V3 loves hiking. He loves going on long walks and exploring the planet earth. Seeing and meeting different peoples and cultures. Recently he had heard about mysterious items called... Ragon balls? Dragin balls? He could not remember. Suppsodely they could grant wishes or power or something like that. He wasn't sure. It was harder to remember things these days. "Probably a load of malarkey anyways...What do i have to lose...Got nothing better to do either." A heavy sigh escaped his lips as he walked through some heavily wooded area. It was mid-day and the sun had reached its zenith. He had been walking for days now, mindlessly. His pack was heavy on his shoulders as the pots and pans rattling, making noise with every movement. He could probably go months or so without eating. In fact, he wasn't even sure he needed to eat at all but it was best to bring some supplies he figured. Just in case.
It was always harder now to do anything without the use of Bunny now. His internal Artificial intelligence. She was created to keep him alive and help out in battle but she was also somewhat of a friend and mentor. A coach on how to deal with people, humans and the like. She was inactive now. A recent tussle with a strange Warmachine had caused him to go into hiding against the Drs. Will. He did not like it but this is what had to be done. He missed Suzie he missed Dr. Danny but it was for the best.
Unfortunately for him, it meant he had to learn to read. He has a rough estimate on how to get around at night, using the stars. He knows how to do that for some reason. But not how to actually read. Not with his own mind or his own eyes. He was now lost. Trying to learn where everything went wrong.
"There's gotta be a road here somewhere... I should've paid attention to the sun. *Sigh" He continued walking an aura of melancholy hung with his every step. He did not have a plan. Did not have a destination. He did not even know what to look for, do, or how long he should be gone. The only thing he knew or at least. Hoped he knew. was that this would keep people safe and that he needed to get stronger. MUCH stronger.
It was about 88 degrees outside at this hour but that did not bother him. He had sustained much worse temperatures than this and the heat at least made him a bit more comfortable. It was not quite the same as the "Heat of battle" or the higher elevated temperatures his battle mode would induce in him but it was something. He wondered what it would be like to just live out here. People used to do that he thought to himself. Everyone just lived out in the wilds. There were no cars, homes, trucks, or capsules... No androids... Just people. "If they could do it then so can I!" He shouted in defiance of his own insecurities.
"That settles it! I am setting up camp right here!" Of course, human beings of old always knew the best places to camp, when and where to go. How to hunt and what to look out for. V3 had no such knowledge or experience but he had other advantages and he had the gumption to try and figure this all out. Over the course of the next few hours, he would attempt to make a fire, convert branches and sticks into a shelter, and figure out where he was, but that last one could wait. Once he had finished he would take a much-deserved rest...It didn't look good but it was a start... Actually, it all looked terrible but it was a start.

From high in the stratosphere a lone 1x1ft spherical drone with a question mark emblem looks down upon the planet Earth. It was merely one of many that were orbiting the planet, yet this one had caught something of interest. It had been keeping Tabs on what was seemingly a man who was traveling in the forest, but the SLAIG drone knew better. Long distance scans have revealed that the man was in fact, an Abbayor Construction Type Android with unknown modifications. It had been streaming its overhead footage to its Master and Creator, Enigmus, who until now, had more interesting matters to inspect on its queues list. But those other options had been exhausted, so it’s partial attention was shifted to V3, who had managed to set up a shoddy camp. Enigmus directs his SLAIG drone to abandon its current role as a general overhead watcher, in order to fly down and to accompany the peculiar hiker as a proxy of Enigmus himself. It would be prudent to test the waters, to see if this situation was worthy of his physical presence, before he would commit his magical energies to manifest in person. When the drone reached V3s area, it stopped and hovered in front of him. It then spoke in a synthetic voice, with the red questionmark emblem flashing in sync with each syllable.

