Brief History: The base established upon the orbit of the supermassive black hole at the core of the Galaxy was formerly known as Dominion Northern Quadrant Outpost 01, and unofficially labelled the "Queen's Haven". Etched deep into the territory of the First Galactic Empire, the Queen's Haven saw the first battle of the Saiyan-Imperial War, its Saiyan staff slaughered and the station abandoned for an entire year. Once the Galactic Peace Accords finally arrived, however, Emperor Polaris proposed it as a capital for the soon-to-be established United Species due to its central location in the Galaxy and independence from all other factions. Despite his death, the idea continued, and the space station has since been turned into the headquarters of the organization, repurposed, rebuilt and reestablished in full.
