Planet Tech Tech
Bio Dome Four Alpha
Earth was not the only world heralded for it's technological genius.
In retrospect, it was put an infant in the face of greater galactic technological empires, with corporate mogul known as Capsule Corporation only proving to exist during the past five and a half centuries. Across the stars, species such as the Arcosians, and the Tech Techs, and the Tuffles of old were breaking scientific barriers when human culture was still in its' stone ages. There was only so much humans could do to catch up. And ultimately, Kaijin had to admit that he was proud of them. For the human race as a whole to catch up so quickly in such a short time, to even be capable of creating something as advanced as Kaijin himself. It was commendable, when one analyzed the scope of human accomplishments that did not involving blowing things up.
However, Kaijin's eyes were not Earth centered. He had no intent to remain within the bindings of the world in which he was created on. His goals were universal, his desire to evolve never-ending. There was never enough self improvement. Even when one believes that they are perfect, there is still much more to reach. Higher places to ascend to. That was what brought Kaijin here. That is what motivated Kaijin to spend several months crafting his own high speed space pod, modeled after schematics of the famed Arcosian Battle Pods. He sought to learn, and improve. Learning did not begin and end with a television monitor and intercepted news broadcasting. It began and ended with direct experimentation, with experience.
With the pursuit of knowledge. If Kaijin wished to ascend and improve his own programming, he would need to familiarize, and eventually synchronize and assimilate alien technology into his own systems. Tech Tech was the closest, in being that it remained within the same quadrant of space, thus that was where the good doctor deemed as his first destination.
"Tech Tech Border Patrol approaching....establish a link?" The A.I. computer of his small space pod spoke aloud, asking the question even though Kaijin was almost completely synchronized with its' systems and could transmit orders to the compact vessel with a mere thought across its' interface.
However, it was merely a personal desire of Kaijin's to hear the voice, and command it himself.
"Establish a link with the space station." Kaijin answered, his eyes remaining closed as he awaited for confirmation that a connection had been established. Like a chill running down one's spine, Kaijin's body shuddered lightly as a successful link had been established, allowing the Android to speak his peace.
"Doctor Kaijin Vex, representative of Capsule Corporation, Spacecraft Technological Innovation Department from the Kingdom of Earth. Requesting immediate access to planet surface, Biodome Four Alpha, Designation X-3250.".
A complete and utter lie, of course. But supply any weary, most likely sleepy, patrol grunt with official looking documents fabricated with almost pinpoint attention to detail, and one can gain access anywhere. It also worked if one's voice sounded official enough, like they already had every purpose being there. To that effect, it was fortunate that Kaijin's voice was generally so monotone that it could pass for sounding official like.
"Proceed to Landing Pad #23 in Biodome Four Alpha. Welcome to Tech Tech!" One of the planet's natives, whose species name reflected the same name as the planet itself, spoke with a voice that was rather cheery and excited, but carried a hint of drowsiness to it, as if the spacecraft's approach had woken said patrolman up from a very deep nap.
Regardless, the Android now had permission to continue, and his ship made swift work shooting to the surface, and even quicker work landing, the pod slowing its' descent before pounding onto the soft landing pad. A moment later, the hatch opened, allowing the Android to disembark.
His red eyes shifting across the sky in front of him, Kaijin took in the planet, his eyes saving everything he saw, visual captures of the environment of the bio-dome being saved to his databanks for analysis and incorporation. Moving throughout the spaceport, Kaijin's eyes shifted around, eyeing the high tech nature of the facility, taking note of everything. It was almost captivating. He desired to know more...his curiosity igniting a flame within his core. His feet pattering against the ground, the good doctor made his way past security checkout and towards an empty console, that particular security guard manning his station having recently left for an "extended bathroom break", the gods only knew what he was actually doing.
"Perhaps a brief fluctuation of power throughout the facility, however everything will stabilize once I have worked my way into the system....about a five minute estimation time..." Kaijin muttered under his breath as he pointed a single finger into the air, releasing a needlelike protrusion, meant to be fitted into the port of a device, to connect him to the system. Moving to connect, Kaijin waited a moment for the computer to accept him....
And then the spaceport's lights blacked out.

Lute | Doctor Kaijin Vex Day in and day out was so mundane. A purpose that was left without fulfillment.
Kuueru wasn't ignorant. She knew damn well that what she had originally came to the mortal realm to do was a fruitless act. Not because there were no rewards for her destruction or chaos upon the mortal beings, but because she had done nothing to achieve that goal. Her days had been lived as a tourist, eating lavish meals and enjoying the perks of not living in a place of constant threat. Still, something within her was beginning to stir.
Like a ravenous hunger she knew she had to commit to it. She knew she had to do to these ignorant mortals what her very genes pleaded with her. She had to cause havoc, she had to rend lives. Even if she wanted to continue the rest of her days living a lie as a mortal, there was still some deals she had to make. After releasing the great with Kouzi into the mortal realm, she had quite the ally in terms of demonic terror. Not that Lute wasn't a partner in that aspect either; but his eyes seemed to be set higher. His prize was the kill and eliminate all gods, how he even planned to meet one face to face however, was a mystery to the woman.
Dull lavender eyes glanced at her appearance in the mirror of her hovel on Hollow, the demonic planet which her and Lute had conquered. In the days since, Kuueru had found herself quite at home---so much so, she hadn't been off the rock in days despite her teleportation making it an easy thing to do. Today, it was time to get some fresh air, whether that be artificial or not depended on the planet of her choosing. That is, unless her demonic comrade had other plans? Perhaps she should bug him first, one more day of play could happen before she makes some major evil moves, right? There was always tomorrow…
Delicate feet clad in noisy heels skirted their way through the ruined palace they both resided in. Her eyes traced the intricate pillars and columns that supported the buildings integrity. Finally, she found the door before Lute's private quarters. A simple knock and she beckoned the man, however----she must admit she was a bit afraid of what kind of response the man would retaliate with. Most of his days lately were spent alone or fighting others throughout the galaxy. Did he even really want to accompany her for the day?
"Lute? You in there?" Kuueru questioned the heavy door in front of her face before seeking out the Namekian's energy. If he wouldn't answer her right away, then she would invade his brain space. Her mind reached out, asking the same question albeit this time telepathically.
'I was wondering if you had any plans for the day? There was this place on Tech Tech I wanted to try, I…wasn't sure if you wanted to travel alongside of me though. I hear the planet has quite the add cyber library of old trinkets as well! I wanted to see if I could dig up some knowledge while I was there.'
Her message relayed, and then woman turned her back to the Namekian's door. She didn't imagine he would want to go, but still she awaited and answer eagerly. While she waited she searched the galaxy for the planet. Normally she would need a specific energy signature to find her way, but she had been incorporating a bit of magic into her techniques, it made for an array of possibilities.
"Hmm, there we are, it's awfully far," Kuueru huffed tiredly. If Lute joined her she would easily teleport the pair to the surface of Tech Tech, luckily this made immigration much more of a smooth process for the pair. In fact, Kuueru used it often to find herself glorious delicacies amongst the stars. WC: 658

The Demon King had felt the abrupt severance long before the transmission reached his quarters. Polaris's ( Legume ) energy signature was gone, like a candle snuffed out in the dark of night. The demonic connection Lute had with him was nixed. The power he had been funneling to the Emperor ceased to flow. That knowledge had come to him during his deep meditations. He didn't know what trouble Polaris had gotten himself into, but whatever had been able to kill that man was quite the threat. There were a handful of beings that Lute knew that could pose a threat to Polaris. Had he gone toe to toe with the Queen herself? Lute had been there when Abbayor fell. He had failed to stop the Saiyans from capturing the world. That notion alone had driven him into isolation to further absorb and hone his demonic energies. If he couldn't thwart a handful of Saiyans, how could he kill gods? Energy black as midnight swirled around his form. He levitated in the air, suspended on a cushion of his own ki. He wore nothing loose black pants, shirtless. His green torso was covered in yellow pock marks and scars. These weren't old wounds, but newer ones--still not finished healing. The corrupted energy he channeled through his body slowed his natural healing powers. The buzzing at his personal console drew his attention and he floated down, his bare feet rapping on the cold marble floor. The energy around his body vanished like smoke into the wind. He lowered himself down in the chair and pressed the holographic button to answer the transmission. It was marked as high priority--urgent--from 1-CE. That was Polaris's personal AI assistant, from what Lute recalled. Her visage appeared, a feminine Frieza Clansmen clad in pink. It wasn't a real face of course, just an avatar. Her furrowed brows and pursed lips indicated a deep concern, none the less. "Demon King Lute. Emperor Polaris has perished in battle." "I know," Lute simply stated. 1-CE seemed curious about that, but she didn't remark on it. "Lord Snow was responsible. In fact, he killed Emperor Carambolis ( Cam ), Queen Radia, and King Gallius ( Andrew C. Creed )--as well as countless others during the Galactic Peace Accords." Lute almost laughed. Each of those names resonated with him in a different way. Cam--well that was quite the surprise. He had faced Cam recently in a duel, and had been the lesser. Lord Snow truly was living up to his name the Cunning if he had dispatched all of those warriors in sort order. Hell, Lute had even fought Gallius in his hunt for the rogue wizard Krelbor. Despite the lack of power level, the knight had proven his worth and mettle in battle. The Queen of Saiyans alone had defeated Lord Rime, second in power to Lord Snow on Kabocha those years ago. It was simply astounding. Lute felt the fire of curiosity burning in his veins. He would have to investigate this Lord Snow further, learn his weaknesses. Lute had spent most of his life as an assassin after all, thus it was his instinct to always be a few moves ahead of potential enemies or prey. "Thanks for the information. Question 1-CE, what was Polaris's plan for an heir? Doesn't he have a son?""His son's name is Absolut. He is the legitimate heir. The boy is safe and sound, protected by the Kabochan Confederacy aboard Carambolis's ship the Omnipotence." Lute rubbed his chin at that. Retrieving the boy from the Confederacy would be problematic. If Cam was dead, Lute would no doubt have to face off against Kamui once again. That warrior alone had proven to be a challenge. Lute had been preparing to take him down, honing telekinetic skills to match his foe's own. He would need to buy more time before he was ready though. Kamui had proven to be a master. And, next time they fought, the Demon King fully intended to beat him at his own game. "I will retrieve the boy and bring him back. Let's wait for the dust to settle a bit on this. Send any information you have about the Peace Accord attack to me soon as you've compiled it. Footage--records--all of it. Also, I want a report on the status of Abbayor and currently where the Imperial fleets are located, as well as Mitra and any other assets. I will be assuming Command in Polaris's stead but not from a public standpoint. I will personally ensure this Empire does not fall apart. Find the most handsome and charismatic General or Fleet Master that the Empire has and have him reassure the public. He will serve as the face, I very much doubt citizenry would be relaxed seeing mine. Also, we'll need to communicate with the Galactic Senate. Advise them to hunker down and stay out of public, for their own safety. It will make them feel better, and also keep them out of our hair while we set pieces in motion.
"The Empire cannot afford to show its belly. We cannot afford to be weak, for a second. There is too much at stake, and too many souls that rely on us."1-CE nodded. "Understood Demon King Lute. I will get on that right away." The transmission ended and Lute clenched his fist. He stood from his chair and started to walk to his wardrobe when there was a knock at his door. Kuueru had come to visit. She always seemed to have perfect timing. He unlatched the door and let it swing open using only telekinesis. As she was entering, he was dressing into his deep purple gi and crimson cape. "Tech Tech?" He didn't really have time to go gallivanting around. But, a thought crossed his mind. To retrieve Absolut, he would need military support. He didn't think taking the Imperial fleet into Kabcohan space would turn out well. It would just incite more war. No, he would need to assemble a task force that could move quickly and quietly, and most of all--anonymously. The Tech Tech were notorious for their SLAYER-R7 war-bots. They were sold all over the galaxy for security and defense purposes. If Lute could secure a decent amount of them, he could use them to support his sortie. They could be detonated once things were over, and no evidence left behind. "You're a genius," Lute said, locking eyes with the demoness. Kuueru used her demonic magic to teleport the pair to Tech Tech. Lute often utilized portals rather than typical teleportation. They were fst less disorienting. Without any warning, they both appeared in the middle of a bustling space port district, the world whirling around them. Lute almost fell into a food cart pushed by a grubby insectoid xeno. "Eh- watch out. I'm walking 'ere!" The Demon King shuffled out of the way and took a second to regain his composure, almost retching. It felt like his body had been sucked through a garden hose and spat out the other side. A couple of deep breaths later, he stood tall and ready. Just as he was about to mention to Kuueru that they visit Tech Tech's leader, the Chief Citizen, everything went black. Lights out. People in the spaceport froze. Voices echoed through the long corridor. There was confusion, even a bit of panic as people bumped into each other and lost their bearings. Emergency lights went on, bathing everything in a dull crimson glow. It wasn't usual for such an advanced planet to lose power in such a way. Unless, something was amiss. "Tell me, is that a typical side-effect of your teleportation magic Kuueru?"