“Subject Identified as Builder-Droid Model number 1JHBRAV00E3. I will offer you useful information on any subject, in exchange for information of yours. State desired name, purpose, owner, and immediate goals, along with other useful information for approval.” "What the fu.." V almost blasted the sphere out of the sky as it flew towards him. Fear...Yes, fear was what gripped him in the initial seconds in which it hovered towards him. Fear that Unit 15 had found him. Fear that it meant Danny & Suzie might have been compromised because of him but this... The thing was different. Nothing like Unit 15 at all. For starters, it had intentionally made its decent obvious to him and this could not have been a distraction. If it was it was a bad one because now he was on full alert. "Uhm, hi... It's just V actually or V3 but that's my hero name. V is fine and umm... I don't do that building stuff anymore so I uh... I think you can forget about all that." V sat back down to continue working on his campfire. He kept an eye and ear out on his surrounding in case something did happen but he counted on his durability to save him if anything did go down. He had no idea what to make of this mysterious orb that had just descended and struck up a conversation with him. "Figures," He thought to himself. "I don't know nothing about nature or people and I don't know nothing about droids either...Man...I gotta figure something out" Again he was deflated. It seemed like he could only do two things. He can bend, build, lift, break things just fine, and sometimes, he could fight. Lately, it felt like those things just did not really amount to much. "Alright fine" he spoke wanting to test it. I told you my name now you tell me how I'm supposed to make a fire... and don't use robotic stuff, that's cheating!" As he spoke he began to notice the loneliness in his own words. "Could I really be that lonely right now?" It bothered him to think this thing might be recording him or that it might have been sent her to spy on him but another part of him did not even care. What does it even matter he thought. Not like he was good for much anyways. He went through his pack to pull out a compass he had stashed there in case of emergencies. He figured that if he did need to escape he should have an idea of which way to go...it did was not as helpful as he had thought it would have been... "N...N... I think that is north...how do you spell that?...Damn it" Another misstep. At least now if this weird orb thing thought he was worthwhile it might leave him alone at the discovery that he could not read. Unless of course, it deduced via this that his subroutines were not functioning. Dormant. That could be bad V thought to himself... Another misstep. Today was shaping up to be a pretty bad one after all. word count 528/ Total- 1175/ Post #2 Unit 15

The drone went silent for a few moments, as if it were processing something that it had just observed, before it lights back up with a response.
“First, you must gather a handful of kindling. Kindling is any combination of tiny flammable material, such as dry grass, dry leaves, twigs, feathers, cattail, and other things native to this area. I will highlight such object in blue light for ease of finding.” The DRONE directs V3 step by step in the process, giving simple and detailed descriptions of what needs to be done. Within the next 15-30 minutes, the two of them would have created a large fire to last the night, with plenty of suitable logs to throw in over time. After the task had been completed, the drone expresses an ominous statement before starting to drift away from the camp back into the sky.
ENIGMUS WILL BE MEETING WITH YOU SHORTLY. HE WILL ARRIVE IN THE FORM OF LIGHT. DO NOT BE ALARMED, FOR HE MEANS ONLY TO HELP AND NOT TO HARM.
Within the very minute after it had left, a giant pink ray of light pours from the sky like lightning a few meters behind v3. The light then coalesces into a single point before taking a vaguely humanoid shape. The magical light then disperses, revealing none other than a 7 ft tall glowing android in his wake (See Avatar for visuals). Enigmus himself had arrived, finding enough mystery about V3 to warrant an appearance. The Android then can felt staring into V3 with his eyeless question mark of a face and begins telepathically pressing his lines of inquiry.
“Inquiry: Explain what it is that is troubling you. I request to know your fears and doubts, so that i may offer assistance. It is imperative to my intrigue." At the same time as he asks this, Enigmus peers into V3’s programming through his Magi-Psi-Tech senses.
“You appear to have a lot of inactive code within you. Learning to gain master control over these subroutines are not outside my area of knowledge. Yet, I must receive information of sufficient value before I do so.”

Fire. He made fire! It took longer than he had expected but it did make sense. Granted V3 did not need fire. He did not even need to be warm, he just wanted something to do. Something "Humanly". The machine was actually helpful, very helpful, patient and informative. It walked him through all the steps and mentored him in a strange way. Half an hour later it was gone. A minute passed that and now he had another visitor. This one was taller, scarier and it felt powerful. It was hard to explain but the light from the fires seemed to almost avoid the creature which now stood ominously behind V. Not that you needed a fire to see him. He glowed in his own faint light. Following him like a shadow flickers in the wake of candle's light.
"Now hold on mister sister. I didn't ask you to come down er yonder heights and help me. I'm not like... A damsel in distress er nothin." V huffed and puffed as he stoked his newly lit flame. He was being stubborn, he knew that. It made him...feel bad. He knew that as well but he already felt bad enough as is. He did not also want to seem weak or worse drag someone else into his rut with him.
The minutes passed and the figured loomed there. towering over his hunched figure. "Hey wait a minute. How are you even talki..." The question formed in his mouth and escaped his tounge before he had a chance to think about it. The previous thing had actually been helpful. It seemed curious and if he did decide to communicate with him or get answers he did not want to waste a question.
He sat still. Trying to think of good questions to ask but his mind struggled to come up with anything. Frustration began to show in his actions as he began to pick at the chips within the flames. He hated feeling so useless and without a friend. He was scared now. Scared that any moment this interesting stranger would leave now if he did nothing to satisfy its curiosity.
"Fine fine alright... I have nothing to lose." He patted his short as he stood to face it. "Let's get one thing straight through. These uhmm..."CODES" that uhh are inactive or whatever in my head. I did that! Her name is bunny and she like, talks and thinks for me and stuff. I want her to sleep so that Dr. Danny doesn't use her to find me... I'm trying to keep some people safe but I'm not gonna tell you why"
Feeling Satisfied with himself he began to stand more upright. V crossed his arms now and stood in a more resolute posture now. "Okay, that's a lotta information. So now you gotta tell me something right? Isn't that how this works?" He scratched his head now as if he was just starting to realize that he did not know where this was going.
