After his bout with Legume, Sly knew he needed to be safe when he decided to have a bout with his friend Dain. Due to this, he decided his home planet The Badlands would be the best spot. If anyone was to try and come here unannounced would be greeted with a litany of foul mouthed inhabitants who are ready to kill. A perfect hiding spot for the time being, while the raccoon planned out his next moves. After his successful break in of the mystical vault with Dain and discovering the ancient revolvers. Sly knew it was time to test them out. And according to Dain he himself had some new tricks he wanted to give a whirl. Due to this, they decided to meet on The Badlands and have a proper duel, without any unwanted interruptions. As he awaited his friend, he decided to prepare. Sly kicked things off by powering to his maximum. This cause dust and debris to fly around violently, as his whole planet shook under the power. Next his robotic sidekick would enter the scene, ready to do the raccoon's bidding. He would also shield himself as much as possible in preparation of Dain's arrival. Dain had told Sly he had a few new tricks up his sleeve, but he had failed to mention his friend were he had achieved that. After having been invaded by Legume and fleeing, Dain´s pride had taken a beating, so he had called in a few strings and taken a day in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Unbeknown st to Sly, Dain was a year older then they had last met and he had quite a few new tricks upon his sleeves. His friend did not waste any time and before he could get ready, he was already being pelted by attacks. Most got through, but once the dust cleared, Dain was still standing. Albeit a bit bloody and his clothes were torn apart. “That one was free! Now let me show you my new tricks.” Dain said as he began to power up. Long story short, by the time he was done, two giant golden monkey were towering over the battlefield, surrounded by a red KI flame and enough power to make the entire area tremble. “Not a bad look, eh?” He asked with a thundering voice as he took a few steps forward, while his clone tried to squish him.

The battle was heating up quickly and this forced the furry little rodent to get on his paws and move at a rapid pace. Using some of his energy he was able to dodge the more powerful blasts. Unfortunately, there proved to be just too many to keep completely out of the clear. His forearms were thrown in front of his face in a classic x formation as he took the brunt of the rest of the attacks. He winced in pain as several blasts collided violently against his body. Smoke could be seen pouring off of Sly's arms as he straightend his body and dusted himself off. A smirk crossed his face, "Not bad, but now its my turn." Sly looked down at his revolver and spun the cylinder. Multiple colors could be seen glowing of the edge of the muzzle, indicating he added some extra kick to the next couple of blasts. His arms shot up and he took aim at dain once more. He pressed the trigger and sent a multitude of blasts towards his foe, the blasts all changed colors as they exited the muzzle. Showing the volatile nature of the attack. "Let's see who can best who this go around. I think I may have the upper hand on your this time though." The battle was heating up quite rapidly and Dain was just enjoying himself. Energy blasts were flying everywhere and Dain had just taken to accepting the brunt of everything Sly threw at him. His massive size and KI were doing the trick. Albeit he had to admit that Sly was doing more damage to him then he had imagined. Still he was just playing around a bit. His clone and him just hopping around, using their massive waves to create shockwaves and trying to squash his friend as it were. It was just such a nice thing to be able to play with someone after having spend so much time cooped up. “You really think you have an edge on me?” Dain asked grinning in his deep voice, generated in his giant golden monkey form. “You know I could probably eat you right now without even swallowing.” He said with a grin, his big hands trying to grab his friend and if he caught him hovering him over his opened mouth. At some point this would lead to the thought what would happen to Sly then if he powered down. Whether the raccoon would shrink down with him or he´d have a raccoon shaped lump in his stomach…