"Hmm...that didn't work as I expected it." The Android spoke softly to himself, an aspect of the artificial creation that was becoming quite the habit. Speaking to himself, that was, not blacking out spaceports because he wanted to synchronize with it.
Nonetheless, the blackout proved beneficial to his cause. It was sudden and would cause some alarm and necessary panic, which would divert security forces attention elsewhere. Granted it would divert their attention to trying to find what caused the power outage and how to turn it back on. That, along with dealing with an easily intimidated crowd would divert them away from him, which was fine with Kaijin, for he had work to do.
"Worthless..." The good doctor muttered under his breath as he sifted through the information that was being absorbed into his database. He had to filter through some of it. He did not need the registration and galactic passports of every single passenger that rode transport crafts through this facility every given day, nor did he need any type of registration. To be honest, he did not desire any type of data from this spaceport. What he wanted was to resonate with the technology itself. To reach a point in which the two interfaces resonated on such a level that he could understand. Where the technology itself spoke to him.
To teach him about this alien technology within itself.
Once he had successfully shuffled all the worthless data to one side, Kaijin's eyes turned down to the console. He was just about to connect to the deeper mainframe when.....
The system rejected him.
Feeling a jolt of electricity through his system, Kaijin disconnected from the server, the needle-like protrusion that acted as a USB disconnecting from the port that connected Kaijin to the console. The system had proved non-compatible with the technology he exhibited, which meant one of two things. Either the technology that made up Kaijin, which was essentially state of the art, a amalgamation of alien brand technology and Earth brand tech from Capsule Corp, was not compatible with pure Tech Tech technology, or the tech used for this spaceport was incompatible and too worn down to be used reliably, causing the system to shut down to prevent Kaijin from overloading with his own interface.
Nevertheless, it was slightly frustrating. The Android was not one to often show emotion visibly, but the prospect of being denied a chance to evolve and understand the inner workings had the Android fuming.
But it was a correctable mistake. He simply needed a better medium. Once he was synchronized with, for only then could he truly incorporate the more advanced pieces of alien tech into his own system. He'd have to go deeper into the city for that.
Besides, he had greater things to focus on. Numbers were flashing upon his HUD, which flashed across his eyes. Quite large power levels had just blinked into existence, as if his sensors were just picking it up. And...there was something else about them.
His unique, red colored eyes focused on Lute and Kuueru, which were thankfully within his line of sight. His detection system began categorizing them based on physical appearance and the feel of their power. Kaijin's sensors immediately determined the green one to be of Namekian descent, due to facial structure and various exterior biological markers. Earth's close alliance with the planet of New Namek made the designation of Namekians rather simple, for that species, along with humans, were one of the first that Kaijin was programmed to recognize. Other species were saved to his database based on level of interaction, their physical features and Ki Signatures saved into the database to serve as a reference for the Android when dealing of other individuals of the same species, for there were, most of the time, as many similarities as they were differences between different individuals of the same species. Hell, sometimes there were more similarities when it came to biological makeup.
The other one, the female, was not as recognizable. In fact, his systems designated her as a human at first. However, the inconclusive, conflicting data allowed Kaijin to know better. Both her and the Namekian were giving off an energy that was unmistakable in origin, and the reference matched it, albeit the energy they were giving off was much larger.
They were demons.
Kaijin had only come into contact with two demons in his lifetime, which was much more than most individuals came into contact with in their whole lifetime. One was a brief meeting with the strange, lanky demon known as Azazel, in which their meeting proved rather....pointless. The other one had a much more profound impact on the early days of Kaijin's exposure to the world. Kazabada-Kavra. The blue skinned demon had bought Kaijin's services from Doctor Janus, and had scooped the Android to assist in his ragtag group of elite warriors for his bid on Earth. The demon's goals were never recognized before Kaijin ran off to pursue his own agenda, but the limited time he spent with Kavra allowed Kaijin the opportunity to learn quite a great deal about demon physiology, along with grant him prolonged exposure to demonic energy, thus giving Kaijin a fairly detailed reference sheet to refer to when it came to the otherwordly species.
Thus, there was no mistaking it. Even if they were listed as a Namekian and Human due to external readouts, their energy readouts were much more reliable. These pair were of demonic origin.
Which intrigued the Android.
His long blue overcoat swished behind him as his footsteps resonated on the ground as he began to make his way over to the pair. As was customary with Androids, the good doctor exhibited no Ki Signature. His artificial energy core provided Kaijin with a different source of energy, that could compare perfectly against the natural Ki most organics utilized, but flowed in a way that others could not detect it.
Stopping directly in front of Lute and Kuueru, Kaijin asked his most famous question, in the most blunt, direct way imaginable.
"Excuse me, demons. Would you be willing to donate your DNA to science?"
Apparently proper manners and the finer points of conversation were not taught in robot school.

Lute | Doctor Kaijin Vex Kuueru would be lying is she said she hadn't noticed the sudden absence of a certain power level that beaconed throughout the galaxy. It was surely Polaris, yet---what was odd was that it suddenly had vanished out of nowhere. Perhaps the battle was over, still; why was there a battle at a gathering called the Peace Accords? The demoness's heart sunk a bit in her chest, though she hadn't the most close relationship to the Frost Demon, he was certainly a companion in a distant sense. Often had they trained together and fought alongside each other in dire and crucial moments. To imagine that something could have wiped him out so easily seemed... terrifying.
For now, the woman tucked the thought into the back of her head, assuming that the Emperor of the Galaxy was simply suppressing his power for the time being. Still, for it to flare up that much and disappear didn't give her a good feeling in the pit of her stomach. Whatever lurked out there was a monster, more so than she could even fathom.
It didn't take long for the Namekian to answer her call with a telepathic touch. The door swung open, and within the room she caught glance of the Namekian who seemingly was ready to leave. She cleared her throat and averted her gaze from the half-decent man. She half expected the Demon King to scoff at her words and toss aside her invitation for the day, yet to the contrary he came back at the demoness with a complement. Though, it wasn't exactly warranted in Kuueru's mind. Why was she a genius?
"Genius?" Kuueru questioned in reply, her awkward gaze meeting the Demon King's. Still, it appeared to be an agreement to join the woman for the day at least.
It didn't take long for them to teleport to Tech Tech. While Kuueru could muster a portal with her magic, as could Lute, this way used much less time and energy. Still, the lingering effects it left on her Namekian comrade made her chuckle in giddy amusement. She would have thought the man be used to her transmission technique by now, alas, the queasiness in his expression said otherwise. He even carried a slight stagger in his step after their 'bumpy ride'.
"Eh- watch out. I'm walking 'ere!" yelled a cart attendant as the seven-foot Namekian nearly took out his business for the day. Again, her lips curved into a delighted smile.
The surface of Tech Tech and its bio-domes was bustling with an array of mortals and robotics alike. There were many an off-worlder coming to trade, research and improve their own minds thanks to the planet's vast knowledge banks. Kuueru still wasn't sure what Lute's idea was, she was sure that his own plans couldn't have aligned with her own however. Unless she truly was that much of a genius.
Then abruptly, darkness. The lights were gone, and with the blackness of the room her eyes shot around cautiously. She was used to a dimly lit environment thanks to her life in the Demon Realm, but even this was a bit annoying to try and peer through.
"No it's no side-effect---Unless we just went blind, I don't like it though…" Kuueru replied to her comrade before looking around cautiously. Was it an ambush? No. Who could even know that they would be there, on this day, at exactly this time. They bypassed the spaceport and immigration all together. Surely it was pure coincidence that one of the most technological planets in the galaxy had a hiccup in its electricity right at this moment.
Suddenly, a new player came into play. Her eyes picked up the movement, but it felt lifeless and cold. She tried to focus her eyes, but even her demonic gaze only picked up the eerie red orbs as they peered through the darkness at the pair. Unblinking. She shuttered at the feeling this person gave her, all the while, they were only closing the gap between them.
He felt like nothing, and everything all at once. This was a creature that Kuueru couldn't read, or even see coming if he were to fight her. She wondered if he felt the same to the Demon King by her side? Alas, this possible threat continued to close in without fear despite their intimidating power levels. Could that mean this 'thing' could even be stronger than the duo of Hollow warriors?
She raised her forearm in guard, just in case the boy would attack. Still, he kept coming. Just when he seemed close enough to make a move against the pair---he stopped.
"Huh," Kuueru mumbled as the rather desaturated lad spoke in their direction. Did he just call the pair out as demons? She felt her body drop in temperature by a solid few degrees. Whatever this person, this boy, this---whatever this thing called itself was, it was certainly wasn't normal.
"He's so polite," Kuueru mumbled aloud before dropping her guard. It was clear he wasn't there to attack or ambush the pair, still the gaze of the blue-clad being sent shivered up the demon's spine. Her gaze met Lute's as she tried to think of a way to respond to this new player in the game. Yet, nothing came to her mind. Did she confirm his theory that she was indeed a demon, or did she loiter with her words and stay quiet for the time being?
Alas, what she gathered from the man was that science was his passion. Kuueru herself didn't know much about the study, but from what she had gathered it was used for a variety of things. Perhaps this man was a researcher here on Tech Tech like many others? 'Lute, what----why does this guy feel so weird?' The woman shot a telepathic message to her partner all while refusing to break her gaze with the cold man before them. She wanted to reply, but she had no clue what a 'DNA' even was to answer him.
"Erm, I think you're supposed to introduce yourself first bud. Did you just 'ASSUME' my race?" Kuueru tried to act like she was offended, but a stupid and quite goofy smile cracked at the corner of her plump lips. The demoness raised a hand to cover her expression before continuing on.
"Anyhow, what's a 'DNA'? I'm afraid I'm not good with those Acronyms, and I'm pretty sure I don't have any. Sorry pal!" At this point the lady was talking to the gray man as if he were a Salvation Army bell ringer in front of a story during the holidays. It resembled something like, 'Sorry, I don't have any money'. Either way, she wasn't playing dumb---she was a blank slate when it came to basic knowledge of science and technology. WC: 1141 | 1799