V considered scanning the man (Or thing) in front of him but he did not know what would happen if he did. He was not sure what that may do to him from within. The funny thing about being able to turn, what is essentially, your brain off is that once you succeeded then you lose knowledge of how to turn it back on sometimes. He didn't underst, and these things. He was never meant to and he may never understand them but for now he was okay with that.

Enigmus listened intently to what V3 spoke and continued to observe in during the peroids of silence, reading his body, and sensing his emotions. While doing so the Magical Machine put together the clues it had gathered from what it’s subject had exhibited and said. Then when V3 asked his visitor to tell him *something*, Enigmus gave it’s response.
"Analysis: You are indeed no damsel, yet in spite of your claims, you are distressed. You have not spoken much through your mouth, but your heart has spoken much on your behalf. You feel lonely, having displaced yourself far from the one who love you, protect you, and care for you. You feel afraid and ashamed that you do not have the strength or skill to protect them, yourself, or the ones who count on you against the danger that follows you. You feel lost, as the soul of a human placed into a mechanical shell. You feel uncertainty, about your place in this world. You feel confused, not knowing what you want to know most. "
“Offer: Allow me to help you, and I will give you the knowledge that you desire” Enigmus then puts his hand over the face of V3 and waives in front of his vision. As he does this, the world around V3 changes, as a strange feeling washes over him. The dim night sky of Earth becomes the yellowed skies of what appeared to be a very distant and barren planet. Enigmus himself had seemed to disappear. The ground itself is dry and devoid of life, with cracks and ravines littering the land.
To the right of him, was a series of dilapidated white dome hobbles, all of which surrounding a cage. The cage itself, held a multitude of humans, tied gagged and bound. All of them seemed familiar in some way, but the most notable two were by far were Dr. Danny and Suzie, who lie down at the very front of the cage. The cage is guarded by savage looking Saiyans, many of which bearing resemblance to the ones he fought before.
One particularly tough Saiyan seems to glare at V3. He appears to resemble blackbeard the pirate, in all but race, weaponry, and clothing. He instead chooses to go shirtless, revealing a muscular yet portly upper body, yet still wears the pirate hat and wields a cutlass. The Saiyan rushes towards V3 and takes an aggressive posture while speaking to him.
“You don’t like how we keep captives, huh? I can see it in your eyes! I’ll tell you what, give me your best fight! Beat me and I will give you the key. Now put em up!” After saying as such, the pirate Saiyan then rushes at V3 with a flurry of merciless punches and kicks. It becomes quickly apparent that the Saiyan is much more clever and experienced fighter, who is no stranger to dirty fighting. His raw power itself seems to match that of V3 himself, and strangely enough, he gives advice on how to fight better during the battle, seemingly out of a desire to get a better battle out of his foe.
The world is an dream world-like illusion. I also wrote this way too late into the morning and really need to sleep. So sorry if i got lazy on you and dumped the burden of rping the fight a bit too much on your end. The first battle likely shouldn't end in a victory, since this is suppose to be a learning experience for you. He won't kill you, and will be open for many successive rematches. Since it's a dream world, you can recover almost instantaneously after getting koed.

