I know I am new and I hope this type of this is not frowned upon but I am looking to jump right in and become part of the community. So here is something I think would make the game a little more authentic.
Weighted Clothing
It looks like ordinary clothing, but actually weights a hundred times more, restricting movements and improving training.
Shard Value. 1
Shard Cost. 4
Action. None (Passive)
Effect. While Equipped Decrease reflex by -5 and Max Ki -5. Also increase Winded effect to <25 Ki. Increases the Power Level gained from each post made +30% while this item is equipped. Can be tKen off during battle resulting in +5 ki increase and reflex, as well as normal winded rules applying. If removed in battle power level gain bonus is lost. Considered an outfit. May only equip one outfit at a time.
Uses. Indefinite.
Reason: In the the Anime weighted cloths hindered the wearer in battle but increased the growth from training. This is just a couple of tweaks to implement that.