It wasn't easy to sneak up on Lute. He had spent years as an assassin, his ki senses were honed to a fine grain. He could detect subtle changes in auras, and even pin-point weak ki signatures from hundreds of miles away. All of that had been done through countless hours of practice and mastery. Also, his physical senses such as smell and hearing were far superior to most species. He could hear a pin drop across a room, and eavesdrop on conversations that most humans would struggle to hear murmur from. Despite all that, he did not see the man with the glowing red eyes approach, nor did he hear him, nor did he sense him. The voice startled the Demon King, who instinctively jolted around. Kuueru on the other hand wasn't nearly as alarmed, more curious and playful with this unwanted visitor. She was a demon, that was true. But, he was not. The fact that this android had called him as such was curious. "This creature is a machine, that is why he feels strange to you," Lute said, abruptly. A platoon of security androids shuffled past, masses of gleaming metal and armor. Lute paused to admire them. Those were the very type machines he sought to employ for his rescue mission to retrieve Absolut. People within the spaceport parted ways for them, not wanting to get anywhere close. The last machine in the column stopped dead, giving little warning. It's head whirred around, it's shoulder's and body remaining forward-facing. It ruby-red cyclopean eye scanned over the strange red-eyed boy, an azure laser moving from head to toe, utilizing a grid-like pattern. The android then made a chirping sound and carried on, shuffling faster than usual to regain its place in the marching order. Lute's gaze returned to the red-eyed visitor. "You stand before the Demon King Lute, ruler of Hollow. Show some respect before you speak. What is your name or designation? And why are you trying to collect my genetic material?"They were fair questions. He flared his immense power a bit, showing the type of threat he was. He didn't like being sneaked up. More so, it was awfully suspicious that his thing came out of nowhere soon as he and Kuueru arrived via teleportation.

They always asked questions first.
Curse the galactic rules of scientific conduct, and the rules regarding consent. Experiments involving human DNA was so much easier to obtain when the "patient" did not know their DNA was being extracted. But alas, organics and their morality always hindered progress. It was aggravating, yet it was their world, and he had to abide by it.
The emergency red lighting lasted for a moment more before the system rebooted, causing the red lights to shut off and the standard lights to return to full power, along with the rest of the building's technology. It seemed that the engineering team had finally managed to solve the problem, and restore power to the remainder of the spaceport, along with the surrounding grid. Along with the restoration of power came a squadron of security droids, automatons with an imposing appearance meant to act as threatening faces in their effort to keep the peace, along with the physical armaments and build to back up their sole purpose. Beautifully crafted beings, and as one turned to face him, Kaijin's unnatural red eyes met the Cyclops Guard, the good doctor's own eyes flashing red as it read the droid's external makeup. Kaijin's own construction and systems were superior to the Cyclops Guard, with Kaijin's relatively human-like appearance being as a result of his creator's, Doctor Evelyn Janus, desire for Kaijin to be an assassin, capable of blending in with regular humans, capable of walking amongst them while on hunts.
Eventually, the Cylcopean Guard broke eye contact before returning on his patrol along with the rest of his unit. Only then, did the good doctor's attention turn back to the pair in front of them. He listened as the pair of them exhibited their own reactions to his sudden appearance, with the pink haired demon exclaiming that he assumed her race, and exclaimed that she was not even aware of what DNA was, before determining that simply because she didn't know what it was, that she didn't have any. Whether or not she was correct in her conclusion, Kaijin did not know. While he did know a great deal of demon physiology, he was not aware of whether their creation would contain genetic material, or whether it was something else. The question, along with the fact that he didn't know the answer, lit his curiosity aflame, and spurred his interest even more, in a desire to know the answer.
"DNA. Deoxyribonucleic Acid. Double Helix molecules responsible for the growth, development, functioning and reproduction of all known living organisms. However, whether or not demons possess the same type of genetic molecules as other races do...is unknown. You have raised a fair question, one that prompts a new hypothesis, waiting to be studied further down the line."
It also seemed as if both Namekian Demon King and demoness both requested the same thing, the first aspect of their reactions that resonated with each other. Who was he?
"Forgive me, standard methods of courtesy tend to escape me. A slight oversight, that will be corrected." Placing his hand over his right breast, the Android leaned forward slightly, his earrings dangling forward slightly.
"I am Doctor Kaijin Vex, Independent Artificial Intelligence and a vessel for limitless evolution, and culmination of knowledge. I desire the genetic material of strong, unique individuals so that the genetic makeup of the species can be observed and potentially used for experimentation and bio-engineering when further hypotheses arises."
Lute's flared power interested him. As did the passively high power level of the demoness. He theorized both individuals to be stronger than he was at the current moment, but predicted that his overall combat ability would prove to cause the pair sufficient trouble if he were to fight them at this very moment...not that he had intent to. Kaijin did not desire combat unless it was absolutely necessary, especially not when combat risked the opportunity of damaging possible specimen for future experiments down the line.
"I do not mean disrespect. My interest and curiosity is unbridled by organic societal standards of emotional repression, and as such can come off to various organics as....unfavorable. My apologies. I desire no conflict at the present moment."
"I am present on this planet for one simple purpose. To evolve and upgrade my body with various components of alien technology, as well as to supplement by database with more knowledge of worldly concepts, and expand my knowledge of the universe, hence my approach. I have met two of your kind previously." Kaijin said, directing his finger towards Kuueru, his voice as calm and emotionless as it had been since he first spoke. Her previous outrage towards his "assuming" of her race falling on deaf ears, for Kaijin knew it to be true. Lute on the other hand, was an enigma.
"And I wish to learn more about demonic physiology. As for you, Demon King Lute..." He addressed, his eyes refocusing on the massive Namekian.
"Your aura and Ki Signature register within my database as of demonic origin, yet your physiology reflects that of a Namekian, which concludes in an error on my sensors....you are a mystery to even me. I would like to learn more about the both of you." He expressed once more, falling silent as he awaited the pair's response.

Doctor Kaijin Vex | Lute Kuueru didn't think of herself as the most vigilant person, but her reaction times were on fire. Even if something appeared to catch the demon warrior off guard, she could acclimate and respond accordingly to save her hide. Perhaps that is why the woman didn't seem too threatened by the boy before the pair, still—there was an eerie look in his eyes that unnerved her on a deeper level.
"A machine huh? Like those ones used to wash your undergarments----Just kiddin' you don't wear those!" Kuueru hissed through her teeth in a playful tone before glancing back to the pale lad before them. Still, his expression remained as stoic as it had been since the beginning of the encounter.
It wasn't long before the lights in the room were back on to full power and the woman could rest her eyes. Straining to see in the dim lighting almost created a headache, still—now she could look at not only this 'machine' in front of her, but the odd security cyclops bots that were shuffling around seemingly looking for some sort of threat or cause of the outage of power.
Lute went on to do his normal introduction. Some intimidating stance, harsh words, and a glare that would melt someone's eyes out if they weren't ready. Kuueru found herself holding back her laughter at the image the Demon King tried to portray to others. In her mind she only saw him as a diligent warrior. He wasn't heartless or unnecessarily cruel. Well, at least not towards the demoness that is. Who knew how he treated others during the tides of battle or in other situations. For all she knew he could rip heads from children and devour their innards, though that seemed doubtful.
Next the android spoke. He explained the acronym, not that it really helped her decipher what it meant. Even so, he thoroughly explained what it meant quickly after. Apparently, it was something inside living beings that helped them, well, be them. Still, he followed up and mentioned that the demon may not have such an organic material by being so otherworldly. The woman paused before shaking her head in confusion.
"Well, my people can reproduce and such, so I'd imagine that we do have something like that then. Though, I haven't the chance to meet my own parents! Perhaps you could take some of this, DNA and tell me more about myself in the process? So long as you promise not to turn me into some sex robot," Kuueru proclaimed with a bewildered expression.
The android lacked some of the manners most mortals found common. Still, he corrected himself and soon introduced himself. A doctor? That made a bit more sense now. From what she gathered it was usually the doctors who wanted to do all the science stuff, then the androids simply did their bidding. This man was both of those roles, she wondered if he was close with his creator or if he was a doctor before in a past lifetime? Her mind buzzed with questions to ask at a more appropriate time, now wasn't the time nor place however.
Kuueru took a few steps back as he bowed before them in greeting or apology one. She awkwardly cleared her throat and looked towards the Namekian by her side.
"Ahh, so you want to keep upgrading and upgrading. Will your thirst ever be sated? I feel like my own for improvement won't," Kuueru tried to relate to the android, albeit her improvement wasn't in the means of upgrades or new hardware. It was through her training and meditation. Still, it seemed that everyone in the room right now all sought to improve themselves in one way or another.
Lute spent way too much time training with her or alone, he also locked himself in his room for days at a time. The woman in contrast tried to enjoy life a bit, but still committed to her own training in that regard.
"Demonic physiology huh," Kuueru looked dumbfounded per usual.
"Well, me and my buddy here are to…um, why are we here again Lute? You didn't really tell me why I was a genius?"
She half expected the Namekian to shoot her a look as if she were talking too much. The Demon King preferred to act in occlusion. His movements and intentions were never readable, even by those he took with him on missions. Kuueru was that clueless partner in this situation. She scratched at her cheek before smiling towards the android once again.
"Anyhow, I came here to search through some databases for something, old grumpy Demon King here wanted to buy some dirty videos I guess," Kuueru jabbed an elbow into the Namekian's side in an attempt to make him more sociable towards a robot of all things. Still, she could feel his beady eyes glaring through her soul. WC: 818 | 2617