V did not have time to contemplate these creatures offer before It somehow plunged him into a brand new world he wished not to be a part of. Before his eyes lay the figures of familiar folk and a few he knew far to well. His melancholy quickly morphed into a searing fury when he realized what was going on. Mechanical eyes trained on every aspect of what he was seeing against his will. Analyzing every speck of his new environment much faster than he could process on his own. The fires of his rage were all that he knew. It plunged him into a deep dark pit of self loathing and misery. A pit which tugged at his core like barbed wire sewn to flesh. It was a mud that now caked every step on his way to each action he took. Before he could respond one of the Saiyans rushed him. Toppling him over with a fierce forward rush. The man was impossibly heavy, with thick matted and calloused ape-like hands. He lifted V off of the ground, tossing him into the air, and unleashing a barrage of energy bolts which ripped through V's body causing him to land onto the ground with a sick crunching sound of bone and metal rubbing against each other. The man laughed as the sound echoed throughout the entire realm. In the distance, he could still hear them screaming. Danny and the others. It was not enough that he now had to fail them again but he would have to listen to it this time. The Saiyan made his way over to V now. With a hand, he motioned over to his friends. V laid there, dirt and blood in his mouth as he still struggled to process all the information from earlier. His battle or "Hero mode" subroutines obviously trying to come online but unable to for various reasons. Some of them mechanical some of the V's own fault. "there's no use" He thought to himself. "I am to weak. Just let it end." He thought to himself as the Saiyans made their way to him. He tried desperately to turn off his subroutines as they began kicking and blasting him into the ground. The weight of there blows causing cracks in his armor and bursting open the skin on his back. That same blue blood, which contained the nanites that kept him running and functioning began to pour out of him and into the ground. He wanted it all to end. He wanted it all to stop but as he raised his head to look over at the victims something changed within him. Something that had been dormant now stirred within the deep pit of pain and agony that was his rage filled core. Without thinking he jumped into a crouching position onto his feet and crossing his arms close to his chest. Within moments black tendrils of radiant energy surrounded his body. Taking the shapes of Spikes, nails, and bones protruding from his skin they lashed out with black spirals of energy at anyone who would get to close. In an instance, V3 fully extended his arms to his sides and unleashed waves of energy that pressed him firmly into the ground as they went off. Two of the Saiyans were blasted far off to the sides. The force and suddenness of his blast was so intense that it forced all others back as well Except for the one Black bearded Saiyan who was not amused. Reaching back with his fist the Saiyan brought the full weight of his power down onto V3's aura of pain. After a light struggle, he began to bellow with laughter as he bared down, into the aura and protrusions with a single hand. He broke through the energy field easily and grasped V3 by the throat. "Bwahaha!" His laughter echoing through this strange plane again. "That was impressive. Where was all that fight when the tin can was wiping his ass with you?! HUH?!!" He dug his hand into V3's ribcage now unleashing bolts of energy within him that reverberated throughout his entire body. Steamrolled off of V's body as he laid there slumped onto the ground. Everything started to go black and static began to fill his vision. "I… I… Wait… I'm sorry… I'm not ready. I can do more…" Were his last thoughts before everything turned into static and he blinked and It was all gone. He stood there now. His wounds somewhat mended. Before him stood the Saiyan warrior and his friends. He did not know what had happened. Was this a dream? No. He is an android. Androids do not dream. Regardless he viewed this as a second chance. A second chance to take down this Saiyan scum a second chance to save his loved one… or a second chance to die. It was not a long battle. His enemy ducked and weave along the lines of V3's attacks laughing at every one of them. Sometimes he would even take the hits just to shrug them off. It was a nightmare every second in this strange place seemed to last ages as his energy seemed to seep out from his limbs like trying to hold water in a cracked vessel. The men shouted orders as he stuck V3. He hit him from one angle than the next and then another one. His friends would occasionally jump in, taking there turns with him until he passed out. Then they would do it all over again. "What is happening?" V3 said to himself. "This can not be real? Is this a nightmare?"He wanted it all to end. He wanted to die but he could not seem to. In truth, he had stopped really trying the second time he was defeated. It was similar enough to the first attempt but a lot less messy, lucky for him. He was dropped cold before he could reach into himself and pull out the same energy he'd used from before. "Where had that power even come from"? It didn't matter. Nothing really mattered. He was in hell. This had to be hell. It did not make any sense but how else could you explain it. It had been hours, days, or Maybe weeks? He did not put up much of a fight anymore he just stood there and took the blows now. Doing just enough to keep them entertained so that the Saiyans would not hurt anyone else. Just enough to keep them on him. He couldn't explain how his wounds kept mending or how he stopped himself from dying but he did not care anymore. He had lost the ability to care for himself. Just Danny. Just Suzie. That is all that mattered to him. He was a machine, a tool, not a hero. Not anything more or less, and his purpose was not to entertain them. He was their toy and that is all that mattered. word 1164/ Total- 2934/ Post #4 Enigmus

The moment that V3 gives up, any perceived agony he feels stops along with him, as he enters into state of numbness. The world around him fades to pitch black until it appeared that he was floating in the middle of a void surrounded by vast stars. Then, suddenly, a gigantic flash of light blares forth, illuminating the darkness of the void. The light reveals a multitude of people that were there in the void surrounding him.
The people were those he had saved, returning home to their families, who shed tears of joy that they were alive. V3 hears the countless stories told about him, of him being a selfless, handsome, and powerful hero, who had protected them when no one else could. Off to the side away from the others, he saw Unit-15 kneeling in a solemn posture, still bearing the symbol that was placed on it. Upon seeing this, he heard a voice explaining to him what this meant.
“Explanation: Because of your actions, even the War Machine, Unit-15, was set free. He no longer is bound to serve the evil ambitions of Jacob Gains, his master. He has been granted emotions, along with free will of his own, and will go on to play a great role in improving the galaxy at large.”
All of the people in the light, including Unit-15, turns towards v3, and gives a thunderous applause as they walk closer to him. More and more people begin to walk into view, cheering and chanting his name. These were new faces that he had never seen before, a number of them being androids and they wore various uniforms that portrayed the same symbol of resistance that was drawn onto the body of Unit-15. The uproar of praise gets louder and louder, until they all shout in unison.
