MasakoX's discussion video on what God Forms (Super Saiyan Blue) are/do
tl;dr: God forms don't draw on Ki in the same way as normal forms. If Super Saiyan 3 drains Ki rapidly and constantly, Super Saiyan Blue drains Ki slowly, but has an initial 'start up' cost.
God forms come in two tiers; 1, and 2. These tiers are unlocked at 800,000 and 1,000,000 PL, and may be succeeded by more tiers or new transformations if the need ever arises. Two traits may be used for God Tiers, however adding the second trait results in higher Ki costs. Regenerating form and draining form cannot be used in conjunction.
God Tier 1: Power level is increased by 200%, plus standard transformation rules (0 Ki = revert to base. K.O. = revert to base.)
Costs: -10 Ki immediately upon entering form, -1 ki per turn to sustain this transformation. Cannot use efficient form on this transformation.
Costs (two traits): -15 Ki immediately upon entering form, -2 ki per turn to sustain this transformation. Cannot use efficient form on this transformation.
God Tier 2: Power level is increased by 300%, plus standard transformation rules
Costs: -20 Ki immediately upon entering form, -2 ki per turn to sustain this transformation. Cannot use efficient form on this transformation.
Costs (two traits): -40 Ki immediately upon entering form, -3 Ki per turn to sustain this transformation. Cannot use efficient form on this transformation.
Your first God Tier offers a more robust, versatile alternative to your previous transformations, at lower costs and similar gains to your second transformation. This reflects the way Super Saiyan Blue has become the standard form for Goku and Vegeta in Dragon Ball Super. Your Second God Tier offers a transformation which boosts power equally to your Third Transformation, at less cost per turn. The catch is that you will lose a large chunk of Ki when entering either of these forms. You will lose a significant chunk of Ki if you choose to use your second trait on these forms.
In this case, God Tier 1 is comparable to regular old Super Saiyan Blue. God Tier 2 is comparable to Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken. It will drain you faster, but has more potential than pretty much any form preceding it. This makes God Tiers useful, but still hazardous, as the massive Ki expense required to achieve them can land you in a heap of trouble if you're not careful. Thoughts?