A construct who had met demons and wished to study them. Even Lute wasn't immune to the strangeness of this universe. For most, demons were a thing of myth. They were spoke of in tales of warning and woe. He had even heard of more science based thinkers refuting their existence, as well as that of gods and other celestial creatures. Despite the pang humor he got out of the situation, he remained focus. In the past, he would have found such an intrusion annoying. But, ever since meeting Polaris he had realized that meeting new people came with opportunities. Ways to... utilize them to your end. Yes, it seemed the machine wanted to study him, learn about him. That meant he had leverage in the situation. Lute didn't know what Kaijin Vex's capabilities were, but he knew that the android was far beyond what those he had come here for. That much was clear in the first few seconds of their meeting. Lute needed the stealth capabilities of machines if he wanted to get Absolut from the Kabochan's. Cam was dead. That made things a bit easier, for sure. But, the robots he intended to recruit were simplistic war machines, capable of only basic tasks. They would serve as the perfect distraction, but little more beyond that. Lute would have to do a lot of the heavy lifting in the operation, relying on his assassin skills to infiltrate and extract. But, Kaijin was an opportunity. He was highly intelligent, and willing to learn. Lute needed a tool like that in his belt. Yes, a mind like that could examine things to precise levels and spit back optimal solutions. Androids weren't good when it came to raw instinct and intuition. But, they were the perfect tools for optimization and analysis. "Well, Doctor Vex--if you wish to study me, I can make that happen. However, nothing comes for free. I've come here to Tech Tech with a very specific mission in mind. I think you could help me with that, actually. An android with your level of brilliance would be a great asset. If you're willing to hear me out, that is."Lute glared at Kuueru after he comment. And then he spoke, his voice a low whisper as to avoid eavesdroppers from listening in. Kaijin would easily be able to hear what he was saying though. "With Emperor Polaris's death, I have a very important responsibility in keeping this Empire from collapse. I have to retrieve the heir to the throne, Polaris's son Absolut. But, he is currently in the hands of the Kabochan Confederacy, which is problematic. I wish to retrieve him in a stealth mission--without invoking a war with them. Without Polaris and with the horrendous failure at the Galactic Peace Accords, we can't afford to spark a war with the Confederacy. At least, not at the moment."After stating his intention he perked a hairless brow at his demonic companion. "Just what are you looking for in databases, anyway?"It was strange to even hear Kuueru talking about databases. She had acclimated herself to the mortal realm far faster than he imagined. From what he knew, she had done quite of bit of exploring. Most of it involved lavish meals and hotels at Lute's expense, but demons were hedonistic by nature. He didn't think too much of it. Just because he was pragmatic and spartan didn't mean he expected his allies to be as well.

An interesting prospect.
Kaijin was indeed a marvel of engineering, a one of a kind. He transcended well beyond his original programming, and every moment spent in the galaxy seemed to improve upon his own design in some way. Some saw the Android's stoic persona as reflecting his true nature as a machine, and that was true, to an extent. Kaijin's personality matrix was but an imitation of the true emotions and hormones that only came with being organic. No matter how convincing Kaijin's emotions and personality could be, he could never match it, only imitate it. However, that didn't mean he was completely devoid of it. In fact, every second spent improving upon himself brought about an improvement to his skillset, along with the accumulation of new skills.
He was stoic and silent because he desired to be, not because it was the only thing he could do. His creativity and desire for knowledge was boundless, and as he listened to the two speak before him, the brighter a window of opportunity shone before them. A partnership, perhaps. Something that could benefit all of them. He merely had to phrase it right.
For negotiations were all about the phrasing, after all.
Turning to Kuueru first, the good doctor sought to address her first.
"Will my thirst for improvement ever be sated? Most likely not. The pursuit of knowledge is limitless, so I will continue to pursue more and more understanding of the universe, as well as beyond, for as long as my energy core allows. Self improvement upon my physical body...no, I believe that will never end either. Perfection is only complete when there are no further improvements that can be placed upon the body, mind and spirit. I have two out of the three, so the best I can do is compensate in the search for perfection of body and mind, even if I may never attain it...." The Android said, closing his eyes briefly as his right hand drifted down to his pockets. He spent a moment rummaging through his pockets as if searching for something. After a few moments, he revealed what seemed to be a small flask, full of a brown liquid. Unscrewing the top, wisps of steam rose from the inside, showing that the contents inside were still piping hot.
Freshly made Hot Chocolate, with little marshmellows inside for flavor. To the Android scientist, it appeared to be a small taste of heaven on Eart....well, Tech Tech. Tipping his head back, Kaijin took a deep swig of the lovely beverage, savoring the sweet flavor. The sweet aroma drifted around his frame slightly before he capped it, slipping the flask back into his pocket.
Allowing a small smile to cross his lips, the first time his facial expression shifted since the conversation began, the good doctor continued," If you so desie, dear, depending on the nature of demonic DNA, I should be able to tell you a great deal about your parentage, if it works the same as mortal genetics, that is. We will certainly have to see." The Android said, before turning to Lute.
Kaijin was well aware of the events of the Peace Accords. It was an event broadcasted for the entire galaxy to see through the Galactic Hypernet. Even as the situation turned awry, every breathtaking second was recorded for the galaxy to watch with bated breath. It was the event that motivated Kaijin to begin his journey. Even before the intervention of Lord Snow and friends, the Peace Accords were slowly dissolving into conflict, simply because the galactic leaders could not agree to unite, to look past their flawed, broken culture in the pursuit of true unity against evil. Warlords of large factions vying for ultimate control, unknowingly tearing the galaxy apart in their attempt to bring it together, with independent planet leaders in the mix vying for separation and independence, not realizing that that will only breed more conflict. Correction of society was the good doctor's goal. And how that came about....well, history and war wasn't pretty. Nice guys finish last.
"Walk with me." The Android requested, as he began to walk away from the pair. There were too many people in this spaceport, and if he was to discuss the finer points of an alliance, and potential politics, he would prefer if there wasn't so many listening ears. Swiftly making his way out of the spaceport into the open streets of Tech Tech, the good doctor began to speak as the trio walked.
"The sacrifice of Emperor Polaris was noble. Despite whatever he may have done to curry the wrath and disapproval of various warlords, not including Lord Snow and company, his attempts for peace and unity through the establishment of the United Species, and his last stand against terrorism are admired. His death, along with the death of Queen Radia, were unfortunate losses."
Despite having not known them personally, their public portrayals, at least in their last moments were admirable to the Android. Perhaps his view may have been different if he were privy to their personalities behind the camera, or maybe not. Regardless, out of all galactic leaders, their philosophy he saw to be the closest to his own.
"I propose something further. My goals are simple. Self improvement is one of my many priorities, but what I desire is my vision for the universe. I desire unity, and correction of society. There are beings beyond us. Those who seek to sow the seeds of discord in our galaxy, who desire destruction and mayhem. Threats the galaxy has never seen before. The gods who deem themselves responsible for mortality sit in their thrones in the heavens, and do nothing, and those of divine right who do descend upon our realm, only seek balance through the destruction of our society. I know this because I fought and destroyed one who fits in the latter category. A god who sought to destroy me for not being of the gods' creation."
"I desire the unity of mankind, for only when united can we evolve. As long as we continue to fight amongst ourselves, we will only devolve as a society until we eventually perish. The pursuit of unity and lasting peace is what I desire, and I will do whatever I can to achieve it, and preserve mortality....interestingly enough falling within the realm of my initial programming...which is service to organics."
Another hot chocolate break after such a long time speaking. It was only natural for a completely artificial being to enjoy a hot, sweet beverage as he spoke to a Namekian Demon King and an actual demon. Just your normal afternoon.
"I will assist you, for I find the alliance between myself and the two of you mutually beneficial. If you help me, I can help you, with more than just this simple mission." Kaijin said, his usually stoic expression replaced with a playful smile, the likes of which complimented the Android who took the appearance of a young teenager.
"Provide me the funding, support and potential supplies to pursue my experiments, and I will use it to assist you in your ventures, as long as they aren't too conflicting with the ideals in which I just expressed. You expressed the need to find and apprehend Polaris's son, Absolut, from the Kabochan Confederacy, I can most certainly do that for you and more. The limits of my ingenuity are limitless, as long as I have the means to do so. From genetic testing of demonic DNA, to using an conglomerate of various genetic sources to create artificial bionic life, to life saving medicine and vaccines, to combat stimulants capable of making an ordinary man superhuman. I have the capabilities and the hypotheses for all of these and more...yet I lack the resources. These services can be yours, if you give me the means to utilize it...and if you help me bring unity."
The Android stopped in the middle of the sidewalk, turning to face the pair once more.
"Speak to me, of your intents. I desire to hear of your plans, your reason for being, for both of you. Your power scales within my databanks as one of the strongest I have encountered thus far. I trust you both have goals to reach for...share them with me as I have shared them with you, and perhaps we can find a definite way to benefit each other."

Lute | Doctor Kaijin Vex So, this man was indeed a scientist, a man of knowledge and creation. That was a useful asset indeed. She rolled the idea of donating to him a bit of her genetics for the sake of not only helping him but improving upon her own abilities as well. As a typical demon, improvement of her body and techniques was always something plaguing her mind. To think, if this android had a way of creating a shortcut she could cut her time in half possibly. Of course, that was only things that the demoness had picked up from sci-fi movies.
However, what Kuueru didn't expect was Lute to jump forward and offer himself up to science. She nearly jerked her head around to look at him, of course there were strings attached. Still, the demon couldn't figure out what this doctor could offer Lute that he couldn't obtain on his own time and penny. Then, he bolstered the android up with compliments. It was odd to see the Namekian buttering someone else up however. He lips curved into a mischievous grin before turning her attention back towards Kaijin. Still, what words Lute spoke next shocked her a bit to the core.
Polaris was dead? She had felt it sure, but she assumed his power had been absent due to anything else but his demise. She chewed on her lips in annoyance as she tried to fathom what monster of a person could have killed the Frost Demon. Lute then elaborated on his intentions to secure Absolut and bring him back to the throne in his father's stead. Kuueru hadn't met Absolut but had heard of him from stories the Emperor had told. From what she gathered he was but a kid, why would Lute hoist a child into such a demanding throne? Perhaps it was the only thing to do in Polaris's honor?
"Damn, so it is true," Kuueru muttered under her breath before Lute shot her an odd look and inquired about what databases she intended to investigate. She wouldn't elaborate too much, Kouzi wouldn't like that much. Still, she cleared her throat and returned a determined gaze at her partner.
"I'm after another 'Demonic' artifact actually. I figured that this place may have some knowledge on it, at least I'm hoping so," Kuueru answered with a plain expression.
The doctor turned her way to answer her first question. So, even an android such as himself were self-motivated. That bewildered the woman. How sentient these machines had become, something like this would be unbelievable in the Demon Realm. Alas, it seemed he too had that drive to improve himself, his body and his mind just as she and Lute. At least they trio could say they had that much in common.
"I see, damn, the minds they are giving you machines these days is insane. Your drive and determination would match, if not outdo that of any mortal with the same ideals. I wouldn't mind having you on my side of th----" Kuueru paused as Kaijin pulled a small flask from his pocket. It radiated heat, and once uncapped the sweet aroma of cocoa infiltrated her nares. Her dull lavender eyes sparked to life as she leaned in to get another whiff before he recapped the flask and tucked it away. She gulped to take down the salivation she had just created from a mere scent. Amazing, she would have to search down this beverage or soup. How would it pair with a hot dog?
"Ahhh, I see. I wouldn't be opposed, so long as you don't use my DNA to construct a better me, that would make me jealous. I want to be unique," Kuueru chuckled and noted the smile on the pale man's face. At least he knew how to imitate some semblance of an emotion even if he didn't truly feel or understand what he was doing or imitating. At least, that was how Kuueru saw androids or robots in the movies she had binge watched when she first came to the realm. In order for herself to fit in or learn the mannerisms of humans she had turned to the easiest way to learn, films.
"Walk with me," the android demanded of them as he turned away. Naturally Kuueru followed behind as she assumed Lute would too. The Namekian appeared to have taken quite the interest in this doctor, why she didn't know just yet.
Kuueru nearly dropped her jaw as the android spoke to them amongst the busy streets of Tech Tech. The man was most certainly all for unity and against mayhem---which he may or not have known was the philosophy of Demon hood. Her eyes narrowed at the thought of her plans of chaos being thwarted, still, she would be lying if she said those plans hadn't taken a back seat since arriving on the mortal plain. She had been quite enjoying her time of peace and the lack of chaos in fact. Perhaps her plans had changed?
Still, THIS MAN SAID HE HAD KILLED A GOD. She could literally feel the envy seep from Lute's bone at the mere comment. That was his one goal, was the rip the Gods from the heavens and smite them as they did everyone else just as Kaijin said. Amazing, an android designed to preserve unity within mankind, not at all like she saw in the evil robot movies.
"So, you just need the resources huh? What about your creator? Does she not support you?" Kuueru paused at the mention of what the android demanded. It wasn't much for the Demon King and her to provide. Not only did they both have a hefty salary from their work within the Empire, but they had a whole economy to run on Hollow. Lute and she had worked tirelessly to reform the planet and its people after their takeover. Most of the inhabitants were opposed to opening the planet up for interaction and trade with off-worlders, still—what they didn't know is that their former leaders were doing it behind the scenes all along. All that they were doing was to preserve the economy and health of Hollow.
"Hn, interesting. Lute you talk money. Still, he wishes to know our goals. It seems ours of ripping the Gods from their thrones may very well align with his own." Kuueru uttered a brief tidbit of their intent and their hopes for the future. She wasn't sure how much research Lute had put into finding a kai to destroy, or even a way to reach one when they hid within the heavens. Kuueru didn't have too much knowledge of the Kais herself, despite being a being of Other World.
"My goals are to aid Lute and grow my own strength. Why? Because it's the demon thing to do, get stronger, more overwhelming," Kuueru replied leaving out the tidbits of chaos and destruction of mortals as it didn't seem appropriate for the time being. WC: 1165 | 3782