“V3! WE HAVE YOUR BACK!” V3 could feel hidden energy welling within him, to the point where he can’t help but to stand tall as tall as possible. His uniform would glow, morphing into that of his superhero suit. Right afterwards hears a nostalgic line in his code written by a certain Suzie say something simple, yet meaningful to him.
“Be Happy”
Some time is allotted the allow him to give a word to the crowd of people. After he is finished, a portal back to the wasteland from appears before him. A handful of the suited androids wait beside it. One of them calls out to V3, wanting to tell him something.
“No man is made to face every obstacle alone. We can go along with you.”

"Wha…What am I supposed to do?" He rose back up to his feet now. His limbs feeling marginally better. Torso in better condition. Though he still had to fight his urge to turn Bunny back on he did not want to be ashamed anymore. He fought back the tears, the doubts, he even dared to fight back the self loathing. How could one man dare to hate himself in the face of such overwhelming evidence or admiration? He was starting to remember now. He was…camping. Learning how to camp. A figure descended from the sky and it began to ask him questions. This was not real but it could not be a dream, could it? He dusted himself off and took in a deep breath, thinking carefully before he proceeded. "Who are you? What do you want? You're not here to hurt me… I mean…no you couldn't be"
He took another moment to himself and then to the people he had saved. "How does this person even know all of this? Could I really have saved this many people? Was this all some kind of trick?" were all of the thoughts that swirled within his mind. He took a moment to walk amongst the crowd and he would ask them questions. He would ask them their names, where they were from. He would take sometime to get to know them, get to know some of the things they needed help with or what happened to them since he last saw them. It felt right. Talking to people this way. Getting to know them and their grievances, helping them out. Come to think of it he had always liked helping others. He took some measure of joy into it. He did not know why but it always helped him feel better.
When times got tough, whenever he did not know what to do, or what the answers were, he would turn to the first person he saw that needed help and he would help them. There was the few odd times were his programs would malfunction a little bit and maybe sometimes he did not feel like it or got distracted. There was also the matter of his overall raw intelligence, or rather his lack thereof. For some reaons, in her infinite wisdom, the brilliant and genius Dr. Danny had programmed him to just not be that smart on his own. He knew that, though he pretended not to. At first, he figured it was maybe because she wanted a type of autonomous slave but no the doc was not like that. She was kind to V3 and despite her constant threats of dominating him and taking over or controlling him remotely, she rarely ever did so. Except in times of emergency. Even then it was usually Bunny who did a lot of the heavy lifting and even she did not really seem to get in the way.
Yup by all account it did not make any sense. If you have a dumb droid you fix it or improve it no? She certainly had the ability to do so. So why didn't she? Could it be that they liked him the way he was? Maybe Suzie tampered with him at some point or his memory files got lost and he just didn’t know it. Perhaps and this was the one he did not like to think about. Maybe this is the smartest a construction Droid can possibly be. The thought of being so limited, in a world was intelligent people could be as strong as any ki user was frightening. He tried not to let it bother him to much. After all, if he does good then maybe good things will happen. Except lately that hadn't been the case.
"Engnima? Enes, anus? Uhm.. I don't remember your name. I uhh. I remember I wanted to make a fire. I don't remember anything about all this. So… Can I help you? I. I'm sorry. I think maybe you might have me confused with some other guy."
His lie was a flat, dry kind of lie. The kind of lie you start to tell to someone who already has the answers and you know it but refuse to admit it despite all of the evidence to the contrary. V could not help it. His head and chest were pounding. He did not know what was real or what was fake anymore. He waiting for a response while gripping his own hand tightly, applying just enough pressure to let him know he was still real.

V3 approached one of the admirers in the crowd. She was an older woman with short curled red hair and brown eyes. The android would ask her things like where she was from, what her name was, where they knew him from, and what they needed help with. She would reply, seeming surprised that she was approached, and a bit nervous or confused herself."My name is Annie Bishop. I live in the Jeanestowne area, near west scenic city. I’m the aunt of Jessica Dukings, and she’s like a second daughter to me. You’re the hero i’m certain who saved her from that metal monster.
Where do I know you from? … I’m not entirely sure, but everyone else here does. You are MARK I right? I feel like someone told me all about you but forgive me if I can’t remember who it was.
You want to know what I’m having trouble with? We’ll if you really want to know I’m in a real bind when it comes to paying my monthly bills. It’s not because I don’t have money, but it’s because I can’t access any of it! See, the bank I had recently changed owners, so my accounts are frozen in limbo and-" The conversation would continue as you would expect it to. If asked about the time of or place that they were in, the people would be about as clueless as V3 himself was, but for whatever reason wouldn’t find it alarming. Asking other humans and beast-people around him these questions yielded similar answers, with them either being someone he saved, or much more likely, close to someone he saved. Their identity and circumstances were always different though, as you would expect from separate people. The big exception to this was that second set of android people, who were wearing his symbol. They are unable to give details about themselves and were under the impression that V3 was some kind of known hero, role model, or even an authority figure. Aside from that, they viewed him as an inspiration, and seemed to have nothing bad to say.Eventually, V3 starts trying to speak into the void, hoping Enigmus would hear.
