ki herself. She was given no training for it, no matter how interested she was, but didn't really think to ask about getting some either, even as she got older.
Living at the estate was nice for the most part, even if doing what she wanted would have been better.

Wandering elsewhere when she didn't want to do something asked of her, wasn't anything new. She could go days upon days traveling somewhere else, but all that was necessary, was to keep contact.
Sometimes she forgot just why she had decided to travel somewhere, paying more attention to the people that were around, and interacting with them until she had remembered. There was a lot of things she could always do when she was alone, and not getting into trouble was all that she had really needed to do.
But there was natural curiosity in wanting to know what people did, the longer she had watched them. She had never intended to really travel anywhere out on her own, but what she was told to do, and hadn't wanted to at the time, led her to where she should have been encouraged instead of be denied.
Only wanting to enjoy herself more than anything, she was easily able to see what others did with their own lives, and joined in if she felt that she could have any fun at all.