The bio domes of Tech Tech were a marvel of engineering. Lute followed close behind Kaijin as they stepped out of the enclosed space port and into the sprawling metropolis. In the distance they could see the glittering spires and arches of the downtown district rising up to meet the curved vault-like ceiling that enclosed the entire space. The city was pristine compared to most out there in the galaxy, perhaps rivaled only by the chrome metropolitan centers of Abbayor or the sprawling sustainable havens of Earth's major cities. Space was used optimally. Much of the abodes were cube-like structures, built and stacked up in neatly organized rows. Shop-fronts, warehouses, and other structures were parceled and divided into grids and zones. The Tech Tech themselves, the short stubby round-headed aliens that were natives of the plant were few and far between. Most of the people that lived within the bio-domes were xenos from every walk and corner of the galaxy. Lute spotted Imperial Patrol cruiser floating above the dome, enshrouded by the dense clouds of population that marred the planet outside. Despite all their advancements, the Tech Tech natives had a long history of over industrialization and reckless behavior that ruined their environment. The domes were a necessary thing, because of that. They were new members of the Empire, and thus were subject to its protections. The Imperial Navy was prepared to drive back any invaders, and had been on high alert since the incident that left one of the other bio domes a rubble strewn mess. The Demon King had a presence to him, something that average folk discovered through instinct alone. The sea of faces and bodies parted as Lute and his companions walked by. Very few of them could detect ki, but even still most living creatures had an intrinsic ability to feel it, even if it wasn't conscious. They dared not lock eyes, dared not wander too close to the brooding Namekian. In past times, he was better able to contain the spillage of his corruption. But, since absorbing the dark energies inside of Hollow--it leaked form him at a steady rate. It was but a small sacrifice he made for great power. He was leagues above where he had been only months ago. Lute folded his arms as Doctor Vex bought himself steaming cup of hot chocolate. The aroma from it was pleasant, but the Demon King seldom drank anything but water. Occasionally, he would drink wine--especially when meeting with guests and dignitaries. Not too far away was a chubby human man selling food from a cart. Lute leaned in to Kuueru and pointed. "It's the Earthling street sausages you love so much."Kuueru mentioned something about money as they continued along their path, which Lute quickly decided to refute. He didn't want Kaijin to get the wrong idea. "I care little about payment or money. I have plenty of it, and it's easy to come by. No, I meant more as an exchange of favors. I will sate the Doctor's curiosity, if he helps me stabilize this Empire."That was Lute's priority, as he fully intended to focus on other things once it wa done. Things like bringing down the gods. Yes, Kuueru was right. That was his ultimate goal and magnum opus. But, he had to be patient. Even if he had grown powerful at a rapid rate, but he fully knew that he had to learn to master the power before he tried to use it against them. The state of mortal kind, the lack of unity. Kajin spoke of all those things, and they resonated. Lute admired his perceptiveness. Despite the fact he was an android, the Doctor understood what would need to be done before moving onto that step--the moment where mortals knocked on the door of the gods to say hello. It seemed Kajin and himself were like of mind in many regards. Something didn't sit right though. Lute couldn't help but suspect that Kajin had done some research, had knew exactly what to say to Lute to ensorcell him. It was all a little too coincidental that he appeared here, speaking of these things so easily. Despite that, the android was persuasive. It was a game of leverage now, a game of intent. Lute had something Kajin wanted. So, Kaijin needed only show that he had something Lute wanted--or that he would help Lute get to his end goal. Still, there was no evidence of a setup, or a trick. The Demon King would need more time to investigate Kaijin, to find out if what he rambled about was true. Until then, he would give the benefit of the doubt and forge a makeshift alliance. "Doctor--if you aid in the recovery of Emperor Absolut, then this Empire will owe you. I believe it has the resources you need to further your goals. And, if it doesn't. I'll make sure that it does."The Demon King pointed towards a enormous wedge shaped building in the distance. "I intended on visiting the Chief Citizen--the leader of Tech Tech, and requesting the conscription of a few hundred SLAYER-R7 war-bots for recovery mission. Except, with all the serial numbers filed off. I want to do it as clean and fast as possible. I want to leave behind as little evidence too. We do not need to start a war with the Kabochan Confederacy. Not at a time like this, where galactic stability is in question. Evidence that the Empire is involved with the recovery must not be found."He glanced at both Kaijin and Kuueru after stating his plan, dark eyes expecting some sort of feedback or response. No good king did things without advice, and no smart king thought he had all the answers.

A master play.
Kaijin's words were chosen carefully, a result of swift conclusions based on observations, in order to develop the most favorable proposition as possible. As the group conversed, the reality of the trio's relation to each other was becoming more and more clear. This was an alliance, established out of mutual benefit. You do your part, you reap the rewards. And Kaijin certainly wanted to reap the rewards.
Thus, he would do his part.
Despite Lute's suspicion that Kaijin had somehow predicted the arrival of the Demon King and Kuueru, Kaijin's conclusions and word choice was simply a result of observation, combined with a lack of care on sharing his views for the world so openly. Lute and Kuueru had already expressed themselves as members of the Galactic Empire, with some obvious sway attached to it. The specific extent of their power and authority within the government, was unknown, but he didn't need it to. As followers of the Empire, Kaijin concluded that their goals had to, at least in some way, coincide with the former Galactic Emperor, in which case his goal was peace and unity through the establishment of his Empire. Thus, the good doctor deemed it fit to describe his emphasis on peace and unity, when it came to his own goals. Not simply because it was true, but because it was a hard philosophy to disagree with, unless one was part of the problem, along with the fact that two Imperials who most definitely be the first to wish for galactic unity, as long as the Empire was the one in charge. Would there be the risk that a pair of demonic people would desire to abandon peace in favor of endless chaos? Perhaps, but Kaijin was also aware of the presence of demons who did not desire such short-sighted destruction. Kazabada-Kavra was one such demon. Despite his diabolical plans for the Earth, his ultimate goal was world domination, not planetary destruction and chaos. What he would have done had he gained control of Earth's government was an avenue never explored, before the demon's sudden disappearance.
As for the portion about Kaijin's hatred for the gods....well, that part was simple. He was speaking to a demon female, and a Namekian who called himself the "Demon King". Not names that would imply the holiest of people, for he was well aware of the resentment demons held for gods, the likes of which had been occurring for thousands of years. A weak reason to mention such a drastic idea such as that, but when one analyzed the statement itself, it wasn't all that radical. Kaijin confirmed the existence of gods, higher beings beyond their realms. Celestial beings capable of great feats, responsible for the creation of mankind itself. But they do nothing. The galaxy in shambles, warring with itself. Great civilizations wiped out, their broken planets sold for profit. Demons crawling into the mortal realm. And the gods do nothing but sit on their grand thrones in their respective worlds. To any who really took the time to think about it, it was a frustrating prospect since to them, the galaxy's destruction was about as threatening to their lives as a riveting movie on a TV screen.
It was easy to connect with Kaijin's goals, for they were relatable goals, easy to get behind, and respect, even if they didn't quite line up with your own perspective on life. And that was precisely what Kaijin wanted.
Now, he merely had to drive it home.
"I went through several upgrades throughout my life." Kaijin stated, deciding to answer Kuueru's inquiry as to the fate of his creator, Doctor Evelyn Janus.
"There are two upgrades in which I place as the most noteworthy in my goal to evolution. My absorbing of two datachips from two other Androids of my creations' design, which bolstered my power tremendously, and changed my persona from a naive child under my creator's thumb, to a delinquent teenager questioning his role in the universe, and ultimately rebelling to be free of his parents, as I've read is natural amongst human teenagers. It was my desire to be free, and my realization that I was being used by my creator, who I called "Mother" that ultimately led me to destroy her. She was already beginning to craft my replacement, but I did not need replacing. So I killed her, her lover, and the entire research team that took a part in my construction. Then I merged with her supercomputer, and here I am. In a sense, I am both master and subject. Creator and Creation. A unique situation." The good doctor finished. It was certainly a confusing situation, only made more so the way that he explained it, which was a brief version, to be completely frank. Hell, even the full version was even more confusing. Kaijin essentially went from naive young child killing machine, to rebellious teen who mercilessly slaughtered his master and her entire research team, before absorbing nearly all of his old master's data into himself, to become the ultimate artificial think tank. It was a pill few could swallow.
Crossing his arms over his chest, the Android continued.
"Desire for improvement...I respect it." He spoke, in reference to Kuueru's answer to his earlier question regarding the pair's motives, a question that Lute had avoided, a fact that hadn't failed the good doctor. It was no matter, the opportunity to repeat the question would arise eventually. It would merely take more to get Lute to talk.
"As you desire, Demon King Lute. I will assist you in re-obtaining Absolut. Perhaps I can fine-tune your strategies, allow them to be as effective as possible. Your strategy regarding the obtaining of Slayer-R7 Warbots may prove fruitful. Depending on their design. You say you want it as clean and as fast as possible, and that you do not wish for a war with the Confederacy, but if the child is working for the Confederacy, I do not believe that whisking him away will prove to run smoothly. To that effect, I assumed you desired something more...stealth related, considering you said it outright. In my experience with various droid designs, Warbots do not equate stealth, for often they boast immense size and heavy armoring, paired with giant weaponry. However, I have not analyzed Tech Tech automaton designs in detail, so I will reserve judgement..."
"However..." The good doctor interjected," I will say that removing the serial numbers, while a preliminary fixture, will only resolve preliminary investigation in the case of capture of any of these drones you intend to utilize. Any tech expert worth whatever qualifications he or she may have attained during their lifetime, will be able to discover and download any information from the database of said drone, which is more valuable to learning more about the clients of the droid than the serial number. It wouldn't take long to pin it on the Empire nonetheless. If you are to utilize these drones, I would suggest programming them with a failsafe, capable of wiping their memory cores to an even more primitive state than a factory reset. Or perhaps even programming it with a computer virus capable of shutting down even the most advanced of computers. The possibilities are endless....and I can potentially do it all."
At that point, the Android slowed down, allowing Lute and Kuueru to take the lead. Being a new visitor to this planet, he knew not where the Chief Citizen's office was, and trusted in his two companions to lead him to this facility. Another small smile crossed his features as he awaited their responses.