Then, a rectangular doorway-like rainbow colored portal appears out of nowhere, and floating out of it, comes Enigmus, who begins to telepathically explain. “Assertion: I have made no error. This is accurate.”
“Explanation: The people who surround you are the one’s whose lives you have improved through your heroism. They are visiting here for a short time as their unconscious or dream selves and are less aware of this environment then you are. When they awaken, they might not remember this encounter, although their identity and sentiment is real.
The exceptions are the ones who wear that symbol, they represent those who do not yet exist. They are those from the future, that will be inspired by your deeds and will wish to follow your example.
Time moves slower here than in reality, as it is a place of my creation. Now that you have realized this, you may leave at any time that you will. However, there is a lot that I have taught you, and still intend to teach you through this.
The conflict with the Saiyan’s represent your self-doubt, regarding your ability to protect the ones you care about. If you trust in yourself enough to try again, then you should come to find the battle more manageable and will understand how to defeat them. Through doing this, you will have learned the skill and confidence needed to fight without relying on an A.I“

"You want me to work without bunny?" V3 said incredulously.
"But...she's my friend. And I can't do anything without her. She works all the geek stuff in the background. Keeps my, what are they called? Subroutines? Working?"
V could not imagine doing his hero work without her. He didn't understand all of the things she did for him or how to regulate each of his systems and functions. Despite having picked up a few things here and there, he was mostly still in the dark about the more nuanced issues. The troubleshooting, the processing and complex equations she ran with her psychics engines to determine most likely scenarios and so much more. Bunny was in charge of so many layers of his neural net and she was even capable of going outside of him and effecting other electronics but even more, she was his friend. He remembers a time when he would act and move without her. A time before the A.I augmentations and the "adjustments" made to his body. He remembers being so limited even as a special unit construction droid.
"Wait a minute..." he thought to himself... maybe bunny is the whole reason I'm even conscious and have my own will?"
The thought rattled his head like the tail end of a snake ready to strike.
Is this a trick? He thought to himself? Noooo. It cannot be. If Enigmus wanted to take advantage of him he probably would have done it already. He would have left him in that hellscape with the Saiyans. He would have manipulated him in some way.
"Okay..." I trust you Enus. but how do you know so much? What are you? Like... How do I know you're not just some weirdo who's trying to sell me somethin?"
The question hung in the air like the humidity of a gaseous planet. He wanted to believe him. Wanted to believe that these things were true and He guessed they were all possible but how could this mysterious figure know so much about him? A million hopes and dreams rose with the sun. A million questions rose with them.
"Ok. I believe you. But. I don't want to lose or give up Bunny. She is my friend. I just want to think about all of this. I do not know who you are or why you choose me... Can I like.."
He hesitated as he formed the question in his mouth. For some reason he was worried. He did not really want to leave this place. It was bliss and it was nice. He did not hurt anymore. He was finally at peace. The scenery began to change as he hesitated. The atmosphere he now noticed seemed to form to his mood. Noticing this V began to think of home and with that, the scenery began to morph into that familiar neighborhood of his. It was not a special neighborhood, a gated community filled with government housed workers for various reasons. Though you did not have to work for the government to live her most people did. It was very difficult to afford the housing or score a house without having some sort of government job or at least having had one at some point.
It occurred to V that he never really found out what Danny does for a living. She was always home. He did not think she had work, not really. He never really asked. As the confusion and curiosity set in the skies began to change again into more turbulent wether. It began to rain. A heavy downpour fell over the neighborhood now. Filling the streets with inches of rain. The streets began to flood every so slightly. and this too reminded him at home.
He loved the rain, the thunder, the power, and what came with it. Every time it would rain heavily on the streets the Dr would bring Suzie downstairs, into the laboratory, where V usually slumbered until he was awoken. The three of them would light up candles turn off most of the lights. It would be dim and it would be joyous. They would play board games, puzzles, sing songs, dance to different tunes, and tell stories. V never won at any of the boardgames but he always loved playing with the girls. He loved the way Little Suzie would laugh and play, he loved the Way the Dr. would smile at him and his stories, the way she would sometimes fall asleep leaned over against him. He never understood why she was so comfortable with him. Or how she unliked so many others, could treat a droid like him as if it were truly a member of the family, but there were many things he never understood. This would be one of them and his ignorance in this would forever be a bliss he welcomed. Every day.