Several attack managed to break the raccoons guard on this go around and it sent him skipping across the desert like a rock across a pond. As he continued to skip he pushed with his arms to send himself flying in the air and eventually landing back on his paws. He let out a cough and wiped some blood from his snout as he gave a smirk, "Not too shabby, but you are still kinda slow. Let me show you how we do things out here in The Badlands"Sly grabbed his revolver and spun the cylinder once more, however this time the cylinder kept spinning. An orange aura could be seen radiating off of the firearm and time all seemed to come to a slow for his opponent. After this the revolver changed to a purpleish aura and the furry one took aim at Dain once more. With a couple pulls of the trigger he sent a multitude of blasts at his foe. If all went according to plan, Dain would be lying in a pile of his own blood. He doubted that would eb the case, but imagining it still brought a smile and chuckle to the furry raccoon. Things did not go according to plan however. What Sly did not know was that the Saiya-Jin ape form was not far as clumsy as Dain had let him to believe till now. The Saiya-Jin evolved as warriors and even as giants they were far from being clumsy. As the attacks were zeroing in on Dain, he suddenly got a serious look in his eyes and the blasts went straight through him, as the after image faded. “Tsk, you should know better then that by now my friend.” Dain said as he appeared high in the sky, his gigantic golden arms crossed and a smug grin on his face. Just at that moment his clone extended his hands and released two gigantic KI-Blasts towards the raccoon, each the size of a shed. “However I do like your new guns, they really hurt.” He said with a grin, happy that their latest adventure had not been for nothing.

Sly braced himself and was able to shield himself enough to remain in the fight. Albeit after the onslaught Sly could barely stand and found himself rather woozy. But thankfully he was still in it. He wiped some blood from his snout once more and gave off a chuckle, "That it ya overgrown ape? Time to kick it up a notch." Once more he spun his revolver and took aim at his friend. A couple pulls of the trigger was all it took to send an onslaught from the muzzle. Hundred of rounds escaped the revolvers muzzle's as they race towards Dain. Dain himself was slowly starting to real from this fight. The combination of techniques and transformations was starting to drain him slowly. His energy reserves were depleting fast and the strain on his body was almost proving too much. The fact that Sly was really pelting him was not helping at all. “W-Wait can we talk about that?” He shouted just as Sly was `kicking it up a notch´. The number of rounds coming his way was incredible and Dain braced himself as they were closing in on him. Luckily Sly had one disadvantage. Even a hundred bullet holes did not make a fatal injury in an arm the size of a bus and thicker then a car. Sure it hurt like hell and more blood was dripping from his arms then Sly contained in his whole body -making quite a mess of the landscape- but it barely slowed Dain down. “I do hope you have a nuke somewhere in your arsenal, if you really want to kick it up a notch.” Dain said with a grin as he lowered his arms and took a stance as if he was going to attack Sly. Just as he did though, the clone attacked Sly by jumping towards the raccoons position and slam both it´s massive fists down. Hopefully hiding the fact that Dain used the respite to summon a senzu bean.

Things were not going his way at all and there seemed to be nothing the raccoon could do about it. An onslaught of attacks came at him with such ferocity and speed that he couldn't even pinpoint where they were all coming from. He dove haphazardly near the end towards the ground and away from the attacks and managed to escape a small bit of the assault. His robotic sidekick even sacrificed itself in an effort to mitigate the damage. When all was said and done, Sly was alive, but barely. He let out a series of coughs as he slowly rose to his paws once more. Multiple wounds covered majority of his body, all of them bleeding more than the prior one. Shakily he looked across the battlefield to his friend Dain. If he didn't have such a good friendship with Dain he would want to kill him, but he smirked as he spoke out to his friend, "Ya got me real good there bud,"The raccoon let out a cough of blood and looked to the ground for a moment. After collecting what energy he could his gaze shifted back to his friend. "Still here for now though," Yet again his revolvers were raised and a series of attacks were sent towards his opponent. Dain was not gonna back down, but he was impressed by Sly. The training he had undergone in the HTC had pushed him so far beyond his limits, he was amazed his friend could keep up at all. The fight could probably have gone either way and with a bit more luck Sly might have won. “Yeah I´d say we are good for shroomies. Let´s give them hell old buddy.” He said with a grin as he crossed his arms and began to power down and transform out of his ape state. Instantly waves of pain and nausea shot through him from him overextending himself. It was great to transform or use kaio-ken or use the giant form, but all three together was a bit much… Still he would never admit such a thing. So with his natural grace he walked towards Sly and threw the raccoon casually a senzu bean and a cigarette. “Let´s give them hell!”