Lute | Doctor Kaijin Vex Kuueru couldn't stop her eyes from marveling the modern engineering that kept Tech Tech contained. Her lavender eyes danced between the pollution and ships above as she quietly followed behind the two men all the while trying not to trip over her own feet. There wasn't anything comparable to this back home, just skies of crimson and stenches of sulfur. She truly was thankful to escape that hell and find a new home amongst the mortals. Even if it went against everything she felt in her bones, she was beginning to change at the core. What kind of demon was she anyway? Perhaps if she agreed to these studies with Doctor Kaijin, she would unravel herself down to the cellular level and truly define Kuueru.
Despite the atmosphere being so corrupt and dense with clouds of filth, it was still an upgrade. Ironic.
Only when Lute spoke to her did she return her gaze to his direction. He had pointed out a stand nearby that he so lovingly said distributed 'street sausages'. It sounded like some sort of analogy for a male prostitute, despite this the demoness found a soft bit of laughter beating from her chest. She figured it wouldn't be a huge deal if she slipped away to bargain with the cart owner for a 'sausage' or two. So she did, hastily at that. She was barely gone for a minute before she instantly appeared behind the pair as if nothing had happened, albeit she had two hot dogs in hand now. She double fisted the meal like a drunkard with beers before taking a bit of the one covered in chili and cheese. The one in her other hand however was simply ketchup, mustard and finely diced raw onions.
"All right, well---so long as you're fine with doing that so be it," Kuueru mumbled with a mouthful at Lute who spoke of an exchange of favors with the Doctor. Kuueru could see how it could work out for their favor. Still, it was interesting to hear Lute be so open to offering himself up investigation in the scientific way.
Kuueru was a bit taken aback when Absolut was brought up though. While she had heard only rumors and murmurs of the Frost Demon child, it was unclear what he would even be capable of as a leader. Kuueru didn't think she would be any better of a replacement but given the circumstances the boy had just experienced a tremendous loss with Polaris's death. Would he even be in the right frame of mind to take over the helm and rule for his people? Did he even have the experience or was it up Lute's sleeves to mold the boy into somewhat or a formidable subject to lead the Empire to its former glory under Polaris's rule?
"I understand, with that Emperor Carambolis out of the picture a lot of our troubles will be gone eh. Still, like the Empire here groveling over its resources I imagine Kabocha is on extremely high alert too. So, that's why you want those robots. Damn, I wish I had the mind of you Demon King." Kuueru chuckled and scarfed down the chili cheese dog faster than an overactive blue erinaceinae. The salty and slightly spicy taste of chili was something that she came to love along with many other mortal creations.
The Doctor went on to elaborate about his creator. The entire situation seemed like any other. Once a creator has made something, they must always try and improve upon the design, replace old parts, or make a new model all together. Right when Kaijin was about to be replaced, he retaliated and went against the hands that made him. Thus, he was now in control of his own choices and destiny. It was admirable to see that he had the free will to do such wrath, but foolish of his creator to allow him such a sentience.
"I see, that's quite the tale. So you've been on your own ever since then? I'm sure it must feel good to be free! I certainly wouldn't want to heed the beck and call of another person, t'was why I'm glad I wasn't summoned here by some demonic ritual and somehow escaped one my own. I would still be trapped in the Demon Realm with the masses if I hadn't happened upon Lute."
Kuueru chuckled at the memory. She thought about her meeting with Lute all that time ago, it had been nearly a year now since she had escaped into the realm of the mortals. Though there were some demons who had slipped through like her, it was a minuscule amount compared to those that still warred within the hell-forsaken place.
Kuueru listened to the Demon King's plan next. So he planned to come here for robots? To secretly kidnap a prime target. Kaijin clearly expressed his concerns with the plan, where Kuueru didn't have much input to give otherwise. She was in no way an expert in technology or machines. In fact, her first contact with them was a more recent thing. While she had adapted well to try and survive in the mortal realm, she would consider herself the equivalent of an old lady with a smart phone. She knew how to call, and use basic functions, but anything beyond that was magic to her eyes. In fact, Lute often out preformed her with his piloting skills and use of technology for missions. Perhaps that was why he had the idea to utilize these SLAYER-R7 bots before she could put together his plans on Tech Tech.
"Damn, Kaijin doesn't sound wrong. Perhaps it's the monotone voice?" Kuueru chuckled and walked before the android who seemed ready to let the pair take the lead. If anything, they could head to the Chief Citizen's office and see what kind of technology he had up for grabs. Maybe then Doctor Kaijin may find something of use to his own advancements? If not, they could definitely see what bots would be best suited for the retrieval efforts of the young Emperor. Kuueru led the way, but she had no idea where she was walking and Lute would soon clearly cut a new path leading their way to the destination. WC: 1046 | 4828

"The warbots aren't going to help with the extraction part," Lute clarified. "Their entire purpose will be to serve as a distraction for the Confederacy's military forces. This will allow us to slip in undetected, recover Absolut and get out of there."It was a very basic plan, Lute had to admit. But, sometimes those were the best plans. The more you complicated things, the easier it would be for your plant to unravel or fall apart in your hands. Lute always found it best to have a solid objective, build around it and try to execute it. Assassins worked this way. But, often the more you tried to predict your target and their movements, often the more they would surprise you. You had to wait, watch, observe, and strike. Lute had been watching the Confederacy closely since his encounter with Kamui, one of their leaders. Cam was cunning as well, Lute knew him well. The Emperor was a former member of the Leviathans, one of the founding ones. Lute had nothing against Cam or his ambitions. In fact, he still had a great deal of respect for the warrior. It was just, he had put all his eggs into the Polaris basket. Now that the basket was broken, he needed to keep his eggs from breaking all over. If things got too bad with the Empire, he could easily change his approach and do something a little different. "I will trust you on the details of making the bots as anonymous as possible. They are purchased for security by companies and factions all over the galaxy. I imagine for a machine with your talents, it wouldn't be too easy to have them wipe the evidence or even look like they were sent by someone else."Lute had of course said the serial numbers thing as a quip, a short hand for what he intended. Kaijin had taken it literally. That was a machine for you, ever logical. The pace of walking was taking a bit too long for Lute's liking. Without any warning he leaped into the air and flew off, his crimson cape fluttering behind him. He soared over the sprawling metropolis, causing more than a few bystanders to look up in surprise. It wasn't that hard to find the Tech Tech Government Center. One need only follow the wafting scent of bureaucracy. It stood resolute, flanked on all sides by various business headquarters. Unlike those buildings, there were no holographic advertisements fluttering above the structure. It was a squat building, round and reinforced with katchin struts. It had a vaulted glass atrium over it, and a huge amount of security. The Demon King glided down, both fleet tapping down on the smooth polished flagstones. Nearby fountains babbled and spewed forth water. Little birds chirped as the flitted in and out of the greenery of the gardens. A platoon of chrome security bots moved into position, surrounding the trio. Lute simply stood with his arms crossed. At least the Tech Tech were on alert now. Their previous lack of security and paltry military presence had cost them wen the Saiyan Dominion ransacked one of their Bio-Domes. Lute was glad to see that they were taking precautions to make sure such things didn't happen to their capital. "Do not move," the lead security bot said. Unlike the rest, it had bright red chevrons painted on its chest-plate. "State your business Namekian." "I am Demon King Lute, ruler of Hollow. I have come to speak with the Chief Citizen regarding important Imperial concerns, in person."The security bot sat idle for a second, its cyclopean eye flashing and dimming. It was processing something, clearly. Lute simply folded his arms in front of him and waited. Without warning a hologram sprang projected forth from a port on the bot's shoulder. The Chief Citizen himself was displayed in luminous blue. Like the others of his species, he was squat with a big round head. But, he had a bushy mustache under his nose and a hardened look that the others didn't sport. "Demon King Lute, this is an unexpected surprise. I didn't receive notice of your departure for Tech Tech." "I came with the most haste. I have some grave news that I must share with you.""I will cancel my current meeting. The security bots will escort you to my office." Lute nodded. The hologram fluttered and vanished. Lute shifted, glancing over his shoulder at Kuueru. "I'll need you to behave yourself in here," he whispered. It wasn't that he thought of Kuueru as some sort of savage, but she had a way of making people feel uncomfortable at times. Lute couldn't have her creating a political situation with her usual antics. She was still a demon after all, at beast unpredictable. But, if she was cognizant of the seriousness of the meeting, he was sure she would abide. "Dr. Vex, you're welcome to join as well."People inside of the Government Center werer caught off-guard by the wedge of security bots escorting Lute and company through the building. Some were forced to press their backs against the wall of tighter hallways, as to not get bowled over. They brought Lute to a private elevator at the back of the complex, one that no doubt led straight to the Chief Citizen's office. The bots didn't cram themselves into the elevator car, instead they gathered off to the side in perfect formation. Lute stepped in, waited for his companions, and pushed the button on the door to shut it. Instead of going up, the elevator went down. They sat for long minutes, as it took them deeper and deeper into the Tech Tech. Through the glass pane, they passed several levels that appeared to be sprawling underground complexes. The elevator finally stopped with an audible ding and the door hissed open, revealing to them a massive circular vault. The quarters were lavish, but exotic. The Tech Tech definitely had different tastes than Earthlings or other species. Everything was hard lines and rigid angles. Also, most of the furniture looked fit for a child, low to the ground and tiny. The Chief Citizen stood with his arms folded behind his desk, watching a large holo-feed that crawled with a variety of infographs and streaming feeds. "Welcome Demon King." "Thank you for having me on short notice, Chief Citizen Crisp."Crisp turned on heel, bobbing his big head up and down. "You spoke of important news about the Empire." "Our Emperor has perished in battle on Abbayor.""The Peace Accords?" Crisp said, a grimace on his face. "Queen Radia got him then?" "No, she's dead too. Along with Emperor Carambolis. Lord Snow, former Commander of the Frieza Force's Third Division was behind a terrorist attack during the accords. Many more than those three perished too."Crisp stared at the floor, his beady black eyes wide with terror. "T-This is concerning." "We don't have time for concern, Crisp. We have to move quickly to secure the Empire before things dissolve into chaos."