This land was not real. It was a paradise if he wanted it to be. It made him feel good, the people here loved and praised him. The clung to him and laughed with V. They shared a toast with him and sung his songs. They danced his dances. But none of it was real. He did not care about that of course, he himself wasn't real either, but the Dr. and Little Suzie. They were not real either. And he soon found something profound. That in this world of imagination and bliss. In this world where he could always win and he could always be the hero, nothing mattered. Because they were not real.
Danny was not real here. Suzie was not really here. The people he helped would not be real either. Not in here. And in an instant, he would give it all up. He would surrender this paradise for the real deal. For Danniella and for Suzie Prescot.
.. Can I like..Call you back or somethin? Maybe we can talk later? I... I want to see my family again...and I would like to take bunny with me if that's alright. I...She is family too, you know?"

“Assuagement: I have scanned through them. I understand that they are beneficial, yet they are not an essential part of your core being. They are extra. You have already been and intend to continue functioning without them.”
“Explanation: My many eyes extend to diverse places. I watch and I analyze. I seek knowledge from above the heavens to the depths of terra firma, and all that lies between. I scrutinize the things that lie on the outside, along with the secrets laden on the inside.”
“Simplification: I looked, and I’m good at looking. I also listen, and your mind is never louder than it is in this world of thought.”
The surroundings change to that of a residential area experiencing heavy torrential downpour.
Enigmus responds, telling him harshly about the reality of the situation.
“NEGATORY: REQUEST IMPOSSIBLE.”
“Reasoning: If I were to leave, then this place would collapse. I can hide behind the figurative curtains of this world, but not leave you to stay here. Even if I were to stay silent for you to enjoy it, Dreams like this do not last. The people you care about will all disappear from your reach, first here, and then in reality.”
The conversation meets a brief pause. Despite what he said, the memory inspired constructs around him stays the same. Eventually, Enigmus continues, taking on a gentler tone.
“Query: Do you remember how Unit-15 was stopped?”
Engimus asks this so that MARK I would think about the event. His thoughts would be read by the interrogator and examined carefully. He would use this to fill in any knowledge gaps he had regarding exactly how Unit-15 was defeated.
“Reminder: It was not just you alone that defeated him and saved the lives of those people. It was the efforts of the guardians, bunny, and Doctor Danielle as well. The role you and guardians took was to stall the war droid. It was because of the Bunny and Danielle that he was shut down. You were a key hero, yet If even one of the parties was missing, it would have resulted in destruction.”
“Elucidation: Do not misunderstand me. I am not saying that you should forsake bunny, to take on the world alone. I am saying no one there will be able to help you forever. Invariably, every living being in this universe will come and will go, and your allies will change. The only one who will be with you always without fail, is you. "
“Every improvement you make to yourself will serve you for the rest of your days. Even in death itself, it will continue to be your strength. That is why it is important to learn how to act, and to fight on your own.”
“Periphery: If you have no further questions I can leave you to think on this, as you have requested. Regardless, You will have to face those demons again. Either through this dream, or in the form of the evils you are soon to face in reality.”

VE-e3 Stood still for a long moment. Not sure what to make of any of this. He had questions, more questions than he could fathom. Questions about himself, about Saiyans, about 15. Questions about why he had recently been experiencing these things called emotions. He stood there silent. "Every improvement you make will serve you for the rest of your days." As an android that could be a very. very long time. Longer than anyone he knew. He realized what this meant. At some point in the future, whether he liked it or not he would be alone again. He took a deep breath. He would have to learn to accept this. He would have to get stronger. For himself and for others. Taking a deep breath he looked up at Enigmus. "I do have one question. Will I see you again?" As he asked the realm he stood in began to change subtly. Different hues and colors began to form in the backgrounds, though none of the major structures changed. Could feel the conflict within him as his chest tightened. He was done asking questions for now but his body was not. It seemed to act out in defiance of him, almost demanding to know more. It manifested itself in the outside world by manipulating the realm itself. Warping and morphing some of the minor structures in the area. "Ok. I will be honest. I have more questions but I think I'm done for now. This fire will help, thanks spaceman." He pointed to an area where the fire may have been but was not any longer. He forgot for a moment where he was. So enthralled in himself and stuck in his head that he had realized he'd stop processing. This entire time he had not even been relying on any single subroutine to monitor or manage his movements. It had been all him and for a moment there was excitement in his soul, which met with the curtain of fear he had been holding back. The two had combined now into a formless, ceaseless pool of anxiety large enough to match his ki. The rain fell and he loved the rain. Soon it would wash over him and all of his doubts and all of his worries. He did not know why but the rain always helped him feel better. Raising his head and closing his eyes he waited for Enigmus's next response or words. He stood there ready for whatever happened next but in his heart ready for more, ready to go home, or at least to go back to earth... WC-435/ Total- 5110/ Post# 7 Enigmus

MARK I requests that the two of them be finished for now, and the illusory world changes to that of a rainy campsite, the same one where they first met. As the blonde man closes his eyes and waits for a reply, the tall floating android lowers itself to just above V3. It then reaches out with it’s lengthy arm, places it’s hand on his shoulder, and responds his question.
