This one gets a little dicey, but its amazing for both parties I think when it works out.
Basically, you know that really amazing paper you wrote in High-School, and you thought it was a guaranteed A...and then the teacher flicked out the Red Marker of death like they were drawing a Magnum and just decimated it from the ground up?
... LETS DO THAT!
Basically the idea is you make a post, or take an existing one and you let the community just tear it to pieces. They give their honest opinions of where you went right, and where you went wrong. This, can really be valuable for helping someone improve their RP faster - and honestly, make their posts in the future more enjoyable to read.
People who reply would be expected to give details about what they think the person did incredibly well and should continue doing, and why it was good...Or, the opposite; where they fell short and shouldn't repeat in the future, and how their advice on how to improve it.
...This is not something you'll want to submit yourself to if criticism is going to hurt your heart of hearts, but if you're looking to improve ( as I am ) I think it would be worth a try.
Who knows, maybe the staff might give a couple of small rewards too.
Let me know what you guys think.