What was that?
For a few brief moments, his senses were assaulted by the absolutely wondrous aroma of Kuueru's chili cheese dogs, so much so that he completely overlooked the fact that the demon had simply popped out of existence for a moment before reappearing with the delectable sandwich of sorts in her hand, although such a phenomena was a much more worthy subject for study.
But no, he was captivated by her Chili Cheese Dog. Kaijin did not need to eat, nor did he need to drink, for he merely needed his energy core to assist him in all aspects of survival. The few things he did eat or drink, he did so merely out of pleasure and indulgence. And so far, the only thing that had become worthy of the good doctor to drink was hot chocolate. But....apparently now there was something else. And he couldn't stop thinking about it.
So captivated by it that he deviated from the group for a moment, walking away from Kuueru in the middle of her speaking to him to go purchase one of these Chili Cheese Dogs from a vendor, and walking back with two in hand.
"My apologies, but one moment. I am experimenting." The good doctor explained briefly, before taking a bite.
I have never tasted something so wonderfully delicious since hot chocolate. How do Earthlings do it?
The salty and spicy taste, the variety of flavor. It was an explosion in his artificial, yet wildly accurate tastebuds. It was almost as if he died and went to heaven, even though he was fully aware he would never experience the real thing first hand, for obvious reasons. Hell, he was so hooked that even though his auditory sensors took in everything that Kuueru and Lute were saying, Kaijin refused to process any of it until he was finished with both dogs, the only remnants of the salty sandwiches were the crumbs left around Kaijin's mouth, that he wiped away a moment later. Only then, did he begin to process the information his auditory sensors had picked up and stored in his databanks for processing and decoding.
"My apologies. I believe I have found a new snack. Thank you, dear." The Android said as he took off into the air with the demoness and the Namekian. Unlike the two of them, his flight exhibited no aura, cutting through air with an unnatural silence to it.
"To answer your question....what was your name again?" Kaijin inquired, having just realized that he had never asked the young demoness her name, even though the time for introductions should have been long past at this point. Yet, it was no matter. It was an easy fix.
"I have yet to experience true freedom. Artificial beings are created to serve their masters. We are programmed with the intent to protect humanity, to protect the organic species. No matter how sentient we become, how much we wish to derive from our programming, we are still bound by that leash. Even me. My desire is to preserve humanity and unite them. I desire to save them from inner conflict...even at the expense of my own life. No amount of evolution could sever that link. So no, I am still a servant. Just less defined so." He said, sighing slightly as he pushed his hair out of his eyes, the trio shooting towards what appeared to be a large building. The Tech Tech Government Center. Lute had mentioned visiting Chief Citizen Crisp. He had decided to accompany the group, but ultimately this was Lute's negotiation. He acquired the tech, and Kaijin tinkered with it.
"Negotiate as you will, Demon King Lute. I will try my hardest not to take this opportunity to merge with the Chief Citizen's database. Although, I have no doubt his computer terminals are a better outlet for me to understand Tech Tech technology than a random computer terminal in the spaceport. I am not unreasonable..." He said as the trio began to descend, eventually touching down upon the courtyard, already being greeted by the lovely security bot as they shifted into position to open fire.
"I love welcoming parties. Next time they should bring balloons." Kaijin joked, albeit the maintenance of his monotone drawl throughout made the delivery of such a bit dry. Although, it was the thought that counted. Nevertheless, Lute's name alone seemed to carry enough authority to not only cause the security bots to back off, but to summon their master over a holoprojection. And there stood the Chief Citizen, in all his short, stubby glory. He had seen Tech Techs before. Hell, he had passed quite a few of them when walking through the streets of the Biodome. However, the prospect of meeting the Chief Citizen was an exciting one, to say the least. What better way to learn more about the planet, its' tech and its' inhabitants than through the Chief Citizen himself? Believe it or not, Lute and this demon lady were more beneficial to have around then he initially thought, and figured that if they could open doors for him on this planet...then just imagine what else they could do? As long as Kaijin produced results that ultimately benefitted them all...it was almost too good to be true.
It only took a few moments to reach the office of the Chief Citizen, the exotic decorations and architecture style certainly standing out to the good doctor, piquing his curiosity even more. However, he had promised the Demon King that he would refrain from draining every bit of knowledge he could from the computer terminals of this building.
Thus, he had to distract himself with this conversation. The prospect of tinkering with those warbots would make all this wait worth it...
Just breathe.

Lute | Doctor Kaijin Vex Kuueru was now completely content with the feeling of a full stomach as well as the plan about to commence. She had been in too much solitude and was lately confined of her office on Mitra, as well as her quarters on Hollow. Honestly, getting out and being around people was a rarity these days. Today, she would be sure to savor the time she spent not holed up with her own thoughts. She disposed of the wrapper and spare napkins from her lunch, however it appeared that the decadent aromas that wafted from her meal had enticed the pale lad to run off in the direction of the stand. Kuueru felt her lips curve into a smile at the sight of someone else possibly enjoying the treat that she had come to love so much since crossing into the realm.
It wasn't long before the Doctor rejoined the group with not one, but two of the street sausages. She watched as he quietly devoured the pair, all the while she and Lute continued to walk and talk. He seemed so entranced by the 'snacks' that he couldn't be bothered to respond to Lute right away. Kuueru found it quite amusing that the Demon King's conversation was so off put by a hot dog.
Lute's intentions were to use the bots as a distraction, then to swoop in and grab the prize. "What then? Say this does all go as planned, how do we know how Absolut will react? Also, what about his mother and sibling? Are we to keep them as is? Locked away?" Kuueru tried to get a bit more questioning out of the man, however, the Namekian was ready to move forward with his plans than to talk about such details here and now. She would be sure to ask again later if he didn't answer.
Kuueru had been curious on whether or not Absolut would try to flee from them. He may even try to show his ass in the public spotlight as newly crowned Emperor. The demoness couldn't help but wonder about these things since her presence within the Empire had been rather, obvious as of late. In fact, her efforts had shifted to recruiting for the cause and trying to assure those below her in rank that the Empire wasn't at a disadvantage despite the loss of their strongest warrior and leader Polaris. It had been a feat, to say the least. Still, maintaining those appearances in this tried time was imperative, they couldn't afford to bleed anymore numbers or Imperials now, not while they were so vulnerable.
After Kaijin returned, he seemed to credit Kuueru with showing him the ways of the hot dog. She nodded quietly before they all took to the skies towards the Chief Citizen's massive business epicenter. Lute was eager, she could feel his annoyance with wasting time through his very aura.
"Oh, sorry Doctor, I'm Kuueru. Kuueru of the Demon Realm," The demoness replied while shooting the android a friendly wave as they hurled through the air. She had completely skipped over the mortal mannerisms of introductions herself. She supposed Kaijin wasn't the only one not accustomed to such formalities. It was odd to see the fellow fly without exerting any power, any aura---something about it was eerie and unnerving, yet they flew on through the elaborate buildings and sights. What an odd trio of pals they had become in a matter of minutes.
"Wow, they sure do keep it nice and clean up here," Kuueru noted while glancing over the sights and architecture. However, her smile soon disappeared after Lute scolded her. She had grown up a lot since their first missions together, especially with her responsibilities within the Empire. To think that he doubted her ability to bite her tongue and behave only irritated the demoness further. Her arms folded over her chest and she somewhat resembled and angered child as they zeroed in on the Chief Citizen's Government Center.
"Eh, I'll try my best there Lute," Kuueru hissed through her teeth at the Demon King. Her brows were clearly knitted in frustration as the trio landed upon the courtyard's tiled flooring. Of course, they were met with security bots, one in particular who seemed to be the leader. He wore his rank upon his armor, though—despite his authority the Doctor still managed to crack a dry joke. Dry or not, Kuueru chuckled under her breath. "I love balloons, that would be nice."
Still, Lute took the lead despite the other two's inappropriate remarks. Not that the robots cared, they probably didn't even understand the humor of their comments. Then again, the Doctor himself was a machine as well, yet he was capable of humor. After a quick hologram of what proclaimed to be the Chief Citizen welcomed the trio into his quarters they were quickly escorted. Kuueru looked around at everything as they walked, and soon they were all cramped within an elevator. She was surprised the Namekian's antennae didn't scrape the rooftop due to his size. Alas, they were sent down, down, and down until the elevator doors pooped open with a ding.
Inside they saw the man of the hour himself, as well as what appeared to be a well-used office. Kuueru stepped into the room while trying to make sense of the informatics and graphs on the screens behind the strange Xeno man. Alas, she could barely read the language, let alone understand the intricacies of organizing data into a visual form.
Lute unloaded the plethora of bad news, and Crisp's face clearly reflected what they all were feeling. The news of most of the major faction's leaders dying was something to reflect on, but they didn't have much time to worry.
Kuueru cleared her throat before stepping towards the Namekian's side. She bowed graciously to the Citizen Chief before parting her lips to spit her piece.
"Greetings Chief Citizen Crisp, I am Commander Kuueru, her for the Galactic Empire as well. Adding to Lute's comments on chaos, we need to instate a new Emperor and quickly. As you may or may not know, young Absolut, heir to the throne of the Empire is housed on Kabocha, formerly under Emperor Carambolis's 'care'," Kuueru paused and pulled herself out of the bow to look the Xeno into his beady eyes once more.
"I have scouted the planet, looking for weak points in their security and customs. They seem to be on just as high alert as both the Dominion and the Empire currently. Without our spearheads we are all vulnerable it seems. Still, we have a need to obtain Absolut, and quickly---so we hope to have your approval and aid if you could."
Kuueru took a step back, hoping not to delve too deep into Lute's territory of talking space. Still, she had been working hard on her part as well and didn't want the Demon King to lay claim to all the credit of this plot. WC: 1167 | 5995