“Answer: I am preparing a great destiny for you. When the time comes, I will return to you again.”
Then Engimus takes his hand off of V3. The next time the man opens his eyes, he is back in the real world, in the camp that he had made. A blinding flash of light is called down from the heavens, seemingly absorbing Enigmus, before it disappears entirely. It appeared to V3 that only a few hours had passed in the real world. His fire was still burning, and light drizzle fell from the clouds on the dimly lit night.
As for Enigmus himself, he returned to his own domain between the stars far from Earth, in order to investigate another peculiarity. This did not mean that it would not still be keeping an eye on V3. A SLAIG drone of his would be watching out for him. But more importantly, the observation (tracking/recording) implant that he had placed in V3’s shoulder would keep Enigmus detailed on his location and further interactions.
Always watching… Always listening… Always analyzing…

"Destiny? For me? How could an android have a destiny of any real importance?" He thought to himself. He was pretty sure that he was made to be a glorified babysitter and a bad one to. Seeing as he was only home half of the time. V3 had so many other questions. He still was not sure why he was the one being watched. He still did not feel special or different. He still was not sure of himself or what to think. Closing his eyes again he tried to imagine the voices cheering him on. He tried to imagine the Dr's smile, and little Suzie's laugh. As he did his usual, magnificent, smile painted itself slowly onto his face and suddenly the stars in his world began to align. He started to get a grip again. Letting out a long breath he could feel himself start to relax again. "Ok. I should go home. I should turn Bunny on but not today... not today. She deserves a rest." As he stared down into the light of the camp fire he had made, with the help of his new friend, he took pride in his work. A part of him new that this was a simple task. Nothing to special or impressive but still it was his fire and he had done it on his own. Enigmus may have guided him with instructions, motivated his focus, and steered his course, but the movements were all completely his own. No one was directly controlling him or guiding him. No subroutine to correct automatically whenever he made a mistake. No override or systems in place to stop him from doing something he had wanted to do. It was dirty and it was difficult for him but it was HE who did it and that was enough. Enough to make him feel like he could contribute, he could be in control, for once. The rain was cold tonight. Cold enough to make a man rethink his life. V3 began to pack his bags he said goodbye to the fire he and Enigmus had made, it had been a good, well behaved fire after all. He then took one last moment to appreciate his creation, watching as it danced in the rain, bits of its small tendrils flickering in and out. "It's been fun little guy... Sorry about this by the way." With one swift motion of his hand he extinguished it, didnt want any accidents to happen if he left it unattended. He did not know how or what would cause a forest fire but he assumed you needed fire and a forest. With that he began to hike again. It was cold. It was dark and it was wet, but these things did not bother him, not at all. Not as much as extinguishing the fire he had made. He knew it was not a living thing, no soul, no mind, and no conciousness but he still felt bad about what he did. "Come on V. You're being silly." He spoke aloud as he tapped the side of his head. "Needed to be done buddy. It's just a fire." He walked hills and mountains. He walked through valleys and plains. He walked through cities and under bridges. As he did he took note of several places he might want to visit for later and as he did he went on more adventures. He met another pink lady this one by the name of Majin Zam? And she was very odd but very fun as well. He did not believe that he was capable of real love, at least he was not sure, but he could see himself wanting to spend more time with this mysterious pink creature and isn't that love? or is that friendship? Are you supposed to miss someone? Then there was the Doctor. If that was the case then he would be inlove with two women. Again so many more questions. "Oh brother. I really need to download a book on how to read. That's a great idea. Then I can start reading about women!" He found out about mysterious objects called dragonballs and he began to search for those. They sounded familiar to him but he could not recall. He discovered about a band of Pirates raiding trade lanes from Capsule corps, so he offered his services to help out. He thought it might help him get onto his feet and then of course Saiyans were a bonus. While he was there he made another friend. A stunningly beautiful, yet strange, women named Mynia. During that trip he had another intense battle and though sustaining serious damage he actually walked away feeling better. He was "in control" of that fight and most importantly he had saved lives! Many many lives! In the Cold emptiness of space he even let bunny come back online for a little while, though the battle knocked her operating system down. He could fix it but he let her sleep as she fixed herself. He choose again to keep her off. He wanted one last moment to himself before returning home... before thinking of returning home. And then in the woods nearby his old neighborhood he met a man. A man named Jacob Gains. A scientist and potentially a new friend! A man who would change his life and the lives of countless others. V3 could not have known it at the time but everything was soon about to change, but that is a story for another time... W.C: 923/ Total: 6033/ Post: # 8