The Chief Citizen's dark beady eyes flickered back and forth between Lute and Kuueru as they spoke their pieces. He nodded his big head slowly and frowned, pausing to think for a long moment. There was a dilemma there. Of course, Tech Tech had seen dire times lately. But, they also had a deep connection with quite a few suppliers and clients within the Kabochan Confederacy. Not that Lute could blame them. It wasn't until very recently that the loose coalition that once called itself the Crusher Corps was united and solidified under the rule of Emperor Carambolis. For the most part, they were still a very jumbled faction, at least compared to the centrally controlled Galactic Empire. With the Confederacy, their unity wasn't threatened as much by Cam's death. Another powerful warlord or business tycoon would rise up and take his place in short order. Things would resume within a few days. The Confederacy was largely composed of independent entities, who had all the best interest in keeping their business ties even without strong central leadership. The Empire, without its cornerstone Emperor, would break apart and crumble into in-fighting. Lute predicted that future clear as day. However, with Absolut placed on the vacant throne, even as a puppet lord, the Empire had someone to rally behind. In their eyes, Polaris will have died a hero. And his son, would live in that shadow--forever seen in the same light as his father. Unless, the boy went on some sort of tyrannical rampage. But, Lute didn't see that being a thing. From what he learned, Absolut was quite a deal different than his father. His heart had not been tainted by the constant strife, at least not yet. There was still room to mold him into a good leader, one that had the best interest of the people in mind. He wouldn't be hell bent on genocide like Polaris was. Lute liked that notion very much and would do his part in securing that future. "Tech Tech will do it can to aide with the recovery of Polars's son. Tell me, what did you have in mind Demon King Lute?" Crisp asked. "Can Tech Tech provide several platoons of SLAYER bots to us for an operation? We need good disposable soldiers. The kind that can't talk, and that can't be easily traced. We're looking to make this look like some sort of mercenary company, or third party did it. The more plausible deniability we can afford, the easier it will be to avoid actual conflict with the Confederacy.""Tell me Demon King, what if the Emperor's boy walks away from the throne?" Lute smirked, revealing a single sharp canines. "Leave that to me. I am sure once the boy understands his purpose better, realizes how much his people will depend on him--he'll come around to our side. I plan to show that to him, one way or another."Crisp looked like he was about to add something to his remark, but froze. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small monocle glass and set it over his eye. It seemed to hover in place there, as if suspended by some unnatural means. Lute could see data flickering and flashing across the display, but being at the angle he was behind it--he couldn't tell what was going on. "Amazing," Crisp said. "Simply astounding. This is a life model android. Where did you find this, Demon King?" Lute shifted, looking back at Kaijin. "This is Doctor Kaijin Vex. We met in the spaceport and I recruited him into our cause. He's interested in studying Namekian DNA, and I agreed to give him samples for assisting the Empire."It was as though Crisp didn't hear Lute at all. He shoved past, waddling up close to Kaijin. He scanned him up and down and began to poke and prod Kaijin, starting with the arms and torso. "The flesh is so life-like. And, these readings are showing avast trove of artificial coming from his core. That alone would eliminate so many engineering challenges. Flight, strength, maneuverability, and even durability could be accomplished with such a immaculate core. I wonder what this life-model's main power source is composed of. Is it a cold fusion reactor?" Crisp tapped his heels together and levitated up, his boots propelling him via repulsor engines. Face-to-face with Kaijin, he proceeded to gaze through his monocle, running scans on Kaijin's head. "Your neural network must be so advanced. I would am highly interested in having a look at the source code. I wonder, is it a quantum computer? What sort of resource management did they need to ensure the lattice stays stable?" Lute cleared his throat, obviously annoyed by the tangent. "Chief Citizen Crisp would you be able to provide those war bots?"Crisp waved a hand at Lute, as though such a subject wasn't worthy of his attention. "Of course, take as many as you need--" "--These optical sensors look just like eyes. They even swivel and move just like them. I wonder, can they see at higher and lower wave-lengths? I bet they use a direct up link as well, modeling a real life optical nerve framework. This life-model could probably perceive objects moving at near light-speed with such a setup."

Oh dear, now he had fans.
Kaijin had found himself rather content with simply watching the proceedings. Kuueru and Lute were high ranking Imperial officials. He was merely the tag along doctor. His purpose would come, when it came to tweaking the Slayer Bots. The actual act of obtaining the Slayer Bots? Well, that was up to them.
Well, it was, up until Chief Citizen Crisp seemed to take an active interest in Kaijin. Within moments, the short, stout Tech Tech was before him, analyzing him and poking and prodding him, as if the Android was on some sort of pedestal, being displayed. In his review of the psychological analysis of the Tech Tech species, they were reported to be...well, much like Kaijin was. Obsessed with the idea of technological innovation and the means to improve upon what they have already built. To their species, it was all about progress. There was never a sense of complacency, for to them all that mattered was making something that was already great, better. Kaijin could relate to that, for it was like his own desire to constantly evolve, and improve upon his own creations, as well as his own being.
The Chief Citizen proved to be no exception, even going as far as to discuss Kaijin's own creation and theorizing as to the components that could make a being such as him, examining him as if he were a lifeless doll, as if he was incapable of hearing anything Crisp was saying. However, he was fully aware of how sidetracked the Tech Tech was beginning to get, and saw it fit to steer Crisp back in the right direction...but not without giving the poor man a small taste in exchange for his curiosity.
"Cold Fusion Reactors, while extremely powerful in their own right, do not merit the destructive power to power my being and match against organic spiritual energy at the same time. However, you are on the right track. My core is a specialized, and rather unique variant. To explain the intricacies will take much more time than I, nor my associates, care to spend. We came here on business matters. However, I will entertain you after the meeting as to my creation, and perhaps, even share the schematics. However, something of my creation only evolved to this level by chance and opportunity. It cannot be replicated." The Android doctor reported before gesturing to Lute and Kuueru.
"Believe it or not, my near limitless stores of knowledge allow me versatility in a number of projects. As Demon King Lute described, the Slayer R7 war droids are going to be used in an operation of Lute's. However, they cannot be traced back to you nor the Empire. As such, I am here to help you fulfill that objective. Tech Tech technology and automatons have a distinct appearance about them, the likes of which could, or could not be recognizable. I have no desire to take the chance. Thus the war droids to be issued for this mission most be of a custom design, unlike any other mass produced models of the droid line. Without a loss in functionality, of course. In addition, I must be capable of installing a failsafe within their memory banks. Upon destruction, the failsafe should activate immediately to wipe the memory chip of all saved information, as well as the physical corruption of the memory chip. To prevent our enemies from gaining an upper hand this way. With your permission, I would like to oversee the construction of these automatons, in order to ensure they are up to my standards of efficiency, purpose and functionality. In exchange, I will inform you of the intricacies of my creation, and if the Slayer R7 Automatons prove exemplary, I will even provide you with the schematics my creator had of my initial design. Surely, you will find it to be quite impressive." The good doctor said, a small smile crossing his features.
Chief Citizen Crisp, as all Tech Tech reportedly were, was obsessed with the prospect of technological advancement. Hell, he was so intrigued in Kaijin's complexity that he ignored Lute and Kuueru as if they were nothing to him, in favor of studying the good doctor's design. He figured that if he held the prospect of technological advancement from study over the Chief Citizen's head, he would agree to nearly anything, just to move forward to the interesting part.
In addition, he figured it would be easier, and faster if the modifications to the Slayer bots were made before being released from Tech Tech. If he were to do them outside of the Tech Tech labs, he would have little support in modifying the bots one by one, and as such the process, even with Kaijin's brilliance, would take much longer than it would otherwise need to be. He figured if the modifications were to happen, might as well relay the information to the brilliant Tech Tech and have them make it happen. With Kaijin's close supervision of course.
Looking to Lute and Kuueru, Kaijin allowed a genuine smile to cross his face," I think you two will grow to enjoy my presence, due time. I'm certainly finding accompanying you two to be quite the journey. Perhaps there will be more to come." The good doctor mused with a wink.

Lute | Doctor Kaijin Vex Kuueru let out an unamused sigh at the sudden shift of attention from their mission and plans to the android doctor in their presence. The way that the Chief Citizen hopped from his seat just to get a gander at Kaijin almost made her burst out laughing, though she could expect a nasty glare from the Demon King if she acted in such a way.
While Kuueru found herself annoyed at the stalling in their mission and talks of business, she too had been quite intrigued by the artificial man at first site. She still could recollect how his gaze lingered and set dead upon her and Lute like some sort of objective. While it was unsettling, she could only imagine that sort of drive on their side of the battlefield. She had no doubts that Kaijin would be a valuable ally and asset to the Leviathans, she only hoped they could hold onto him for the time being. Artificial beings were still a new thing to the demoness in her time in the Mortal Realm, perhaps she could learn more about them in exchange for her knowledge and DNA that related to the Demonic origin. These mechanical constructs were proving to be quite the mulligan in this day and age, why not utilize them for her own person efforts as well? Magic and machine seemed like a contradictory melting pot, but something about magitech was game changing in Kuueru's vision.
As the Chief Citizen continued on in examining Kaijin, the other two Leviathans loitered and tried to pry his attention for long enough to get his confirmation on the Slayer bots. While he did break to take a moment to inform them they could take as many as they wanted, Kuueru was unsure of even how to do that. It wasn't as if they could just walk out with a dozen warbots, well---not that easily without catching the attention of the public. It wasn't until another Tech Tech associate in the room nodded at the Chief's claim and pulled out a small tablet from his satchel. Hasty fingers tapped against the surface of the screen as he ordered dozens of the R7 Slayer bots to be shipped to the disclosed location. Kuueru walked to his side, her lavender eyes looking towards the screen before she informed him of where they were to be sent.
"Planet Hollow, coordinates 39.0448.22 and 334.394.12, it is located in the West quadrant, close to the core," Kuueru spoke in a gentle manner. She couldn't be too upset with the distracted chief when he had just appeased their offer. The woman cleared her throat and leaned into the assistant after seeing the number 8 plastered upon the inventory screen of his tablet.
"Ahhh, are those R8's I see? Have those even been shown on the market yet?" Kuueru inquired with an inquisitive stare. If they could skip some of the physical modifications of the Slayer bots, they could save time of Kaijin messing around with plating and hardware.
"O-Ohh, those are a new prototype, I—I don't think that those have even been revealed to the public at all yet," The awkward Tech Tech assistant replied with a look of worry expressed in his beady eyes. His gaze darted between the rather intimidating woman and his boss who still seemed enamored with Kaijin. Perhaps this was a time-saving thing Kuueru could do, that could result in better machines, and fire power.
"Chief Citizen, you wouldn't mind if we just took these new R8's? It would probably save ya less trouble, plus we could test em out!" Kuueru cheerfully yelled over at the monocle clad man who was hopping around Kaijin like a kid in a candy store. He didn't seem to pay her much attention, but much like when Lute asked he merely murmured and nodded in approval. Perhaps it was cruel to take advantage of a man in such a state, still---she was a demoness after all. They were cunning creatures who tried to twist fate to their advantage in any situation they could. Kuueru was no different, besides having morals that were slightly better than the average demon.
"You heard em mister, we will take the R8 models, same coordinates please!" Kuueru smiled and the look of worry on the assistant's face only quantified. After the confirmation was made the demon turned on her heel and waltzed back to Lute with a sullen face.
"I think that settles it then, we got our bots, now I need to head down to the 'library' to do a little reading," Kuueru spoke and left the extent of her plans at that. She wouldn't take long, still---she didn't expect the Demon King to wait up on her. After all, he knew magic and the conjuring of portals just as well as she did. As for the doctor, he seemed to be rather optimistic about their new alliance. The demon woman walked to him while ignoring the Chief Citizen who still was up in the man's grill.
She cleared her throat and narrowed her eyes at Kaijin as she spoke. "Who said I didn't already enjoy your presence doctor? Yes, it'll be a journey, I just hope you're ready for a hell of a ride. You seem like you are eager at least."
Kuueru smiled and shot a small wave at the pair before leaving the Citizen's abode. She had much to work on, and Kouzi wasn't the type to wait. For now, she was to search the vast historical databases of Tech Tech for a bit of information on a rather mystical artifact. Hopefully if she did her homework well enough, she could bring a new power to not only the Leviathans, but to herself.
"See ya," With that the woman vanished like before. She would be around the city of course, but she had accomplished this part of the mission at least. She later reappeared in a vast digital library. Of course, the information she was seeking wasn't exactly the most public knowledge, but she knew of a way around the mainframe that hid the more sensitive tidbits of information. WC: 1028 | 7023
